The massage therapist themselves are great however the front desk staff and managers are rude, unprofessional and don’t take their customer’s service seriously. I continuously called for two weeks straight to get a hold of a manager and left my number and concern with the front desk and a manager never once returned my call nor did the front desk people take my concern seriously. I will continue my annual contract but for sure will not return after that expires. You need to train your staff appropriately and teach them what customer service means.

Went there for a couples massage on a Groupon. My husband had Modesta, and he said it was one of the best massages he has ever received. I had Melissa, her pressure was great, but it wasn’t a great massage just okay. She didn’t massage the front of my body at all so I left feeling incomplete. And the foot scrub wasn’t anything to write home about. My husband said the hot stones were really nice though. Overall, we got a great deal with the elevations and it was a nice hour.

I’ve was a member for 10+ years. The business raised their price $10 a month about a year ago and a half ago. I did not receive notice, just a larger charge on my credit card. I inquired and was told by reception that they mailed me a letter. Found out it was mailed to my old address (I’ve lived at my current house for 12 years). I gave them my “new” address and moved on. About 6 months later, they increased the price again another $10. Again, no notification of this price change. I have friends at massage envy that have been members for years and were grandfathered in so no increase for those members. I somewhat understood the first price increase although I wasn’t thrilled about how they went about it but to raise prices again for members that have been loyal for over a decade seems unreasonable. Membership now canceled. Since new management took over a few years back, the turnover has increased. Always a wait when you call and you rarely see the same person at reception. Won’t miss this place and their poor business practice.

Austin went above and beyond, I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and i am so happy with my experience. He was so professional and I felt he knew exactly what he was doing. The staff was amazing as well I was feeling sick and they walked out to my car to make sure i was okay. I felt so nurtured and cared for. Thank you, I will be coming back

This place is a complete joke! Their sudden policies and rules are ridiculous. Its evident that management only cares about money and very little about customer service. Dont waste your money here - youll regret it!

Terrible service , more than once massage heights cancelled my massage appointment at the last minute “ because they therapist is no longer with them “ , my appointment was booked more than a month in advance. Re- arrangements should have been made with another therapist , not just make a call at the last minute . If it wasn’t because I have accumulated several massages with this company , I would have cancelled already my membership .

Their front office staff is wonderful, and massages are great. Im going for back issues and Im always satisfied. There are so many good therapists Ive been to there. Im partial to Modesta, as I can get pretty chatty, and shes so interesting and a wonderful conversationalist. The massage is 10/10.

My whole experience was wonderful! From the ladies at the front desk, to Marcus, my massage therapist. When I walked in I was in so much pain I could barely sit or lie down and by the end of my session I felt a million times better. I highly recommend this establishment and if you can, get booked with Marcus ASAP. You will NOT be disappointed!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you suffered from sciatica or any back problems. I went in and had suffered In the past with it and knowing sciatica never completely goes away the guy that worked on me said he was knowledgeable and could help me. HE WASNT. He made a completely new pain arise that shot down my back to my foot. THEY SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO WORK on you THEY arent PhysicalTherapists. I had to go on a steriod pack for a week. I had to go back to my Pain Specialist for a steriod injection. With all this they dare and recommend another person for a massage and say my previous one is pretty heavy handed that I could go with someone diffrent maybe better. How about you stop recommending realize there lies the problem. Now Im forced to go see my specialist and pay out of pocket to get a letter to get out of contract when MASSAGE HEIGHTS IS THE REASON Im SEEING THEM AGAIN. I havent used any of my massages since December because I DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH MY PHYSICAL WELL BEING EVEN IF ITS JUST FOR A FACIAL. DO BETTER MASSAGE HEIGHTS!!! Brittany was INCREDIBLE!!I came in with a lot of concerns and pain in my shoulders, neck, and back. I’ve been extremely stressed the last few months and it has definitely taken a toll on my body. Brittany worked with me and tailored my massage to exactly what my body needed!! She is extremely kind and knowledgeable and she is amazing at what she does. She knew what was going on with my body before I even told her. Overall, a great massage and a great conversation with her during my service!!

