I ordered products in April. Received tracking info a week later and have been waiting for a month for the product. No one answers the phone and the email response says allow 48 to 472 hours!!! I was so excited to support this company from my home town but had I followed my normal process and checked reviews I would’ve passed off of all the shipping and lack of communication complaints alone… It has been a month since I ordered & No package. It’s not like I can cancel either. And there’s no one to speak to. I have called several times, I keep getting automated messages from Instagram and no reply from emails either. Very bad business. I’ve never had such issues with a company. I haven’t even tried the product and honestly I’m a a bit nervous (that’s if I ever receive it). I feel completely scammed!!

Havent tried it yet but been looking at reviews and Outcomes for over year and looks pretty good. Will definitely come back with an update.Update: never received order . Contact them through email and Instagram unfortunately nobody responded. And I had to cancel through the bank , they even had the nerve to try take another payment

I’ve been using Rich and for 3 yrs. Their products is the only thing that has kept my acne at bay. My cystic acne has completely went away. I have the occasional hormonal and stress breakouts but thats about it. The Almond cleanser, Rose pedal toner with the hydrating moisturizer are my staples. The shipping time can sometimes takes a while, but I’ve learn to order in balk during a sale and before I completely run out of the products I have. If something is wrong with my order, they ALWAYS fix by sending a quick email.

I brought products from them November of last year 2023, that I never received. It is now July 10, 2024. Like how are yall ok with taking peoples money and not sending them their order? I have contacted customer service on several occasions only to get the runaround. I want my money back

We sill see how this goes I’ve heard great reviews about once you actually get the product but I hear the problem is getting the product!! Once I have the product, I will do my review on my TikTok in YouTube channels to tell you guys how it all works out. Hopefully, I get the product as it was promised.

Ordering on the website was a breeze. All the products have great reviews which made it easier to make a decision on which product would be a good fit for my skin type. Can’t wait to receive the products!!

If it were possible, I would give this company 0 stars. I placed an order with them on March 13, but it didnt ship until April 15. There was no indication of such a lengthy shipping delay when I made the purchase. Despite emailing them multiple times, I only received one response. At this point, I dont want the products. The eagerness has worn off. Do better.

Ordered over two weeks ago and I still don’t have my products. I checked the tracking and only the label was created. They still haven’t dropped the package off to the post office to be shipped off. I’ve reached out to them via email, dm’s and even commented under their post. They still haven’t replied. I see I’m not the only one experiencing this issue and something needs to be done about this poor customer service and the lack of shipping of products after customers pay. So status update. No package. It’s not like I can cancel either. And there’s no one to speak to. I keep getting automated messages from Instagram when I send a message and no reply from my emails either. Can’t give a good review with no product. I’m giving 1 star because I’ve never had such issues with a company. Not even Mielle gave me this much problems and they don’t even ship to Canada anymore. 🤷🏾‍♀️ I have an order number, will this help?

I ordered once and soon after the first week I’ve seen improvements in my skin. I ran out and my face kept getting pop ups here and there. My skin is back flourishing after purchasing more!

I’ve seen amazing results on this company’s instagram.*** I was prompted to leave the former review as an offer to receive a future discount. I placed an order on April 7th and never received any shipping confirmation nor responses.

Their delivery system is the worst. It can take anywhere from a month to never to get your products. They are not responsive when you email or message through social media. They are constantly advertising but do not seem to have the capacity to handle their orders. I like their face wash but this last one I received is very different from before. Seems more watery and like affective. The color is even less brown when it comes out of the dispenser. So they lack consistency with their products. I have tried this brand many times. I’ve had delivery issues almost every time and the results of the products just aren’t worth the frustration anymore.

I absolutely love this skin clear line and so does my skin! I started using it in 2021 and have been hooked because of the real time results. There were a few delivery delays and product defect hiccups but overall, it has been an amazing journey. If you have sensitive, oily combo skin like me, youll love it. Its actually for all skin type.If you have hyperpigmentation, or need to fade dark spots - the black soap is everything!I mainly use the foam cleanser, black soap, rose water toners, and now the turmeric bar soap (just order today, excited to try it!)

I have used their products through my partner and finally bought my own set. My face is visibly clearing up, my dark spots are fading, and Im having fewer breakouts, which I am definitely here for.

I ordered a product from these weirdos literally a month ago and they haven’t responded because I told them I want a refund, I don’t even want the order no more but no response. I can’t stand thieves and I see them ignoring people on their instagram posts also. People really need to start exposing these people like how I’m about to.

