My daughter showed him a picture of the mani/pedi she wanted. Her first experience and shes shy. He helped her to match the colors and hers looked just as good as the picture shown. I had a pedicure with foot massage and had my brows and lips waxed. Both techs were friendly and quick. Between the massage chair and foot massage I got a good nap!

Omg, the results are amazing!!! Just went with my aunt today, and I LOVE my nails!!! Stunning work, super friendly, and calm atmosphere. There are also so many great color choices and the attention to detail from the workers is wonderful! Definitely recommend!!

I went and got my toes done even though one of my pinky nail was missing 🤣 they were so nice and welcoming and the massage !!!! Omg the massage 🦶🏼😩🫶🏼 💐 im coming back to get my nails done 💅🏼💕

POOR QUALITY SERVICE! If I could give zero stars, I would. I got a pedi/mani, and my polish chipped off on all my nails by the 2nd day and my feet feel like Ive been walking on concrete (rough). I went back to have them redo it, and instead of removing the polish and starting over, she just put on about 4 coats of polish to correct them. The polish was old because the guy that did them added acetone to the bottle 2x to make it thin. I stated I didnt want that old polish again but was advised all their polish is new and if I wanted a color change, it would be $12. Thats b.s. because Ive never seen anyone add acetone to polish in all my years. Needless to say, 45 mins after them putting 4 extra coats of polish on, the paint got rubbed off the thumb nail, and my nails looked horrible. I NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THEY DIDNT TRULY WANT TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE AND IT SHOWS. BEWARE, CHEAP POLISH..POOR SERVICE

If you need a nail place recommendation, definitely consider coming here! All the staff is friendly and they get you in and out. Highly recommend getting your nails or pedi done by Amy! She is also great at waxing eyebrows. 10/10

Very rude and tried to gaslight me about my nail not being cracked (anyone who has long nails know when one of them is cracked or damaged), and they were was very disrespectful when I asked if they didn’t want to do it I could leave after they told me that they could service me. I rather my nails snap off rather than come back here.

I had been going here for the past two years since we moved here. I had a couple of poor experiences, but I’m a creature of habit (hate changing location/routine) and gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe those were isolated experiences. After reading other reviews I see that they are not. First off- you feel like you are interrupting their time when you come in. Services feel rushed and inattentive. They could never do designs or treatments like a gradient I see others wearing. I actually paid more for the pedi with 10 minute massage and the guy was really watching YouTube videos with sound-on, from his phone. I could get that on the couch from my husband 🤣 Last time I was there. The person doing my nails was obviously new. Maybe ask the customer if they have time for someone who was training? I was getting only a gel mani and after an hour I had to ask someone how much longer it would take, because she was painting 2-3 nails at a time. Over an hour and my mani was bumpy and clumpy. Last chance. Why had I been paying $100 every two weeks here. Found a new spot . Regret not finding a new place sooner.

It was me and my sisters first timegoing there today and we will definitely be going back!!! We got the deluxe pedicure and they were amazing!! They werent rough on our feet and they took their time!! We were surprised when we found out that a ten minute foot massage was included in the deluxe pedicure!! They took us into this room that had reclined seats and we both received awesome 10 minute foot massages!! We are definitely going back!!!

I love this place. An appointment has always been an appointment. Not just a yes to get me in a chair to wait. They do a great pedicure. Clean and friendly environment. Btw if you are a customer of Sam’s Nails in Washington, it is worth the drive to Greenville.

Great experience! Beautifully decorated facility with separate rooms for each service. Reasonably priced. I saw other reviews about people feeling rushed - i didnt experience this at all. Staff took their time, focused on one person at a time. They take you to a separate massage area after your pedicure....feels like heaven! Wonderful place, will definitely go again.

It was my fourth time visiting and had another great experience. Customer service is top notch. No Knicks on the skin. Pressure was perfect for a medicure. Atmosphere is a plus!