This place is great! Melissa gave me the best massage i have ever gotten! I highly recommend her!

Worst massage ever. I want my money back. The front desk was rude, which made it harder to relax. The massage didnt feel like a massage, more like a back rub for an infant.

No one answers calls, impossible to book anything. The website doesnt have the groupon offer and is glitched. Sad, theyre right down the street.

I got a Groupon for the holidays for this Massage Heights I paid for the massage price in full. However when I went to schedule the clerk who answered my call demanded to take my credit card and charge it an additional $69 to even schedule an appointment. I told her I already paid the full price of $69 on the Groupon site so they already so I did not want to be charged double. The company already received a full payment from the Groupon. Then the clerk told me to cancel on Groupon and hung up. She was very rude.

Please read the update below following my initial review.I received a pregnancy massage as a gift via a Groupon Voucher. The booking process was easy and the team were friendly.Although my voucher was for a 60 minute massage with an uplift, I didn’t receive this service. I was told I couldn’t get the add on because I was pregnant and I received a 40-45 minute massage as the therapist left the room for 10 minutes to bring in a pregnancy pillow that I did not need or end up using and left the room a little over 5 minutes for me to get changed.Basically, I feel short changed! It doesn’t take me 10 minutes to get undressed or dressed. If the massage is advertised for 60 minutes then that is what you should get, if not, change your marketing as it is deceptive.The massage itself was decent.UPDATE to this review:After leaving my initial review, I received a message to contact the management team. They listened to my feedback and I was booked in for a massage with a therapist called Modesta, who was excellent! The massage session was great, I received the full time allocated bar the expected dress change time. I am very impressed by the management teams quick response and gesture to improve their service. My wife booked a couple massage for my birthday and I have never been this disappointed for a massage. The massage therapist almost walked in while we were still undressing and my wife had to say quietly to please wait. We get massage all the time and know what to expect and this has been the worst experience. We did not get a full hour , I would say about 40 mins and we didn’t get a full body massage either .

Precious with my massage therapist and even though I witnessed the clients she had before me be rude. She shook off that negative energy and greeted me with a smile and proceeded to give me one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. She listen to my pain points and paid attention to my needs. I felt so relaxed and at ease.

Overall Ive had great experiences with the therapists in the 2 massages Ive had here. Honestly I just wish they werent so pushy about signing up for a membership.Even before you begin, the sign in sheet asks why you dont come in more often. Then the therapist asks you when youre going to come in again once the message is over. And while I was trying to pay and leave, the front desk person went through a lightning fast sales pitch and tried to get me to pay for the membership without even letting me look at a brochure or any sort of writing so I could see what it entails. I had to tell her no 3 times so she would just let me leave.Its likely how the staff is trained, so I dont fault anyone for my experience. But I probably wont be going back, the vibes are just weird at the end.

This place is hit or miss as far as massages go. however once I cancelled my membership I still continued to be charged PLUS was charged multiple times for a member I referred ! I called multiple times to rectify the situation with management however manager Destiny never returned my calls and or called me back after multiple messages left to her + corporate! I have been trying to cancel my membership for months. I put my account on freeze in June of this year. I explained to them that after the freeze was up, I was going to come in for one last appointment and then cancel my account due to having to move soon. They told me they would put a note in the system about it, and they assured me they would be able to take care of it after my final massage. A few months later, I went in for my last massage and reminded them that I would be canceling. They told me they were not able to do it but that the manager would give me a call to sort things out. They never called, so I placed a few more calls and they assured me a manager would call to get the situation handled, but instead, they just keep charging me the monthly fee. Now last week, they had the nerve to call me to remind me that I have time available, and to book my appointment!. I told them that my account was supposed to have been canceled months prior. They said that I needed to give a months notice to cancel. I told her that I had given notice in July, and told her about the situation in September where I was given a hard time about canceling and that I had still not had my calls returned to talk to someone about it. She started swearing up and down that I havent been in since the freeze, that the last time I was in was in July and I had only done a freeze not a cancel. I told her again that when I did the freeze I gave notice about the cancel when I had. She still swore that I hadnt been in, so I said fine, Ill go find my appointment email for my appointment in September. Then all of a sudden she saw that I was in fact in for an appointment in September. So, again I got told a manager would call me back. Its been exactly a week and nobody has contacted me still. Im about ready to call my credit card company because massage heights is giving me the run around just to steal from me. Im hoping a review will finally get me a call back.