No this is CRAZY I made a order on 3/20 here it is 4/16 and still no package. it says 7-10 days. google says they’re located in hollywood Fl. iam in west palm beach Fl. which is only 30-45 mins away. it’s no reason why I should be still not have my package. this is my first time ordering and surely will be my last time ordering. they say to email them but they don’t respond at all. The phone rings to the voicemail. very unprofessional. i’m almost about to call my bank & & get a refund. they can keep their products. no one should have to wait this long for anything. especially when the company is not far at all.

Haven’t tried the products yet but the shipping process is awful! It took over a month before my order left Miami. Inquired twice and received an automated response both times. Finally in month 2 there was movement. Interestingly enough the product was finally marked as delivered…… but it was nowhere to be found. Their site said to report if it didn’t show up in 7 days. The 6th day it’s appears 🤔. But of course that’s too good to be true…… the incorrect order was sent. I reached out again and this time received a response right away. Allegedly the correct product that I ordered would be sent out and those orders take priority. No tracking info as of yet. Honestly if I receive it at all I will be shocked! Before you order just know that it will take over a month to receive. Trust the BBB reviews. Lesson learned!UPDATE: The correct product was finally delivered. Ordered last week of Jan received 1st week of MAY. SMH

I do not recommend buying a Groupon voucher for this particular place. I made a purchase and within a week, my voucher was marked as redeemed without even contacting the merchant. I tried to contact Groupon for help, but they were unable to reach the merchant for an investigation.I dont mind paying for a good quality service after trying it. Thats why I sometimes use Groupon. However, what this place is doing is scamming people. In the end, they are losing customers instead. I wish businesses like this could be banned.

Clean and lovely space. The signature facial is amazing. I often react by purging after a facial- I let her know and 4 days later my face is still glowing. Thank you staff for such a beautiful experience. It was an absolute highlight of my trip. I will be back for my first chemical peel! They’re only doing peels and emsculpt now fyi

So I do love their products but the customer service and shipping timeframe is insane. I ordered on 1/12, it says shipping and processing is 7-10 BUSINESS days. I send an email to them letting them know I still I have not received my order around the beginning of this month. I go on Instagram and comment, they delete all negative comments. On 2/14 their response is the order has been packed and shipped. Now it’s 2/19 and my order status is still in Hollywood Florida, I live in Charlotte. At this point I need to find another skin care line, because unless you buy in bulk, or well before you run out of product you cannot remain consistent. If you want to risk the wait time or receiving anything at all I suggest you buy double.

Best place to get a chemical peel and corrective skincare in hollywood. Love the vibes in this place it’s super cute and the staff here is so nice! Feels like a first class flight lol loveddd my results!

This company is the worst to order from. I have been waiting almost a month for products, and I have not received them yet. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. They are really out here stealing peoples money that they work hard for.

Rich & Clear Almond Cleanser, Toner, African Black soap & Tumeric soap have done wonders for my skin. I didn’t realize how much my skin desires consistency of the use of their products until I ran out & began having breakouts, which I’m sure was caused by my hormones. However, while using the products I never/rarely had a single breakout. Also, my skin has never been smooth until I started using the skincare line. Even my esthetician gave me compliments & asked what skincare line I use so that she could recommend it to her clients. I remember walking into the Rich & Clear location in Pembroke Pines for the first time to re-up (only ordered online) & the lady at the front desk stated how beautiful/clear my skin looked & I told her I use their products, so you know it works!

So far shopping experience was great however I just placed the order. I’ve heard great things so let’s just hope they meet those allegations.

This is this worst company Ive ever shopped with. Ive been waiting since November to receive my order. (Its March)Ive been trying to get a refund since December, and no one ever responds. Its very frustrating constantly seeing company post on social media and not responding to emails. This company is very unprofessional and will steal your money. I will NEVER trust this business again. Worst experience ever, and they dont care at all.

I made a purchase on February 27, and still have the same order status saying it’s waiting in Florida. The shipping, that was posted when purchasing, stated 5-8 business days and I’ve been emailing and calling for weeks and no answer nor response! This is ridiculous! Like I have to travel for work next week and needed my order weeks ago, here it is March 20th and no status change nor updates and no response! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional!

I’ve actually been using Rich & Clear for a few years now and I swear by these products. I was using another company that was highly popularized by an Instagram influencer and it completely destroyed my skin. Rich and Clear literally cleared my skin in about two weeks and I have not use any other Companies since. I swear by their almond cleanser and their facial moisturizer its the only two things that I ever need.

