The manager here is terrible - incredibly rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Had a simple request for some information for a receipt for submission to insurance, and she claimed she could not provide that info for privacy reasons. Weve been Massage Envy members for many years, and this was the first location to claim this. She was so rude and self righteous about it, and in the end, we realized its actually publicly accessible information. Weve since moved, and the new location has all of the necessary information built into their receipt/form that they provide for insurance and actually provides good, friendly customer service.
Went on Sunday at 6 pm. The staff is nice, place is impeccable and gives a relaxing vibe which is awesome. But I was disappointed when I realized the hour long massage I paid for was cut short to 45 minutes. By the time he worked his way up to my neck (specific area I asked to please work on) he worked on it for a little and then it was over. If it was say, 55 minutes, no problem. But he barely made it to 45. I know for sure I would’ve been fully recuperated if he finished those last 15 minutes working on my neck.
They have a really good staff. A lot of girls that give really good massages. Not all locations are the same and I only go to this location.
Excellent service and great facility. Highly recommended, do yourself and your body a favor and ignore the negativity in the other reviews as it is wholly unfounded.
I have been a member for a a long time and half of the time the massages were horrible. Many times they cancelled on me. There was a miscommunication with my appointment date and I just called. The front desk person put me on hold for 5 min and hung up. Once I finally spoke to her she said I missed my 3 hours appointments!!!! I never missed an appointment before. No one called me. They had 3 hours to tell me. I asked about it and was told rudely that it’s not their responsibility. They used to send emails or text messages and I received nothing at all!!!! I asked her to cancel my membership and she literally said she will email me and hung up on my face once more. Impressive people skills. Make sure my membership is cancelled. I will never step in this place ever again.

Worst experience ever. First off, I walked in and the massage I wanted apparently is not done at this location which no one thought to share prior to my appointment. Then the manager tried to tell me since I booked on the app it was my fault for not stating what I wanted. I booked on their local site, the local site didn’t give me an option to put in the massage I wanted. But somehow that’s the clients fault? Therapist agreed to do my TMJ massage only the outside of my face. When I spoke to the therapist she didn’t seem to fully understand English and was more consistent about my neck then my jaw which was the reason for my appointment. The therapist barley used any pressure on my jaw even though I asked her to apply multiple times. She also used an overwhelming amount of cream for no reason. Then started freaking out that I wasn’t under the blanket for a jaw massage. Worst massage ever. Service sucked. Told one thing over the phone another thing on office. Not sure what the therapist does but it’s not massage.
I went today for my 3:00 pm appt . The girl at the desk did not find my name . I had booked my appt yesterday for 3:00 pm . I was very upset . And the girl front was laughing , very humiliating, as she saw me very upset . Did not try to come up with any resolution. I returned to ask about my credit card . As they asked for it on the appt . She had no clue , again laughing . Yes , I did agree for a manager to call me .
The service that I received was good however Kayla the manager was not very nice she stated we had to minimum give 10.00 for getting the service done . Massage envy shouldn’t have a minimum as some people can’t afford to give a strictly 10.00 extra , she stated just like nails and restaurant this is something that should be done , that is something that I don’t near to hear as we are talking about one thing . She had a bad attitude and it wasn’t nice at all to make someone feel pressured this way , stated that there’s other methods to pay if I didn’t have a card on me such as Apple Pay . I am canceling myMembership and wouldn’t ever want to go to this location .
I have been a customer for easily over 7 years with this location. Im not one to leave reviews but its important to share my experience for others to be aware. I received a massage last month and paid after my service. 5 days later, they charged my card again without my authorization. I have spent a month calling and emailing with Kayla with no resolution. After she requested an email with a copy of my bank statement showing the double charge, now my emails are going unanswered. So unprofessional and unacceptable to double charge a customers card without their authorization and continue to give them the run around!Do not visit this location. Take your business elsewhere. Theyve lost a long time customer.
