Spa Uilani

Giving my experience 5 stars due to the business being very flexible and booking me a 60 minute session on the same day.Parking - with validation 1hr free. Parking on street level in the parking garage and walk thru past elevators and signage up is very helpful.Entry- youre instantly hit with the aroma of a day spa, and calmness hits you. Youre welcomed with a warm towel for your hands and presented with guest liability form to complete. Esthetically pleasant with product on the shelves to cat h your eye for purchase.Amenities- youll be escorted to the locker room where youll be presented with a luxurious robe and slippers. Given a brief tour in there youll find private single bathroom stalls, sauna, single showers, vanity area and sinks. They also provide lockers for your personal belongings with a key on a wristlet to keep on you while in the Spa. Lockercroom is small, but didnt feel packed while I was n there.Ola Lounge- is where youll wait before and after your service. its a quiet zen feeling space with puffy clouds on the ceiling and soft music playing in the background. Some of the decor doesnt make sense to me, but it wasnt distracting at all.Service- I had a 60min Lomilomi massage. My therapist was very kind, attentive and cared about my needs the entire time. The ONLY critique I have for her is that I wish she provided more pressure and focused in the areas I shared were bothering me. I could have said something at the time, but was thoroughly enjoying the message so much I fell asleep several times. lolPau- after my massage I was escorted back to the Ola Lounge where there was iced hibiscus tea and small snack waiting for me being held by my therapist. I sat enjoyed and then went back to change back into my clothes.I closed out with the front desk and finished off my day at work.

I love this little spa so centrally located! It has a GREAT vibe, very friendly staff and the attention to details and cleanliness is really impressive.You walk into a clean lobby, there’s parking validated for an house, they give you sanitized slippers and keep your shoes separate from the facility. You also get a polish robe which puts you in relaxation mode.I heard the owner changed the decor based on the time of year and it’s thematic, so right now it’s very floral and fresh!The locker rooms are simple, clean and have extra amenities to make you comfortable. I’m pregnant or I would have used the steam room which was spotless and smelled fantastic!The rooms each have gorgeous murals and they use very high quality materials for the beds. The maternity accommodations were very comfortable.I’ve had one massage and one facial there so far. Both times I have been booked with one person and then it ended up being someone else. This was not an issue since I didn’t request anyone, but I look forward to trying some more consistent service providers. I will be asking for recommendations next time I book since they seem to have many people on staff.

6/5 stars! I had the best time at Spa U’ilani from the start of me inquiring about what facial would be best for my daughter, to how easy it was to pay and leave. The team working there is very kind and customer service oriented. Christine did a spectacular job on a massage and the esthetician worked delicately with my daughter and gave her a first facial experience! The facilities were way nicer than expected! Taylor was kind and super helpful in getting us booked. Definitely will be back and recommend!

Wow, just the most relaxing spot for massage and facials. The consistency and quality of the therapists, the space is its own vibe. Should be 10 stars!! Each treatment room is curated with local artists and the finish hibiscus iced tea and rice cake are the cherry on top. Mahalo Spa Uilani!!

Spa Uilani is amazing and I would give them 6 stars if I could. Whenever friends and family visit me in Hawaii, this is always on my I need to take you here list.Between the hot hand towels, ultra soft robes, spotless locker room, and the most amazing hibiscus tea concoction, Spa Uilani has curated the perfect treat yourself getaway experience.Their entire staff is fantastic and take wonderful care of their guests from the moment they walk in. I love getting the C-ESTA and Desembre facials done by Nalani, and the Uilani or Deep Tissue massages by Ashia. Both are superstars, but I have heard great things about the other staff members as well.Looking forward to the many more spa visits to come!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Don’t walk, RUN to Spa U’ilani. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like royalty. They bring you a hot towel and nice spa slippers to change into. Everything was so well thought out and intentional. My husband and I booked the couples massage room to treat ourselves and it was the best massage that we’ve both ever gotten. I’m pregnant and have been having some low back pain and was nervous about my first prenatal massage, but it was better than I could’ve imagined. I felt so at ease and comfortable throughout that I really did feel like I floated out of there. Additionally, since I am pregnant, I’m super cautious about cleanliness and was really impressed with how sanitary and clean the locker rooms were. They also provided all the amenities that you’d need (shampoo, body wash, razors, shaving cream, body lotion, individually-wrapped brushes/combs) to freshen up before or after. The post-massage rice cracker and tea were both so yummy. Also, received the CUTEST baby onesie as a gift and I felt so touched that I cried. Highly recommend this place! We liked it so much we are returning for another massage the following day.

Ive been coming here for the past 2 years and I cannot recommend them enough. Given the amazing quality of their services their pricing is quite competitive, if not better than most luxury spas in Waikiki.