The man with the tattoo on his right arm did my nails I didn’t feel welcomed there he didn’t talk to me at all.I ask him to fix my thumb he responded with you haven’t been here before have you I said no he said I’ve been doing this for 20 yrs mind you he didn’t even know how to mix colors to give me an ombré look he said they only did solid colors there I told him how I wanted my nail he didn’t even listen to me I asked for brown on all the nails and the blue and pink in the corner and he painted my whole nail blue these look so bad and they are my gender reveal nails😭 I won’t come again with someone who’s not respectful and think they know it all because they been doing it for 20 yrs like u can’t mess us

I came in for a pedicure and was taken back in a very timely manner. However once I was in the chair I wasnt given a book to see what I had to choose from. I had to take a paper one from the chair beside me. Meanwhile other customers were given a book with all of their services . Once my pedicure started it was rushed. Before I could even get relaxed good it was over! I was asked what color I wanted and I showed him and explained to him I wanted a design on my big toe. He asked for help with the design because it was obvious he didnt know how to do it. The young lady he was asking was talking telling him something (not my language) so Im not sure what he was saying. He laughed and started drawing lines straight up and down on my toe nail without it being painted. I told him thats not what I wanted and I didnt like it. He went and got another lady and she asked what did I want. I explained to her and she acted like she didnt understand either. They started talking to each other and just looking at me so I just told him to forget it and just paint them all the same color with no design. He did one coat and was done. Went to the massage room for my 10 minute foot massage and lets just say, Ive had a better massage at home! This whole experience was horrible!! This was not my first going but it will DEFINITELY be my last time because they really had me feeling out of place, service was not good and I did not get what I went for!

Great experience at Tips-Y-Toe today. Very professional salon. Good pricing. Efficient but not rushed. Great, relaxing atmosphere. Best salon in the Greenville area. The only area that I can recommend improvement on is to suggest that the technicians refrain from personal chat during client massages. Given all the salon does to provide a relaxing atmosphere, we found the chatter distracting. Still a 5-star place!

I really wanted to like this place. Ive been planning to come here for weeks and was super excited about it. I got the plus pedi and it was super rushed. There was nothing relaxing about the experience at all. The tech did a poor job painting my toes and put the base coat on after he put the color. When he saw his mistake. He just put the top coat on top of the base making the polish look clumped. I had to ask him to redo it. Super sloppy work. Never coming back here.

I thought i usually have a great experience, but today I was highly disappointed. My nails are lumpy and I spent a lot of money. I felt like I was being talked about my nails prior even though I have always gone there to get my nails done so one of their techs did them prior and they felt like they were a lot of work. Im embarrassed and I feel very uncomfortable walking back in there.In follow up of my review...I now have two nails that completely lost the gel. I paid $290 for gel!! I will be calling because I am NOT happy. It hasnt even been a weekAND NOW A NAIL JUST BROKE OFF!!!I woke up have a fungal infection and they refuse to help.

When I say this is the very best place in town, I been to almost all in Greenville and not one time I experienced the peace of mind knowing that I can come into this nail salon and feel so good. They all take there time and the quality is great. The music is so peaceful and I enjoy the customer service. The place was very good. Pedi was awesome, then had a wonderful leg and foot massage in a room that was very relaxing and then had a full set done. Everyone was very nice and helpful! Definitely the best place I have been to and I feel like I have been to almost all in Greenville. Other places I feel rushed! I’m here to be pampered for a reason, so I need everyone to take their time and I should be relaxed. You will definitely get all the slow and relaxation here at Tippy-Toe! 💅🏼💆🏻‍♀️💗

The staff at TIPP-Y-TOE are so amazing. The business is clean, the staff listen to what you are asking to have done. The owner is wonderful to work with. And my Pedicure was the absolute best that I have ever had. There several different rooms where the services are completed. You have two rooms for pedicures, if you want the 10 minute massage after you get your feet done they take you this room that is very dim and very relaxing. Most definitely recommend to anyone who wants so relaxing time to themselves.Overall if I could I would give a 10 out of 10

The fastest pedi I have ever had. From the time I walked in the door to the time I paid, it was exactly 15 minutes. I do not get polish on my nails, but I have never felt so rushed. There were only 3 other clients, with employees standing around waiting on the next client to walk in. They didnt even provide all of the services in the basic package that I requested.

