Went to get a massage at “The Now” massage in Henderson.This place is a earthy and relaxing oasis that offers high-quality massages to help clients unwind and rejuvenate. The massages at The Now are performed by expert masseuses who are highly trained and skilled in various massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage.What sets The Now apart from other massage studios is its focus on creating a beautiful and serene atmosphere. The aesthetic of the place is minimalist yet chic, with soft lighting and neutral colors that create a peaceful ambiance. And they have been 100%. Miranda was really nice. It was my first Massage and she helped me relax. Would do it again if the price wasnt so high. Its out of my price range and the only reason I went was because I won a gift certificate. But the staff are really nice and it is a clean and relaxing environment.

The ambience of this place is beautiful! The employees were very kind and professional. Our masseuses came out, introduced theirselves and took us back to our designated areas. The massage bed were warm and so comfortable! Lori did an awesome job! My body was so relaxed Im already looking at next months schedule.

I book an appointment for 10am, the message confirmation says to arrive 15 minutes, I arrive and the door is locked, someone finally opens after I call them. I do the registration and receptionist calls the message therapist, she is literally at home telling the receptionist to move me to 11am while I am literally at the place waiting. I am a mother who made arrangements to get a massage and hugely inconvenienced by this “new“ massage center.Stick to the places you know. This is so not worth the hassle and poor client management.

I’ve been a member of now Massage for about six months and every massage I’ve had has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend La Mar Sims. He has incredible talent through massage therapy.

Carolyn had great communication and implementation on the exactly what I wanted and needed. The design of the parlor is relaxing and peaceful. One (if not) the best massage experience I’ve had.

This is by far the best place to get a massage. ALL of the therapists there have been great. I do have my favorite, but I dont want to hurt the others feelings....but they are all great! Prices are great too. 👍

Took my sister here for a little Relaxation time. We both got a healing massage with balm. It was fantastic. Clean, calm, and smelled great. No hard upsell. All prices are online in advance. We both felt fantastic! For the rest of the day we felt pain free and nothing could bother our good mood. My masseuse was Bree and she was easy-going and made me feel relaxed and able to enjoy the experience. I will be back for sure!

This place is really hit or miss. Mostly miss in my experience.I had a membership for a while and just canceled it. It was a good price, but the massages were inconsistent (sometimes they were good, sometimes they were bad). I never knew what to expect.My biggest frustration - on several occasions my massage was shortened by no less than 10 mins, another time by 13 mins, and there were other times this happened as well. I would complain to the front desk and just get some nonsense card to redeem an add on like aromatherapy or some nonsense like that. After a while I saw no reason for any more complaints because the same issues continued anyway. So I canceled.The employees are very nice but the business as a whole lacks consistency, has a high employee turnover rate, and has given me shortened massages. An example of this would be when I went just last week: 3oclock massage was scheduled. Got called back at 3:08 (I was on time there at 3) therapist was in by 3:11. The massage then ended at 4:20. Once again I get a 70 minute massage when I paid for 80.I absolutely do not recommend this place, especially if you’re used to getting good service at other places.

Patrice and NOW Massage always leave me incredibly relaxed, refreshed and at ease. The oceanic atmosphere with soothing wave sounds set the mood wonderfully. The professionalism and skill set of Patrice will definitely have you coming back. You will not regret it if you go to NOW Massage.

I have perused many massage boutiques in the Las Vegas/Henderson area, but The NOW is where I have ended my quest for the best. The service and ambiance was exceptional!Upon entering, I was in awe of the atmosphere and design. It reminded me of a luxurious spa-hotel you would find on the beaches of Mexico. I was immediately greeted by a friendly concierge-type person who took my temperature and explained what treatment I had booked, the NOW 50 min. massage with the herbal heat therapy enhancement. After being introduced to my massage therapist, I was soon escorted into the back where the rooms are beautifully lined with draped linens separating the massage spaces. I was bit concerned about noise and privacy at first, but once I was on the massage table my worries quickly escaped. It was very professional and private. The therapist allowed plenty of time to undress to my comfort level and even offered me a set of earplugs (which I never even used). Herbal heat packs were strategically placed on my neck/back area and before I knew it, I was in a deep state of relaxation. The sound of the ocean vibrated throughout the room and therapist worked her magic on my tough knots. Once the time was up, instead of feeling lethargic or sore (like I do after many massages) I felt recharged and refreshed.The NOW is where I go to soothe my body, mind, and spirit. Thank you for a wonderful experience and escape. I am already looking forward to scheduling my next massage!

