Ecig Vapor Juice Store

Ive been here a couple times and they were just really helpful and informative when I was trying to figure out what to get. They even take their time with you if a couple people are waiting behind you. They recommended an awesome mod to me the other day and I am so happy with it it works perfect! Thanks guys!

This is the only place I go for vape supplies. Cheyenne is amazing and so helpful. She is always willing to spend the time with you to make sure that you’re happy with your purchase.

I tried to return my completely unopened refillable vape that I bought 2 days prior and get a different more expensive one and they wouldnt take it. They will only do returns if it doesnt work...even if it is completely unopened and you have the receipt...The person working knew i was having trouble deciding and still didnt let me know that i wouldnt be able to return it...I would suggest Karma Korner or Queens Palace any day...

They sell broken vapes and are well aware! And won’t let you return them! Unbelievable! Judging by the comments it’s happened to a lot of people just check the one star reviews!

Everything was good i loved all the employees except terri she obviously was very new or didnt know what she was doing she didnt care and her service sucked! But other than that tj and cheyenne were very nice

Customer service could really use some improvement and also will not accept returns if products are faulty. Buy at your own risk.

Good selection, good prices, friendly and knowledgeable employees. I got a disposable and a refillable salt nic vape and some salt juice for it. Happy with all 3 products.

EDITED REVIEW.. After my first encounter with staff being horrible I said I would never come back! However, I gave this shop another chance and whoa Nellie I am impressed! They have gotten a really good staff in there now and that has taken a shop I would never go into again to a shop I love going into. Robert knows the products the pros and cons and wont sell you something just to get the sell. He will tell you the truth and let you decide. He is friendly and approachable. Cheyenne is knowledgeable, approachable and friendly! When you come in she always has a smile and she wants to help you get what you are after. TJ, he is great. He has been in the industry long enough he knows what coil building and cloud chasing is. That does make a difference. When he gives you a recommendation it is because he has been on the other side of the counter not just because he wants to make a sell. It is experience and that is not something you can fake. The feel that all the staff I have encountered has been very knowledgeable and approachable! They know their product and what they are selling you. They want to get you the right product. The shop has been clean and stocked. You are never just left hanging or disregarded. Great job to the owners for getting a great staff. A vape shop is more than just the products and price points... it is the staff as well that can make or break you and you have gotten a great staff!!! That has made a shop that I will keep coming back too! The only con I can see know is not able to test flavors. That is rough.

Wish I could rate this 0 stars sadly not an option. I bought 2 ultra pro 8000 puff disposable vapes both of which stopped hitting after plugging in the charger. Kids at desk said it was to high of an amperage even though I have used the same charger for every disposable i have ever had. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND not buying any disposables here. GO TO QUEENS PALACE they at least care for their customers . Never doing business here again

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Large variety of juices and devices. I came here on vacation. I am a very picky juice person. Rarely do I find one that I really like and this place found it for me! Love it. Will be going back.

Even if you are 21+, the name on your form of payment has to be the same as the name on your ID… What?! Who cares where the money comes from as long as you’re of legal age?Sorry, you’ll never get me to understand that one. Stupid policy & an easy way to deter people from ever coming back. Puff n’ Stuff is just down the road & is much better. Loyalty punch cards & no stupid policies.

Staff was not very helpful. I had a you ger blonde kid help me and I felt like I was a bother to him. I told him I did not want a juice that was cool or minty because they cant be returned and I got to my vehicle, tried it and sure enough it was. Wasted 16 dollars on a bottle of juice I wont use.

Great selection very friendly, very helpful when it comes to picking out flavors even if you are picky like me they still do their best and a while ago i had a bad experience and the manager(Dawson) was on shift and asked about my unhappy visit and he spent the time to make things right and apologize. I have seen a huge change coming back 2 years later and its a very good one. Great job management for for fixing things up.

I have to say every time I have gone into the store each time each employee has been very pleasant nice and very helpful and willing to help me with whatever I needed to do in the store. At the end of my purchases theyve always invited me to come back again. I have to say that store is very clean very nice and very well kept and very well stocked.

The fact they don’t exchange faulty disposables is dumb. They tell you to check them in the store and without fail I do every time. They have been telling me for the past 3 days they had the only kind I like in so I go three days in a row and still nothing, finally settle on a dif kind, check it in store and it rips fine, not even 5 rips later it dies and they won’t exchange it. So dumb

Needs to be a 0!!!!!! We bring in our coil to get a new one and make sure it is matched correctly. Since the kid at the counter was holding ours we assumed he gave us the right pack. After running our credit card we notice it is THE WRONG COIL. Still at the counter , not leaving the store and catching the mistake instantly, we are told NO REDUNDS!! WHAT!?!?!?!? We did not make the mistake nor even leave the counter after purchase!!!! After the kid called the manager,Kelly.. we were told only in store credit, so we ordered coils, NONE WERE IN STOCK... after Kelly proceeds to tell us via phone in store credit must be used TODAY, WHAT!?!?!?!?! Not our mess up! I have never had to complain about ANY company! This is insanity!!! Not a way to run a business

They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I came in with an old vape and tank they were able to find atomizers that work for me. They have an impressive juice selection. I will definitely be coming back.

I just stopped at this store yesterday for the first time and I can definitely say I’ll be coming back! They have amazing prices and an overwhelming selection of juice and product! I spent a solid hour in there and I felt like a kid in a candy store.

Tj was awesome and took care of me. All the way from Texas I ran out of juice and he recommended the Heisenberg juice it is the best. My go to while Im here in town. Ill be back. Best service around.

Thought it was a decent shop until they wouldnt back their products, talked me into a new brand and it lasted 45 days! But at least they offered a 10% discount to buy a new vape... what a joke!

Walked in and told the great guy behind the counter that I needed a vape because I wanted to get away from cigs. He asked how much I smoked and what I was looking for, i.e. clouds or whatever. After a brief talk he suggested a nice unit and then we talked about flavors. He was very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. If youre like me and have very little idea of what you want just walk in and let them help you out. Thank you!

Well where do I start!! My husband ordered a big bottle...oh wait the kid forgot!! AND he bought a new vape..smok ...it lasted less then a month....ok...BUT funny...they said they knew they leaked!! So what the hell is wrong?? Useless!! Need adult management

Good service and selection but the some of the disposable vapes have been kinda boof lately like barely working or with the puff plus they only last maybe two days normally using it but when you buy the same ones from queens palaces they last twice as long very confused why that is they say some in every box come like that but it has been every puff plus purchasedthereAdded: even the smaller puff bars are just as bad will not be going back to e-cig vapor
