Mia Thai Massage

My only couple massage on the island of Oahu. We went for the Thai Massage. I asked for hard and strong. The lady I had was great. Shes strong handed just how I liked it. She asked my suggestion of soft, medium r hard. I parked in their garage. You take the elevator to the 34th floor. Its also a beautiful view up here. They were nice and professional. 90 minutes went by fast and they give you every second you paid for.

Did the honeymoon couple massage- amazing. Cindy was amazing. So relaxing and so worth it! Great massage, Great view and they made it very cute to walk into

I booked a couples massage for my wife and I and what a great it was!Not only was the pierce great but we were able to be in the same room enjoying the massage together.The ladies asked what our preference was and took care of each one of us with ease. The hour was not enough!We will definitely return for another couple massage. The views were amazing and the moment shared was the best!

The massage itself was fine but I had a bitter taste in my mouth when they tried to force me to give a higher tip. I almost gave 0 because of this interaction. There are plenty of reviews stating similar things and the owner keeps saying “ no , we would never do that”. Yes they do. I personally wouldn’t go back just because of this interaction. And their tip machine starts at 22% or something like that btw

Today is Mothers Day. I am celebrating Mothers Day with my mother. I found a new store today to experience it. I feel really comfortable. The scenery is beautiful and very clean. Everyone is very approachable and friendly. The price is reasonable and the tips are reasonable. %, thank you mia, I will come back

Massage itself was not bad, but at the end, when they asked how much tip I wanted to leave - I clearly said 20% (they even repeated it back to me) and instead they selected the 25% option on my behalf and clicked confirm before I could correct them! It’s not a huge difference in dollars but I’ve never seen a business do that and it really left a poor taste.I would not come here - there are plenty of great massage places on Oahu that don’t do things like this.

A very skilled team of masseurs who provide a great service. Ive done two ninety minute sessions and both were professional and excellent. I could tell that the masseurs were very experienced and I came out feeling reinvigorated.The address was a little difficult to find (the first time) but easy thereafter.If youre coming from the Waikiki hotels area, use the number 2, 8 or 13 buses. Theyll take you more or less to the tower. Its on floor 34 and the views are spectacular.

Go somewhere else. They kept switching my wife’s masseuse 3 different times during her massage. Instead of a massage they were simply “touching” her. My masseuse left for approximately 15-20 minutes. We finally got up early and they still wanted to charge us full price.

The view is stunning ! The ladies were magnificent and make iyou feel so comfortable. Music. Is relaxing and the massage is so nice and feels out of this world. Would highly recommend.

Been to a couple other massage parlors in Century Center building and this one has been the best one I’ve been to. Coco was great and had the best pressure (while checking in with me often) the entire time. Everything was clean and smelled nice. If you’re looking for a traditional, slow/long stroke massage this may not be the place for you, but if you’re looking to release tension/knots then this is a great place to start. Not to mention the affordability and convenience of many open hours (booked my appt 2hrs ahead). Coco helped provide me with some relief after a long week of “dentisting”!

Bought a couples massage on Groupon for $150 for the first time. Arrived to the place as scheduled and was told that they don’t honor Groupon vouchers and it’s better to pay in person I was really confused at first but then I understood in a way being that in person prices were actually $120, so I paid after my service. She told me that she will “ void “ but after leaving I realized the voucher was actually redeemed & I paid twice. Attempted to resolve the issue but the language barrier is a big issue they “act” like they don’t understand what I’m explaining.Update: Groupon was never contacted by business to process a refund. Refund still never received. “ we can not accept coupons that have already been redeemed” the merchant reedemed a already paid for Groupon saying that it would be refunded AFTER also paying in person. If you accept Groupons why tell me to pay in person ?

Took my daughter and wife to Mia as they never had a Thai massage before. After the massage they were both saying this was unlike anything they had before with the stretch massage. We all enjoyed it tremendously and my daughter said she will definately go back as she lives in Oahu. We will go again when we come back for vacation in Hawaii.

I went with my boyfriend for the basic couple massage and it was absolutely amazing. They were very professional and the room was beautiful. We loved this experience.

The message was really good i enjoyed it so much! We got a couples aniversary message my boyfriend said they were too rough for him personaly and his back was in pain afterward. I too asked them to be softer at times. Communication was hard since english isnt their first language but my lady was very nice. Its in an aparment type building too. They didnt validate our parking and ended up paying more them we were told wed have to for parking even though we gave them our ticket to validate. The only reason im giving 2 stars though is when it came to pay i told them i wanted to tip 40 dollars and she said 80 i said no 40 and guessed that she ment for each person that helped us so i said 20 20 and she straight up said no i got a 2 hour message it has to be more ao i ended up paying more then i was willing to tip somewhere 70 to 80 dollars, i have my own home buisness and found this intimating tatic for getting more tip extreamly inappropriate, wont go back.