I was hoping to have a great experience here from seeing all the good reviews but it wasn’t a great experience at all! The staff girls were very rude, I scheduled for a 90 minute massage and they only gave me a 60 minute massage at minimum for the price of a 90 minute massage which was really frustrating. The massage therapist Nita rushed everything which I didn’t like. And I felt rushed not relaxed. Everyone was also unwelcoming in a place that should’ve been very welcoming

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP. The massages are great the contract is terrible. Have called several time to be placed on hold for long periods of time. Should have read the contract more throughly. Don’t get a membership. I have fallen on hard times and can no longer afford the monthly fee. I have 7 massages that I haven’t used and when I called to either cancel or put the membership on hold was informed I still have to make 4 more payments before I can cancel. So I opted to put on hold to find out it is $10 a month and you can not use your credited massages during that time

Joy is my massage therapist and she is the best! After only one visit she remembered me and my pressure preferences, focus areas and favorite aroma therapy scent. My massages are perfect every time and she is friendly and caring and quiet. Meaning she doesnt talk and ask you questions through the entire massage, which I absolutely love because it allows me to fully relax. The massage rooms are nice and the linens super soft and they are open 7 days a week until 10pm.

My massage therapist Alexis was fantastic. She used exactly the right amount of pressure and I felt amazing after the massage was done, not sore. Front office staff was friendly & efficient. Would highly recommend. If I lived nearby, I would go to Alexis monthly (was on vacation in the area)

The front desk staff was very nice. My masseuse was very knowledgeable and hands on. He provided tips for aftercare. The place is not as peaceful or quiet like my other massage place. The zen is off. It gives a bit of massage school vibe. The sheet had a stain. Even if it’s clean it should be replaced.

Great experience so far. My therapist, Nitta, is outstanding. The front desk was very helpful when I got busy and forgot to use my credits. They called me and reminded me to come in for a massage which was awesome.

So I have never had a massage because Im very particular with people touching me. My wife got us a couples massage for my birthday. I was really nervous about the how experience and had some anxiety. We got there and the establishment is very clean, the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, and we didnt have to wait and they took us straight back. My therapist was Haley (sorry if I misspelled it) and she was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. The massage was fantastic and I feel amazing after leaving there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I plan on booking my next appointment with Haley soon! A+ all the way around.

Nita is the best massage therapist I have ever had, she takes the time to get to know you, she knows just where my body needs the most attention and makes sure you are always comfortable. I was a member at massage heights for a year. And while the prices is fair, I never found a really good massage. Most were very okay. I was always frustrated that an hour massage is actually only 45 minutes of masseuse hands on your body. The people there are all very friendly, and you might find a masseuse that you love, I am sure theyre around, I wasnt that lucky.

Do not go here! Save your time and money. We were members for over two years. Every other appointment they called to cancel is due to certain therapists always calling out sick. We also got frequent calls because most therapist quit and they needed to switch. The managers say they are accommodating but call to cancel the night before with no appointments available for the date and time you have requested weeks ago. Not worth all the work for a supposed relaxing time

Excellent staff up front and excellent massage therapists!!! I have been a member for over seven years and have never had a problem. I read others said they lost massage hours ? That has never happened to me. Yes, therapists come and go but most stay at least three years. It’s a transit town and so I am fine with this as I always find another great therapist!!!

