Soho Nail and Spa

This was my 3rd time coming, first time was great. Second I had 3 different people do my 1 set of dip nails, they were crooked and I left with dip powder color all over my fingers. I went for the 3rd time today, I wanted stilettos, I got almond shaped, I needed two of them shorter, that didn’t happen. I left with color all over my fingers. I will NOT be going back, they switch you off to different people constantly, the service is shotty. And they over charge you to what they have in their website. And also my finger is NOT crooked. The nail is. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND Money!

I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did my nails but she did such an amazing job! My friend and I went an hour before they closed (we went at 6 pm) and were there until about 7:30! The nice lady took her time and didn’t rush even though they technically closed at 7. Will def come back!

Judy is absolutely the BEST nail 💅 technician ever! She is always attentive, friendly, and very detailed.

My normal place was on vacation so I figured I would try this one. I had heard nice things about this place but I was severely disappointed. First this place is cash only which is weird in this day and age. Next they are not friendly whatsoever. No one talks to the customers. Unless youre a regular with the eyebrow lady. The staff is not knowledgeable and does not answer questions well. Most disappointing of all: I paid $75 pre tip for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure that lasted not even a week. My pedicures typically last 3-4 weeks even when I do it at home. All of my nails except my big toes either were chipped or the polish completely gone. The manicure started chipping around day 6-7. This is not acceptable. For $75 I should get something that lasts longer. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I love love love going to soho nails!! I’ve been getting dip powder on my finger nails and gel on my toes! The best part it last 3 weeks 🥰 I’ve been getting my nails done for as long as I can remember (since I was 13 and my mom let me) 😂 This place is the BEST EVER! So if you go make an appointment and let your husband know it’s gonna take about 2 hours, like I said they’re the best and take the time and effort into making you happy. Kayla has been doing my nails the last few times, but really everyone does are awesome job!I’ll be back in about 3 weeks! 🥰💅🏻

Always a good experience with my nails last 2x longer than any other salon I have had them done at. I do the dip once a month and Ive only broken or cracked a few in the past several years. Their appointment reminders are SO helpful as well.

I tried Soho Nails based on a verbal recommendation, and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The staff is so friendly and inviting! I opted for an ombre dip set and my nails look fabulous!! A sweet woman offered to do my eyebrows! (I may have put it off a big long!) But I had my first eyebrow threading experience!! I highly recommend this service! Shes so fast and painless and my eyebrows look better than they ever have!! Please go check out this awesome business! They definitely know what theyre doing!!

I had a simple manicure but they did a sloppy job on my natural nails. My nails were filed in a way that left them ragged and uneven. I kept expecting the tech to clean them up but that didnt happen. Maybe a plain manicure doesnt pay enough for them to care

This was my second time going to SOHO....I was so very thrilled that when I asked if they could do an ombre with a metallic color she said she would try....the third picture is where I got the idea....and OMG I absolutely LOVE how my nails turned out....thank you!!! Also would love to add....an amazing atmosphere...Sweet people....just a very great salonHave to edit to add yet again...Kim is an artist...I show her pictures of what I would like and she far exceeds my expectations...there are 2 new photos...the pink/black/white ombre...with fire!!! My favorite so far she has done thank you Kim!

Busy place, nice people, called and got right in. They only do dip, therefore they took off my acrylic. They took the time to soak off my nails and did not use the drill, which is my preference, the dip so far has been great! Love that I don’t have the acrylic on- it’s my nail, feels much better. Highly recommend!!

Dip manicure as a walk in. I asked for light pink but the tech who never introduced herself said they were out so I said I just wanted something LIGHT and I guess she thought I said WHITE. I asked her to cut my nails back and I guess she forgot. She gave me a choice of powders - one was light gray, one was white so I chose the white. I should say this is only the third time I’ve ever had my nails done with powder. I’m sure all of this is my fault somehow but she filed completely through the top of two of my nails which was very painful, but didn’t apologize, just moved on to another finger. I don’t know what happened. There are bubbles on every finished nail and they are completely flat- like a flat sheet of white balanced to the top of my curves nailbeds and she filed down the cuticles and the sides two other fingers are bleeding. I finally just had her stop filing! I give them 3 stars GENEROUSLY because the rest of the staff seemed very nice and the other patrons seemed happy and satisfied. I apologized several times for choosing such a difficult color and it seemed like took a really long time.

Male owner rude. Regular nail polish is too old to be used. Appointment schedule is always a mess. Judy and rest of staff great and do a wonderful job.

This place served two of my good friends and I last night and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience there! I have definitely found my new nail salon and eyebrow threading salon. They were friendly, warm, and very professional. They even so generously included a Christmas gift after our appointments. I very highly recommend them if you want a nice nail and eyebrow experience. Will be going back to try their other services as well! Thank you so much Soho!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for months, and I am never disappointed. The lady that sits at station 10 is absolutely amazing, and I’ve never taken her a design she cannot do. The lady that does eyebrows is fantastic, too! She cleaned mine up and they’ve never looked better!

