Ordered from online website after seeing the reviews I got kinda nervous they exceeded my expectations with super fast shipping from Vegas to Florida called earlier tonight guy was super friendly and helpful it was here when I got home even though the tracking didn’t update definitely will be buying more stuff from the site if I ever get to Vegas I’ll stop by. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years at this place. Was my go to vape store. Came in today with a faulty disposable device for exchange. Never had an issue before exchanging bad devices. Out of 20 maybe one comes bad where it gets stuck on. I stopped vaping it because I didn’t want to push it and have it blow up on my hand or something. The long hair guy I talked to was giving me a hard time and asked me to prove to him it was faulty. He asked me also what percentage it was and that he could only give me a discount on a new one if it was below 50%. I hit the vape and it was at 58% so he said I’ll give you a new one. I then asked the guy why he was making a big deal of it and both of them blew up on me like I’m trying to scam them or something. The guy I usually deal with said “why you look at him like that” you’re not treating him with respect. I said it goes both ways. Then he yelled at me “leave you got your mod” .These guys clearly don’t know how to handle criticism from a customer, when their first reaction is to shut down and just yell. Last time I do business with these guys. The only reason I came here was for the points system and to support the business since the guy that yelled at me to leave always treated me good. I can get these mods online for less than half the price. I guess customer service is no longer a priority.

I came by recently and had the pleasure of meeting Jacai I believe his name is sorry if it’s misspelled . The customer service he offers is absolutely amazing and he knows his stuff . If you go there Ask for him you won’t be disappointed!!

Jacai was super helpful with all my questions, the environment was organized really well, and they have a huge stock of all different brands!! Definitely coming back here from now on, highly recommend!

Was hesitant on switching locations, but I really like the Henderson location. Much cleaner than the other two I’ve been to, and less of a wait time.

Been vaping since 2013 and been a Vape Street customer for over 7 years, theres no other place to shop other than online. Most the employees have been in the industry since vaping took off so they know what theyre talking about and really friendly. They have an amazing rewards program, better than any vape store, a wide selection of products, a chill atmosphere, they just got it all. They even carry a lot of common cannabis related goods.Noting the reviews saying their prices online didnt match in store, its because its a whole different storefront that doesnt run out of the Henderson location. Its unfortunate when they have deals you can only get online, but its not worth making a huge fuss about.

My favorite shop in town. Glad they are in Henderson now so close to me. The employees are always nice, it’s not a 5 star resort, it’s a Vape shop. With that said it’s always easy, best prices in town and the best variety. If I don’t order online Vape Street is hands down the best B&M shop in the city. I’ve been to quite a few. Have been going for years and will keep going so long as I Vape. ( Best prices on premium juice, they to my knowledge don’t have house juices. I pick up 60-100 ml bottles for $20 and change at Vape street which is a good deal to me )

Awesome selection of juice and mods knowledgeable staff and the 5 star point system is pretty cool too. I frequent the shop as its close to home and have earned points that Ive exchanged for 3 free mods so far. Pretty cool program you can use the points for free juice as well if u dont need a mod and its far less points. All in all great shop I would recommend to anyone

The staff is always awesome and seem genuinely happy to help. Best local selection of juice and they (almost) always have my coils in stock. Cool rewards program, too. Bonus its 2 minutes from home 🤘

I love vape street. Best shop in Vegas by far but after going to their other locations i had to review the Henderson location because they are amazing they always treat us like family and make us feel like more than a customer. Feels great seeing a business that takes pride in their community and neighbors. Ill never shop anywhere else.

Worst retail store ever so so rude...they are so unprofessional, trying to sell product which one doesnt even work...I dont recommend Vape Street to no one!!!! Very bad 👎 😕 😐

I go here at least once a week the staff is always quick to help out make recommendations and get you on your way. One person even stopped eating his lunch to help me I told him to finish and he told me no he can wait. I felt like buying him another

Charged $80 for a pod that advertises as in the $60’s on their website (Do customers have to start looking on a business web site first to insure they are getting a fair price?) Im not at all experienced with vaping, so I had a few questions. The person who waited on me seemed to be bothered to have to deal with them. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

Love it. I love the stock, workers, the display and store set up and the bright inviting colors and the two walls of amazing endless chooses to pick. Great deals and friendly and opened greeting and see you next times. And young vape masters.

Huge selection of eliquids, no house juices. Prices blew me away!!! They are getting new testers soon, so they were kindof short on trying new juices. I walked in not knowing what I wanted, just getting back into vaping again, and the guy here was super patient, you could tell he enjoyed what he does and doesnt mind helping people who are indecisive like me 😂😂😂 Theyve got a customer for a long time from me.