Ive been coming here for a few months now and I havent been disappointed. Today I was looking forward to my appointment due to a sciatic pain on my right leg and just really needing a good massage. My massage therapist sure came through and relieved the pain and made me feel like new!

Like I said in a previous review, we all make mistakes, they happened but is all about how you work to fix those mistakes. my biggest problem was the way the person on the phone the first time around who was very disrespectful, if she would have handle the situation different then the outcome would have been completely different.With that being said, Ive got a call form Massage Heights with a message from the owner apologizing about what happened and the lady I have talk to this time was very nice and we were able to turn a bad experience into a much better one. I am very happy at how the upper management and owners handle the situation.I will give them another chance :-)

I’ve had many massages in my life and they were great but I just had the best massage I think I’ve ever had. Sierra did an amazing massage. I just can’t say enough. The staff is always friendly and receptive. I didn’t request a particular therapist and was so lucky to have Sierra - she will be my therapist of choice going forward! Amazing skills and so professional! Can’t wait to get back for my next appointment!

This is nothing against the masseuses. Had nothing but good experiences with them and the environment. I would highly recommend going as needed, but would STRONGLY recommend not getting a membership. The office NEVER answers the phones or returns voicemails, so it is impossible to actually use the monthly massages. When you book online, you have to pay upfront, which doesnt help when you have a membership. Dont get the membership.

I have had a membership here since they opened. I joined the first week. I think it has been about four or five years. I LOVE, LOVE Massage Heights. The therapists are caring and listen to where I need extra care. It is simple and quick to make appointments. I cannot imagine taking my business anywhere else. For the price that is charged here, you are getting an experience worth far more. During my years of membership, I had one experience that was less that exceptional. The management called me and took care of the issue immediately. They were sincere in their concern and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Before coming to Massage Heights, I tried the other Massage _____ place. It cannot compare at all with the level of service at Massage Heights. I would recommend this location to anyone. In fact, my daughter and son-in-law and others Ive referred are equally satisfied and in love with the therapists and customer service!!!

I generally like coming to this location but this last cluster was the deal breaker for me. I originally scheduled a Friday @ 7pm I had to cancel. So I called to reschedule. This took two calls because I never received a call back after leaving a message to reschedule. This is in fact the second time I didn’t receive a call back. The first time I didn’t call back. This time I was able to book for Monday at 4. I arrive 10 min early and the young lady behind the counter said we don’t have you scheduled for 4. I advised that I confirmed with YES vis text message. She covered her face with her hands as if this was a frustration she’d experienced in the past. I said, do you have any opening now or soon? The answer was no. I was so disappointed I just walked out. So while sitting in my vehicle I check that I did confirm via text but the time I noticed had changed to 6 pm. So I called the counter and advised them that apparently the scheduled time was changed to 6 pm and I confirmed that time and if that was what their schedule showed? No, came the reply we don’t have anything for 6pm. Good grief! If I were a therapist And my scheduled person was shut out I’d be pretty angry. Not to boast I’m a very heavy tipper because it’s a business perk. How is massage Heights able to keep clients if the counter people cant organize and keep the schedules logged and saved. How can a therapist be certain their clients are better scheduled? There are at least 2 massage place inside of 10 minutes of this location and they keep their schedule straight and this frustration doesn’t happen. Anyway the therapists are great here so it’s no shot at them I’ve been 99% happy with their services. Update: May17,2022 I still have not visited this location and nor has management taken the time to respond to this review. This leads me to assume a poor review is ignored just like my original complaint.

Read below for specifics.On Friday, June 3 I booked a June 7 maternity massage appointment online for my pregnant wife for her birthday. The website stated the massage would be by available massage therapist. In the interim, I confirmed every text and email reminding me of the appointment. On the day of the appointment at 1:55pm I see that I missed a 11:17 a.m. call that the therapist I selected is not available.< -- How is that possible? I expect the owner to leave some empty words below. Fix the website or take it down!