Sadly after 8 years I am cancelling my membership with time still available. The level of service is deplorable both the therapists and the front office. It took me 4 tries to speak with the manager Kayla whose response to my concerns was that the therapists I complained about are always fully booked so it is a matter of my preference! Unacceptable. Also unacceptable is that the front office staff does not seemed to be trained on how to address unhappy clients/customer service. A massage is supposed to be a relaxing experience not one where you are tense, uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Amazing that an owner would invest money into a business and not into the staff.
One of the better Massage Envy locations I’ve been to. I am a regular here and get two different services done: facials and massage.For my body therapy, I visit with Judith. Judith has been a game changer for my body health. Since I’ve started seeing her about 6 months ago my back pain has improved significantly. She is very confident in her care-taking and guides her therapy specific to the needs of the muscle.For facials, you can ask for Dixianna; their resident facial therapist. She is amazing and guides your treatment by providing solutions to your skins problems. She is also super kind and caring, and with a very gentle touch. Go see her, you will leave satisfied and with a radiant skin.Both Judith and Dixianna are an integral part of my monthly wellness routine. I highly recommend both of them.
Ask for a couple massage and I was told it was available. Arrived to be told to wait to now I was book only for one person. Kaya completely lied and then tried to send a male for the massage for my parents. My dad was upset because what other men will allow him self and other women to be message by a men. STAY AWAY FROM this location. they charged me for something that wasn’t done twice and advised it was no show.
I am still in shock from my experience. My wife and I had a couples massage tonight. I specifically told the therapist to focus on my legs prior to beginning. Half way into my back massage I reminded him to move to my legs. I am a physical therapist and have had my share of massages to know that there is typically structure to a session. While my therapist had a little more structure than my wife’s therapist, it was still a little haphazard in organization. My wife’s therapist spent the first 10 minutes without lotion and mine used half a bottle. We were both never transitioned from prone to supine and feel almost cheated by this; like there was no closure to the session. In addition, nobody was there to walk us out once we dressed. I, like many other reviewers, have given this franchise many opportunities but rarely am I happy with the quality of my therapist. I’m sorry to say I will not be returning and neither will my wife.
Kayla the General Manager at this location is very dismissive with the clients she interacts with. Customer service is definitely not valued at this location. I was charged twice on my credit card after calling in to that location prior to booking the appointment. I specifically asked the representative when does my billing cycle begin, she stated the 16th . I asked could my appointment on the 15th count towards this month. She stated it would not be a problem. However, when speaking to Kayla I needed to call the Miramar location to avoid being charged twice. Lets think about this logically why wouldnt I just call Miramar to avoid the double booking if I called in to inquire about the billing cycle. Complete miscommunication from staff working there. I was told there is NOTHING I can do .When asked for the owners email information she refused to share.
My last visit to the Pembroke Pines location was a very pleasant experience. I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist and my massage started on time. Irma was my massage therapist and she was great! The massage went súper well, I was able to relax and enjoy my massage the full 60min. It was a very pleasant experience not sure if anything could have been done better. My body felt well, no pains, daily stress improved. End result - positive, should come by more often.Note: to enjoy a massage you have to bring positive energy and a good mood. These guys are no magicians :)
Do Not Come to this Location!!!!!!!I just left and felt like I got robbed; my massage was rushed and unsatisfying. I was charged for 90 minutes but only received 60 minutes of my massage and was told that I would have to also tip $15 additional dollars whether I liked my massage or not. I spoke with the manager and nothing was resolved. It is very clear this location is more about getting your money rather than providing great service.
The Pembroke Pines clinic as a whole is very clean, organized, has great customer service and is very punctual with appointments. Has a great group of therapist, estheticians and front desk team to keep a healthy enviroment and leave their clients with complete satisfaction at the end of each service.
1 hour massages are 45 minutes. Something wrong?Kayla, The manager was very rude and unprofessional. I basically got overcharged and when I called to ask for some resolution I was given a very unprofessional response. Buyer beware on what they charge you. I was going to rejoin as a member, but now they have lost my business. My wife and sister will also be canceling their accounts.
