Kayla is definitely a one in a kind employee. I come in on her shifts only simply because she’s the best employee up there she definitely is knowledgeable and takes her time with both me and my wife to explain and get us exactly what we’re looking for.

This used to be my #1 go to spot to get all my stuff. They use to take care of loyal customers, and all of a sudden, one day their whole vibe and staff attitude changed. Thinking it was a fluke I went on a different day, yet it was still the same. I asked what had changed and was told it was under a new owner who discontinued a lot of the services and loyalty perks, not to mention the prices jumped significantly. Theres enough other places that sell all the same things for better pricing, not to mention, appreciate loyal customers. I spend about $200 weekly so...

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I love the rewards they give to returning customers.

This used to be 5 stars. The employees are the kindest people who I now call friends. PJ, all of the ladies!! I live in Denison and come to Greenville weekly. I have been going without just so I can buy at your store. I loved this store...LOVED, as in past tense!The problem is the same problem with all vape stores. Your return policy on certain items. In this case, it was a battery for a delta 8 cartridge. I bought it last night and it quit working this morning. The new owner has a 24 hour policy and I was a couple of hours late so Im screwed out of $20. I aint rich and I work hard for my money. You stole it!!! Be better than the rest of the crooked vape stores and back up the products you sell. Love your employees... they are honest and have to be sympathetic because even they know its a rip off. I feel sorry for them. I feel sorry for you, too, store owner. You are awful, crooked and no better than a random scammer. Shame on you!

But I met this amazing person named Dazzalyn I believe that was her name, she was very helpful and she made everything easier like 123!!