Me and a friend came in on a Monday for a full-set and pedicure. The shop didnt seem so busy, we were told to pick a color and go to the back, There were two people finishing up their pedicures when we got back there. We sat with the water on for almost 10 minutes before anyone came to help. The first employee came and started working on my friend, she was done with the pedicure part and had her toes painted before anyone came to my chair, meanwhile my feet were still in the cold water at this point. A gentleman came and started my pedicure but kept getting up and leaving for periods of time. I finished my pedicure, unimpressed. My toes look nice but I didnt receive nearly the same attention as my friend. Went into the massage room for the foot massage, had to wait another 5-10 minutes for the man to finish his lunch. The employee actually told me to wait until he finishes his lunch. As Im getting my massage (which was nice), my friend comes in. She is finished with her nails and pedicure at this point. I go to the chair for my full set and was extremely disappointed. My nails were short and the polish job was terrible. I ended up spending almost 3 hours at the shop and spent over $100. Extremely disappointed and I will never go back. I work in the service industry so I have patience if a business is busy and I dont mind waiting but I get frustrated when other customers come in after me and leave before I do. After I left, I immediately went to a different salon and had my nails taken off and put on a new set that looks amazing.

Absolutely hands down the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had. The staff was phenomenal, regardless of being busy. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the rooms are separated for different services.

Honestly, I’ll never return to this salon. The lady who did my nails today rushed, she did not ask what shape I wanted my nails and I didn’t realize it until she started painting my nails. What nail tech doesn’t ask that question? I can’t even tell what shape my nails are. I always get square but today they were round some are not even round. She was in such a hurry that I never even washed my hands either. One of her first comments were oh your nails are clean… like umm excuse me? Did you expect my nails to be dirty? Never again. I asked for gel nails and they are so clumpy and uneven. They are in such a hurry to take on certain clients that they don’t care about others. This happened before but I thought I’d give them another chance. Never again.

Man today I went in for the first time, when i walked in they owner (manager) instantly told me to pick a color, the wait till was a bit slow but the quality was awesome!!! i see why the wait was slow because they actually take their time on your nails and toes, massages was good. and they aree soooo friendly and professional. i will start coming here on a normal basis. there prices are very reasonable! student discount granted.

My husband and I went the foot spa on Black Friday and we enjoyed every bit of our experience. The decor and overall ambience is absolutely gorgeous and the serene environment completely sets the tone for your experience. My pedicure tech Devin was very personable and did a great job of explaining how our particular package worked. After our pedicures, my husband and I were directed into the massage room where relaxing music and a massage tech awaited us. I believe she did some reflexology during her foot massage. It was wonderful! We were absolutely impressed and will be back again.

The salon seemed pretty clean, but other than that I can’t give any other compliments. The polish selection was not good-many were dried out or a no name brand. The guy that did my pedicure was sweet, but my polish is splotchy. I asked for a basic pedicure which is listed as $29 and when i went to pay i was charged $34. Not a huge difference, but still annoying. Will definitely not be returning.

One of the worst pedicures Ive ever had. He even forgot to paint my pinky toe. I painted it myself in the lobby before I left. He did one coat on some nails and 2 one others. Ive never had someone rush so much and do such a poor painting job. I asked him to trim them but he didnt. There was a huge language barrier. The lighting is relaxing but I think it keeps them from seeing well enough to pain them properly. Definitely would not recommend and I will never return.

My daughter, my friend, and I had a marvelous time at this place! It was my oldest daughters first time getting a pedicure. She had a wonderful time. My friend and I had a glass of wine while we were there and we were able to relax and really enjoy ourselves. When we first sat down the water to our pedicure was warm and then turned cold. When my friend started to receive her pedicure she said the woman did something to make her water hot, so she was pleased. I didnt mind that my water was cold because when they placed the warm towel on my legs, it gave me a different experience from any other nail salon that ove been to. The staff was very polite and very nice. I really enjoyed myself.

Not a great pedicure. They were very busy but still accepting customers. Waited for 15-20 upfront then another 25 with my feet in the water before seeing a technician. Once my toenails were painted only the middle of the nails got color. The technician ended up just taking off the color. Left with my toes looking worse then when I came in. Manager didn’t have me pay but he didn’t seem to really care about the poor quality. Have gone before with good service— hoping this was a fluke.

Inside was nice and clean and they had a lot of colors to choose from but I feel like I didnt get the best of service. I got a pedicure and the water was cold. I went with 2 other people and we Sat in the chairs at the same time, I was the first one to get a pedicure and the last one to get out of the chair. The guy kept getting up and going off to do stuff during the pedicure. I could care less if I go back to this place or not.