Amazing massage! I did a couples massage with my husband. I’m not gonna lie, It was a little weird walking in because it’s in a condominium building but it was definitely a legit massage!

We got the hour long couples massage, the view from the room was amazing. They also did an amazing job on the massage, they were getting areas I didn’t even know existed!!!

I love this place . It’s my second time comin. They do great job stretching you out as well as giving deep tissue massage. The Thai oils help relax your muscles . I highly recommend.

I went to get a couple massage and it was good but upon paying with card they asked how much tip.This is one of the few places that ask for tips that are not mandatory. I told them I was going to tip in cash so the card was charged the price for the service so I pulled out $30, one 10 and a 20, but the ladies said 20 each. Now even though I had a good massage and was willing to tip, my good mood went away and did not want to argue so I complied. Since it was a couple massage I did not want to argue in front of my partner so I tipped then $20 each and left.Most places I go to give me a great service and whatever I tip, I get thanked for but the lady here was not thankful and asked for more tip.The price of the service is what should be paid (plus tax) but tips are not mandatory, especially asking for a tip is unacceptable, it is the costumer that decides to tip or not, and whatever the tip is should be taken and not ask for more.

Parking was super convenient. First floor, super close to the entrance/exit. Also, just $2. The view and the coziness of the room was amazing, it immediately set the tone for what we were about to experience. This whole experience exceeded our expectations. They went down to the core and hit every tight spot on my body. Received the best care. Deep tissue, to foot massage, scalp massage, stretching, etc. Totally worth every dime spent. Will definitely be back again. I plan to make it a monthly thing for my wife and I.

We love coming to Mia Thai Massage in Honolulu. Couples massage is $120 with beautiful views. The therapist are thorough and will communicate level of comfort and pressure with you. Friendly Staff and always accommodates full amount of time of massage. Come a few minutes early to undress and relax before actual massage starts. Would highly recommend!

I normally prefer male masseurs when trying out a new place.I still went here even when they didnt have any male masseurs available, but the pressure the masseuse provided was just right!I honestly still feel the massages on my body even though its been 2 hours. We had a great experience at Mia Thai. My parents and I all had the deep tissue 30 minute massage. The staff communicated well over the phone and text and were lovely in person. The venue was lovely over looking the city, and the rooms were clean. The massage was fantastic. We’ll be coming back for sure!

This business is located on the 34th floor of the Century Center Condominium tower- use lobby elevators. Somehat difficult to find if you dont have this information. The massage was okay but the rooms definitely dont look like the pictures on the company website.

I have to complain about your 2 massages from last nite on the 23 of December / 2023- first of all they where no Thai massage at all in both services- my friend and i we arrive from thailand after one month there and we know what is a real thai massage- second of all of the (young) around 50s lady, touch me very unappropriated on my genital area making noises, like if I was looking for something more than a massage, he put me on a so award position because she did not speak english at all, only chinesse- the old lady (60s) did not give any good massage to my friend, instead of that she only put tons of oil on his body and softly touch him when he was asking for strong massage, and the same situation she only speak chinesse- you guys are pretending to offer a Thai massage but is all a lie and I feel bad reviewing you because i know the womans situations but as well this review is for the owner- you should train your people and aso have some at least traducing for you- one day will be someone who get hurts or very offend than us, and that will be bad. is not fair that people get your place with the hope to find a real massage and not a scam massage !

My husband and I got a wonderful couples massage from Cindy and Sue! We enjoyed our massage so much we will be going once more before we leave the island. Both were very kind and made sure we were comfortable. If your on the fence definitely go and check it out!

The massage itself was AMAZING! The views are fantastic. However, we scheduled a 9am and no one arrived until about 9:15/9:20 (after we called to remind them about our 9am - they stated they thought it was 9:30). They were very apologetic, but we’d waited 15 minutes in the hot lobby.After we received the ultra relaxing massage and got dressed, we were quickly chauffeured out which took away from the relaxation we’d felt during the wonderful massage. I’m not sure if they had another appointment, but it didn’t feel the best being rushed out after getting dressed. The massage and views were a 10/10, but the tardiness and being rushed out added some additional stress. Also, they were kind enough to provide complimentary earrings which was really thoughtful. If I had one suggestion, clients should be able to sit either before or after in their nice waiting area, even just for a moment and not rushed out as quickly. Overall, I would recommend, especially if these adjustments were to be made.

