One of (if not) the best messages I’ve ever had. The facility is beautiful and relaxing, and the treatment was incredible. My therapist (Roy), was naturally dialed into my stress points and relieved the muscle tension without making the muscles sore. I seldom write a review unless I have had an extremely poor or exceptionally good experience. In this case, I would highly recommend.

Received an excellent two hour massage by Rachel. It didn’t even feel like two hours, it was that great. She’s very hands-on and asked what I would prefer for her to focus on which I really liked. When you first walk in it smells so good and the receptionists are so friendly. Would highly recommend going to any of the Elements Massage franchises to get a superb masseuse to take good care of you.

I went here previously and the massage was amazing....this time not so much. It was good however he focused way too much on the gluten and missed other crucial areas. Once it was over he didnt so much as offer any water like they all do and stated the exit is to the left and restroom the opposite way didnt even ask how was the massage and he exited the room and I didnt see him before leaving would definitely not use LA Marcus again...2 hour waste of my time.and money...not pleased it felt nice but should have come out feeling exceptional as I always do after my treatments

I absolutely love this place! From the front desk staff to the massage therapists. I’m a little upset with what I witnessed yesterday between a girl at the front desk and a customer over the phone. The lady on the phone was screaming so loud that I could hear her on the other side of the desk. I felt so sad for the front desk girl that had to sit there and get harassed and spoken to like she was nothing. I was so upset I wanted to personally take the phone from her. I was absolutely just disgusted by the ignorance of this lady over the phone. The poor girl could not even get a word in to explain anything to this extremely hostile customer over the phone. I have been coming to this establishment since they first opened last year. I have pretty much seen every therapist there and they are all hands down amazing, and this is coming from someone that was once a massage therapist for 25 years. I want you to know you are all amazing and please don’t let someone so nasty try to ruin how amazing you ALL are. Please feel free to reach out to me if you would like me to explain what happened since I was a personal witness to a very sad and unfortunate situation. It takes zero effort to be kind people.

Worthwhile experience overall. They have great rooms theyre all very friendly, Ray did a very good job and wasnt afraid to apply the correct amount of pressure and demonstrated numerous times throughout the visit that he cared about the overall experience. If I get another massage anytime soon it will be here. I see why it has a perfect score of 5 stars as of the date of writing this review.

I used to get massages a few times a week due to a neck injury in the 90s. I hadnt had one for about 5 years and had no idea where to go in Vegas where there are endless options.Using Google maps, I found Elements a few miles from me. I called and booked through a kind young male receptionist. He was very accommodating of my timing due to my lack of transportation. He offered me a new client discount that saved me about $20. Thank you to the front office!The office (near Dave & Busters) was easy to find, unlike many places in the Henderson and Vegas craziness. The check in process was a wee bit techy for me (computer pad) but I figured it out pretty quickly. The front office was clean, bright, and comfortable, as was the entire facility.My masseur was excellent! He was skilled in different types of bodywork and incorporated lymphatic drainage into the 90 minute massage. Id love to include his name, but it escapes me. Hopefully, whoever reads this can mention his name.(BBT @ 4:30pm on Wednesday, April 3)Thanks to all!

First time getting a massage was fantastic. I have old injuries that create a lot of pain when my muscles are tight from the gym, today I left relaxed and pain free. I even paid for an extra half hour because I didnt want the massage to end!Highly Recommend.

I dare say Ive tried every massage establishment in town, including the overpriced spas. This place is the best, hands down. The front desk staff knows me when I walk in; they are fun to chat with and always happy. My regular MT is Madyson and shes been a godsend for my jacked up lower back, upper back, mental health, all the things. She always remembers from session to session what were working on, and has all the traits I need in a MT: she listens, has great energy, pure empathy, and a presence that makes it clear she loves what she does and truly wants to help. I will continue to be a frequent flyer. To the owner: give them all raises!

This was my first visit to your studio. It was a lovely experience. The front desk gal was very pleasant and accommodating. She shared all about the studio and options available for my massage. I had the best massage at this brand new Elements Massage location! Really clean, modern and beautiful studio. Very personable owner, manager and staff. I highly recommend Tasha! She did some target work on my shoulders and neck. Shes amazing and I feel completely refreshed and relaxed. 😃

Apple was a complete professional! She is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She has strong thumbs and she had to back off a little bit. But the massage was great! I live out of the area and this was for Father’s Day. But if I am back in the area I would definitely visit again. I would recommend this business needing a massage. And specifically I would choose Apple again!

This was a amazing experience. From the moment I walked in I felt extremely at ease, Emily is perfect at making you feel welcomed to come in and relax offer a glass of water or ask if anything she can help with. Then Rachel had very much a peaceful and welcoming personality. She listened to my issues and was more than capable of attending to them. Probably the best experience Ive had and this is my go to now because of it.

Wonderful atmosphere and great massage by Idelis♥️ The receptionists are very sweet and friendly. Love the lemon water. I also love the fact that they have envelopes for the tip in the massage room so if you want to leave one in cash you can. Will definitely go back there. So happy it is in a great location with easy parking.

The staff at this location were extremely kind and helpful. It was our first time getting a massage and I will definitely be going back here again. Went for an hour massage with Rachel! Most incredible hour of my entire life. She is kind, compassionate, professional, and nothing short of magic!oh.. and don’t even get me started about how amazing the girls at the front desk- they were the sweetest and made me feel right at home!

Brand new location and really nice reception area. My first visit and Tasha did my first massage and she is wonderful and personable. The room is spacious and comfy and I feel relaxed. Definitely go back again.

I had a 1 hour massage with Tasha and let me just tell you it was hands down the best massage I have EVER had! I have never left getting a massage and felt this good. Tasha was absolutely the sweetest and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. BEST MASSAGE EVER!!!