I just had the nicest 30 minutes of my life with Irma. Shes so sweet and so gentle and so professional and Ill definitely be coming back to see her very soon.

Working from home without my desk has been super uncomfortable for me these past couple of months. I was a bit hesitant to book a massage due to everything but I was in so much pain. I was able to get a next day appointment and received an awesome massage! Not only was the massage GREAT, but you can tell that they are keeping up with the cleanliness. They also are making sure to take every guests temperature!
I never had the chance to try this place before but I had an appointment for 11 AM for my birthday today. The receptionist on the desk she was very disrespectful and she was arguing with me back to back in front of customers. As Coustumer a I think you guys should actualize and send your customers a reminder on text or email that they have an appointment, her answer was (we don’t harass customer) so what kind of business is this? It was very embarrassing because even if I was wrong I supposed to be the crazy one not her!!! because, but she was arguing with me back to back, telling me my appointment was at 10am, but a probably wrong because in my mind was at 11am and I told her I know it’s not your fault but I think , you guys should send your Coustumer at text or email, because I have a business also and once again she decided to gave me that sarcastic face with actitud and repeat everything like a recorded, she said that they called me and left a message, 1 time!!!! Was enough for her, Plus she called me at 10:10am today to tell me that have an appointment at 10am if I was on my way, so what abt if I forgot? People work to much and people are supposed to come here to “relax” bravo 👏🏽
I will never go back to Massage Envy. The staff is rude and the manager Kayla is as well. They are thieves. I was over charged and no one would resolve the issue. The massage I received was awful. No pillow it was very rushed. I came to help reduce my stress level after leaving I was extremely stressed and disappointed. Don’t waste your money. I recommend Hand and Stone they are very professional/nice and the service is excellent!
Terrible experience. Even emailed and called the owner of the establishment to give feedback on my experience and never got his time for a response or acknowledgement. What kind of service business are you attempting to run if you don’t value your paying members. Will never go back.
I had been coming to the Pembroke Pines location for almost 10 years. Before it was at its current location and while it was under the management of the original owner. They previously had a five rating from me, but things have only gone from bad to worse.The straw that broke the camels back? I scheduled a two hour couples massage, with my favorite therapist, in the couples room weeks in advance. I didnt get the usual confirmation call the day before. I called at 9:00 a.m. the morning of the day the massage was scheduled. First, they didnt know what I was talking about, then they found it, but didnt know how it had been cancelled.It was my therapist last day, and eventually they said if I could get there in half an hour I could see him. I drove 40 minutes from Miami Beach in a rush to have a final 1 hour session with him. The two hour couples massage was not an option. All the people at the reception in the front played crazy and said the Manager would call me as soon as she got in on Monday. Its been two weeks, she never called, Ive called twice, an have not spoken to her.This is beyond poor customer service, especially for one of their long time customers. My last time there, and I dont recommend this location.
I can NEVER get a “REAL” massage from Massage Envy!! 🤦🏽♀️ I keep thinking it’s just finding the right person but EVERY time it’s the same thing. I always feel like I’m paying someone to lotion my body!!! I ALWAYS ask for a “DEEP TISSUE” massage & they always just lightly rub lotion/oil on me! 😒 Today I specifically said “full body with consecration on my lower back & shoulders” but again, that’s NOT what I get!! I really didn’t want to tip but they always stress on at least 15% tip at checkout. I need a massage monthly & have been many places & satisfied but only always go to ME when my friends or family gives me gift certificate & I’m NEVER satisfied!! They need to do better!! SMH
Had an amazing experience today for my massage!! It was my first time here and the ladies were so helpful throughout the whole experience even the therapist. My appointment was at 6 p.m. and i was seen at the exact time. I do recommend coming to this specific location the environment is just amazing. I will for sure be coming back!!
