As a first timer I was a bit sceptical, however all that doubt went away as soon as I walked in. The girls made me feel so comfortable, and even offered to exchange my 60min session into 90min. It was clean and gave great aesthetic pleasure.Now DANA was the BEST part of the experience. Her professionalism with communicating and making me feel comfortable has most likely made me a life-long client. Would definitely recommend.

Went and had a massage at Elements. The place is clean and inviting and everyone at the front desk is very friendly. I had a deep tissue 90 minute with Ernesto and he was attentive to the pressure and my needs. He discussed what I wanted to work on while I was there and double checked with me throughout the massage to make sure that we were in sync. Great experience. Will be back.

I had a two hour appointment with Jody for a deep tissue massage. When I arrived I had tension in my entire body. When I left I was broken in the best way. She released tension in muscles of my body that I didnt even know was possible. I am forever grateful for the recommendation by my friend to schedule an appointment, and forever grateful to Jody for changing my life, if only for a short while.

I went for a massage for my low back and neck pain. The girls who work in the front area were very welcoming, kind and attentive. Madison took her time and listened to me and was able to pinpoint the areas of distress.I would definitely recommend Elements Massage.

I have been to Elements Henderson several times but this time was exceptional. I was dealing with severe hip pain and saw Dana T. She assessed me and determined the perfect massage and stretches for me. I left pain free and so grateful!

I am warmly greeted by name every time I come in. I get timely reminders via text and no spam. I have been allowed to reschedule (sometimes even at the last minute) easily. My massage therapist, Veena, knows me and how I like my massage. She is always verifying that she is giving the right amount of pressure and focusing on the right areas. I always feel great after my massage and Veena follows up the massage with reminders to drink lots of water and a sincere thanks for allowing her to work on me. Absolutely an amazing experience! I felt welcomed the minute I walked in the door! The two young ladies at the front desk were so nice! We had such a nice conversation prior to my service. Daniel was my massage therapist, and he was so good! He made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable. I was visiting the city for my birthday, and this spa visit was certainly the best way to celebrate. I’ve been getting monthly massages here for over a year and it’s been a game changer for my self-care routine. Gaby is the most attentive massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She is the queen of neck/shoulder massage! She is incredibly knowledgeable and intentional with her work. I tell everyone I know to go visit her!

Dana was super professional helping me with my first massage. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. After, I could feel a change in my posture and experienced a large drop in muscle pain. Extremely experienced. Very talented. Profoundly knowledgeable about anatomy; and I feel it made a big enough improvement on my life that I’ll be returning for future therapy sessions. The front staff were also nice enough to ask if I had any questions or accommodations.I used to be a skeptic, but it’s a fact that my pain is down and quality of life is up after my experience. Can’t be thankful enough.

My hubby and I went to elements for the first time on 12/3. We got massages with Gaby. They were incredible. Gaby was attentive, inquired about needs and focus areas, the lighting and relaxation that came along with a fantastic massage were beyond expectations. We will definitely be going again.

Elements is a calm, serene place. It is very clean. My masseuse was wonderful, with “magic hands.” She listened carefully to me and massaged the areas that needed it. I will definitely go back. There’s no hard sell here, in fact I had to ask them about their program. For that I am thankful.

Veena is so incredible!! She is very intuitive and skilled, my whole body just feels like its glowing after I see her and my neck feels so much more limber. She does such an amazing job!!The front desk staff are all very sweet and professional as well, overall an amazing experience every time!!

I went in for a horrible back pain. Deena (I believe cant remember much that day) was such a kind-hearted woman. Instead of working on my back, she referred me to go to urgent care to get fully checked out first before we did anything because of how much pain I was in. Excellent job on her end because I ended up having torn muscles that would have been more damaged if we did the massage I requested. She is a GODSEND. If you want a massage lady that cares about your well-being and goes the extra mile to make you feel safe and heard, then go to her. The staff up front are very nice as well made me feel very comfortable for my first time there (even thou I ended up not getting the massage) when my treatment is done I wish to go back and receive a massage since I hear theyre top notch there. Overall, I would review this place 100 stars if I could.

My husband and I were visiting the area to celebrate our anniversary. This was a surprise gift to me from him. I am so glad he did! The ambience, the cleanliness, and the professionalism, was just the start for me. But the massage itself was beyond GREAT. She hit all of my pressure points and really focused on the areas I mentioned. I wish my husband had purchased a 90 minute massage instead of a 60 minute one. Lol. I will definitely be returning when I travel to Las Vegas again.