This place is SOOOO very clean and professional! The massage was very relaxing and my facial put me to sleep I feel like I melted. After it all my therapist brought me this sweet birthday cake! (this spa day was a gift for my birthday and I told her). The whole experience was just so wonderful and worth it.

A gem of a spa and a true relaxation experience. I feel bad because I somehow never have enough time to fully enjoy the amenities. Everything is so clean and well decorated. The massage therapists turn me into jello. The tea is delicious. I plan to keep coming back as long as Im on island.

My friend wanted to treat me to a lomi lomi massage at the resort but there was a mix-up in scheduling. Taylor and Travis were really gracious about it and invited me to the Kakaako location, which I ended up preferring to the hotel.Amenities included shower and steam room and some relaxation time in the lounge, with hibiscus tea and snack. The facilities were immaculate and cleaned often. Best of all was the massage. Asia (I hope I have the spelling correct) used her hands, elbows, and forearms to stretch out my muscles for 90 minutes. It was one of the best Ive ever experienced. I studied Thai massage at Wat Pho in Bangkok, so Im interested in different techniques, and Asia explained to me the fundamentals of the many types of massage that she studied in school.Mahalo nui to everyone I met over there, and to the managers.

Very clean. Staff are professional. Amenities are clean. Everything here is high quality, from the massage tables down to the Olu Kai slippers they give with your bath robe.Highly recommended

From start to finish my experience was above and beyond all expectations! They have gone the extra mile on COVID-19 precautions, truly creating a little oasis of peace and tranquility in the midst of crazy times. Between my customized massage with hot stones and essential oils, and a jet peel facial with added hydrogel mask, I havent felt this good in years. My skin looks INCREDIBLE and my body feels equally wonderful. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. They really focus on creating an experience tailored to your needs and communicate throughout your treatments to make sure youre comfortable. Be sure to come early to enjoy the steam room and leave time at the end to sip on their signature tea while relaxing in the lounge. 15/10 would recommend to anyone on Oahu or visiting the island on vacation. Already planning my next visit to the spa for a couples massage. Thank you Spa Uilani for providing a much needed treat yourself day. See you again soon!

This little spa is perfect! Im a spa lover that doesnt want to break the bank and Spa Uilani really impressed me. From the after service treats to the special touches in the locker room, they really know how to provide a luxury spa experience. We had a great couples day here and couldnt have been happier with all 4 of our therapists. My lomi lomi massage with Ari will be hard to beat back at home. Got a prenatal massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. The perfect combination of full body relaxation and working out tension in some specific areas I asked to focus on. Great accommodations for pregnancy, I was very comfortable the whole time.The facilities are super clean and nice, the staff was great, and the whole experience was smooth and relaxing. I love that there is a place to relax after your treatment, and the steam room and showers are great as well.

Saw Rie for a 90 minute massage and it was AMAZING. She was super attentive all the way through and did an awesome job of tailoring the session to my needs and making all the necessary adjustments as she found my problem areas one by one. Also this place is REALLY nice and the customer service during booking, check in, and check out was 5 star.

Have been to spas in Waikiki and although they are nice, U’liani is just as nice and you save by coming here without sacrificing quality! It’s worth the Uber ride 1000% if you are visiting. The space, comfort, service and massage quality are all top notch. They have a nice lounge with drinks and snacks, the robes are cozy, the locker and bathroom area is well stocked and pleasant, the massage bed was SO cozy, and I feel so great and so much relief after my deep tissue. If I lived here I’d be here regularly! Want to try a facial too next time.

First of all, the message was amazing. The masseuses were constantly making sure that the desired pressure was applied and created a very relaxing experience. On top of it all, my wife and I were having issues with the Honolulu airport and baggage while the message was occurring. The spa allowed us to take the phone calls and even offered advice on what to do. Overall, I have never received this level of customer experience anywhere and highly recommend this spa. 11/10 experience.

I went to the spa for an express facial and Swedish massage. The staff was very courteous and helpful when I made reservations. The spa itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, and the rates are reasonable. I really enjoyed the facial, which was much needed. Mariko, the massage therapist, was FABULOUS! I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. I definitely recommend this spa and will go back myself the next time I am in Oahu.

My Husband surprised booked me and my friend a massage and facial here. The service was wonderful. Front desk young man was so kind and very professional. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I loved the set up of the spa as well. It felt so clean and relaxing.

It was amazing. AhhhhhhI had a facial and they gave me recommendations for which facial. It’s been like 1/2 a month and my skins feels nice till today. It is my first facial though. Their relaxation room is also very nice and their bathroom is very clean.