I have been a weekly customer at the Pembroke Pines ME for nearly 10 years. Massage helps me deal with chronic pain. I like to use the same therapist so they get to know my needs and preferences. I have been through surgeries (most recently my elbow) and also have disk issues in my neck and back. I can honestly say the therapists at ME gave me better massage and helped me heal better than all the medical physical therapists I’ve seen. Last year, my ME therapist moved and I had to try new therapists to find another that was the right fit. There were several that were very good, and I was not sure which one I was going to commit to seeing regularly. Then I tried Vivian and I knew my search for a new therapist was over! She is fantastic! Every. Single. Time!!!! She can tell exactly where my pain is each week. She is very knowledgeable about body mechanics. She doesn’t jump around from one body part to another like other therapists do. She is not too rough and vigorous like some. I know some people like that but I prefer my massage to be slower and very deep. Vivian is able to get past my tense outer muscles and get to the deeper layers. She is amazing at managing her time and covers more area than any other therapist I’ve seen, and yet it never feels rushed or that she didn’t give enough attention to something. I’ve had therapists that spend too much time on one thing and neglect other areas. Vivian does stretches that no one ever did for me before, and it really helps. She uses hot towels effectively and is the best at using the massage vibrating tool (I forget what it’s called). I’ve had others use that, but I was never impressed, so didn’t ask for it again. But I do with Vivian! Initially I was concerned that I speak English and she speaks Spanish with only a little bit of English, but it has proven to be a big plus for me because I talk too much (instead of relaxing) or I’ve had other therapists that talk too much. Now I have to relax instead of talk! Perfect! However, Vivian and I never have any trouble communicating. She is intuitive and can feel my problem muscles! I am so happy to have found Vivian and I don’t know what I would do without her! She keeps me functioning each week!!! I would also like to commend the front office staff at this ME location. They are friendly and efficient and always so helpful with my scheduling. They are a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend the Pembroke Pines ME location, and especially Vivian!
Awful awful experience!!! Had read bad reviews before going but decided to give them a chance anyway.. BIG MISTAKE!!First of all when you call for appointment, they always put you on hold. You get there and have to fill extensive medical history questions (dont think therapist even looked at it).Massage was supposed to last 80 minutes with 10 minute foot scrub. Massage was 65 minutes and foot scrub not even 5!! The masseuse (I cant call her a therapist) was uncoordinated and even though I was told she had experience, I did not appreciate treatment (and Ive had quite a few) - dont know what kind of studies or training she had..When I came out, I complained to the girl at the front desk and said I didnt want to pay for 90 minute massage when I didnt receive services.No manager was available so I had to wait for 30 minutes. When the manager Dominic finally showed up, he insisted on viewing surveillance camera to see what time she actually entered the room!!! Talk about trusting the customer!!Anyhow this is how it ended: girl at front desk Jessica threatened to put me on a black list and bar me from ALL Massage Envy facilities if I left without paying $3.00. After more arguing and little common sense on their part (manager was there) they let me go.. needless to say I wont be back and would not recommend to anyone...
Yelp had bad reviews, but I know how south Florida people are, rude and entitled, meaning the customers who left the reviews. In my opinion, you approach someone nicely, youll get nice, rudely, youll get rude.I had an amazing experience. The masseuse was awesome and the front desk girls were very sweet. Even signed up for a membership. Definitely recommend.
This is the worst place ever. The manager continues to charge credit cards after accounts are cancelled. Both me and my daughter cancelled our account and they still charged our credit cards. Lucky for me I got a copy of the cancellation paper work.Then when I called the place to tell them that they did it once again in error I speak to this moron Priscilla who doesnt nothing but speaks over you the entire time and refuses to let you speak. When I finally do get a chance to speak she tells me that she has nothing to do with billing and could care less because shes leaving that job in 2 weeks. Wow, great staff!That is exactly why we left because the front staff people were terrible and so rude! But thank goodness the Miramar Massage Envy is around the corner. That place is so great staff is so sweet and the massage therapy is amazing! Trust me stay away from this place it is a trap and the Little (young) manager girl will have it out of business in no time anyway!