Had to come and change my review. There’s always issues with shipping. Either they steal your money and never send the product or products come damaged, reviving part of your order. Never expect your order within two months. Products are clearly hand made and the color of products changes every order you place…If you receive your order. Made my final order with them 6/22 and received an email asking me to rate the order, how can I rate something I never received? Sent multiple emails no response. They delete comments on instagram when multiple people ask for updates regarding their order. Ended up having to dispute the charge because they are so unresponsive

I have been incredibly satisfied with the services I’ve received here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and have been able to steer me in the right direction as to what treatments would be best for me. I’ve received two laser vein removals on my legs and my varicose veins are gone!!! It used to look like I had a rash on my legs because they were so red, now they are just smooth and clear. I highly recommend!

I’ve been buying rich and clear consistently for three years now so my review is coming from a lot of customer experience with the brand. I have acne prone skin as well as dermatitis and these products make my skin happy. My acne can’t be cured topically, but these products has been the best daily maintenance I’ve ever run into. I feel and see results immediately! These products are apart of my everyday routine. Now I will say that they have to do better with the shipping and thats why I’m giving them three stars. It often takes longer than the expected shipping time to receive my products so I make sure I either double up so I don’t have to order as often. No lie I be in my feelings about my skin care, but I be so happy when I get my delivery 😩 I’m excited to try their new hyperpigmentation bar!!!

This is an update: I had to dispute my order because an entire month went past and I did not receive a tracking number or zero communication about my order. I messaged the Instagram page, wrote several comments, and sent emails. It wasn’t until I threatened to dispute that i finally received a response saying they could not cancel the order because it had shipped (which was false). The tracking number they finally provided had zero movement for over 2 weeks. So I resulted in disputing the order with my bank since the company refused to give me a refund after waiting 45+ days.

Ordering process was easy and informative. I am looking forward to trying these products and getting clear skin,

Ordered on 04/07/24 all I got was an order confirmation it’s now 4/22/24 I emailed customer service and that was no help I reached out on instagram nothing. just automated responses I’ll try to see if there is live person I can speak with to help resolve this issue or give me a refund

I ordered two bars of African black soap on 11.25.23. I received a half of a bar. I reached and have been reaching out with no response. Once I finally received a response in January I replied and have not received a response yet again. I really love this product and really want to keep supporting but I don’t like the shady business

This skin care line is life changing! My skin has never been so clear! I buy a lot of their products because I don’t ever want to run out. After seeing how well it worked for me, I now have my daughter using it. The shipping may be a bit long due to high demand but trust me, it is definitely worth the wait.

I love the products, been using them for about 2 years! But unfortunately it’s impossible to get in touch with customer service and I have not received TWO of my orders from 8-9 months ago which is EXTREMELY frustrating.

Love love love their products! I use their black soap, hyaluronic acid and I recently ordered their vitamin C serum. Shipping can be a hassle, if you are going to order I would say order about a month ahead to ensure they’re are no inconsistencies in your skincare regimen! Products definitely work

There products are exactly like they say, it works great feel good when washing my face using the almond cleansing and the soap wonderful. I bought this a couple years ago and when I first used it I noticed a difference after washing my face. I love rich and clear products I highly recommend. Their shipping is HORRIBLE. I do not recommend. They would say your package was shipped and never made it to the carrier. If you order online youre probably not going to get your items until 6-8 weeks after. I email them all the time they never get back to me ever. Poor customer service.

Do not order their products online. This business used to send out wonderful product but just like all the recent reviews it’s been over two months and still no products mailed. Emailed and called over four times and get the run around by their fake customer service agent “Lauri”. I’ve asked for a refund and still no response. Unable to get money back due to ordering through Zip. I’d report them to BBB but they aren’t even listed. What a scam!!!

Ive been using the black soap from Rich and Clear for several years now and I absolutely love it!!! I always had clear skin but a few years ago my skin broke out HORRIBLY all over every inch of my face without warning... small bumps, big bumps, red bumps, white bumps smh and the scaring was terrible. After walking around like that for about a year (nothing I tried worked) someone from the motherland suggested I try black soap and wallah it worked. I love this soap💚

So far my experience with this company isn’t the best whatsoever. Their instagram page makes it seem they’re highly recommended, but be cautious of how long it may take for you to receive an online order. Two days make a month I still haven’t received my order and I had to call and speak to a representative 3 times. Most definitely need to improve their shipping.