It truly breaks my heart that I have to leave a review like this, because I would love to support a small business but the experience there was uncomfortable. The massage itself is decent, nothing crazy but they worked really hard on it.Bill paying part was where it went wrong. We had come here because they had a special price, not only we were charged a more expensive price, but they helped themselves with the tip. We had already given them a 22% cash tip, they proceeded to add another 10% tip on our card. We felt that we didn’t even have a chance to refuse paying the additional tip plus we don’t want to be disrespectful in anyway, so we left it at that.

FOR TRAVELERS: I did not like the fact that they asked for an increased tip. They made it a very uncomfortable ending to our relaxing stay. Staff was slight unprofessional, one of the staff members left our massage to answer a call. Just be careful. Very great massage. Affordable and quality. Great views of the islands.

Wow 😳 This place is incredible! Pinkie has a divine gift of healing in the area massage and stress release. Her positivity and expertise are phenomenal! My mother also saw her colleague for Thai massage and shared that her range of motion has increased dramatically. These ladies are experts in Thai massage and know exactly what they are doing. Pinkie was truly a blessing and I am so grateful that she paid close attention to what was too hard or too soft, always checking in, but for me the pressure was perfect. Really great establishment and Id highly recommend this place.

First contact: called the establishment to get pricing and the lady was very generous and offered an extremely affordable price ($180) for a couples massage for 90min and that she’d add hot stones for free. REDFLAG#1. For Hawaii, this amount she offered is an absurdly cheap price tag.First impression: we were early to our appointment but the lady kindly accepted us almost an hour early. REDFLAG#2. What should be a bustling and busy place was able to accommodate patrons almost too well. Upon entry, no one introduced themselves. We were asked ABSOLUTELY no questions (aches/pains, injuries, medical conditions, our names???). I recently had a back injury and my boyfriend has a very bad shoulder to put this into perspective.During: from our previous experiences, males have female masseuses and vice versa, however, this was not the case but we went with it, only to find out that the male that was working on my boyfriend didn’t speak a lick of English. REDFLAG#3. This is a safety issue because as mentioned earlier we both had injuries that needed to be avoided. My boyfriend kept stating “that hurts” and grimacing and groaning only to be ignored and scoffed/laughed at. My massage started off subpar but what started off just hands and elbow pressure became feet walking up and down my back and toes shoved under my shoulder blades. I specifically asked for medium pressure, so why unsolicited feet across my back were needed is beyond me. REDFLAG#4. When she finally got off my back I began to feel a sharp pain and could not speak. The worst and scariest part to me was when the lady started to bend and twist my lower body which I thought was just for stretching but before I could say or do anything she was performing chiropractic adjustments on my already injured lower back. REDFLAG#5. I don’t care if this lady had 30 years experience, I DID NOT consent to these adjustments and was terrified of permanent damage. I am stiff and sore AFTER the massage. I am now in terrible pain any way I bend or twist my lower back and am regretfully considering getting an Xray. This establishment needs to be shut down immediately before someone is paralyzed from what should’ve been a relaxing experience.After: the most rude way to end the experience was simply some thumps on the shoulders that “your 90 min (of torture) is done”. We quietly paid for their time and left in pain and furious. What we thought was a pre-arranged parking spot for Mia Thai Massage patrons seemed to be an ongoing issue and disagreement between the parking garage staff and the establishment.Overall: if you’re on vacation or just need self-care, pay the extra money and do your research and DO NOT be taken advantage of by this establishment.

Good price literally $1 a minute. You still not find these prices on the mainland. Just know this is a thai massage not a Swedish massage. It will be more rough and they will use their bodies (by standing on you) to do the massaging not their hands with the slow touching motions like everyone is used to. This place is also hard to find if youre not from the area. You will need to park on the 3rd floor in their parking deck and DONT FORGET TO GET YOUR TICKET VALIDATED or you will be paying $20. The gate clerk only accepts cash and upon leaving they will ask for a tip. I always give $10 but i had a card and the lady said no custom tip option only the 3 that shows on the screen (you know like when you go out to eat at smaller places like the juice shop and they have the screen with automatic tip percentages. Sure automatically selected the highest one and processed my card without my consent. Overall i would go again with my exact payment and tip in CASHand parking was only 2 or $3 after validation.