Massage Heights in Henderson, NV on Warm Springs and Stephanie is a wonderful place to receive massages!!! This company is very professional and has good communication. The environment is very welcoming, comfortable and clean. The staff are very helpful, friendly and experienced. The hot stones are an amazing part of the treatment. Alicia is my go to massage therapist. She’s the bomb! I’m sure you’ll be very satisfied at this Massage Heights, weather you’re needing a massage to stress reduce, relax or tend to a sports injury.

Had a massage here about 3 weeks ago, had the worst massage ever.The therapist was new his technique, pressure and Knowledge was just super WEAK.I still tipped the gentleman because I understand he needs experience but man was it terrible. (I did not pay)I was told Id be contacted by a manager to speak about my experience even though I wrote a in house survey while there.3 weeks later nothing and no follow up.

So hard to find a good and professional spa massage my masseuse was Awesome!!! Its been a long time that had someone do my feet and my scalp with a body massage. Wonderful is just not enough to say. I gave a fat tip it was so worth it!!! Thank you! He had a star tattoo on his left back arm. Sorry i couldnt remember after that mind altering massage!

Being new to the area, I googled places near me & found this little gem. I usually go to the casino spas (locals get discounts), but I wanted to try something different. This is a franchise - so, with a membership, you can visit different locations in different cities at a discounted rate, but each are locally owned, which is nice. Making an appointment was very easy - you can do it online or call in. I did the latter & I found the front desk to be very helpful & accommodating.Located in a strip mall, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised: the place is very clean & the entire experience definitely had that “spa” feel. I found it to be really relaxing & quite comfortable.I was scheduled with Tyler. He did an excellent job. I like deep tissue massage, but not so deep that I’m flinching in pain. Tyler applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the entire session. My neck & shoulders haven’t felt this great in a while!Upon checking out, I appreciated that they did not try to “hard sell” me into a membership (like other places have done). Rhiannan was very pleasant, answered all my questions regarding the benefits of having a membership & was not pushy at all!So, yes, I did end up getting a six month membership & I’ve already scheduled my next appointment. I am looking forward to treating myself to a day of relaxation, at least once a month, maybe more!

This is my self-care treat. I have a membership, so go get a massage at least once a month. So thankful they are open late: until 10pm! My favorite therapist Andy is no longer there, but they have provided me with a wonderful replacement, Tyler, who is top notch at deep tissue. I feel that the 60 minute is not enough, and almost always upgrade to the 90 minute. They meet with you briefly to understand what your needs are before the massage. They can turn on heat ON the table: ahhhh! And I cannot say enough good things about their sheets! When I win the lottery (that I dont play), Im going to purchase a set! They also sell Archipelago products that smell amazing and a few other spa type items. The ambiance is exactly what you want: soothing and quiet and smells great. The receptionists are friendly, and answer the phone with Its a great day at Massage Heights!--isnt that nice? They often have specials, and you can buy gift cards for yourself to save even more money. If you want you can upgrade with scrubs, and hot stones and whatnot as well.

This place is the best. I dont know how I would get by without a visit once a month. I started at one hour. After a few visits with Alicia I switched to an hour and a half. She is absolutely the best. She is more than a massage therapist. She is truly a healer. She has a gift for making people feel better. If you are in pain you need to see Alicia Im almost positive she will be able to relieve it. The staff at this place are truly so sweet. I highly recomend this place.

They continue to charge your account after you have cancelled. Offering only massages instead of refunds. This has happened before.

I liked the first visit and made the second appointment. I waited for 20 minutes and was told the therapist would not be coming in today and was rescheduled. I was informed about the same day cancelation policy, and what happens if the therapist cancels on the same day? I am debating if I should go to my next visit, I am frustrated that I wasted my time today for nothing.