I really enjoy coming to Rich and clear and highly recommend. I landed on this place on a whim, as I was new in town. I ended up having the best facial ever, a dermaplaning facial. I return for that, plus a chemical peel. I have been using these products for a few months. My 1st batch was awesome! Which is why I give it 4 stars. The products worked great with my skin but the 2nd batch not so much. The quality was not the same for the Almond Cleanser and the Rose Petal Toner that I purchased. I know they are in high demand now and trying their best to get out orders. I just hope that doesnt mean slacking the quality. It could have just been a bad batch. I will purchase again to be sure.

Seriously the worst experience ever. I did an online order for Eczema cream for my son who has horrible eczema and this cream works great for him. 3 weeks into the order, I called to see what the status was because they took the money from my account but never gave me an order confirmation or tracking (which they did previously on orders). I called every 2 days only to be told were going to get that done and tracking information to you within the next 2 days, Ill contact the owner and let him know so he can address it, etc. After calling for two weeks (at this point my order had been placed 5 weeks ago), I will didnt have any tracking information, confirmation, or my product. I am still waiting for information on my order and my product and now my son has been out of this cream for 3 weeks. I asked them to cancel my order and give me my refund and instead the response was, were getting your order out now and youll receive tracking information later today.

My other order has no movement whatsoever and it has been about three weeks. I’m starting to believe this business is a scam. Looking to file a class action lawsuit as I have been unable to reach anyone for a resolution and have noticed that they delete all the negative reviews from their Instagram account including mine. Please understand the spa may be good but do not order products online…UPDATE…..it has been a year and I finally received the second half of my order smh this “business” is a joke. I made my first purchase from this company on April 11, 2021. I finally received it early may. I noticed they charged me a recurring charge on May 11, 2021. I emailed and advised them to cancel a subscription on my account and also refund me my money. They advised me they will cancel my order but they will see if they can remove me from their monthly subscription. I reviewed my June statement and I still havent receive a refund back from my May order that I told them I do not want. They also charge my credit card for the month of June after I told them I no longer want to be charge. No one from the customer service has emailed back about his issue. I believe this company need to be more engaging with their customers. Great customer service is the key to a companys success. I hope they would get a number so we can speak to someone versus having to be ignored through email.

I love love love their products! Their shipping time is what you would expect especially with everything going on so that’s really nothing for me to complain about. I would highly recommend. I have ordered from them about 4 times and I must say their almond cleanser is the truth and their eczema butter is exceptional, plus you get a lot for the price. I also love the fact that they are always having some type of sale.

Works well for hyperpigmentation I have that problem around my thighs because I’m a thick women and sweat builds up this soap plus the exfoliating bag cleared this problem in a week but this product stop debating

I ordered during black Friday and it did take a while to come but I wasn’t alarmed that’s standard during Black Friday and the holidays. The products were well packaged and they actually worked! I love using their African black soap to help with hyperpigmentation and acne on my body! It’s actual authentic African black soap, which is so refreshing compared to other brands. Their rose petal toner always helps makes my face feel fresh after cleansing it with their liquid soap. My last order had some complications with shipping, but their customer service was very diligent and was able to ensure my shipment was delivered by the next week! This is my second order from them and I definitely anticipate their line becoming a huge part of my skincare routine.

Im not sure about anyone elses experience but I did receive a tracking number and was able to track my package. I was actually supposed to receive it tomorrow so thats good lol.. I’ve used their products, the only thing that I do like is the almond cleanser, and the moisturizer. The last 3 times I’ve gotten the toner it started to have a film on the liquid what is weird then my sister said it started to smell like mildew, sure enough black stuff was floating in the toner and the h.acid so I had to toss it out.It does take a very long time for it to get to you even when you’re in the same state. It takes a month and a half so maybe that played a role in the toner and h.acid situation, but I’m not risking it again. I understand they are a small business and black owned which I love, I’d just rather not keep wasting money on products that mold a month after I get them. Don’t get me started about the return policy lol

I would love to give this company a good review because the products are wonderful. However, the lack of customer service is unbelievable. If you send an email, or DM on social media, you won’t get a response, and if they do email you back it will take weeks. They constantly post on social media but won’t respond to messages. When you place an order, you won’t receive your items for a month or longer. My recent order took a month, and is missing an item. I contacted “customer service” almost a week ago, and I haven’t heard anything back from them. When I previously ordered from them, and contacted them about the long wait regarding my order, when they finally got back to me they expressed how they are a small business, and it takes time to get the orders processed and sent out. I’ve ordered from other small businesses, and never received poor service like this. I am no longer a customer!

I have been waiting on products I order over 2 months ago. I finally received a shipping confirmation 6/15/21, but still have not gotten my items. The company doesnt return emails, just sends out a generic email asking you to send another with a different subject. I have been asking for my order to be canceled and refunded and get no response. I will never order from them again.