We had such a great experience. Little apprehensive going in since its like a little apartment, but were put at ease with the professionalism of everyone who works there. The views from the windows are amazing, and we got a room with full windows. The massage itself was out of this world and so reasonably priced. I would suggest paying directly there and not through Groupon, since that comes out more reasonable.Would definitely recommend if you have a few hours free in Honolulu

I and my husband have been going here for years. Good price and great service for a couples massage. But just last year, for our anniversary, I was so disappointed by how they treated us. We had a punch card that was full and we were supposed to get a free massage. WE DID NOT GET THE FREE MASSAGE for some reason. The workers were talking Chinese and of course I couldnt understand them but they sounded mad. Then Mei the owner spoke to me in English with a thick accent and said we wont get the free massage today but the next time we go, we will. Of course we never went back. Until this day, I still dont know why they didnt give us the free massage that we earned. The truth is, I forgot to bring that punch card lots of times that we went to get a massage so we shouldve gotten the free one a long time ago. Dont ever get tricked by their lies. They are deceiving people and they will talk bad about you in their language. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat.

Me and my wife did our first couple massage and it was AMAZING! Confusing to find the place but you can ask the workers at the desk, very friendly. The ladies that did our massage was kind and sweet to us the whole time. Also they made sure we was ok during our massage. Definitely will do it again. Highly recommend!

This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had in my life but I’ll get back to that.. the customer service provided was amazing. I flew in to Honolulu with my girlfriend for our anniversary and wanted to do something special. My schedule wasn’t fully set and they were so accommodating with everything. I did the anniversary package and it was worth every penny plus more. The room was designed beautifully there were candles, flowers, everything. And the view was the icing on top. The massage was amazing they knew the exact places to work on for my girlfriend and I without even asking. I was stretched in ways I didn’t know I needed. I got a coconut oil massage, hot stone massage, facial and a foot scrub plus all the amazing stretches and holds. I have never been more happy with a massage experience. I would fly into Oahu frequently just to get that massage again. Thank you for such an amazing experience

Poor business. The workers are not able to communicate very well. Didn’t massage for the full 90 minutes, was unprepared for a already scheduled massage and they do not validate parking. Better off going to the massage place on the first floor of this building!

The room is clean and comfortable, has a good view when you look down! My sister and I got massages from Pinky and Song. They are amazing! We felt so much relieved after the relaxing 90 minutes.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My husband and I went for a couples massage and the massage was mediocre at best. My husband was jumped on and stretched too far! Once we were finished. Upon tipping the older of the two masseuse was rude and demanded more of a tip! We felt as though we were tipping above average as the massage was not what we would expect coming from a place that was rated 4.8!! This ruined my husbands day!

Please do not listen to the negative comments. My husband and I just went here on our honey moon. We got 90 minute Thai massage with oil and hot stones and hot towel. Our massage ladies were Pinky and Song. They are absaloutly lovely and really feel you out to know exactly what your body needs. They check in to make sure youre feeling good. All the comments about them asking for tips is a LIE. Theyre very appreciative and if you are tipping only 5$ then check yourself. This is a business well run and great service. Absolutely fantastic. I was trying to get my day situated for the next day and because of my time zone change, I was doing so at 2am. I messaged them at this time and there was a quick response and got me in at the time that I was interested in. Very fast response in the middle of the night. During a holiday week no less. Their services were absolutely wonderful! It was my first massage and she pressed on all the right places. Now I am ready for the rest of my vacation. Very clean, very professional, very courteous! I definitely recommend to anyone wishing to take a load off, you will leave refreshed!

Wow . Words cannot explain how amazing I feel . I build a lot of stress in my shoulders and she knew exactly what my body needed without me telling her where I needed it. I got the Thai massage and body scrub and she twisted my legs and crawled on my back it was amazing. She asked whether I wanted soft medium or hard and kept asking if I was okay to reassure she had the right amount of pressure. Going back before my trip ends. The view was amazing very clean and very relaxing environment and cute decor . Loved my experience hence me going back within 5 days.

You will not regret getting your message there. My wife and I did a couple’s massage with Cindy and Song and ended booking another one in 3 days. We had to change our appt to an earlier date and was told that Song would not be available and that Pinky would be accompanying Cindy. Pinky was AMAZING!! Honestly, all 3 masseuse are great. You will not be disappointed!