So we had came to this one not realizing it was the wrong one. I give this place a 5 star just base off of staff that was extremely helpful in calling the correct element massage and see if they have other availability for us. Thank You!!

Favorite so far. Not deceptive like some of the others that sell you an hour but you only get 50 minutes. Prices are reasonable and the quality of massage is good or excellent depending on who you get

I was a massage therapist for 17 years and I spent many of them working for Elements. It’s a great place to work and even though I am a Realtor now, I still continue to use this company for my personal massages and will always highly recommend them. They have the best therapists!!!

Ive been getting massages for years, but never have I had such an enjoyable experience as I get now at Elements. I moved to Henderson from NJ in early 2021, and needed to find a new massage therapist. I loved the person I saw in Jersey, and I knew itd be very tough to find someone who met that standard. After a couple of disappointments at other massage places, I found Casey at Elements. From 5 minutes into my first session with her I could tell she was who I was looking for. She has a deep understanding of the body and how it reacts to various stressors both physical and mental, and shes incredibly thorough both during the massage and the post-session review. Not to mention shes super friendly and easy to talk to, making for an all around ultra relaxing experience. Elements doesnt pressure you into a membership (in fact they never even mentioned it when I checked out after my first session), but I had looked on their website and after that first time I knew I was immediately signing up for monthly sessions with Casey at minimum. Now theyre one of the things I look forward to most every few weeks. If youre looking for an amazing massage experience, look no farther than Casey at Elements Henderson.

I told her to be aggressive because I have been having many tightness issues. She has the talent and knowhow to bring your body back to life. The great experience stated from the moment I called to make an appointment. I called to make a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate me within 2 hours! When I got there the receptionist called another location (Costa Mesa) to help apply my e-gift card to the Henderson location. The therapist, Jaime was so kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time (I am 9 months pregnant). I will definitely come back!

I decided to get monthly massages due to my back pain & tight muscles and its the best decision Ive ever made for myself. Luke is my massage therapist and hes amazing. I have been getting monthly massages since November of 2021 and it has been one of the best decisions I have made. Ive been making my appointments with Luke and hes beyond wonderful. He listens to what you want, makes your appointment about you, and leaves me feeling fully relaxed. I cannot recommend this place enough and Ive told my family and friends about this place. Dont think about massages as a luxury; rather, think of it as investing in your own health. I will be coming back as long as I live in Las Vegas.

I had my first ever massage with Michael and it was great! I was nervous and thought it would be painful but he made me feel comfortable and I had no pain. My problem area was mostly my neck and shoulders and while I did wake up a little sore the next day, I felt absolutely cured and like weight was actually lifted off my shoulders. I already have my next appointment set up and I have recommended him to all my coworkers!

I think your front desk staff is professional, kind and helpful. I absolutely love your therapist Casey. She is caring, professional and clearly knows her training. She emotes compassion and care and does it while maintaining a very high level of skill for her therapy. I went to a different therapist once and had a terrible experience. It is Casey and your other staff that keep me coming.

Sarah is absolutely amazing. I get the deep tissue massage w/Himalayan salt stone... and Oh My Goodness! As a Chef Im on my feet ALL day. A lil self care is essential. These massages give me life after a long week in the kitchen.

Elements massage is amazing. Everyone is super friendly, very knowledgeable of the staff and services provided. Emily makes a warm welcome every time checking in. Luke is absolutely magical. I did not think I could get better than Trish, but his touch leaves you coming back for more. His energy is something everyone should have. I am highly impressed with Elements Henderson and I highly recommend it! I am from out of town and we wanted to book somewhere off the strip and found Elements through Groupon. My massage with Michael was amazing. He was very professional and attentive and his technique was very effective and not too aggressive. My partner had a massage with Martha and said that she was fabulous as well. Emily and Synda at the front desk were really friendly and helpful too. The check in and booking process was really straightforward and they were able to get us in on the same day. We will definitely try to book here again next time we visit!

First time here and I had Jen for a 90 min massage. It was absolutely wonderful! She was doing such a great job I almost fell asleep from being so relaxed. I had a lot of tension in my upper back and neck so she focused a lot of time there. Definitely will return!!

I like that every massage is unique and each provider is allowed to have their own specialty. It makes the experience so much more enjoyable knowing that you arent getting a cookie-cutter massage here.

Its a very quiet and relaxed environment. Angela is my favorite massage therapist and is super easy to get along with. Their wellness program is nice and the discounted massages are definitely worth it.Update: their add-ons are really good. The aromatherapy is simple but nice. The cupping and hot stones really help relax you during the massage and are totally worth it.