I called once to set up an appointment as a gift to a friend and after his first appointment, they charge my card TWICE WITH NO AUTHORIZATION! They continue to charge me on the monthly basis; I called them and let them know that I have not make any other appointment after the first one and that I HAVE NEVER BEING THERE MYSELF! And the airhead receptionist they have, has cero manners and said that they will not take my card out of their file and that they won’t refund my money!!! I had to contact my bank and report the fraud they are doing In my account!!!!DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
In an attempt to have a relaxing experience, my massage turned into a extremely disappointing situation! I was called a day after scheduling my massage to change my appointment that was originally set up, was nice enough to agree. I realized the day of early am that the change actually was going to be an inconvenience for myself the customer. When I called I was given zero flexibility was told I would be charged to change back my appointment, then girl on phone told me and gave me a promise that she would accommodate me and resolve the issue I was having, and that she would give me a call back to confirm. I was never reached out to, and when I arrived was pushed right into my appointment thinking I would be getting my full treatment when it felt rushed and my therapist was running out the door as soon as i was finished. I arrived at 5:15 my original time, after being told that was ok with girl whom I spoke with. Massage ended and was already done and out of massage by 6pm when I paid for full 60min massage. I was not explained when i arrived that I was being considered late and because my therapist was over her hours I couldnt be accommodated. That I wouldnt be receiving my full massage! Basically was told theres nothing that can be done to satisfy me as the customer and it was my fault that I was late, when I was nice enough to change my plans not per my request to accommodate there establishment for there schedule but when I needed a change as a paying customer nothing could be done and false promises were made. This caused a horrible taste in my mouth for Massage Envy as a whole as they have un flexible policies and arent in the best interest of there customer. Will not be using Massage Envy again and will take my business to other spas that can be more flexible with customer scheduling. The customer is always right as Ive been taught in countless customer service positions in different places ive been employed in. Extremely disappointed in the handling of this from this establishment.
I’ve been a member with massage envy for a little over 3 years. I’ve been to numerous locations such as Mid-town, Miami Beach, Brickell, south Miami, Kendall because the locations are convenient and I’ve never had any issues with anything, customer service has been amazing and has great encounters... however my last time going to the Pembroke Pines location Kayla at the front desk gave the worst service, I asked for a manager and she had said that she was. I always purchased gift cards for myself when there are promotions for certain holidays in different areas that has them available and I wanted to use my gift card that has been put in the system from prior visit (over $200) worth and I’ve continue to use it for my extra visits after the one credit given per monthly charge. I’ve never had any issues with any location and in fact have used it at that location 3 weeks prior with no issues. My appointment was for 9pm and I was early and waited in my car for a little bit and decided to walk in at 9:56pm. Kayla checked me in and asked “how would you like to pay” and I responded with my gift card, usually that question is asked at the end of the check out which I was surprised that she even asked..she then continued to said I would need the physical gift card and I told her it should be in the system, I’ve never had to carry the physical gift card with me, the only time would be the first time I would have to use it because every location just pulls it out of the system after that. Kayla continues to give me a hard time and told me she would not be able to use it and would need the actual card to make sure it’s the right one..( I don’t understand how I have my personal information such as my credit card stored to be charged each month but not a gift card purchased from massage envy them selves?) when this has never been an issue with, Kayla said she would need to use a credit card to run the session ($39.99) or the gift card since it’s policy and I asked her why other location and this location has been able to pull the gift card barcode numbers and she responded that it’s policy and the other locations are not following protocol and so has the employees at this location. I honestly was exhausted and stressed hence the reason I was there in the first place and she made it very frustrating to speak with her, I was very calm since I did not have energy respond because all I wanted to do was go into my massage session to feel relaxed. I decided to hand my credit card because it was close to my session 8:59pm. She then asked how much I would like to add gratuity? I told her I’ve never had James before because I only have had Nelson so I’m not sure and if I could do it after, she said oh ok then we can charge this after the session. I sat down and waited to be called It was 9:06pm and I had asked if I will be seen anytime soon and she had mentioned oh it has been pass time and said she will call him.. 9:10pm is when james came out and greeted me. I was already annoyed having to deal with Kayla horrible customer service and ridiculous answers, I also had to deal with James running late. The massage was alright it seemed that he had been tired from the last session from the person before and when I asked for deep pressure it was mediocre however he was nice. All in all I don’t ever want to return to this location when there are other locations with exceptional customer service and a calmer atmosphere with great waiting room perks. This is the poorest location I had ever visited. The only time I will even think to visit the Pembroke Pines location is get worked on by my regular masseuse, Nelson who is does amazing deep tissues who never fails to give his all. If it wasn’t for Nelson working at that location, I would cross this location off and visit other near by locations. I’d love to give this location a 5 because of Nelson but Kayla made the experience less than par.