Overpriced!!! Bad Attitude! I go to have my toes done as a luxury for myself and $$$ for no massage, poor callus removal, and the girl was extremely rude!

Im not one to ever leave reviews, but I would hate for more people to go here and waste their money. Ive never had a pedicure done in less than 15 minutes before. Really ridiculous for the prices they make you pay. After 1 day, the polish on my big toe is already chipped. The reflexology massage that I paid extra for was bs. For $55 I was expecting an excellent pedicure and a legitimate reflexology massage. I will not go back.

I got my nails done by Maria today and she is phenomenal. She didn’t make me feel stupid or embarrassed when I asked questions and she JOKED with me every time I didn’t know where to put my hands (in the light, out the light etc) . She even helped me find the colors of the picture I showed her on my phone !

Wow! Had a wonderful time. Received a great pedicure. Left feeling pampered and refreshed. The atmosphere is unlike any mani-pedi spa Ive been to. It is very thoughtfully setup to promote a feeling of privacy and relaxation. The space is split into several rooms with relaxing music playing in the background so you dont feel herded into one big room that gets noisy and impersonal. I suggest spending the extra money to splurge on one of the pedicures that include the lower leg/foot massage. After your pedicure is complete they move you to a dimly lit room with mellow lighting effects and soft, relaxing music. Once youre settled into a luxuriously comfy chaise lounge they begin a heavenly massage on your lower legs, ankles and feet. The staff is super friendly and accommodating without being chatty. Their spa/massage chairs are very nice and like new. Lots of nail color options. Prices are more economical than I expected. Ill be back.

Great experience from start to finish! All of the equipment looks brand new, well kept, clean, modern, its like being transported to a proper hotel spa! Many different rooms with Spa pedicure amenities, you could probably book private party rooms for bridal and birthdays. REFLEXOLOGY! The foot and leg massages are so worth it. I feel refreshed and renewed. Free bottled water and sodas, just have to ask!

Took my granddaughters, only asked for pedicures. Lady worker painted my 6 year old granddaughters finger nails (not full manicure), I thought for free as I was sitting 2 seats over and couldnt understand what she was saying. I ended up getting charged for a mani. I didnt complain about it. I gave a good tip but thinking I shouldnt have!

I have been going over Tippytoe for a while now since they reopened. I knew about this place because of my friend and when I went there I had a great experience. Maria was the one working on me and did a great job on manicures and pedicures and she’s also a great and kind person. Awesome experience

I came upon this place on google and decided to try it out just hoping to find a place with decent pedicures. Making the appointment was easy and they were available to take me when I called...maybe because it was a weekday and not as busy. Once I arrived, it was awkward because I was greeted and that was it. I just stood there waiting on more acknowledgement being that there was 3 technicians just sitting talking and on phones. I was the only one in the shop at the time so eventually someone asked did I have an appointment...mind you I had just called. I told them what I wanted and was told to pick a color and head to the back. Now it’s my first time being there so the customer service was already drowning my mood and you shouldn’t assume I knew where to go. Once I found the pedicure tech I was pleased by the beautiful decor and how relaxing it was...despite the dim lighting that I was worried about the tech missing things. I’m used to being offered a drink or at least water but maybe they don’t do that here. I had the deluxe pedi which was just okay until we went to the spa “relaxation” room for the paraffin treatment. That was the best part and if anything would be the only reason for this rating. I got sns dip powder nails and that whole process was annoying because the tech said nothing to me until it was time to wash my hands. She kept her phone in the drawer and texted throughout my service. The shape of my nails ended up looking as if a child had done them. She also took my payment and again was on her phone doing that and didn’t thank me for my services. Idk what it was but I decided that was my first and last time here.

I usually dont like the idea of getting my feet done, but today I decided to give it a try. It was amazing! You also get a lot for the price. I will definitely be coming back to this place in the future for pedicures

Very clean, professional, and customer oriented. Came during lunch and all of the chairs were full. They had enough employees to serve everyone. There wasnt a sense of rushing as with other nail salons Ive visited during peak hours. Prices are very affordable. Will definitely return!!

As a professional male, I need and enjoy a good manicure. This salon is probably one the best in Greenville. My fiancée and I both comehere and sometimes get the couples massage in the relaxation room. The location, the ambiance and prices are a good deal for the quality of services they render.

