Notes to the Public and Google Team:🚨🚨 PLEASE BE AWARE!! 🚨🚨I had my eyelashes done in their Hampton shop for $150 on Dec 14 or 15th for my Graduation Ceremony that was scheduled for Dec 17th.I didnt like my eyelashes extension when it was done becoz it was nothing like MINK EYELASHES.According to them, my services supposed to take 1hour 30mns. I asked before I make an apptment becz I had to do my makeup & photoshoot to be taken which was sheduled on the same day 3 hours after my eyelashes services.The finished product of my eyelashes was just HORRIBLE AND I LOOKED LIKE A VAMPIRE. I DIDNT LIKE IT &I immediately COMPLAINED ONSITE. THE LADY then CUT MY LASHES WITH SCISSORS to make It looks more natural.Yet IT WAS WORSE, THE WORSE SERVICE EVER. I didnt like it.To my understanding, It seems like they were training someone on my lashes because 1 person did my left eyelash for 2hours & another did my right eyelash for 45mns.I had them eyelashes removed the SAME DAY after I got home. Everyone in my family wasnt happy about the job.They have taken almost 3hr to do my lashes which made me miss my makeup apptm and photoshoot Scheduled on that particular day.I couldnt do nothing by cried the rest of the day and my sister called the business and spoke with the manager. She has promised to redo my lashes or if I want another services which we declined because we have someone else we trust where we go to for the others services she offered.We just wanted the eyelashes done.Due to that reasons(everything I have experienced with this business) I missed My Well PLANNED GRADUATION PHOTOSHOOT AND I Cancelled my Graduation CELEBRATIONS. I couldn’t go to my graduation ceremony at the University also because I couldn’t get everything done the way I wanted, I wasnt able to look the way I wanted to look on that special day of me due to their Unprofessionalism and failure to provide the service.I asked the same day for a refund so I can go get my lashes done elsewhere in order to participate in my graduation ceremony but THEY COMPLETELY DECLINED REFUNDING ME.They offered me another eyelash service for the future for free which I accepted. It couldnt be redone right away because they said my eyelid or something would be infected. Now that im ready to go get my eyelashes done( they have offered), I called them to set up an appointment, They switch the story by saying that I will not get no more eyelashes done and I will have to chose between eyebrows tinting or waxing.Those services dont even cost near $150. I told them that I dont want to do no more than eyelashes becoz I went to their website to check those services she offered and I was shocked to see and hear past customers experiences through their reviews.Soooo many people( past customers) have explained how frustrated they were after their services by posting pictures which looked nothing bu horrible.I dont want to get myself involved in another nightmare services they provide at this place.I asked them to refund my $150 or at least $100. However, the manager kept talking abt a consent form that I have signed which will not qualify me for any form of refund.Therefore, the consent form she mentioned have never been articulated to me before the service get done and that goes against the business law.IWANT TO BE REFUNDED BECAUSE I WASNT FAIRLY TREATED and feel being SCAMMED.(can you imagine how horrible this could be after going to the University for years and you couldn’t walk the day of your Graduation ceremony becoz someone couldn’t provide you the service you paid for? While they put themselves as being a professional service provider).I have kept calling them everyday to refund me or TO REDO my service before I get authorities involved becoz U cant play with people like that.NB: Im having difficulties posting videos and pics of their horrible work on my lashes. I will definitely find a professional technician for that.LET THIS BE PUBLIC!!IM A BUSINESS OWNER ALSO.Nobody has been HARASSING THEM LOL.MISINTERPRETING THE STORY WILL NOT WORK, I promise

