Lotus Massage

I’ll start off by saying it was a clean spa it felt comfortable. The massage was not good though. It was suppose to be a deep tissue massage which was more elbow pressing and pushing than anything very little use of hands. The latex gloves also were a problem for me. I was thinking the entire massage at what point is she going to massage me. Also that it wasn’t relaxing! My neck and shoulders hurt even more than when i went in, overall i was very unpleased and when asked how I felt The concern for my response was defensive. There’s plenty of places to go to here in Vegas and i will not be returning.

I have low back pain and went in for a 30 minute massage. Today I feel much better and am hopeful with weekly massages my pain will be gone without medication!

2nd time, my wife and I have been here. Wow!! The best experience! Wow! Im a big guy, and again, I was impressed with the amount of pressure I received. We always ask for deep tissue massage. Cici found all my knots and worked on getting them out. Thank you. I couldnt remember who worked on my wife. She was incredible, too. We will be back! They always have been nice to us.

Ive come here for massage for at least 3 years, and I always leave feeling like a new person! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very taken care of while Im here. Therapists check in and make sure the pressure and temperature are okay. They also make sure all services and prices are decided on before you begin. There are many add ons available-scrub, cupping, cbd, etc. Ive added on services during my massage, by recommendation of the therapist, and never regretted it. Staff is not pushy. Very personable and talented. Highly recommend!!

The staff was nice at first. The lady doing my massage didn’t even massage the area I came in to get done. I paid for a deep tissue massage, did not come close I felt like I was getting lotion rubbed on me for an hour. At the end of my service she charged me 90 dollars for the massage, then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said $10 just to be polite ** I was not happy with my service **. She then points at a sign on the desk that gives you SUGGESTED tipping amounts. Ranging from 15-25 dollars per hour depending on your satisfaction with the service. I told her that I would be leaving 10 dollars and then she got rude. No more smile no more customer service voice just “bye bye” and pointed me to the door. And as I’m just trying to get my wallet back in my purse she again says “bye bye” and points me rudely to the door. Just go somewhere else.

Just tried this location for the first time.Very polite, professional and got me in the same day. I was very impressed and they paid a lot of attention to some previous injuries. Hot Stone massage at no extra charge! I gave an extra tip because it was New Years Eve and the ladies were so kind and grateful. I highly recommend the 90 minute massage!

Stepped away several times during the massage. Was not attentive at all. Left the room for over 3 minutes to discuss something with someone. Answered the phone and started working with just one hand a couple times. Highly recommended to AVOID this place in the future.

First let me say that my massage was awesome!! looking for a place to come on a more regular basis . I took away 1 star based on when I was leaving . I was paying for my massage and said I would like to leave 15.00 tip . My masseuse said 20, I said 15 please . ( it’s the money I had ).she handed me the machine to punch everything in and again said 20. , I said 15.. she pulled the machine from me , her smile went away and she said fine and plugged everything in and I paid . I said Thankyou , it was great and she wouldn’t look up at me so I left . I don’t understand , it was a descent tip , it’s what I could afford , it’s not like I stiffed her . So I left feeling a bit upset and confused , when I should feel happy and relaxed . I like this place , I really do but now I’m not sure I want to go back . Just sharing an honest review

It was exactly what I was looking for and more! My back felt sore and needed a massage that would release the tension and they delivered. It was a true full body massage and you can decide the intensity of it. Price was great too. I wholeheartedly recommend the place.

Pricing at the time of leaving this review is $60 for a 1 hour massage (or $70 for deep tissue) plus tip. They also offer half hour massages. After an amazing, 1 hour, deep tissue massage by Amy, all my stress was gone, and I felt like I had a new body. Highly recommended. You should call ahead to reserve your massage but walk-ins are accepted, too.

Incredible prices for the quality of the massages. My technician was great with her pressure and consistency. Its a wonderful little shop!

U liked the massage, but when Ii went to pay she argued about my tip! Said it should be 20% if I liked the massage- I gave $10. They already charge $10 more for deep tissue which I have never seen before. Beware of tip shaming!

Professional staff, nice quality massage (worked out my knots) with hot stones and reasonably priced! Enjoyed our couples massage and will be returning again in the near future. This was only our second time here under the new ownership and I personally rate the massages on a higher scale. They even applied a credit I received from last year without my mentioning it.

Just had the best massage I ever had went in feeling broken and yuki fixed me right up!Awesome deep tissue massage then hot rock therapy after! Most definitely will return! Money well spent!

