Great store, great people, fair prices

The people that work there are very friendly, and courteous.

Stopped in when this place first opened up and thought it would have shut down by now. Not because of any personal issues with the owner, I have none. I always want a small town mom and pop shop to succeed. The problem was, and is, the prices of the merchandise. The doors would have been closed after just a few weeks in a town like Mt Pleasant, where the tobacco/head shops are plentiful and all offer competitive pricing. Its sad to see a new business open in a smaller town and fail due to overpricing. I compared the pricing on some items and found that the difference between this place and the similar shops in Mt Pleasant were close to DOUBLED. So I just wait until Im near Mountain Town to make my tobacco shop stop.

Customer service is outstanding. The pricing is very reasonable for the product(s) I have/do purchase.

Lowest price Ive found on breeze pros. However, they run out very fast. I hardly catch them in stock. Please order more at a time

I went here to get a cigar as they looked like they had a nice selection from photos. They do have a decent selection. I went into the humidor and noticed that only 4 of the 50 or so different cigars had prices posted on them. I asked the gentleman operating the store about it and he said You can thank Biden for that. I found it odd to make a political statement to a customer. I am not a huge Biden fan but I didnt understand how Biden has the power to prevent someone from pricing their inventory. He said that it was because the prices fluctuate so much he stopped pricing them and I could either bring each cigar out and scan them or he could check for me. The cigars cost X, mark them up Y and charge Z. I am sure the prices change over time but just price them accordingly. I dont think Biden has that much say in how much your distributor charges you. I told him to have a good one and took my business somewhere else. Who, more than likely have the same political views as the gentleman working here, but wisely kept it to themselves. Making political, religious or any other questionable statements to customers is a bad buisness practice.

If you’re going to close at 8, change it on Google!!!I drove all the way here for them to be closed. And to top it off, the employee (I thought he was a customer) didn’t acknowledge me and just drove off in his car, letting me go all the way to the door. He never mentioned anything to me about being closed. If he did, I wouldn’t have left this review.

The prices are average for the area. Some things are a bit cheaper some things are a slightly more expensive but all in all Tobacco is comparable to the cheapest places around the area. Ive shopped at them all my favorite was Reds Oakridge Store in Farewell but now that I now this place exists and its open late and is just around the corner Ill most likely be shopping hear from now on. If you have doubts about the time they are open call before you go simple solution. I should add if you think the prices are bad there go down state by Lansing Detroit or Grand Rapids no gas stations carry tobacco you have to shop at a tobacco store and the prices are higher on everything down there.
