When they say the most notorious shop in Greenville, they live up to the name. Never been in a better smoke shop! Everyone who works there has been the friendliest person alive and I dont think Ive ever left the shop without someone telling me to be safe 🥰. The employees are super knowledgeable, the prices and inventory are great, and Ive always left VW in a better mood than I entered it. The owner, Christian, is also great! Absolutely can confirm they support small and local businesses as theyve commissioned several shirts from me to help get my shirt/sticker business off the ground (tysm for that btw). Theres a reason this place has so many glowing reviews - truly the best smoke shop experience Ive had thus far. Yall are great - keep it up! 👊
This vape shop has the MOST amount of disposable options I have ever seen! I obviously had a hard time choosing what to get and Jordan was a great help at helping me figure it out, he was very knowledgeable with everything down to flavors and the way the vapes hit! Theyve even offered to order specific things they didnt have in stock, like when I needed a specific 17mm glass socket. A+ customer service every time Ive been.Prices are ***very good*** especially compared to places like Smoke N Brew and Get Weird. Vape selection is big. Glass selection is decent. Excellent prices. Abysmal customer service. I cant judge a place in its entirety after one visit as an out-of-towner, but my visit tonight was sufficiently awful to warrant a review.Rep was a young woman who constantly stuck/peeled a giant sticker on her left leg while waiting for me to order. Zero feedback when I asked for recommendations, no thank you, etc. Just a constant, overwhelming sense that I was unwelcome.Based on other reviews, tho, this seems to be an anomaly.

An edit to my previous review: The new owner has done a complete 180° with this store! He is very knowledgeable about the products, super friendly, and just a good guy! Previous owner had a horrible vape juice selection, with only one flavor that wasnt minty or fruity. The new owner has a flavor for everyone! I see someone is speaking without knowing that they are selling something illegal, which they are not. Delta 8, THC-P, A, and H are all legal here in Greenville County. If they werent my doctor would cut off a couple of my medications. The new staff is great as well! Especially Rissa! Shes an absolute Goddess! I didnt catch the newest ones name, but shes just as great! Would definitely recommend now!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We went when they were supposed to be open at 8pm and the blonde girl working left for a “minute” to grab a drink. We waited for at least 20 minutes right outside the door and then gave up and left a review. We thought the hours could have been wrong online. The next day when we went in, she tried to come at us because of the review we wrote even when we were giving them our business still. This employee was beyond rude when we came in, deliberately ignored our phone calls, and was talking to us as if we weren’t even humans. Absolutely disgusting employee that is the furthest thing from friendly and such an embarrassment to the shops around. I would never give my business to this store again. If I could rate this a zero I would.
