Bought 3 big bottles of house juice John mixed them they taste like straight packets of nicotine even shook them for 30 min and they wont fix or replace at 33 dollars a bottle Id recommend stay away he dont live up to his brand worst customer service ever stay clear

Awesome staff and easy to get along with, even tho we could have bought what we wanted and just left we ended up talking for about an hour. they have a huge selection of house made juices, they have around 100+ pre made flavors. you can also custom blend flavors for exactly what you like best. Their juices have no added sweeteners so youll still get that great flavor plus prolong the life of your coils.

Extensive variety of flavors. I have not had a bad one yet. Good quality juice. Prices are very competitive. VERY clean retail space. The female sales person knew all the product very well. It was also refreshing to walk in and not have the entire store filled with vape smoke and a bunch of dudes hanging out like its a club house. I will be back.

Bought a very cheap vape from here. Wasnt sure how to use it and even after they showed me how it i decided i wanted to return it because i could certainly find something better. Had the receipt and bought it less than 24 hours before and they would not let me return. There is no reason for that at all since i was just in and have my receipt. This is a thing most stores typically allow…not too crazy but you obviously need every sale you can get so whatever. But wont ever be back

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING!Originally stopped at this vape shop to get new coils for my RDA.They ended up finding out that my RDA was actually shorting out which saved me from having to buy an entire new mod,My RDA ended up completely frying multiple of their tester units.Im so glad that they were able to find this out so I didnt blow my box, they were extremely knowledgeable if youre a beginner when it comes to vaping these guys will definitely help you out! They seem like they genuinely like their job and not like theyre just worker is in dont want to be there!Customer service is definitely top not at this establishment, I have been to many many vape shops but this is by far the best one Ive gone to.PRICESPrices are moderate for the area, expect the mark-up by about 10 to 15% from items online.EctThey also have a pretty decent Rewards program where you get credit in store for however much you spend.OVERALLDefinitely a very good experience, I highly recommend this place to somebody who is a novice or even an Enthusiast of vaping. Plenty of different items to choose from as well as custom e liquids. 9 out of 10!

Called ahead to make sure they had the coil I needed. Salesman checked supply and gave me detailed directions to shop. When I arrived to purchase coil he let me know I was getting the wrong coil and explained everything to me. Very helpful and courteous.

If you are still smoking cigarettes, give these guys a visit. Here you can get a powerful vaping machine (big- fills your hand) that can really deliver giant puffs of cool white smoke (that exhales as a giant white cloud) and use gradually less and less nicotine content in the juice you put in it. It feels very satisfying, but no stink. Eventually you will lose interest in the fake smoke and youll stop reaching for it altogether... but it REALLY works to get you unhooked from cigs. The cost to get going is less than a carton of smokes, and is cheap to operate (juice). Highly recommended by an ex-smoker.

This joint has great prices, all the house juice they make is quite good. The juice they sell burns really clean too, I can go days without a wick change. Totally recommend this place.

Horrible customer service, horrible associate that took care of me, takes all his time to play with friends and uses it on company time. Get banned over a small joke with a good employee over something that could be serious but never responds. Banning me is one thing , but taking it out on my wife that wasnt there is a sexist thing to do. The owner shouldnt be attacking my wife as well. This is a serious case of the boss man being sexist against women, or at least others. Whos to say that it wont happen again to another.

Four out the past five times I’ve stopped by the open sign is lit, but the door is locked. I understand needing to take a break but when it’s 30 minutes after you open? Maybe I’m missing something. I don’t know but I’m just sick of it.