Ive been seeing this on my social media so I decided to order it on July 23, 2020. I received a shipping confirmation with tracking on July 29, 2020. I got my items two days ago, Sept 16, 2020. I understand that they are busy and especially during this time.. however, I reached out to them in August about my tracking number still not available, all they replied was that they shipped everyday. I wrote a comment on their Instagram page, they deleted the comment, reached out to me privately and when I provided them with my order number, they never replied back. When I got my items, I was missing the moisturizer, but the email that I got said it was shipped with the rest of the items. It was never communicated to me nor did they at least just refund what was missing. I havent tried their products, but this review is just about their customer service. I wish I would have read more reviews before I purchased because its frustrating. I spent $184 CAD so I would expect at least a response from a company who claims to be #1.

I ordered my products a month ago and still have not received anything. This is my second time ordering from this company. I believe in giving second chances because the shipping was horrible the first time I ordered. I waited two weeks for my first order and I live in Florida, practically neighboring cities with this company. And still my order showed up two weeks late. Now this is my second time ordering in advance before my products ran out because of prior experience with shipping. And now a month later, out of my first supply of products and still have not received anything in the mail. Horrible experience will not order from this company again, and right now just want the products I paid for. There’s no contact number to call and they don’t respond to emails or Instagram messages. Horrible way to conduct business

This is the best product my cousin recommended her skin was dark spotted very bad from acne and seen been using for two weeks and it’s a hell of a different skin been getting brighter and clearer and the dark spots have faded

I personally love the liquid almond cleanser! It has done wonders for my skin. The only complaint I have is that shipping takes forever. Every time I’ve ordered from here I waited 2 weeks or more to receive my products. I live just a state away so I’m not really sure why it takes so long. But anyway yeah I recommend trying the liquid almond cleanser and the black soap bar for dark spots and acne in general.

The shipping is so bad and the customer service is useless. I heard there products were actually good too but if it takes 20 days to get it what’s the point. I’ve had a package with just a shipping label created for 5 days. Nothing else just a label and the post office hasn’t received the actual package.

I bought 3 products in total from this company and it did not work on my face as it irritated and caused redness. I didn’t continue to use the products and I never returned them. Rich and clear sent me an email the next month letting me know that I bought more products and it was going to be out for delivery soon. Before they sent it out I emailed to let them know that they could cancel as I never authorized any transaction and the product did not work well for me, within the same week I emailed them again and still no response. I got an email saying the products were out for delivery, I then emailed again asking for a phone number so we could better communicate, I didn’t get a response until another 4 days later and all they told me was “ this will be the last package sent to you” I then emailed them back to let them know that I never authorized for them to use my card as the products did not work for me and I asked again for a phone number for better communication. Within the same week I still didn’t get any response so I emailed again and again until I let them know that I would report them and dispute the transaction as well as write a review because I didn’t feel that it’s right that they are making unauthorized transactions. They finally emailed me back the next day saying they would finally look into it.that was almost two weeks ago and I have emailed them asking for an update, at this point this is ridiculous that this is a company could allow this to happen. It took them a whole month to finally look in to the situation and still haven’t let me know what’s going on and they never gave a their phone number, I also emailed at least 10 times since August 30th while they only responded twice and it’s September 29.

This company take people’s money. Shipping is very long and secondly you may not receive the entirety of your order. They also delete comment of people who complain and keep good ones. Customer service does not respond to everyone and the only way to contact them is email. They are very unprofessional I have lost money and never receive the other part of my order. They left a hand note on my package that the other part will be shipped separately. They did not give any reason, date of new shipping and new tracking number nothing. So I receive only half of my order.

This company is a joke lmao. I ordered three weeks ago. Tracking has not updated for weeks and is still saying USPS is waiting on my items. I emailed them and they send automated emails. They even delete comments on Instagram or turn their comments off.I requested for a refund and was told I could not receive one due to the item being “shipped.” How was the item shipped when USPS is still waiting for it? Then they attached a link about their refund policy that talks about RETURNS. I CANNOT return an item for a refund if I have NEVER received it. Then they gave me a discount code. Why would I place another order and have not received my first order? I will be filing a dispute with my bank to receive my refund.First and last time ordering. I ordered the stretch mark roll on product, it is super sticky and feels like glue on my skin. I really wanted to like it but am afraid I cannot keep using as it stains my clothes with oil and sticks to my clothing. The product arrived 3 weeks after order date.