My beloved smok finally broke and i needed a new kit asap. This place was close to my job, so i hurried there after work. I had checked out their smok deals online and had decided on the newest model. After showing the clerk the kit deal, he steered me towards a different mod stating smok was mass producing and not as good anymore. He said the mod was the best on the market and had the same himself. So I bought it w/batteries for $80 and some change. When i got to my car, I decided to look at reviews, and to my surprise I see the exact mod i just bought on their website for much cheaper.I took it back into the store and asked why it cost way more in the store, and the clerk said had I shown him the price from their own site, he could have price matched it for me. I then asked him to refund me and I would just buy it off of their site. Now (after texting the owners) he claimed they couldnt take it back, or honor their online price as I had already paid. Instead they offered me $15 off a bottle of their over-priced vape juice. I pointed out the return policy online, (as theres none whatsoever on the receipt) only for the clerk (owners) to say they do not have the same policy. So why would you honor the honline price but not the return?I left and called the other location who verified the owners own the website and stores. I then called my credit card company and after explaining, the charges will be disputed once it goes through. So instead of honoring a price and gaining a customer, they show their greed, lose a customer (and potential ones who read this) and, will lose money because of the fee the bank will charge them for the chargeback. Like all greedy little trolls; ignore them and they will go away. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere people.

I love the store, I go here for all of my vape needs, the staff is very friendly their hours are excellent theyre open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and its very convenient the parking is very convenient they have a wide selection of many different things and lots and lots of different juices I would recommend the store if you live nearby its the place to go

Henderson vape street always takes exceptional care of me , going above and beyond every time! They know there product and give excellent recommendations and inform about sales and promotions. They even prime my coils and set up my take and mod for me before I finish my transaction. Always feel welcome. I appreciate their appreciation of my continuing business, 2+ years! There really isnt a better vape shop in vegas!!!

The only Vape store I go to !! I love the people that work there they are all so friendly, Also I smoke salt nic so they all will try to help me as much as possible to explain the flavors if theyve tried them.....So far I my 2 favs are Yogi peanut butter bananas granola ....SO GOOD !!! & Dinner lady its a lemon tart ..... Also you can buy your coils 1 at a time not a whole pk you still have to buy a certain amount in sales tho I believe $10.00 min which is 2 coils SWEET!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Yogi Blueberry granola is really good also .... Just sayin 😜

I’m glad Vape Street finally opened on my side of town! It’s the only vape shop I go to. Tried the other places before but nothing compares to Vape Street. I love the friendly and helpful staff. They always got what I need. Shout out to Via for giving me the best customer service every time I visit. And Shilo as well!

I like this place a lot. They have nice people who work here. It is a younger crowd. When the glass peice on my stick prince broke, this guy replaced it for free for me. He also replaced my coil. Thank you vape street!

Probably the best vape shop in Henderson right now as far as inventory and selection. Everyone I have ever delt with there has been helpful and friendly, even if they are busy. Pretty much the only place I go now that Wabi Sabi Vapor closed.

They have great customer service I happen to go to the 1 in Henderson I have been to the Maryland location again great customer service .... It is a one stop shop!!!

Just got my juice refill and Mono provided great customer service, even though they didnt have my go to juice in 3mg of nic, he recommended me a couple of other options that I didnt know they carried and took care of me.Great experience 🙌🏽 Big mahalos guys

I went in there for a glass piece for my wifes tank and they didnt have it but he was able to get me one from another store he went out of his way to hooked it up. They are the best there every time I go in. Thank You Vapestreet!!!

For being a vape shop they have a big selection of juice but if your looking for customer service to be good, dont waste your time. The girl came out from the back of the store, looked like she just rolled out of bed. Hair was a mess, even looked like she still had on pajamas on.I was having a issue with the vape I had just bought the night before with it not working right both coils were broken so she replaced one coil and not the other one she left in the box. When I was leaving I decided to hit the vape than realizing she actually didnt even replace it, she put the same one in. When I went back in to question her the young guy who was sitting at the ended of the table just shook his head like I was bothering them.So I bought a vape that im not even using, its in my room as a paperweight.

Simply love everything about the store... I love the selection in the store from hardware up to juice ... during the shutdowns, I couldnt have asked for a better or more understanding staff ...

Vape street is my spot to go to for my vape products. Today ol boy hooked it up with a drip tip because mine cracked. They have a wide variety of juices and salt nics. I went with the 100ml milk of the poppy today, not disappointed with the juice at all.

Ive been coming to vape street for years now good customer service just sucks now that they dont price match with their own website anymore and took off the option of buying online and picking up instore, juice is still reasonably priced but mods are pricy in store

Was happy to hear Vape street was opening up another store in Henderson side. The website says they open at 9am and I experienced it twice that they didnt open up on time. Waited 40 minutes both times and still wasnt open.

Came in with an emergency. Needed tank glass and only had $10 left. They had last stock of some NICE juices cheap! ✌

Bought atomizers for my brand new snowolf mod for $20 that didnt work.. No refunds in the store.. acted like they didnt remember me upon just buying them.. traded me juice instead.. shady service.. will not be returning to store.