The NOW is so relaxing the moment you walk through the door. There are often multiple time slots available to fit your schedule, especially if you plan a little in advance. The massage therapists are professional, of course, each has their own unique style. I had a massage recently with Ashley & she was welcoming & intuitive with the pressure. Her whole flow was excellent. I truly love when the talking is kept to a bare minimum but you still feel comfortable. Everyone has their own preferences, but she is one of the best there!Calming and quiet space overall. Front desk staff are friendly. Basic massage prices are reasonable (on par with other pricing elsewhere), the add-ons are pricey but optional. I would love an add-on for hot rock massage in the future!Ive had the best experience when choosing The NOW massage...in the past, one therapist seemed confused with what to do with The Stretch. Im sure it just depends on the massage therapist. I think find your person and go from there.Only other thing Ive noticed over the years is the staff changes relatively often. That isnt unusual for Vegas area or for this type of business, however, sometimes the therapist you loved is suddenly gone...So it goes.Membership was fine for a while for discounted rates, however, we just were not using it enough & the accumulation of credits can get confusing for customer & staff. We needed to budget on a monthly basis & the membership had to go...however, we will certainly still get an occasional treat massage at The Now!Overall, a solid choice for a quality massage in Henderson area.

I would give a 5 star for Patrice....I just got a therapy massage a few days ago from Patrice....she has healing hands and listening to the body is her special gift. Thanks for helping me heal Patrice♡I had an appointment booked...but it must not have as the front desk didnt do thier job. Make sure you book online instead of in person.... thats the 2nd time is happened.

Ive been going to the now a couple years now! I enjoy every visit especially with my favorite massage therapist Logan! Rico is also really good. If they arent available I dont get a massage. Great customer service, friendly staff very clean facility gives me beach and calmly vibes. Definitely recommend. I usually go foe the 80 minute now massage with deep tissue I like plenty pressure and they always hit the spot!

I’ve been going here for years for some much needed R&R time. Logan was my main masseuse for the past year but unfortunately he is no longer with them anymore. However, I was highly recommended by my sister to try La Mar and he was just as amazing!I had a lot of tension in my shoulders/neck/back and boy did he give me some relief. Highly recommend him, especially if you’re looking to get a deep tissue massage.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars however I did not have the best experience (and this was my very first time visiting a massage in the US being a recently new US resident).The place, the ambience, the staff and the massage itself were all incredible, and I was very satisfied with the service provided.I booked and paid for the 50 minute healer session ($115) online in advance of my appointment so I assumed the cost for the massage had been processed when I checked out and provided my bank details. Given it was my first time at the now massage, I also received a $15 free complimentary enhancement (which was a really nice surprise) so I selected the hemp calm balm enhancement option.Once I finished my massage, I went to the front desk area where the receptionist greeted me and said thank you and goodbye, and I left the place without being required to sign anything.After leaving the now massage, I then checked my emails and saw that I received an invoice which included an additional $15 for the enhancement and $26 for a tip on top of the $115 that I initially paid for. I was really confused by this as I didn’t think the tip was mandatory and was informed the enhancement was free. If I knew the tip was required, I would have happily provided this.I also called the front desk after my departure and the lady explicitly said the tip wasn’t mandatory.I’m very much disappointed with the now massage and how they took my money from me without my consent, especially as I had a really great massage. I’m afraid I will not be visiting this place again and would recommend people to be cautious when booking and purchasing their services.

I had the best massage here with Laurie. Everyone was really nice. Im really glad that I found this place. I actually ended up signing up for a monthly membership because of the quality of the massage and the friendliness of the staff. This place is so much better than the other places like Massage envy and massage heights. Highly recommend!