Best nail salon in Hendersonville!! I will not go anywhere else. It is always very clean, the staff are so nice. Along with nails, they do eyelash extensions and eyebrow threading. Their skills are amazing! This is a very busy nail salon, I suggest calling ahead and making an appointment!

The staff is friendly, they do great work...dont ever go without an APPOINTMENT!!!! and dont be surprised if they take two walk-ins AFTER you were there first. I will not be returning to this establishment!

If you are looking for a place that does eyebrow threading this is a good one. I get my upper lip and eyebrows done and she does an excellent job.John is a great guy to get for pedicure, but sadly I made an appointment with him and they gave me someone else instead and she was not good. Im guessing it took her around 30 minutes to do my pedicure. I still have dry skin on the bottoms of my feet and she didnt shine my toe nails so they look like they are scratchy on top. Ill have to fix that later at home.I cant say whos the best for fill ins because the three different people I have used, dont listen to what I wanted. The first time they were too thick. (Done by the young man, the next time I got someone different and she gave me almond shape instead of stiletto, and the third time I made an appointment for the same lady that did them the second time and they gave me someone else and she gave me triangle tips, not stiletto so I have to try and fix these as well.Upon paying at the end I expressed my grievance to the owner, I think, and he was apologetic, but I still wont be back. Ive been getting my nails done for over 25 years and I know what I want and this isnt it. Im sure they are great for their regulars, which they have a lot, but if you are new in town good luck getting who you want if they are busy.

I went to Soho Nails for a gel manicure and pedicure. For some reason, the male nail technician did my pedicure in the pedicure chair, but also did my manicure in the same chair, even though there were more manicure stations available. At a manicure station, I wouldnt have had to twist and turn to give him each hand and he didnt have good light from the ceiling lights to see what he was doing. I thought that was the worst of my experience, but it wasnt. While he was doing my pedicure, he wrapped my nails in cotton and acetone to remove my old gel polish (my previous manicure was done expertly at Nails on Main). He was busy doing my pedicure and left my nails in the acetone a really long time. I should have said something to him, but he didnt speak/understand English. When he finally removed the acetone and the old gel polish, he cut my nails. One nail was broken pretty far down the nail bed and I told him to cut the nail short, but instead, he proceeded to cut the entire nail DOWN TO THE BED of my nail on one side. By that time, I was extremely frustrated with the entire situation and flagged down another technician for her to tell the guy that I was done and leaving.When I got home, I saw that my nails were splitting and filmy white underneath the nail. Ive since learned that the poor and weakened condition of my nails is a result of acetone overexposure. Essentially, the extra long time that he left the acetone on my nails weakened the nail structure. Not only it an aesthetic mess, but also a health hazard. Needless to say, I will never be going back to Soho Nails.

I called at 5:30 pm to see if they had openings and was told I could come right now. I loved this place! I wasnt originally going to get my brows waxed just a pedi and decided I needed them done. I had them threaded and they look awesome. The lady who did my pedi was wonderful, the message was the best. Ive never had a hot rock message and it was so great I almost feel asleep. Ill most definitely be visiting again and Ill bring friends next time. Its also very affordable. Thank you for a great experience.

I’ve tried sooo many places in Hendo over the years and this is the BEST place to go. I’ve been going here for years for dip powder and pedicures. The eyebrow threading service is amazing also! Highly recommend.

Made an appt for a manicure and pedicure. After my pedi they handed me a slip for $70 and tried to get me out the door. I originally had an appointment for 4 pm and they changed it to 4:45 and sent me a text only which I saw when I arrived to the nail salon at 4 pm. Waited a long while in an empty pedicure chair since my time had been changed. Wanted a dip manicure. After my pedi, they just slapped powdered dip on without the manicure. Looks bad when you don’t get the cuticles cleaned up. Had a Brazilian wax done. They missed a whole strip of hair and no gloves, not sanitary.

Oh Goodness! They are so nice. Place was neat and clean. A barrier between me and nail tech jenny. I adore her. So gentle and very accommodating.I got full set of dipped nails. $45 I love them. Hardly any filing was done on my nails so there should be minimal damage to my natural nails. The are thin, but not too thin and very natural looking.I am rough on hands- I cut and split wood. Work outside although I wear gloves im constantly pulling and tugging with fingers...no breakage!I will definitely go back and see jenny for my fill.Picture is of nails 8 days from application. No lifting. No color wear on edges because its a dip. No chipping.

I took my daughter here for some very specific nails she had found a picture of online. I told her before we went that there was a good chance they wouldnt be able to recreate exactly that or that it would take three hours. Not only did her nails turn out absolutely amazing and honestly better than the picture she had, but it was a really reasonable amount of time. Very impressed with my sns as well, We will be back!