Elements was able to accommodate my last minute appt before a plane trip that evening. The 2 hour massage I received from Jille G was excellent and one of the best experiences. She made me feel very comfortable and offered great suggestions. The pressure she applied was perfect for a balance of relaxation and tenion relief. Definitely going back to see her again whenever I am in Las Vegas.

Daniel what is excellent hes trained in modality similar to what some people refer to as Rolfing others structural integration not like a typical fluff and buff massage. Ive been struggling with back pain for over a month tried many different things chiropractic stretch zone. But I was able to get the first day of relief and many weeks from one treatment with Daniel.

My therapist, Sarah, did exactly what I asked for and exactly what I needed. Hands down the best massage Ive had. It was therapeutic and my neck has much more mobility. Its such a relief to have less pain and more mobility. Thank you, thank you.

Elements is the BEST massage place in Vegas! I have been going to Heather for a few years now. She was at the Summerlin location and is now at the Henderson location. I would travel anywhere for her because she is not only friendly, patient and easy to talk to, she is extremely professional and a master at her craft! I have always had issues with my back and feet from standing all day at work and Heather has really helped me feel better. Also, their receptionist staff is so wonderful and sweet too. I can’t say enough great things about Elements! Check them out for yourself!

Had Casey and she was INCREDIBLE!!! I love medium to firm pressure and she knew exactly what she was doing without it going into a deep tissue massage. Literally the best masseuse/massage I have ever had, I only wish I lived in Vegas so that I could come to her more often.

Jessica did a great job on my massage. She focused on the areas I had concerns with including my closed sinuses. After finding acrunchy spot, my words not hers, in my neck and working on it, my sinuses started draining.The owner (sorry I forgot her name) was friendly and personable. Ill be back.

Definitely not worth the money. My session was only 50 minutes. They started me late and they ended me early. If u want me to sign up for a membership then you have to do a little more to impress me. They do the bare minimum and they gave me a dry massage.I cant believe these therapists are professionals, I know people who can give a better massage without even trying or without any form of training. They didnt utilize their time very wisely. 50 minutes to cover hardly anything. It didnt feel like the therapist had any idea on how to go with the flow. Im tired of telling them what I need, they are terrible at improvising and they really dont understand the body.Way to expensive for that bad of a massage. Its more about them running you out of there for the next person, and its way over priced for the quality. They treat you like its a sweat shop or an assembly line, smack you around for a bit and send you on your way.

It was just what my body needed, so happy to have made appointment. The two hours went by so quickly. Ana was excellent, very professional. Days after, still feel much better. The atmosphere of studio has a calming, positive flow of energy to it. Owner was very helpful and kind.

They have a vatiety of massages available, excellent customer service and are truly focused on their clients. I recently left Massage Envy because of poor customer service by the massage therapists and a ridiculous wellness plan that is in their best interest financially! I was so happy with my 1st massage at Elements that I checked into their wellness plan. The plan is all about their customer and doesnt take advantage of you. Their is no year long contract requirement, you can give away as many of your built up massages at one time if you want, family can get your rates, and if you decide to cancel your membership you have a year to use any remaining massages. A membership plan truly aimed at helping people, not taking advantage of them like Massage Envy does! I highly recommend trying out Elements, especially if you were or are even still a member of massage envy because you deserve the better! If you have never had a massage, I encourage you to try one here because I guarantee youll walk out feeling better and healthier!The staff at the counter has all been awesome, knowledgeable about the massage therapists and types of massages available from each. The vibes are great and everyone was happy making me feel welcome. I walked in with no appointment hoping for a 1 hour massage. I was promptly greeted by Beth who was extremely nice and courteous at the front desk who got me all checked in with the necessary paperwork. Luckily Vena just finished another client, so there was no wait. I asked for a Deep Tissue Massage, and Vena was the perfect Massage Therapist for the job. She did a great job and the pressure was perfect. I feel like a new person. Thank You Beth & Vena!!!

Ive only been here once, but have had several massages in my life. I was really surprised that no one asked me if I preferred a male or female masseuse. I was given a male, which I had never had before and I was very uncomfortable. He didnt do anything wrong, but the whole time I was worried he would. I would have appreciated being asked about my preference - as the other places Ive been have asked. Also, the massage itself wasnt great.

Nani was wonderful, attentive and I felt great afterwards. She applied just enough pressure to help with my issues. Next time I will book a longer session to really get the most out of my massage and will definitely be using her again.

Receptionist is very friendly. I wanted to book an appointment the day I called, but there was none available. As soon as something opened up, she called me right back and booked me for that night. My massage therapist (Chris) was fantastic. I received a prenatal massage and I needed it badly. I felt so relaxed afterwards. I even fell asleep during the massage!