The pictures online attracted me in but the massage quality was below average. I went with my husband and they told me prior that they don’t have the couple room. So I was aware and fine with that. When i got in the tent (i call it a tent because there are no walls) I saw the towel warmer and the eyes pillow which I assumed that the therapist will use them on me but I didn’t get none of that. My husband got a warm towel to clean off his back. The room was too cold, the therapist hands were cold. I get massages regularly and most places ask the client’s comfort and pressure. Check in and out is very smooth and easy, the membership up sale was short and brief I didn’t feel like she was pushing. The staff did ask if we want to rebook but I’m sorry I won’t return. We pad $115 for 50 min and $15 add on scalp massage. Total $158 ($130 + $28 tip) overpriced for what I got.

Wow!! Best massage I’ve had in a long time, I feel like a new person leaving right now. Highly recommend seeing therapist Lamar!! I love Now’s ambiance too, so chic and relaxing!

My absolute favorite place to unwind and relax. I have been going regularly to Kevin. Hes so great! I always get the stretch accompanied with deep tissue. I have tight shoulders, and I always feel like a new person after leaving.

I purchased a membership as a Christmas gift to myself, to make 2023 my year of self-care. This was a great investment into my well-being. The ambiance is calming as soon as you enter. The front staff and welcoming and pleasant. Kaylyne is my preferred massage therapist and she is simply the best. She always asks me what areas she should focus on and then gets down to business. I swear, she has the magic touch, and I feel completely relaxed by the end of my time with her. I look forward to pampering myself once a month. Highly recommended.

Atmosphere 5/5 but the Massage felt like an oil rub 1/5. The lady asked me the level of pressure, i usually choose the second to strongest. In her words: firm. Meh. I felt she was just rubbing that sticky oil on me.I usually prefer guys to massage me, so maybe it’s on me for not asking for a guy. The place hot potential. Maybe next time I will ask for a male masseur. For now it’s a 1 star. ⭐️

The male masseuse was borderline inappropriate. Whispering in my ear ok, I want you to relax...I was relaxed until that happened! I instructed him to keep the massage to upper back and neck only at that point. Low talking during a massage is understandable, but to do that more than once right next to my face was uncalled for. I was waiting for Barry White music to come on instead of the ocean waves. Ill be choosing another place in the future.Since my review was posted, there was a response to assure me they take their client experiences seriously and someone would contact me immediately. Several weeks have passed and no contact whatsoever. This establishment is not concerned with male masseuses making women, in vulnerable circumstances, feel very uncomfortable. The owners of this place need to take responsibility for their employees and take notice of what happens there.

What a relaxing environment from the entry to the individual massage suites. I could’ve gone to sleep but I forced myself to stay awake to enjoy the care Rico respectfully gave. I didn’t jump the gun prior to my first appointment in signing up for a membership, but I promptly did thereafter. Finally have found a place and massage therapist I can confidently see a few times a month, I deserve it!

Its not just amazing massage and amazing service, but its a complete experience!I have tried many different spa places, massage services and so on, and this one is definitely one of the best!My massage therapist was Jennifer, and she performed the highest quality hyper-customized treatment. She found and worked on all my problematic areas. During all 80 minutes Jennifer made me feel special advertently removing tension from my muscles. The pressure wasnt just right, it was correctly chosen for each individual area. Finally, I received a massage where my right shoulder, scapula and hand were given a different pressure and movements than left, because there are different issues. Jennifer is definitely a very good pro.And looking at the whole my experience with The NOW from booking and confirmation call till the payment, Im pretty sure that the whole team are professionals.Also, I want to say how clean and neat that stylish place! I really tried to find at least anything imperfect and I couldnt.Thank you for such a great quality. Cant wait until my next appointment!

Wasnt a fan. The atmosphere draws you in but the massage was mediocre and overpriced. The menu is filled with empty promises. Staff was very nice but thats not what I came for. I also did not get the add ons I paid for. If you are simply looking for a unique atmosphere this may be the place for you but if you want a quality massage this isnt it. Wont be coming back.