This is my first time coming here and I’ll now only come here - Alicia was my therapist and she was amazing ! Truly one of the most genuine, kind hearted, sweetest person I’ve met ! Truly . She made me feel so calm and relaxed . She actually did so much more then a massage - she really healed me . Mentally and physically. I literally cried when I got in my car because she was so kind and sweet to me - Alicia has no idea the true impact she made on me today and the rest of my life. I’ll ONLY go to her from now on .Rom at the front desk was so nice !! Talk about customer service ! He was very thorough and answered all of my questions and was ON IT ! Seriously ! Talk about a sweet guy !I seriously wish these 2 the best ! I’ll be recommending all of my clients and friends because of Alicia and Rom. Thank you so much!

Friendly staff, clean and fragrant rooms. Natasha Ortega is the best, she is attentive, knowledgable and very kind. Highly recommend it, especially the one year memberships saves you alot of money.

Very nice and sociable and seemed to know exactly how much pressure and where to massage its like he could feel the energy of my knots and took them very carefully because I dont like deep massage hes probably the best Ive had there at Massage Heights I highly recommend him all the other people that Ive had there were GREAT as well. its just that Oscar stood Above the Rest! Ive been coming here at least once, sometimes even twice a month, for a while now and absolutely love this place! The staff is always so kind and really takes an interest in my health. The girls up front are always able to squeeze me in for an appointment, even when I call only a few minutes beforehand. The therapists that I normally see are Briana, Roxanne and Yolonda and they are all great!I always leave feeling better and will continue to return to this location...so glad I found this place!!

Massage was not so great, Im glad I had a gift card and didn’t waste my own money. I wont be back. I asked him to focus on my back and he spent about 5 minutes on my back and 20 on my legs. When he was supposed to massage my arms he mostly just held my left arm and tried to explain different ways for me to work out because I told him I do MMA. He spent at least half the time talking to me during the massage so I could barely relax. I paid for 60 minutes and he stopped after 50 and told me to come back soon. I asked for a scalp massage and he didn’t do that either. Only good part was the girl at the front desk. Lecara was very nice and polite and the calming presence I needed when I walked in and when I left. She was personable and very kind.

Its beautiful, most staff are helpful and kind, its very clean. The only issue is its kind of expensive at $59.99 per massage if you have a membership, which locks you in for a year. However if you need to skip payments or freeze your account, they are very helpful in doing so.

Massage Heights is amazing! Ive been going here for over 10 years. The ladies in the front are always nice and helpful. The waiting room and massage rooms are always clean. They do a great job, especially during the last year with covid-19, with making me feel safe and welcome.

I love Alicia! She is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. She listens and does exactly what I ask for. In addition, she makes suggestions about what might work best for me. If you are new to Massage Heights ask to be booked with Alicia; you wont regret it.

We are long time customers of the business. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Is very clean and well taken care of. You can have either a female or make attendant and they all do a great job in relieving your ached and pains. They can advise you in things you can do to help you maintain a good body at home.

You can only use one Groupon here per year. Their services were awesome. I’m not in favor of having a contract with a spa so I go to Zen instead. I would definitely recommend Massage Heights to friends.

Had a couple massage at Massage Heights. They did a great job. Everything was super clean, with temp checks at the door and asked everyone to use hand sanitizer. The place had a great feel and ambiance, especially considering how reasonably priced it was.

Ive been coming here for almost a year and have always found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. Ive found my preferred masseuse and I book in advance via phone as I find the app to be a bit cumbersome.

I first will start off saying I love Massage Heights I always visit different locations while when on travel. My girlfriends and I had reservations here on 3/2/22(Birthday celebration) visiting from out of town however, our flights were delayed therefore, we call reschedule a later time we were told that would accommodate all five of us however, once arriving we were then told that one person in our party had missed there appointment time and they tried calling no response and left voicemail after verifying number all lies.. the lady front desk(Allison) then became extremely rude to us not trying to see if we could come another day while visiting out of town she rudely replied they were completely booked for the weekend! Just rude unpleasant and very unprofessional... DO NOT BOOK AT THE LOCATION WORST SERVICE EVER AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!

