I will never return here agian, I was sold 2 disposable vapes that both ran out of flavor after about 50 puffs each (they were 6000 puffs) I went in to talk to some one about it and the employee told me that they have had complaints about this vape and that they think they are old and they are just trying to sell the rest to get new inventory. They would not help me. They are knowingly selling old inventory. Save your money, go to Wild Bills they have nicer employees and they won’t rip you off

Showed up at the time they say they open and nobody’s in yet. Sucks too bc I am on my way to work and don’t have time to wait around

Was looking for some stuff to help my grandma quit smoking, like zero nic items, and preferably something close to smoking a cigarette, but the staff are so rude and acted annoyed that I was there

We had a wonderful experience at this place thay helped us out and they they were friendly very positive charming and they are also hard-working people would recommend this place for anybody to go to for their tobacco cigar and vaping products and we also think that they deserve a raise

Went in to get a new vape. Brought it home, charged it, added my liquid and it didnt work. Took it back the next day with my receipt and was told all sales are final. So I couldnt even exchange it for a different one even though it didnt work at all! I was NEVER told to try the product before I left. Letting everyone know of this experience.

Wow! Great experience! One of the best shopping sprees I’ve ever had the pleasure to enjoy.The staff was very willing to help me go through the selection of delicacies. Very friendly Folks who created a comfortable atmosphere I will be returning to.

Great prices on their products ! I Personally buy Stokers chewing tobacco, due to price , but even those who buy Grizzly tobacco, its still cheaper there than anywhere else 👍

Update: wwwt corporation reached out this afternoon to notify us that the situation has been taken care of and Im very pleased to know that they take pride in the companys review. Also they take pride in providing great customer experience. My situation has been rectified and the managers both at the regional and cooperation level have assured that the practice that has been going on is not the way they conduct business. I appreciate them for reaching out to me and I look forward to beening a long time customer of wild wild west tobacco.honestly 1 star is too much. Worst experience ever. I called to see if they had the coils I needed and the girl behind the counter assured me they did. When I got there she sold me the wrong coils and when I asked for a refund or exchange she refused and called the cops. Remind you this was my first ever in this store. She lied on the phone about everything she told them I was being aggressive and rude. The other customers in the store told the cops on the phone that she was lying. Long story short....the cops had to get my money back. I will never return to this store and nor should anyone else.Side note when she was asked to describe me and my boyfriend... she describe us as dark. And yes Im black and he is latin. But to her were both dark. Zero customer service skills.

Love the atmosphere, friendly service, great selection, and fair prices. cant think of anything bad to say about it.

This is the worst business I’ve ever interacted with. Not only was the employee the furthest thing from accommodating, she refused any help with no remorse. The service was disgusting and they need to change their return/refund policy because at this place apparently the employee is always right, not the customer. Save yourself, don’t go to this store.

The prices they charge for glass straight from the Chinese sites like dhgate is insane. Don’t believe me check the sites. Painfully obvious

Says they open at 9a, online and on the door.. I showed up at 10a, super excited as they are the only smoke shop open before 11 & I forgot my pipe at home.. they were closed

Worst vape shop ever, glass is very overpriced and the staff seems to only have one brain cell left working. Won’t be coming here again

Dont buy from this store... made me test all my vapes when i purchased them to make sure they work, when i got home they acted up and wont stop hitting by themselves. Try to get a even exchange but they wont do it now since i left the store.... i will be spending my money at wild bills for now on💁‍♂️