The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet! I have used massage services located in strip mall areas before and found them to be less than relaxing because of the noise. I appreciate the friendliness and timeliness of the staff. This is a gem that I will continue to use.

Good new location its in the lowes shopping center on st rose/eastern, not far from the FedEx etc. Nice/clean. Very nice staff. Massage was good. I was wanting deep tissue with minor mixed to break up knots in my shoulders/ back. I would of preferred my whole time just my upper. But got entire body didnt need that. But she did good on the time she spent on back & upper areas that are so sore as have not had massage from cov19 was nervous, not anymore. They make you feel comfortable! Bottle h20 supplied & they speak English do yourself a favor & skip those asian spots. This is the real deal w/out being annoyed or improperly massaged lol. Safe/wear mask your fine here. No stress.

I got a groupon for a 90 min massage. They fit me in right away and Andrew ( Or Andy.... I cant remember) anyway, he did a great job! Worked out all my tight muscles without hurting me! The girl up front was very friendly! I will be going back!

I am suffering from a lack of mobility in my neck and spine, and when I called Elements, the staff was helpful, courteous, and got me in that same day. Chris B. Took great care of me and after a one-hour session, I noticed an increase in mobility immediately. I signed up for one of their massage programs and am looking forward to my next session. I strongly recommend Elements Massage for anyone who needs stress relief or any kind of massage therapy.

WHAT AN AMAZNG, RELAXING EXPERIENCE! I twisted my back on Sunday night and had been in so much pain at work all week. One of our tenants I work with paid for me to go and have a 55 minute massage at Elements Therapeutic Massage. Once I walked into the business, the soothing colors and aroma calmed me right away. This is a diamond in the community located in the Lowes center off St Rose Parkway and Eastern. It is beautifully designed and very relaxing. The massage technician Bobby Jo was very polite and did my massage. She was very professional, her technique was very meditative, slow and precise with not a lot of pressure but just enough to make me feel relaxed while working on my back. The whole experience left me just about pain free when I left. I recommend this to anyone who needs a good massage to forget about the stress of the day. KUDOS Elements! Love it and definitely will be scheduling more time and recommending you to my family and friends.

Ive been an Elements client for 3 years now. I can always count on the Elements Silverado Ranch team to provide an optimal experience. From making my appointment to checking in. They are thorough in following all health and safety protocols that are imperative in creating a great experience during our global pandemic. I have underlying health conditions and appreciate the lengths they go to. Gaby always checks in to determine areas where Im experiencing pain or discomfort and any needed adjustment to the pressure being applied. My mother in law and husband are always appreciative clients. We make sure to refer anyone in need of some TLC.

Probably the best massage of my life and I have had many. Kathy was the practitioner and I highly recommend. My wife had one at the same time and said the same thing. Maybe because it has been so long due to covid.

It was an ok experience. The ceiling fan in the waiting room was loose while I was there and the fan was on high so it seemed like it was going to fall down. A little nerve racking. The massage was good and the therapist did a good job.

Do not go here!The therapist Ricky is the biggest bruiser and Im not sure if its because it was the Groupon or what but he has a bad technique and gave an angry massage. My massage therapist, Jay, is amazing!!

Ive been a member for over 5 years now. I come in every month for 90 minutes. All the massage 💆‍♀️ therapist have been absolutely wonderful 😌...

Bought one for my friend and myself and we were both disappointed. Mine was the same stroke, same direction, fon my back or over 15 minutes. Felt like she rushed the rest of the body. Started late and ended early. Friend asked his masseuse for deep hard pressure and she said she doesnt go that hard... it was an hour long lotion rub down instead of any muscle massaging.

Stacy Charbonneau was my therapist and did a wonderful job! Skilled and attentive professionals are very rare to find, never disappointed at Elements.

Allyson has done an excellent job working out the knots in my neck and shoulder. I know its not easy, but she doesnt give up and I always feel so much better after my sessions.

My wife and I had Jose and Chris do a couples massage at the location in Henderson and they were fantastic! So fantastic we signed up for the next 3 months!

Convenient location (although i drive past another national massage company on the way), clean and calming every time I visit. Jay is fantastic.

Not a huge fan. The pricing of $60 for an hour is posted all over without the fine print saying you have to be first time customer only. Otherwise the price is double. I can have mobile come to my house for this price.

Friendly and helpful staff when I call in to schedule. Have had great experiences with staff that checks me and and with the masseuses. So glad I joined!