Kayla is sadly the sales manager of this location and because of her horrible service massage envy has lost a 4 year customer. Yesterday I called a hour and a half before my appointment to ask to please push back my 2 hour massage to a 90 minute massage do to a emergency that happened last minute and this communist kayla responded back by saying that they have policies to follow and that she couldnt change it, that was fine for me and I simply responded back by saying that in the past Ive had emergencies before and that it wasnt a problem to have the 2 hour session pushed back to 90 minute. As a selfish and a show off that she wanted to sound over the phone she replied back by saying that other staffs have been bending the rules of the policies and that they werent doing their job correctly. Now I dont have a habit of calling last minute to change my appointment but when I got there I personally told her that her pressure wasnt needed more than what I was already going through and what I needed was cooperation. She said that she has policies to follow and that she was still going to charge me the $40 regardless of me getting there 30 minutes late for my 90 minute session in which for a extra 30 minute session of not having hours available to your account is just $20. kayla must be a hardcore communist because having her as a sales manager and giving customers or new walk ins a hard time pushes faithful customer like me to cancel there membership. The therapist are Great and amazing but because of this unprepare, unfit, and communist sales manager in which she shouldnt have because Ive heard a lot of complaints about her, makes customers not want to go back, she represents Massage Envy very wrong and forceful and demanding. Lastly, after leaving my session she wasnt at the front desk anymore and I ran into a nice surprise that now they charge instead of $40 for not having available hours in your account, they now charge you $45 in which no emails or phone calls were made to any customer (because I asked) about having the price increased. I paid the $45 but that was my last time me paying them. Those that were at the front desk at that time after my session were really nice and understanding Kellie and Valeria. I finish with this, not only will this feedback will be posted on here and Yelp but I will also write a angry letter to Massage Envy corporate to have them do something about kayla!! Disgusting service from her!! Communist!!
I received a gift card for a massage which I was very looking forward to. The massage was not the quality I received very rushed, no pillow for my head when I turned over , or hot towel to take off the oils that were put on me. I ended up going somewhere to relieve my pain . I couldn’t even tip him. I will never go there again for a massage.
I had a membership for several years and was laid off from work around October, forcing me to cancel the membership and was told that I could use the remaining massages in the account for up to a year. Tried to use my remaining 2 massages and was told now that I had 60 days to use them. Very poor communication and poor customer relationship by Massage Envy.
I went for a massage last week. The staff is very knowledgeable and took their time with me. The store is immaculate and all employees were wearing masks. I actually cannot wait for my next appointment. Love ME.