Poor Service and performance and this business should be reported to the local authorities.My face was messed, my time and money was wasted.They are only lying to manipulate the public.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BUSINESS!!I had my lashes lift and eye brown done 2 weeks ago and I wasnt satisfied because I could see the big uneven differences between the 2 eyebrows, when I asked to be partially refunded due to my times and $ the lady ( manager) said that I had already signed a non return consent form. Smh...SO BECAREFUL WHEN THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A CONSENT FORM BEFORE YOU ARE WAITING FOR YOUR SERVICE TO GET DONE OR BEFORE THE SERVICE ISNT DONE. IT IS JUST TO COVER THEMSELVE AND KEEP YOUR MONEY BY DOING TERRIBLE JOB ON YOU.THE CONSENT FORMS IS THEIR WAYS OF JUST STEALING YOUR MONEY AND DO JOBS THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO PERFORM PROFESSIONALLY.They should be reported to the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, HAMPTON LICENSING DEPARTMENT AND HAMPTON POLICE DEPARTMENT.LIKE SOMEONE ALREADY MENTIKNED THIS IM WONDERING HOW THEY GOT THOSE 5 STARS REVIEWS IT MAY BE THEIR OWN FAMILY GIVING THEM THOSE STARS BECAUSE IT IS UNBELIEVABLE HOW TO PETFORM SO POORLY AND GET THOSE STARS. Poor performance. Nice staff but it really sucks when you don’t get what you asked for. When someone mistakenly takes too much off of your eyebrows… it’s kind of hard to fix that mistake and it is really upsetting when you have an event to attend. Staff should really make sure they have a clear understanding of what the client wants before they begin the process because you can’t undo some errors.

I went to do the ombré eyebrow tint but ended up getting henna tent. I absolutely hated them until they started fading day’s later.

The shop is very clean, and they offer other services like henna tattoos, eyebrow tinting, and waxing. I love Urmilla. She is the best and very sweet. She only works one Saturday a month. Eyebrow threading is $15.

I called and was able to come in the same day as a walk-in. My eyebrows were done perfectly!

I usually drive all the way from Hampton to Chesapeake to get my brows done. I am very particular about my brows because they grow weird and most people mess them up and I dont wear makeup so I have to run around for 2 months looking crazy until they grow back. Gomati at the Hampton location did an amazing job on my brows today better than my usual lady who just so happens to be out of town. I think I found my new go to place. Thank you 😊 💓. My first and last time doing henna tinting with them or anyone else. My tech was Fatima. First of all I arrived for my appointment a tad early and was excited to try this, She looked me up and down and said I am on my break. So I left and came back at exactly my appointment time. We briefly talked about what I wanted and I even showed her pictures (of me with my brows done just the way I wanted them). She assured me she could do it. I got the exact opposite and she was not very apologetic. I didnt put up a fuss and paid the full amount. Then lastly when she saw I was not pleased she blamed me and said well I didnt have enough eyebrows. Well if you thought that to start with, then why waste my time and money?!?! On top of all of that there were spots where the henna didnt take and she didnt even clean up the edges and when I asked her about doing that she tried to charge me extra by offering me threading!!! No maam. After spending the $50.00 I was charged, I spent another $35.00 to buy the products to remove it.

My 1st time here couldn’t have been any more perfect . Tripty hands down is the best brow threader in the 757. She also educated me on important skincare facts and products I should use . This is my new permanent go to place . 👏🏽

I needed to find a new eyebrow technician in Hampton. While getting my eyebrows threaded it was a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and actually talks to you during the process. She told me about the facials she even offers and I have scheduled an appointment for my first facial next week. She was very sweet and the work space was clean and welcoming. I cant wait to return.

I had urmila for my eyebrows today. I called an hour ahead of time and was able to get an appointment. She listened to the very specific way I wanted my brows and made adjustments to get them how I would like. She also showed some some of the skin care products and shared her recommendations for facials and home care. My eyebrows are almost perfect and I hope with time she can learn exactly how I like them to be shaped and become my new brow person!

This is actually a long overdue review. I found her place randomly on Groupon when trying to get my first time Brazilian done back in October 2019. She was really polite and made the whole experience comfortable. She has weekly specials which is great. To my surprise during my first visit, I also found out that she does eyebrow threading which is kinda rare in this area! I was struggling to find a good person to do threading ever since I moved from California to here back in 2017. I refuse to let anyone else do my brows because Tripty is AWESOME!!! Just recently bought her eyebrow serum & anti blemish moisturizer and I’m excited to see results. Will continue to return to her until I move again & recommending her to all my friends! :)