My nails turned out just fine, but the service was less than desirable. I waited probably 20 minutes at my station before anyone ever attended to me, after being told that I only needed to wait 5 minutes. The manicurist did a great job, though, so no problem with that.However, when I went to pay the cashier was so busy playing video games on her ipad that she could barely ring me up. She continued to play the game even while putting my card in the machine, barely making eye contact with me. It was pretty annoying, since swiping my card is a pretty quick transaction. Overall, I probably wont go back.Its a nice place, but the service just wasnt that great.

Its an ok place to go for quick service. I noticed they are not as clean as they used to be (cleaning after each client). Massage was rushed and not that great. They just tell you to go there and its kind of awkward when you just walk back by yourself not knowing where you are supposed to be going. At the end, I was told I was good to go and the tech took off leaving me to help myself out of the pedi chair and walk myself back to the front. Me thinking they must be really busy and they had to get to the next person....nope. when I made it upfront they were on their cell phones. They were not that busy either. Its obvious all they care about is getting you in and out as quick as possible. Service has definitely declined here.

What a great salon! Very peaceful, clean, & serene. Tina gave me a pedicure & she was awesome. I definitely will be going back & I hope Tina is still there because she was just awesome. So glad I accidentally found this place on Google while at a doctors appointment.

Went to Heaven Foot Spa July 25th with family and we all got Sadly we went back July 26th I got a gel overlay, my mother got a full set, and my niece got a manicure. My mothers nails came off completely a few days later while we were on vacation. My nieces nails still look ok but the polish is wearing off. My nails are still holding up even though the polish doesnt look great. When you go to a place and spend $200 you would expect the quality to be better. The people didnt hold a conversation with any of us they just talked and carried on amongst themselves. I do hope they improve since the place itself is lovely.

I have never been more disappointed getting my nails done. DO NOT COME HERE. I came here to get some birthday nails. Chose my color and at the end the color was completely different from the sample. Had the S&s nails done. When your nails are finished they are suppose to be smooth all the way over. Myn was Not. They were lumpy. I was embarrassed for anyone to look at my nails. Sadly turns out it was the owner who did myn and she was very rude. What a waste of $57. Went home and had to add some glitter to make them look better from how terrible they turned out.

Went with my boyfriend for pedicures. Okay service. Bf wasn’t even asked if he wanted a clear coat. Got an eyebrow wax and the woman trimmed one eyebrow and not the other.

When we arrived, there were 2 ladies upset at the register, talking about being charged more than they were told their services should be. We didnt hear the whole conversation and didnt get nosy. We SHOULD have. After picking our colors, we went back for BASIC pedis and the tech doing my toe nails said to me, $29 for basic pedi? and I said $29, basic pedi, yes. She never mentioned any other charges and started working on my toenails. After we were done, my daughter and I got ready to check out and the credit card slip read $20 too much. The owner, who rang it up, argued that the tech told me $49 and he believed her. Even though the prices were not posted, she never told us that gel polish was $20 more than regular, or that removing your previous gel polish was $2+ to do. He claimed she told us everything BUT he wasnt even in the room at the time it had been discussed. She just stood there grinning and nodding her head while he said he believed she told me $49 for my $29 pedi. THEN, we remembered the argument the 2 ladies before us had been having and the puzzle pieces fit together. They were purposely overcharging us as well. We will NEVER go back to those crooks.

They rushed through mine and my moms pedicures. Would not help with in grown nails. Gave myself a pedicure scrubbing even after I got home. Manicure came off in a matter of a couple days. Building was beautiful and seemed like it would have been an amazomg experience, but not at all.

I really like this place. Very nice and professional. Pretty inside, very clean. They use disposable pedi kits and don’t reuse tools without disinfecting, which is a super plus.

The worst experience Ever!!!!! Literally just left this place and all I can say is that I am HIGHLY disappointed. They left us standing in the front not even acknowledging that we were even there. After about 10 minutes someone decided to see if someone had assisted us. Strike#1 We were then escorted to the back in a room thats off to itself. The man insisted that we go ahead and put our feet in this ice cold water. Now what type of professional services does NOT check to make sure that the water for a pedicure is not at the correct temperature. Strike #2 He tells us that he will be back in a few which was more like 20 minutes. I find someone in the hall because NOONE has come check up on us. This lady is speaking in her native language in a yelling tone like shes mad with me because I want someone to come service us because thats what this place was established to do. Strike#3 My friend, my daughter , and myself got up and walked out. They were so unconcerned about us that they didnt even ask us was there anything that they could do..Poor services, poor hospitality, and obviously poor management. I have already spreaded the word about this horrible experience that was supposed to have begun a day of fun and rejuvenation. Thankfully theres other options, like the reflexology on Red banks.