Im happy to say Ive finally had a deep-tissue full-body with foot massage that was thoroughly satisfying, here in Henderson. Kinks and tightness in areas both known and unexpected were worked deeply and completely by the master masseuse who gives his all in his work. I walked out feeling years younger! Ill be back. Nice, clean salon with individual rooms. Only one suggestion - the background music was too loud and a bit monotonous. Would suggest more spa-oriented music.

I was not going to leave a public comment but due to my experiences this place deserves one.Service 07July2023 1130am Friday.I initiated service for an original 60 min massage, with deep tissue. Upon my arrival I met with who seems to be the owner. She encouraged me to reconsider getting a 90 min deep tissue massage. And here is where things took to play.Upon entering the room which was across room 2. The women who was giving me a massage stretched me for 25 minutes and it was not a problem as I understand that you need to go in slowly. After 25 minutes of stretching she then proceeded to massage. The entire time I was anticipating a deep tissue massage! Well that NEVER occurred.As I explained to her when meeting that I needed a deep tissue massage. My shoulders, neck, Heent needed some work.I received a cat massage, as it felt like a cat was massaging me. Very basic. My 13 year old daughter can apply more pressure.I have been to many Asian massage salons, and I will rate this place -1. As being Asian myself I expect high quality.Complaint 2. Prior to her exiting to fetch a towel she placed a towel over my eyes. I wanted to peak so I peaked, and come to realization that the curtain was open!!!! My upper half did not have clothes just a bare cloth bedsheet! So this made me extremely uncomfortable! Violation of conduct.When she completed her work she asked how it went, my response to her was was it was ok.Upon checking out. Same women said charge will be $100. Of course I pay service. She then requested for how will I pay tip? I responded respectfully my card. She requested how much I said $10. She then looked at me with a disgust face and responded with I gave you a 90 min massage. I then realized at that moment that she needed to be put in her place, not to come off as rude but to inform her of her services.My response politely to her were. We’re you the one who gave me my massage, if so it was definitely not a deep tissue massage. She then proceeded to give her opinion and said that it was. This women was trying to reason with her service. Very confrontational ! Definitely not a place to go to! I then explained to her why as how I tipped the way I did. I kept my mouth closed as I just wanted to pay and get out of there as quickly as possible, and under any circumstances that I would ever want to return! Nore even give this place a second thought of returning! Go to a Thai massage!Some advice for this place. If you expect to last in this industry listen to your customers. And do not ask for tips! Never have I ever been to an Asian massage where they did very little work, no effort was made upon my service. If you expect to be able to receive good customers maybe retraining your staff? Definitely not a deep tissue massage! Again I will emphasize this to the rest of the clients do not go here. I am not sorry for leaving this comment.To add on additional I did not fill out a form which allows the massage therapist to identify if there are any physical issues with me. If this place expects to survive in Henderson then act accordingly.

Had an excellent deep tissue massage today from Able. Clean, quiet and very reasonable priced. Next time I’m in Boulder City, I will definitely get another massage at Lotus Massage. Oh yes. My friend also had a massage and enjoyed it also.

Amy was so knowledgeable and really knew how to fix me right up! That’s what a massage should be! I will be back!

Lotus Massage is the best place to get a professional massage in all of Las Vegas and Henderson. If you get a 60 minute massage, you are on the table getting a massage for the entire 60 minutes, unlike many other places that start a little late and finish early. Their prices are excellent and there aren’t additional charges for things like hot stones. I highly recommend Lotus Massage.

I get foot massages and back massages maybe twice a month just for context. My regular place is $35 for a full hour. This was $40 for 45 mins. I asked about getting a better deal and knock off $5 on each massage. The women agreed quickly and ushered me and my friend to the back. My feet felt a little better than when I came in but…. Massage could have been much better. They were pleasant enough but same exact four moves. During forty five minutes there was about four distinct maybe five.. moves they did. The fifth move would be described best as pulling at my leg hair with just enough lotion to have a surplus at the end of the year. Either they aren’t trained or just lazy. When we left I handed them a $100 bill waiting for change and she said thank you and basically indicated that everything was set. I mentioned that we had agreed to $35 and she said no it’s $40 and I referenced conversation we had upon arrival. She said she never agreed or remembered any conversation. (It had been forty five minutes ago). My job is to be hyper detail oriented, in my line of work I can’t mess up. So to have her just deny it felt really gross. Also during a massage, pedicure or service you hand over money and get change. I read previous reviews and thought that person who was rude to people was fired or gone. The person that did my massage was the manager. I would have loved to have a better experience while on vacation.

