Visited a few times - great products. Minus one star because they’re consistently closed by 7, even though hours are until 8. Should update the hours or stay open as advertised so people don’t make pointless trips. Third time this has happened.

Ive been going here since October 2021 for Kalo and the CBDfx face mask ($9), which are great products. But the last time I purchased the masks one of them was dried out. So I went to the shop and explained that one of them was dried out and if I could get a refund. The guy at the register, which Ive never seen before at the store told me that I needed to bring the package back with the mask to recieve a refund. Really? I could easily use the mask and say it was dried out. Once you open them they naturally dry. So now they lost a customer. I will just order my cbdfx mask and kalo online, where Im sure if I have an issue with a product I will recieve a refund on good faith.

Randomly stumbled into the store and Kenya was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products! Ended up buying a pre rolled joint and excited to come back and try more products.
