Best vape store Ive seen in Virginia in years. Very good juice selection. Once you become a regular they recognize your face non like 7 cities where everyone comes and they treat everyone horribly. Amazing selection of tanks, coils, and mods. Great store!

Highly knowledgeable staff with a wide selection of juices, mods and atomizers. They try to help fixing your old mod or tank before selling you a new one. They answer questions well and make suggestions that they feel would suit you better than trying to make a big sale. Definitely my go to shop for my vaping needs!

My husband and I had been coming to this store for more than a year now. Apparently, theres a new management now that had set up a new rule about no refunds/exchanges. Weve spent a LOT of money coming to this store on a regular basis. Tonight, we came in to buy new batteries. We asked for protons batteries....my husband ended up getting the wrong sized batteries due to the staff with curly hair/hat still decided to sell my husband a battery knowing that it wouldnt fit his mod. (The staff should have been knowledgeable enough to say that if we are getting a proton battery thats a certain size for a specific mod.)Anyways, we have not left the store yet and he tried to exchange a battery with the wrong size and just rudely denied our request to get the proper battery for our mod.Weve been a regular customer for years... we have brought in customers here and this is the treatment we get? We literally just spent another $26 on top of the $93.23 that we spent. One trip that cost us $100+ dollars...for nothing.STAY FAR AWAY from this store. Theyre management is just getting really bitter and money greedy now that customer service is the last thing in their mind.Do not waste your money and take the risk of being put in the same position...

Very polite and knowledgeable staff basically treated like a friend. They have a juice rewards card. However they dont have the best prices like everyone else is saying. If you go to Norfolk vape exotic is an example of cheaper prices. Same liquid sad boy is 4 dollars cheaper for example. Plus Im here today at 1212 they open at 1200 and no one is here. Usually like that every time I come here.

Moved to this town about a year ago. When I first got here this was my go to place. Over that year it is slowly emptied out and seemingly gone completely unprofessional. They are never stocked, don’t have some of the most popular Vape juices out there, and if they do they are overpriced and only offer you 10% off after buying 10 bottles! I went today to find out that they don’t even have batteries!!!!!! or the coils that I needed for my rig. I won’t be back I’ll take my business up the road to the vault where they always have everything that I need. Surprisingly enough because the vault looks much more rundown than this place. Don’t let the current pictures fool you, this place is empty.

This place is great. Inexpensive. Fun. I go every week or every other week. Its the only place I go. The dude behind the counter is knowlegable and friendly. Prices are great and they have discounted juice. They get fresh new flavors in different mg and nicotine strengths. Just picked up a new mod and juice and batteries and tank. Spent 195 ish. Got my membership card stamped. Free membership/discount card. Got some cash off. Just because. Although I suspect cause I spent so much.

Great place- Amazing prices. I saw someone posted to go to Norfolk to save $4, waste of gas- Come here instead. Staff is great always busy so wait times can be a bit long. If you are new to vaping- they will teach you step by step on how to get the most out of your vape. They teach you how to build your coils if you want to use an RDTA (rebuildable coil((cheaper then buying a new coil every 2 weeks or so)) they have seating so you can come in and hang out.the prices and mods are so good they got broken into at least twice in as many years so you know it a good place. LOL After the second break-in they stopped stocking so many mods- but they will order you the one you want.they have a discount card- the 10th purchase of juice is free. The offer discounted priced juice too for us cheap people. 120ml for $11.

These guys have all the essentials. Its not a huge store filled with a bunch of junk. They carry a good selection of mods, rdas, and rdtas along with tanks and juices, not JUST juice and a small selection of tanks and over priced mods like a lot of other ships in the area. Prices are more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

For selections they have a lot and then some. Service was ok. I however didnt like the fact that there was no way to try the juice unless you brought your own drip mod. If I cant try it I wont want to buy it. However would recommend if in need of mods tanks or anything else not juice.

Cheapest prices and best selection of mods/accessories and exclusive juices in Hampton. Cant find most of the juices anywhere. Great, friendly staff as well.

I recently purchased smok v8 . i had trouble with coils . burning my throat bad. The new coil extra one didnt work so the charged me for new. Coil never even worked. Plus the service sucked. This in 3 days time. 2 coils . so im not going back

I just patiently waited for over an hour to purchase a nice mod and accessories. Every person that came through the door took precedence over my purchase. I am appalled at how I was treated in this place...I will likely NEVER return.Dont waste the trip unless you have nothing else to do and nowhere else to be anytime soon...

I love this place. The associates that work here are knowledgeable and down to earth. They dont knock you for what mod you have but they will give you advice for something better for your needs if you ever need it. I highly recommend this place!

This is the only vape store I got to and they are super knowledgeable and they have a friendly staff not to mention great prices. Why go anywhere else when the three things you look for in a vape store are at velocity

Was my usual store for vape juice but this is the second time now Ive shown up at the store when they should be open, only for them to be closed with no sign or note. Wont be coming back now.

Staff is extremely unprofessional, they hardly have any stock!! They should just close down. Supposed to open at Noon and doors where locked guy in parking lot yelled give me one second waiting on someone to unlock door.What kind of business does that. This place sucks!!