I was robbed... I purchased gift cards and it came with 2 +30 minutes. I was never told they expire. Theres no expiration date on the cards.They refuse to let me speak to a manager and all I want is my money back for the additional 30 minutes me and my husband did. I cant afford to get massages here if I knew they wouldnt take my cards I would never have wasted my time. After all that I feel even worse the next day so it was pointless to even go. I need someone in management or corporate to reach out to me and return me my money
I’ve been a member for many years now and they have ALWAYS provided an amazing service (both front desk and therapists).As a person who has needed massage therapy for many years I can honestly say that the 2 best therapists I’ve EVER had (after visiting dozens of therapists is different countries) are in this location: Vivian (she has nursing experience, which helps a lot) and Erica; they have provided superb massage experience every time. I want to take this opportunity & express my gratitude. They always attended my specific needs and used their knowledge, experience and amazing service attitude to ease my back and neck pain, soothe aching muscles and relieving pain & stress.
My husband and I just left this location. Both of our massages were mediocre at best. Neither of our massage therapists spoke English (which I believe is still the first language of this country) so we were unable to direct the therapist to any problem areas. No one ever looks at the forms completed on the laptop prior to the massage...that is a complete waste of time. These therapists have one routine which they use of everyone. Not excited about this place or their staff.
Excellent service and atmosphere at this Massage Envy. Treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. Therapists do an excellent job, which continually improves from massage to massage. Berta is an excellent therapist. Rosita is also good with the hot stones massage, which really gets the extra heat and pressure right where you need it.Kayla and her front desk team do a terrific job of communicating. All are friendly, efficient and professional. They have worked well with when we have needed to freeze our memberships for one reason or another.I highly recommend Massage Envy on Pines Blvd.
The therapists are very professional and this review is not a reflection of them. The manager is unprofessional and rude. My appointment was schedule incorrectly. I tried to contact them and continued to receive their voicemail. When I was finally able to get through the manager was unhelpful and claimed that she did not receive my voicemails. After being a member for over a year it’s very unfortunate that they have lost my business over this incident. I do not recommend this site. Miramar or Cooper City sites are friendly and more professional.
I came in today as a new customer. I was in so much pain I was walking on tippy toes. I got THE BEST massage from Tahir. (Probably spelled wrong. So sorry) Charlotte helped me at the counter. I ended up signing up. It was so worth it. As I have had the worst month of my life. That massage was life. I cannot say enough good things. Thanks so much massage envy.
I have tried several different massage therapists in the past. While they have all been good, Vivian is EXCEPTIONAL. She is very professional, caring, positive and knowledgeable. I truly recommend Vivian!!!. You will be a very happy customer.
Went there for a prenatal massage and was told to leave after i was already undressed because i wasnt past my first trimester. They wasted my time by not telling me about their policy, and obviously they do not have qualified people if they can not offer massages for any time during a pregnancy. Any qualified massage therapist will know that as long as proper guidelines are followed you can be massaged at any point during pregnancy. They wouldnt even do just my legs and shoulders! what a joke, do not waste time or money here, find a real qualified massage therapist.
I call this place and made an appointment for my daughter and me, I asked how much would it be and the girl said $83, I confirmed the amount three times, I arrived to the ENVY ME and fill everything out asked again for the amount to be charged and was $83, when I finished and was ready to pay the girl which was very rude said $166, I said that was not the amount they told, she just answered in a very rude tone I don’t know who you spoke to you have to pay.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT HONESTPOOR COSTUMER SERVICE
I moved to Pembroke Pines from Miami lakes and have been a Massage Envy ember for years . I am extrmey happy with this location in Pembroke Pines and best of all with my massage therapist Vivian. Not only is knowledgeable and loves what she does, she is also a very professional therapist.. I suffer from Plantar Fasciatis and I walk out o my sessions feeing great. I definitely recommend Vivian . She does a great job every time you have a session. Not like other therapists that do great job the first time and the second time the quality declines ..

Went there because I was having bad lower back pain and was told a massage would make it better. I wasted my money the massage therapist named Nelson after telling him where I was having the pain, didnt even massage my lower back I paid for an hour for a full body massage and all I got was my shoulders rubbed for 5 minutes & my mid back didnt do anything goes else. Very disappointed will not be going good there again. Also there was a lot of noise I could hear the people laughing in the front. Will not recommend this place.