This place is amazing. Check in was quick and easy. I’m not sure who did our couple massages but they both were amazing and super professional. Our hour went by super quick but it was worth it!!! We will most definitely be back.

Often times one or more of the receptionists have had a significant other with them hanging out. Lobby is terrible as well. I agree with other reviews saying this is an overpriced massage school that binds you into biased contract practices.

All week long I had been in pain. I could hardly turn my neck. It was so bad I even went to the Chiropractor to try to get some relief. My husband called and schedulede a 1hr deep tissue message with Thomasina. Let me tell you. She gave me the ABSOLUTE BEST Massage Ive ever Had. She was so Amazing and really treated the areas that caused the discomfort I was having.Thank you again Thomasina. I cant wait to come back and see you😊

Ive had to massages at this location.The first massage was seriously one of the best massages Ive ever had. The therapist had sufficient pressure and sought out knots and effectively worked them out.The second massage was such a let down, it was more like a swedish massage, I just think the therapist didnt have the strength to get deep into the muscle.So if deep tissue is your thing, when you call for an appointment make sure you all for someone that can deliver.

Great place for a massage but they go through therapist too often

The therapists here are fairly good for the price and I finally found a therapist that was good. The policies of this company are not worth signing a contract with them or continuing without a contract. The massages are not transferable to close family if you need to make up hours. They dont allow putting a monthly auto pay on hold for a few months to make up massages that were already paid for and I had to miss. To me it does not make sense that I already paid for a service that I was unable to receive for a few months, so then they require to continue to charge my account monthly in order to use the massage hours I missed. Not worth it!!!! Stay away.

Haley is amazing. Her pressure is on point and she will cover all the problem areas but also listens to her hands and knows how to find the sore spots you didnt know you had. The staff is also always courteous and professional and willing to address any concerns. Highly recommend.

I need a massage and my regular place was booked, I remembered the other day when I was driving was a guy with a sign at the corner about a massage place, I give a try and let me tell you I wasnt disappointed this place rocks! was very clean, great atmosphere,great customer service, fast appointments, private rooms and great price, next time if you need to relax made you appointment with Thomas he was excellent!! Very nice, respectful and professional, definitely I will coming back, I recommend this place 100%

Had a 90minute massage with Glaedys(sp) and it was amazing. She communicated very well with me beforehand and during. I have had some major joint surgeries and she was very attentive to my needs. Definitely worth every penny!

I am a member and have been enjoying my messages for a couple of years. Have nothing bad to say about them. I have been using the same message therapist since I joined. Have never found anything out of place, everyone is very friendly and always asked how Im doing. Best money I have ever spent. Also keeps the stress under control. Wouldnt give this hour up for anything or anybody.

The massages were alright. They shorted us out of 10 minutes, though. I heard the receptionist say she made a mistake and even though I was done with my paperwork in time, we still didnt get to go to the back until about 15 minutes after scheduled time. And no, Im not talking about the 5 minute pre and post consultations.My therapist didnt have the best bedside manner but thats ok. The most ANNOYING thing was the soothing sounds they pump into the place. It sounded like they downloaded it from Napster in 2001. It was so heavily compressed that it would constantly make pop and sucking noises. Not relaxing, especially for an audiophile.Wont be returning. Glad I tried it, though.

Loved the massage therapists! Hate the front desk lady - first greeting You are 15 minutes late! Well have to give you a shorter massage! With all the preliminaries, we received 30-min massage but got charged for 1 hour. Lady, you are in the service industry. With such lousy treatment, how many times do you think I will come back?! NEVER! You can bet Ill find another massage place with courteous receptionists! Hope you can stay in business with such an attitude and approach to paying clients! I pay you to work for me - not other way around.