Tripty is AWESOME! I have not had my brows done in years because people always mess them up. But i gave Tripty a chance and she was FLAWLESS! Not only was her threading less painful than i have ever experienced before but her henna tint was the perfect match.! Since it was my first time getting the henna i messed it up the second day and i went back to her and she fixed them for me, free of charge. She always wants her customer to be satisfied and i love that about her and her business! If you need confirmation on if you should give her a try then this is it !!! Book your appointment today!Also, please try her hair serum if you have a sore scalp and her face wash, and facial toner. They are all pure made! I love it all!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I just want to share my experience. I went in for a regular tint and they convinced me to do the henna brows, I felt that they were just drawn on very bulky rather then them filling my own eyebrow shape to frame and match my face and when I asked for them to be reshaped I was told they couldn’t be fixed or altered :( however staff was very nice and pleasant; I paid and tipped but found myself googling ways to take them off as soon as I left. May return for a different service.

10/10 for customer service and they did great on my eyebrow threading and lash lifting. I felt comfortable and everything was very sanitary. I’ve only had two appointments with them and I loved it. Def going to keep going here!

I have had waxing done here and it has always been a great experience. I recently had eyelash extensions done before my wedding. The BEST ever! I had them done a few days before Thanksgiving and I still have most of them! (1/18). They looked fantastic and lasted WAY longer than I thought. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks!!!!

The girl who did my brows a few weeks ago threaded them well enough but I value customer service even more. When I came in, she must have thought I wouldnt notice or care enough that she didnt even greet me. No hello, good morning, or how are you? That doesnt sit well with me; if you want my business, then extend the proper courtesy. I might have been polite about it but Im probably not going back and will easily be able to find another eyebrow wax esthetician in the same building.

The lady in the Hampton shop who was there my last two times really put a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t know her name but know i went in on a Friday afternoon and she was the only one there. She pointed out both times that i have acne which is uncalled for. I am there to get my eyebrows done, not for dermotology. I was feeling good about my skin because it has come a long way and for her to point out that i have acne to try to upsell some product that’s probably gonna break me out more is ridiculous. No tact. They want to upsell so bad that they do not mind offending clients which is sad because they do good work. But i will not be returning

Today was my first time visiting, I will definitely be going back! I already booked my next appointment. I’m very picky about my eyebrows and she did an excellent job. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, great customer service! My new go to place for all my beauty needs.

I just love love love Ms.Dolly in the va. Bch location this is only my second appt . I went for my first appointment just to get my eyebrows threaded and Ms.Dolly introduced me to tinting and I absolutely love it and not only does she keep me looking good she’s a very sweet and honest kindhearted person , for years I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed at a spa in Norfolk and today I’ve made the decision to continue on with The lovely Ms.Dolly . I was referred here by a random lady and I must say, she recommended the right place. No one knows how to do my eyebrows since I have no natural arch and a scar on my left brow. Tripty did them exactly how I wanted and explained to me why my hairs are growing crazy and even suggested a serum to promote hair growth that actually works. The atmosphere is FANTASTIC and she makes you feel right at home. She is very professional and I recommend her if you want perfect brows. She is my go-to gal. Thanks Tripty!!!

Fatima is the best person to do henna eyebrows. When she finished I was like “ oh my goodness” or should I say “oh my goddess”. They are full, pretty and natural looking. It is definitely worth it. The added bonus is her personality and spirit. Very nice, easy to talk to and funny. I will be back. This is the beginning of an awesome relationship.

Unfortunately I may not be going back. I went last night to get my eyebrows threaded, very great customer service. But the service itself was horrible. The first time I went the lady did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. No bruising or bleeding around my eyebrows. Well last night, the lady who was working pulled skin from both of my eyebrows. The area my eyebrows burns so bad! And this the next day!! I am so upset and VERY frustrated. She knew she pulled skin because she started pressing her finger on it. And didn’t tell me anything. I am NOT happy and I will be asking for a refund today!! I can’t even do my makeup for Valentines Day which TODAY! Which is why I got my eyebrows done last night.

Honestly, this is the best place to get your brows done. I used to get my brows done somewhere else, but ever since I’ve gotten them done here I’ve never gone back. The ladies are so nice and welcoming I feel so comfortable and confident that I will walk out with perfect brows every time.

