Purchased two vapes from this place that did not work. Will continually fire/ hit without you doing anything until it completely dies and does not work. They will not refund you your money. This place is a rip off with defaulted product.

Went to get new smoking accessories and vapes.. Caleb which told me he had been working there for 2 week was the best at helping me since ive been going there for about 1 year.. Answered all my questions with great knowledge.Give this man a raise!!!

No refunds or exchanges are one thing but what they dont tell you at the time of purchase is to try them out before you leave, had we known that wed have found out we were about to waste money on a disposable vape, but its ok ,theres plenty of other vape stores

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now. Have always had great service, and they have a good selection and prices on pretty much everything. Management goes above and beyond.I don’t live nearby anymore, but I always drive the extra 10 minutes for this location, just because of the quality service I’ve always gotten here.

Made a purchase earlier today and my got vape out the wrap and it continues to vape without me using. Called and asked about it and was swiftly hit with a no refund policy. A brand new item bought that’s full. That’s not good business and I’ll make sure to spread the word around locally to not do business their.

Was told that a vape was on order. Returned 3x and was told the shipments came in but were still in the box and no one would look to see if it was there. More worried about being on their phones. Will never be back.

My disabled son bought a $30 vape in there and it did not work so make sure whatever you buy in there you check it before you leave the building because they do not give refunds or exchanges. I will not be back other places at least exchanges.

I pulled up 20 minutes before closing and the worker stated he had already closed down the register. I let him know that it was not 10pm yet, he stated he closed to do some cleaning. He then went and got in a car after I left out, with his friends even though the store wasnt supposed to be closed yet. I will not waste my time trying to shop here anymore