I had my appointment with Raiza and I cannot tell you how much she helped me! I woke up with a stiff neck the day before and suffered a whole day with it hurting. I went and saw her and omg I can move my neck again without major pain!!! She kept asking me if the pressure was ok she kept making sure I was fine she focused on my problem areas that I needed the most help with! Overall one of the best massages I have ever had!! If you want to relax or have some pain in muscles go see her or one of there many talented therapists!

Massage was awesome!! Though they did mess up my appt, I was suppose to receive a 90 minute massage but was only scheduled for a 60. Though my therapist did a phenomenal job and found kinks that I didnt know that I had.

My husband and I are ALWAYS pleased. We use couples room. He has Barb and I have Jessica. We are weekly attenders 1.5 hrs. He is disabled and he said, well, I cant travel the world or go on a cruise so Im going to go for massages. Hes a USMC Vietnam Vet, 100% disabled. When something like this makes him feel better, Im all for it!!! Thank you, Barb and Jessica, and Massage Heights!

Had a marvelous massage here when I was on vacation in April. My massage therapist was Barb, and she was so good at her job. Left here feeling completely relaxed and feeling like all the knots were worked out. Will not hesitate to come back to Massage Heights in the future when Im out in Las Vegas!

Ive been going here for a year now and I love it. I get the best massage. I have the same guy every time and hes great.

They lied and told me I had 18 hours saved up. Then when I came back 3 days later they said I had 2. For 3 months I was never treated nicely. They made each time I came in worse then the next. They lost all the good workers that used to help me. Dont join. Its such a mess.

DO NOT GO THEY WILL TRY AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Went there for a while, canceled my membership after a year. 3 years later I start getting calls from a collection agency claiming I owed them $10000+ Then after disputing that and the collection agency going away they randomly tried new expiration dates until they managed to charge my credit card a thousand dollars. If you have patronized this establishment you need to change your card information immediately. They will charge you whatever they feel they are owed and apparently that includes payment for services never rendered.

DO NOT GO HERE they are a fraudulent company! If you like random $50 so called membership charges on your card .... this is the place for you! I payed for 3 sessions and did not sign up for the membership, but yet they continue to charge me $50 when they please to my card. Needless to say I have reported this fraudulent company to the BBB and my credit agency not to mention cancelled my card.

Me and my husband love this place, the therapist are great and they definitely have fixed a lot of me and my hubbys problems with stress, tight muscles, and knots. Been coming here for a couple of years now.

The masseuse assigned to me is Ricardo. He comb my hair for 20 minutes. He started 10 minutes late and finished 10 minutes early... making my 1 hour massage a 20 minute massage + another 20 minute hair combing. When I mentioned this to the manager in duty Heather, her response is I will talk to my staff. DO NOT bother going to this establishment. I left this place MORE STRESSED!

My favorite place to go to relax~ My ladies, Diane and Kelsey , are the reason i keep going! Treat yourself- you are worth it!I have a recent sports injury and the massage and cupping therapy that Kelsey has been doing it getting me back into Spartan Race shape quickly!

I really like Massage Heights. Its close to my home, they are open late so I can go after work, and they have many therapists to choose from which is very nice. The price is reasonable too.

Great massage but my daughter asked for focus on shoulder and back area and thought they would do at least a little on her legs. They didnt do any on her legs.

I am a company that does professional house cleaning/detailing and more. I am technically their Butler. I have not tried their services just yet. But I can say this. Everytime I am there, people leaving seemed very pleased and satisfied with their service.

This place is a scam, theyll try to bill you even after you sign the paperwork cancelling your membership. Worst investment Ive ever made. The actual masseuses were nice and professional despite terrible management.

I don’t really feel like the front desk cares much if you like your service or not. The ladies there had a I don’t care kinda attitude... will likely be cancelling membership once my 6 months are up.