By far the best experience Ive ever had in a spa. There are showers to rinse off your troubles and plush robes to warm you before your massage. The massage therapist was generous with her time and effort. The bathrooms have lockers and are well equipped with anything you may need.I came as part of a girls getaway to celebrate my friends birthday. They presented us with cubed strawberry shortcake in a fancy glass and a charcuterie board in their relaxation room afterwards. They allowed us to stay and chat as long as we wished. It was a dreamy experience and beyond luxurious.As a total bonus, each room has a one-of-a-kind mural from local artists. The owner was kind enough to allow us to see them all. It was like an unexpected visit to an art museum. The owner is related to one of the artists who, I felt, did an amazing job of creating vibrant, mystical, and powerful portraits of women. I loved it!

Our experience was amazing today. From the moment we walked in the entire process was relaxing. The people are very friendly and professional. Our massages were so great. The treat of a birthday treat was so thoughtful. Honestly cant say enough nice things about this Spa. Check them out.

Treated my wife to a couples massage for her birthday here. She absolutely loved it. We got the 90 min lomi lomi, which was great! We thoroughly enjoyed it, and the amenities. Everyone wore their masks the entire time, the place was very clean, and sanitized. I believe they spaced out their appointments, so the locker room seemed untouched, which was nice. I enjoyed he steam room while waiting for my wife to change. They also provided complimentary snacks and drinks. On the way out, they were even kind enough to gift my wife a pack of their spa snacks, which was very generous of them. Parking was in the Down To Earth building, and they to have validation. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice quick spa day.

I’ve had some pretty bad pain in my upper back for a long time now, so I decided to go ahead and get the 90 minute deep tissue massage done… I’m so glad that I did! When I got back home after the massage, my husband felt my back and immediately said that even he could tell it felt totally different than it has been did prior to my massage - significantly less tense and “ropey”. Love this place so much! Everyone was very professional and the environment was super relaxing. Loved being able to use the steam room prior to my massage, and then getting a super tasty tea and snack after the massage. Will definitely be returning here the next time I need a massage :)

Angels, all of them. As soon as I walked in the door, I was not to lift a finger for anything. Very attentive. Yuki gave a great Lomi Lomi massage, and the space was just super cute. They gave me a complimentary drink and snack when we were all done. It was also tasty! There also was no rush and can use the facilities before/after the massage. A great experience all around.

Best experience a person could dream of! The staff are friendly and skilled, the steam room is amazing, and the lovely tea and atmosphere is wonderful. Ashia was my masseuse and she took her time and I really did float out. Best experience ever.

Just received a massage from a woman named Yuki and in terms of technique it’s one of the best massages I’ve had on island. Thankful to the whole team and can’t wait to be back!

This new spa is definitely a favorite now! I don’t think I’ve had a better experience any where else!They just reopened after having to be closed due to covid-19 and let me tell you, they did an amazing job! I literally felt like I was the only person in that place. Everything was beautiful and clean! They even sanitized my slippers while I was getting my massage!!Their steam room is perfect for a nice relax before your appointment! The lounge area and that tea they serve after.. ahh! It was so good! I forgot to ask what it was so I can go get my self some!In the locker rooms, they have everything for you! They have everything from a toothbrush and razors to shower caps and spray on deodorant lol! Everything was individually wrapped and sanitized!The massage it’s self was amazing! She was perfect! Probably the best massage I’ve gotten in.. we’ll probably ever and I’ve gotten my fair share of massage done!And don’t get me started on the prices! I personally think it’s well worth it. I had the U’ilani which includes a custom full massage (basically you tell them what you want done) with some hot stones, hot towels, aroma and CBD oils. I went all out and enjoyed my self for a full 90 min. And it was only $175! Compared to the level of service I felt like I was at some 5 star hotel getting the treatment of my life... while not paying their $350+ price tag! LolIf you need a break from all the stress going on and need a moment to your self.. you know while the kids are all home, I would recommend heading over to Spa U’ilani! :)Thanks again guys! Incredible spa. Had a really good experience, they are very professional, and everything makes you feel like you are being very well taken care of, starting from the convenient online booking to every single friendly employee. First time I had a facial that was so relaxing I fell asleep, dont really know what happened but my skin was so dewy and glowy afterwards. Went back the next week for the 90 min deep tissue massage and it was really intense and exactly what I needed. Lole really knows her stuff. Highly recommend them!

Sooo relaxing! From the moment u walk in.. the atmosphere-music, decor, lighting...all of it! The massage is heavenly and the Hibiscus tea is a nice refreshing finish!

I was expecting more professional service when it comes to deep cleaning and applying masks. The stuff were friendly, but the service wasn’t worth the money I paid for.I didn’t enjoy the massage as well.

Terrible customer service. My wife found out she was pregnant and needed to cancel her appointment since pregnant women can’t get a message in their first trimester. We called and they refused to refund the message and we’re very rude.

What an amazing experience and ambiance. The service was excellent from the moment we entered. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Well worth our time. We will return if/when we revisit the area.