I have been to Mia Tia massage 6 times now and it’s the only massage place I go on island. All of their staff are extremely skilled and I always leave feeling great. They also offer many versatile types of massage. Their space is clean, relaxing, and has an amazing view! 11/10!!

A wonderful first time experience for my husband and I on our honeymoon! The massage was amazing! It’s just what we needed to start our trip and help get over the jet lag.

This is one of many massage places in this building and is quite good. The ladies that gave my wife and me massages applied the perfect amount of pressure for each of us and communicated in English well. They were a bit light on the Thai part of the massage (e.g. torquing the body this way and that) but I was cool with what they did. My wife paid extra for head and hand massages but they were unremarkable - they felt like what youd expect from a regular full body (was expecting this to take us to 75 minutes but we finished closer to 60). Only other areas for improvement was the rooms air pressure - being on the 38th floor the wind howls when the rooms door is closed, so they could probably cut an inch of the bottom of the door to silence the wind and also clear the rug it kept running into! The wind is loud in the other massage places in this building in my experience too though - if Mia fixed this one thing Id probably be back. You can tell she cares and puts in a lot of effort to running a good massage place.

She came down to meet me when I arrived and couldn’t find what floor the business was on. She and her staff were very friendly, professional, attentive, skilled, AND affordable. First of all I give 5/5 on the views. Place looks nothing like pictures on the website. Message was ok. To make matters worse I was told my tip was too low and they refused my cash and asked for a higher tip before I left the establishment. I didn’t more cash so they said credit card was fine as to which she grabbed my card and was about to charge it before telling me how much I had to stop them and give them a specific tip because they tip they were asking for was ridiculous!! They said have to tip higher because I use Groupon. Not my fault they advertise on Groupon ! Horrible customer service at the end

All I can say is it was AMAZING!! My fiancé and I did the 90 minute massage and in the words of him “we came out feeling like new money”. Not just the massage but the customer service was just as amazing. We will definitely be back.

We did the couples massage. Cindy was amazing! She’s strong. She cracked my neck and back and was crawling all over me doing some cool tricks I’ve never experienced before. After the massage I asked her to crack my boyfriend back as well and she did for us. FiFi was good too. If you don’t want a super strong massage, ask for her. If you want strong, ask for Cindy.

Staff is kind and friendly.I didnt believe it till I tried it but the Thai Yoga Massage really does have remarkable healing powers.To truly understand it you must try it yourself.The owner is the same as the Pin Thai location in Century Center & Aiea. I have never been so disrespected! What a shame, the level of service from the time we walked thru the doors.We never greeted and was told to go in the room, a couples massage room. I came with my dear friend, we were celebrating our Birthdays and this was the end of our Bday trip. We waited so long for someone to attend to us I fell asleep. Then a man came in and my friend wanted a male therapist so we thought they were starting. The man left and a few minutes later a lady said give us a minute. The 2 ladies were nice but unprofessional. The services was to include a body and foot massage for 2 hours 120 minutes. My masseuse massaged my back slow long, and then the two change to the other woman and thought we didnt know. The was a lot of in and out the room and I opened my eyes to see what was going on since I was laying the with most of my body parts showing. To my surprised I had the lady my friend initially had, and she continued on my back and buttocks. I my back started hurting. After a few adjustments and placing a pillow under my belly I noticed the treatment was getting less ambitious. I see my therapist with her elbow massaging me and the other texting! Then I noticed the other therapist going to town with a comb on my friends head, for a long time. Then she thought my friend enjoyed it and gestured to my masseuse ridiculing her. I do not recall her asking for an intense hair combing. Anyway I was not comfortable my stomach started to ache. Not sure if it was from my lunch earlier or the tap water they gave us. I just wanted to go I was appalled , the man who came in on us had bought us some cold delicious water, and halfway through my friend ask for some more. They never touch my head my shins, or my feet and at this point my back and butt was so irritated I was over it. I get it people have bad days, but I think they just didnt care. This spa is located in a building where there are numerous other Spa/ massage therapy . Do yourself a favor do a little more research and find another.

My massage therapist stopped to have another therapist take over. The door opened 3 times to talk to the front desk person during the treatment. Therapist was hurried and seemingly anxious. Ive had hundreds of massages and this was one of the worst experiences. Dont multitask during a massage! Only thing thats worse is texting while giving a massage.

I went into Mai Tai Massage this morning not being able to move my neck in either direction. My masseus worked out all the kinks in my neck and I was feeling 100% better within the hour. If I lived on the island I would definitely return to this location. For tourists or locals, I would highly recommend this business.