I needed an escape today from a crazy stressful day and came across The NOW. I was able to get a walkin appointment and am so happy they were able to accommodate me. From the moment you walk in the place is calming from the decor to the staff who greeted me. I had a 50 min NOW massage with the calm Balm enhancement and was very pleased. I also enjoyed the sound of ocean waves during the massage. Was really impressed, it felt like a resort spa for a fraction of the price so I had to get a membership. Looking forward to coming back in 2 weeks

The environment is very different. There’s large canvas sheets between “rooms” no doors and no walls. I enjoyed the music and the massage was decent. I like the earthy feel but not what I prefer. Overall I would suggest to try it out because it does have an appeal I can understand, just not for me.

My husband surprised me by booking the Healer massage as an early Valentine’s gift 🙏After nearly a year of stress, what I really need right now is some deep relaxation! The Now went above and beyond my expectations. Truly a tranquil oasis that transports you to another place while invigorating body and soul. Very professional and skilled staff. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, brand new and spotlessly clean...these were my first impressions as I walked in the door of The Now. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who took my information and introduced me to my therapist. Nataliya spent several minutes addressing my concerns and issues and tailored my massage to my specific needs. The massage was great and I felt very relaxed upon leaving. I will certainly be returning.

Definitely aesthetically pleasing and great service! You are not there long waiting to get your massage. The vibe is amazing and there membership isn’t contract free. I finally found a spot to definitely go to every month! Glad to have found this place. My massage of course was amazing as well!

Its sad I have to rate The NOW an 1 star. I really liked the atmosphere and the massage therapist were very nice and listened to what I wanted, but I will not be returning.I was charged incorrectly on two different occasions. The first time I was charged incorrectly, I paid for a message for my partner and I. They charged my card and had to refund it back 3 times until the transaction was corrected. Luckily was at the counter and didnt leave yet. Nevertheless it took an extra 30 mins to complete the transaction after the massage, so I went from relaxed to stressed again.I came back this past weekend to get a massage by myself and the person at the counter said i owed $50.00. I paid no problem and left. About 30 minutes later another charge for $80.00 went through on my account. I kept calling repeatedly no one answered. I texted their appointment line and called again and someone picked up saying they had made a mistake, they were new, and their manager advised them to make sure the transaction was processed and it reprocessed a transaction for $80.00. Ill let her know that it was okay and Ive worked places like that and mistakes happened.She told me that much transaction was actually supposed to be $65 and that she was going to charge my $65 and she had to call her manager and he was going to get me a refund in 20 minutes. Needless to say I did not get my money back in 20 minutes from the extra $50 and $80. I contacted the appointment text line the next day asking can I get a process today. And someome texted back that the refund was done the same time the $65 was charged and I will get my money back on Monday.Its Monday and I still dont have my money back. Also, the girl at the front counter told me the manager she had to call wasnt there and she has to call them to complete so IDK how everything was done at the same time. At this point idk who to believe. The transactions are pending so once they post I will be disputing them with my bank and I will not be coming back.

This is a nice clean place. And staff is very nice. However i booked a prenatal massage and when i got there and was waiting for my massage they told me the massage therapist isnt experienced in prenatal massages. The receptionist apologized for the mistake which I totally understand its a mistake.. i was just bummed that i got there waited then didnt get a massage and had to uber back home. 😔

This place sucks! Extremely unprofessional, overpriced, mediocre therapists and shady staff. Don’t waste your money! Go to Massage Heights! You’ll get a much better experience for less money!

More like a mediocre body rub, barely. They supposedly gave me the best masseuse they had, as I requested because Im usually disappointed with the massages I get. Asked for deep tissue, but all that happened was a few elbow jabs to my shoulder. 🤷‍♀️Oh well, I guess they decided to spend all their funding on the aesthetics instead of quality workers.

Reception and Therapist were so genuinely welcoming. The ambiance in this place has an immediate calming effect! I cant wait to schedule my next treatment 🥰

Please stay away. They take your credit card and then put you on a membership when your card is charged without any notice. I remember being offered a membership and clearly declining it. they still have done it.