Im relaxed just thinking about my visit there. Happy to recommend them. In fact, just go sit in their lobby and the relaxing starts. Paying before your massage allows you to leave feeling wonderful but of course, you dont know what kind of tip you want to give. Thinking about money in your dreamy state might cause you to overtop (LOL) or bring you back into the real world too soon. Best if someone else is driving so you can continue to enjoy, walk in the house and take a 2 hr. nap!
Great place, their services are excellent, they really pamper you good. Been here a fer times, 60 minutes facial and body massage are my favorite. Just got a massage after a long week of showing homes to a buyer in Miramar/Pembroke pines, feeling great!
My girl friend went in for a facial and they pressured her to buying some extracts and products for the facial that left her skin dryand breaking out for a month... terrible advice from the therapist just to make some dollars off of her. They also messed up the times that me and my girlfriend were supposed to get massages together not once but TWICE! Making us waste our time twice. I do not recomend this massage envy. I will try other ones and see if cheap is the company policy.
Just paid for a extremely painful half hour massage. I was put in the room at 2:07. I was kept there for a couple of minutes and we finished at 2:25pm. This was 18 min massage. Not sure how that was 30 minutes but okay. Not going back to this one again.
This location was good. No special waiting room when you come in but other than that my experience was pleasant. It’s the closest location to my work place so I will continue to visit whenever is convenient.
After getting no response via phone at the Miramar Location, I called the Pembroke Pines location. No answer, left a voicemail with phone number yet to hear back.
I Felt Very uncomfortable today for my massage visit.I always request a female Therapist but when i ask to make sure the lady at the front desk said no it was male massage tech.I never have men to do my massage ,The front desk manager lady said she booked my appt.and she stated it was a male.No she did not say that..im not dumb ok.And i request a facial as well, she stated there was no appt.for a facial on my visit.But yet she booked a facial for someone a hour after my appt.I really felt uncomfortable at this point.This wasnt what i wanted .I was told if i cancel the appt.I would get charge still for the appt.98 dollars.smh Even though i dont like male massage Tech.He did ok..Just didnt like i Had to tip him the mandatory amount.I was going to give him more but the manager lady at the front desk was so rude i was ready to go.And to think i got this gift card from my husband for Christmas .I will not come back to this location at all.

I had the pleasure of scheduling in my accumulated hours (due to COVID) for a facial along with a massage. Definitely recommend anyone to stop on by and take time to care for themselves, in the hands of others.
Very Unprofessional!! I wouldn’t spend a dime here. Very rude doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Doesn’t state policies before purchasing. And told me “I should know there policies” as if I’m employed there. This was told to me by a manager 6/25/2021!!

Extremely bad service I booked a massage for my wife birthday and they told me they would call her to confirm 24 hours prior they call and the lines got mixed the person that answered said that there was no person with that name and so they decided not to call me or try to contact me to confirm they just decided to put as no show and I got charged 65 dollars for a service we never received.

Call in advance days to make my reservation for three people. I have two gift cards and we were going to buy a massage and other aromatherapy extras. Today, Sunday, September 11/2022, I showed up with the other two people, and Kayla, who claims to be the manager of the place, had a rude and aggressive attitude, first she said that it was not with her that I made the reservation and then she said that it was with her . Im sure it wasnt with her that I made the reservation. We couldnt get the massages because she said there was only a reservation for one person. We repeated several times that it was not like that, because we remember every part of the telephone conversation. I mean this place needs to have better control on customer service as there should be a win-win. And people in these areas must have excellent customer service skills. The owner of this place will lose money by not controlling this delicate part of business.Keyla is the worst employee a business like this can have, where people like me and my companions were looking for a place to relax and pay for it. A question for the owner: What will happen to my gift cards that have already been paid for?