This was my first time at Lotus Massage and I 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be coming back with my boyfriend for a couples massage. Abel was great and really helped me with my lower back pain.

Great service, I showed up at 6:30 without an appointment and they were able to take me and my daughter in right away. The service was good, we got 30 min feet and they did a great job, my daughter was even snoring. When people say it’s just a big room with sheets and no private rooms, that sounds worse than what it actually is. We were in a private room, and yes we could hear other guests, but did not feel exposed. I feel like that’s typical for this type of massage place. Would go back!

To preface, I have massage hopped all over Henderson for many years. Most of the massages Ive experienced in the area are more into the add ons and upsales than a good stretching, deep tissue massage. My husband and I booked 90 minutes of no fluff deep tissue massage. Omg it was incredible. I was nervous at first as there was a good amount of over the sheet pressing... but shortly after I realized she was prepping my body for a full assault of glorious!!!! It was honestly one of the most intense, rejuvenating, pain relieving massages Ive ever had. There was not a single muscle missed! I look over to my husband and sure enough he has a tiny woman literally walking on his back. Lotus is now going to be our monthly us time! Thank you ladies! Amazing!

The new owner has turned this place around. The massage I received was exceptional for the price and area. They’re still updating the spot, so keep that in mind but there’s no funny business just great service. Will be back with friends.

OMG. I found my place to come on a regular basis. Mimi did an outstanding job on my low back and both hip releasing of my IT bands. She knows her stuff. Having MS is not fun. Staff was very friendly and professional. I will be coming back on the weekend to get my flare up under control. Thanks again see you soon😃

We just did 3 1 hour masages, all 3 of us walked out noodles. They are excellent, hitting all the right points and thats comming from a retired therapist! Highly recomend

Horrible. I dont think the person who was massaging was not masseuse. He kept rubbing up and down my back for almost an hour with his gloves on. My almost got burned. Didnt finish the massage. I just got up and walked out. When ready to pay, they wouldnt give my balance expecting a big tip even after I gave the feed back.It was supposed to be a deep tissue massage. I told him several times that concentrate on my neck please. Kept going back to my back and up and down.. up and down.. very dissapointed.

When I called to make a reservation a woman answered “hello......” so o thought maybe I dialed the wrong number because what business answers like that. I made the reservation for next day and they texted me to confirm. When I arrived the lights were off, the heat was off it was freezing, like they were just waiting for me. There are no private rooms it’s one giant room with stalls and curtains. You can literally hear everyone in the other stalls or lobby. A woman got me settled and told me to sit and a man came to massage my feet and body. Granted I didn’t preference but they didn’t ask. So I thought well I’m a grown woman and nothing to be uncomfortable about and I should have asked. Like going to a drs it’s their profession. The massage itself was Deep tissue and at times was painful rather than relaxing. When you flip over a professional doesn’t allow your privates to see the light of day. This guy had no problem taking a peak....so mortified and felt like it was my fault to even continue I should have known by the phone call, the atmosphere, the lack of customer service as for asking for what my needs are. So if your a Man this is probably your place. A woman we are all about the Experience and relaxing. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!

I visited a friend here in Henderson, and he recommended Lotus. I went with the 90-minute massage. It was great! I will definitely come back when I visit again.

I always get a good quality massage here, but the atmosphere could use a little tweaking. Rooms need to be a bit more quiet and the other attendants need to lower their voices when they’re not in service!

Absolutely do not recommendIt truly felt like a massage chairAnd the front desk agent Jennifer, made me tip way higher than I wanted to because she made it seem like it was part of the contract but clearly that can’t be so.Find a new front desk agent and maybe a little more practice in massaging.

My sister bought me a gift certificate for over $120 for a deep tissue massage from this place, when I tried to redeem it about a year later (I was out of town a lot) they told me it expired and there was no way for her to get her money back. Robbery!

Good massage ! Hard to communicate with . At the end she told us how much we had to tip her . It was not what you wanted but what they wanted you to tip . Another thing is they only take cash to avoid taxes . That’s the only reason we won’t come back .

Visiting from Texas, found Lotus that was close to my in laws house & decided to try Lotus out, PROBABLY THE BEST MASSAGE I have ever had, very professional, perfect amount of pressure, amazing work on my feet & legs....will visit every time I am in vegas

It’s alright . Type of place you go to if it’s within the 5-10min drive .. not bad, but not the best. it’s always ONLY CASH .. so be prepared , that could be fixed by the time your reading this . Wouldn’t recommend this to a friend to be quite frank.