Definitely will go nowhere else ‼️ I have never had my eyebrows threaded I am allergic to wax and with having thick eyebrows and past facial surgery plucking is painful. She was very precise, fast, considerate with a great personality and made sure I was very satisfied before I even got up off the table. I will definitely have my eyebrows threaded there from here on out. I highly highly recommend them to anyone ‼️ I will be going back in 2 weeks to have my eyebrows threaded again and to have my nails done, they have no problems with ombre or any design you would want and excellent prices on top of that you cant beat it ‼️

I just had the most relaxing experience here. Mel gives a great powder manicure and Tee did very relaxing pedicure. I have been coming here for about a year.Love the people and the products.TodY I had a new experience of having my eyebrows threaded instead of waxed. They look great and Rama really knows what she is doing. I highly recommend it!

I had my eyebrows threaded for the first time, and I cannot stop going on and on about the service. It was the best experience I’ve ever had. She talked about the results I was looking for, took before and after photos, made sure I was comfortable. She talked me through the process step by step to be sure we got the results I wanted. By far the best my eyebrows have ever looked!! I would recommend her to anyone, and believe me I do just that! She will always have my business, that’s for sure!

Although the Manicurist who did my nails was very focused on doing a good job… When I came home I found a rough spot on my thumb. The reason this happened is that a very lazy man who worked there came over and started touching her shoulders while she was working on me. I asked him to go away because I wanted her to do a good job. He refused to leave he kept touching her right shoulder and moving her arm while she was trying to put delicate powder on an ombre affect dip nail. As a result I was very uncomfortable with the whole situation and she tried to ignore him but he hung around for a while and kept touching her. Not very professional behavior . I probably won’t go back there because of him.

Mel did such a fabulous job on my nails! I wasn’t rushed to pick out a color like I normally am at some other nail salons in town. He was friendly, kind and attentive and I really appreciate what a good job he did so quickly! I highly recommend them.

Only my 2nd time there. This time I took my 10 year old daughter. They were so patient and kind with her. Treated her like a pampered princess but also like a big girl. I love my nails and so does my daughter. We had a fun Mother/Daughter Date here.

I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted at Soho Nails. Previously the woman who did it there was at the salon next door but it closed. She is one of the only people in the area who does threading. She truly can transform your face! It’s amazing. The tint always holds up surprisingly well. Would highly recommend. 4 stars only because its not a luxurious set up, but prices reflect that as well as its not expensive.

Had to touch up my eyebrows for upcoming holiday festivities, Rica always does an amazing job. I always get so many compliments on my eyebrows. Fast, clean, and super friendly. Would recommend to anyone who has never had their eyebrows threaded before.

This place is amazing. They did my nails exactly the way I wanted it in a nicely timed manner. I got there at 6:10 and was finished by 7. It was the first time Ive ever gotten my nails done so fast. There was absolutely NO PAIN when Kim did my nails. Every where else I went to, they would always clip my skin or file my skin to where it was cut deeply. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I would drive 2 hours to get my nails done by Kim again.

My first experience here could have been a bit better. My powder dip looks nice, but they did not wash/soak/lotion my hands at all (something I have received at less expensive manicures and expected would be done). There is still polish on my fingers around the nails that was not cleaned off, and they did not clean underneath my nails either, which left me extra work to do when I got home. I also would have liked more attention to my cuticles (which would have been easier to do if they had been soaked), but they just dont look very tidy $40 later. Perhaps the woman doing my nails was having an off day.

Have a wonderful experience every time. Ive been coming to Soho Nails for years!! Kim is a miracle worker and very thorough. Their dip and eyebrow waxing is to die for. You wont be disappointed here! They are amazing!

Today was the first time I used this business. I have very thin and weak nails, , so the new dip with vitamin e was recommended. The technician was very capable and took time to explain the process. I was completely satisfied with the experience and will use their services again.

This is the 2nd time Id been here. The first time they made me wait so long for a mani/pedi I had to leave b4 I was finished (3 hrs.). This time I had an appt & it was so busy & I had to wait a long time again. The manicurist, Change, was rude; pained to have t make small talk, just being friendly. . Rough with the pedi. I asked her to make my nails oval not square & she did some oval & some square. I asked her to file The corners off & when she wouldnt I did it myself. I noticed some manicurists decide how your nails should look & disregard what The customer wants. The color on my hand, when I got outside wasnt the maroon I picked, it was purple! The lighting must be off or she did it out of spite. Make sure u look at the color in the front window first. Eyebrow threading was done great.

I called to book pedicures and they hung up the phone with no answer.The first time I called a lady answered nicely but then when I asked about the pedicures , she hung up. I thought it was a bad connection so I tried calling 10 min later. Same lady answered and again I asked my question and still hung up on me.If you can’t help me out just let me know. But don’t be rude and hang up the phone!!!