The place is beautiful and ambiance is perfect. I wasnt extremely pleased with my mani/pedi. The young man that did my pedicure nicked my toe at the very beginning so that made the entire process unpleasant. My nails were not cut evenly and the polish doesnt cover the entire nail on several of my toes. I had made an appointment for both mani/pedi and when I was done with the pedicure, he tried to have me pay. I reminded him I was to have a manicure also. Well I did and have to say it was the quickest, worst manicure Ive ever had. Maybe it was just an off day....

Extremely clean, use disposable bowl covers for pedicures. They take you to a different spot just for massage. The atmosphere is wonderful. The messages are great and the work is top notch. This is my new place.

My wife and I were very pleased with our service today. My wife suggests that in the pedicure area that the lighting should be brighter, so that the technician can see better. There were some areas that were missed.

People here are very friendly, its nice&clean very comfortable, You can really lay back&enjoy the service they provide.

This place isnt as good as it was when it 1st opened. The Technician cut the sides of my big toe nail, which Ive never had done before. The polish started coming off about 5 days after. I probably wont go back.

Basic service mani/ pedi (polish selection is moderate) delivered by technicians bantering incessantly in their native language. I wasn’t offered any accommodations to include chair setting or refreshment. Though the decor evokes imagery of relaxation don’t expect a serene heavenly experience.

Great ambience! I explained that it was my first visit. I asked for a mani/pedi. My pedi was done in LESS than 10m & I hadnt had one in 3 months! Afterwards I got a mani & left disgusted with crooked shaped nails!

My two thumb nails are cracked and I just had my nails done five days ago and they’re both my thumbnails they did not put the tip on far enough on my nail and didn’t use enough glue which I asked him to do and I am going to go back in and fix. Desiree Sinclair

Sat down for a pedicure and they did it in 10 minutes. Didn’t receive a good pedicure.

Can I give negative starry? Charged way more than what I was quoted. I will not be back. I was quoted $59 but had to pay $80. Will not be back ever again.

Well maintained establishment seems to be clean. Came in for a wax but they don’t do very well. I had to pluck my own hair Because it wasn’t done properly.😒

Great place for a pedi and reflexology. Clean. Relaxing. Great techs. They took great care of my elderly grandmother a few times. This is now a monthly outting for us.

Absolutely loved them until I arrived at 6:30pm and they told me they were closed. The sign clearly says they close at 7pm. If they have a certain cutoff time for taking customers they need to post that!

Went and got my mother in law, 2 kids, and myself Mani/pedi we will definitely be back!

I went for a pedicure I selected the $45 service was taken back but left with water filling up no salt or soak just plain water which was cold I had to ask a male tech working to stop the water as it was nearing overflowing to which he noticed the cold temp and tried adding hot which didn’t improve the water temperature because it was so full of cold water then the female tech nicked my pinky toe it bled she didn’t say anything not even I’m sorry nor did she use any type of astringent or something of that nature to clean the bleeding spot tonight it’s red and mildly tender to say I’m disappointed is an understatement the place looked beautiful and clean but my techs lack of concern my water was that cold it was just plain water no salts or anything added to water then to a spot on my toe bleed and show no concern or attempt to clean it has me concerned since it’s red tonight

Came here for the first time today and it was amazing. Got the deep massage pedi 10/10!!! Also very great set up.

Pedicure was good..I didnt like my nails. I will not go back. First and last time going there.

A co-worker recommened the nail salon to me. Went for an eyebrow wax. One brow is more arched than the other because the woman took too much off one of the brows.

The staff is super friendly and dont rush while doing your pedicure.

I am very pleased with the hospitality and professionalism here I think they did a great job.. thank you very much. Will definitely come back

Eyebrow wax was great, basic pedicure was just ok. Was a bit let down after this place was so highly recommended.

Place was great . But customer service was awful everything was rushed I paid for the higher end package and it was not pleasant! Also was charged for something I didn’t ask for .