The first person who did my eyebrows here did i good job unfortunately idk her name. The second time was a different person and she did an absolute terrible job. Eyebrows look completely different from each other, one of them has no shape and its sloppy. I am now going somewhere else to see if they can fix this mess. Will not be back.She took the end of my eyebrow off and tried to tell me it was already short haha no maam i look at my face everyday and have recent pictures try again.

Very good place. Usually come for eye brow threading and it’s Great friendly service. The only place I trust and I’ve been coming here since 2020.

I just made an appointment for 5:55pm to get my eyebrows threaded and the system sent me a confirmation. 45 minutes later i receive a text saying that she cancelled my appointment. I called her and asked her about my appointment and she said maybe I can come on Tuesday I said no because I made the appointment for today not Tuesday. She said maybe the system cancelled it... there is no way the system could have cancelled it YOU had to cancel it. If you did not want anyone to book then you should have closed your booking site for Sunday to book. This was extremely bad customer service and I will not be coming back to a service. Before this, I have been there several times without any issues. But this was awful customer service and I will not be returning or recommending anyone else.

Saw lots of positive reviews regarding the service here, gave it a try and was highly disappointed. not only do my eyebrows look worse than before, but the lady left wax all on my face. my eyebrows arent even at all as well as stray hairs (pictures below)

I would love to know where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. My daughters eyebrows look like a five year old did them. The lady had her open her eyes with eyelash tint on and then didnt even bother to show her where the sink was when, surprise, it got in her eye. All while giggling! On top of all that, my daughter booked a regular eyelash and eyebrow tint appt. The lady changed it to henna without consulting her and then insisted that she pay the difference of almost $50. This place should be shut down ASAP!!!

I came from out of town to attend a gala with my husband and Fatima was AWESOME!!!! I completely forgot to get my brows threaded before coming down, I called Fatima and she took me right away! And did I say she did a wonderful job on my brows!! Thank you Fatima!!!

First off I’d like to say, the woman doing my lashes was sweet; but the quality of service was poor.The glue got into my eyes! My tech and another woman whom she asked to help her apply my lash strips, said that it was just the fumes from the glue, making my eyes burn.I couldn’t see, my eyes and nose were running, and the sensation was very similar to that of pepper spray.I stayed behind about 15 mins with a fan and rose water onto my eyelids, attempting to cool my burning eyes.I could barley see when I left, and I was driving the burning flared up again and my eyes were shutting by themselves….. when I got home and could finally see, I saw the strips were glued onto my actual lid, and I had to wipe off the crystallized glue from out my eye, and off my lid…..by this time my lashes were 1/2 way off so I just took them off.Being that this is only my second time getting lashes, I’m not sure if my experience is normal, but just thought I’d share my experience.

I went in to get the celeb doll lashes done and for $160 I was expecting them to be absolutely flawless just like in the pictures they have. This was not the case. My right side came out alright and I honestly don’t know what happened to the left, so I wanted them taken off IMMEDIATELY. They were so thick and unnatural looking and the quality of the lashes themselves were hard, synthetic, and overly shiny and one of the clusters were poking the corner of my left eye. The owner told me the lashes would take time to “settle in” and fall off for a more natural look and that they sit right above your natural lashes so they don’t pull them out when they come off. Well, they ripped off my natural lashes and now my lids are swollen and sore. While attempting to take them off Fatima was rough and came off annoyed that I was pulling away because it hurt. I wanted a refund but they were only able to give me 50% and the owner gave me one of their fiber mascara, which is apparently suppose to help grow your lashes. Quality, again, was not up to par. I just wanted my money back.Really disappointed because I had an event coming up but I’ve had better results with drug store strip lashes for $10-$15. Get these lashes done at your own risk.

I loved Ruida - she listened to exactly how I wanted my eyebrows and did a wonderful job! They only charge $12 which is great for eyebrow threading!

I went as a walk in today because my usual place was closed but I think they will become my usual place! She did a great job and my brows and the price is unbeatable.

I have been coming here since I moved to Virginia. Tripty and Fatima always do an amazing job on my threading and waxing. I don’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend!
