Do not support this place and waste your money there. Ive gotten devices there and pods that were burnt and they talked down to me and will not exchange them I will not be going back there and supporting that business. If you had a restaurant and your food is bad they exchange it thats how you run a business.

These guys they have working need to know their stuff told me I needed a certain battery I told them what kind of vape . It was not the right batteries they was clueless but recommended and said for sure that’s the one I needed went to exchange it and they wouldn’t lost mine and my all my customers business!! If you don’t know how to do your job the find a new one! Being a business owner u fix the problem if u made it! Do not tell me this is the right one and when I come right back in u say I can not exchange it and it was y’all’s fault!!! No unexceptional! I will be contacting the owner! Would like to speak to the owner from one owner to another! They refuse to let me speak to you! Seems like my number is blocked because it now has calling restrictions!

Went back in for the first time in awhile and I absolutely love the 2 new guys there now. They had the best personality and made the experience awesome!! I will definitely be going back! They also had great products in stock and I ended up finally getting a purple mod!! Thanks guys for a amazing experience! Look forward to coming back for my favorite juice!!

Been almost 8 years with this company and am now and have always been MORE than happy with the helpful staff, their house juice ( FLAKES IS MY FAV!!🙌) and ofcourse their WONDERFUL rewards program!! I have my 15% off for LIFE and that ADDS UP! So thankful they think about us and our $!

These men need to learn there stuff! Selling the wrong thing i asked for! Wouldnt exchanging and it was there fault, lost my business hire ppl that know their stuff!

These guys are great. They help customers out and even give advise on running mods and tanks. They also educate new vapers on the use of their devices. They are also quick to help you pick out good juices according to your taste and not what sells best.

Was not satisfied with this shop. I went in seeking advice on ejuices to get something new to try something worth the money. I was acknowledged when I walked in that’s one good thing. When I asked the guy for help he just opened a binder with juice brands in them and didn’t say a word and just looked at me. I had to ask was there any he suggested or did they have any in a certain flavor and once again he didn’t say anything he just pulled juices and a mod and handed them to me. I had to ask him could I try them and he finally spoke and told me yes. Other customers walked in and he just ignored me after that I had to go get him tell him that I was going to buy two bottle of a certain kind since he just stopped helping me. Maybe he was having a bad day or something but I was not happy about my visit. This shop only got a 3 bc his coworker greeted me and I got to try juices before I decided on one to purchase.

Our first time eating here but not the last!!! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, has open seating and the staff and owners are very friendly... more importantly, the subs were delicious! Already trying to decide which sandwich I will try next time.

You really cant ask for better, more laid back folks. They take care of their customers but dont make a big production of it. If they suggest a mod, it isnt just to make money. Nice, friendly, and helpful. Love this place.

This place is awesome. Ive been a customer for years, since the store on wing street opened, and every time I open the door... Every time, a smile from employees that know their stuff is what I am greeted with.

The guy that runs this one and HQ is extremely helpful, and I couldnt recommend a vape shop harder than i do this one. I had no idea what i was doing, what i needed to quit smoking cigs, etc. They walked me thru everything step by step and set me up with the perfect vape and flavors. I am more than stoked about it. When you just dont have the time to get across town Vaporized Express will hold you down. During lunch hour rush its quick in and out. Great knowledge about vaping from the staff!!!