I really only go to Soho for nails… The environment is fun and relaxed and the owners do amazing work (I normally prefer them to do my nails). Today, for the first time, Alex did my dip powder and they’re some of the best I’ve had. Love them.

Im so glad that I tried Soho nails based on the reviews that I saw! I went there to have my nails done for my birthday and Mel was extremely personable and even helped me choose a new nail style that worked out amazingly. The new nail dips (that I had never heard about) are so fabulous and he does a wonderful job! I was worried that owning a cleaning business they wouldnt last but Im posting this two weeks later and only one of them just now is starting to chip! I plan to go back in the next two days to have them done again because they were so beautiful! And his daughter Dee was so wonderful! She helped me pick out beautiful colors for my toes even though Im probably annoying because I cannot make up my mind lol. But she was very helpful and didnt mind giving me different options to choose from while I tried to make up my mind and finally settled on rainbow lol. I recommend this place to everyone in the area and if youre here for vacation! I look forward to seeing them again soon!

The owner his staff are very courteous and attentive. My wife and I had pedicures and the nail technicians performing the service were gentle and thorough. As I have gotten older, it has become more difficult to properly and safely trim my toenails, which is why I agreeded with my wifes suggestion to have a basic pedicure, minus the nail polish! Men should not be reticent to have their toenails professionally cut. I find it very relaxing and my feet feel great afterwards.

Ive been going here for years.. the owners Kim and Mel... and their daughter Desiree .. are lovely people and awesome nail technicians! I recommend them to others all the time!

Not sure what happened with Wallis Levi but I have received excellent service since they opened! I suggest you give this nail spa another shot!!!! Kim bends over backwards to make you feel comfortable and appreciated! I would drive many miles because I am so happy with the professional, friendly service and my nails look great! I get so many compliments 😊

I’ve been here a few times to get a mani pedi and it was okay. This review is for Rika who does threading. She was great at getting me in quickly, explained why not to pluck or shave hair, and I left feeling good. I had redness but didn’t think anything of it because I compared it to a waxing. However, the next day it was still red and it looked like a bruise. Now two days later the redness is still here because the skin was ripped and there are open sores in some areas and fresh scabs in others. I’m horrified and SO embarrassed because it’s on my face. I’ll never go back and I can’t recommend this salon. $15 ($19 with tip). Do NOT go here. Pictures attached.

I went in for a walk-in brow threading. I waited 15 min. No prob.I am a bit unhappy with the end result of my brows. The technician took of way to much off leaving me a pencil thin brow. I told her they were not shaped the same,. She kept arguing saying they were fine. They are not, One has a rounded shape, the other a pointy arch. Ergh.I do not think I will return.Added comment:. I did not feel the place did enough to keep social distancing relevant and safe from possible COVID exposure. Waiting area is to small and chairs are not separated. I should have left...

Maria is kind, talented, and professional. Not onlyis she awesome at what she does, but she is always giggling and happy at work. If you are struggling with your brows or just want to try a new hair removal method, this is the place to go!!

Great first experience here. I had the Deluxe Pedicure (fragrant soap petals, sugar scrub, clay mask, aloe rub, hot stones, hot towels...) Fabulous! I was falling asleep in the massage chair. Booked my second appt before I left.

The women who does eyebrows is always so friendly and does an amazing job on my eyebrows!! She’s the only person i will let do my eyebrows now. 10/10 recommend.

Got the dip power and wasnt asked if I wanted tips they just did it. Was charged extra for them. Also not a good job at all you can see my nails on every finger on the sides. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

She threaded my eyebrows just as I requested not leaving them thin but just a great clean up and shape! She also took the time to make sure I was happy with the outcome!

Worst pedicure ever in my life. I got gel polish & it was all over my skin I got white so it was super noticeable where she messed up , it was uneven & 2 toes pealed off in 3 days. Definitely never going again don’t recommend!

I got ombré with the dipping powder and three days later one of my nails cracked and then eventually broke off. A week after getting them done four nails had came off. It was my first time ever getting dip and I wouldn’t recommend if you want it to last more than a week.

They are the sweetest people. Abd the quality of work is unbelievable!! Im really hard on my nails cause if my job. But their nails are very durable. I want go anywhere else!!!!

Very nice people who will talk to you while doing your nails. They are not pushy. They do excellent manicures and pedicures.

I’ve been going to Soho for about a year and I wouldn’t go anywhere. They are the friendliest nail salon I’ve ever been to and they do the most amazing job of bringing any ideas to life.

Not looking out for the health of your nails, but definitely quality work. Beautiful nails until you have to remove them!

They were totally unprofessional. I wanted a simple July 4th theme, but what I got was two uneven red and blue stripes. Very disappointed!!!
