The good:-Great price-Very responsive-Great view-No tax for cash payment*note (possible theft)I was told that cash payments would not be subject to the 4% tax. I stopped at the ATM took out $200 and head directly to the spa. Of course I took my wallet and out it in the box provided. When I was done, I took out my wallet to pay and only had $180. There are possible scenarios.A.) I miscounted my money at the ATM and left a $20B.) When i asked for water, they stole $20.I did go back to the ATM and it was not there... my wife reminded me that I never make mistakes like that and assumed we got scammed. I cannot say for certain, so just count your money when you go out.Note:If they did not steal my money than this review would def be a 5*. I have it a 4* because they might have.

This is indeed massage with a view. To be honest I was a little sceptic when I booked the session, but it was definitely well worth it. The massage is very well priced and the technique is great. Little stretching incorporated.Definitely recommend it.

Good, clean local Thai massage place.STAFF: Very limited English (heads up for those who arent used to this).MASSAGE: Light to medium pressure. Booked the lomi lomi and it was thorough and relaxing.LOCATION: In a bit of a dodgy area with over 40 other massage parlour service providers, many of which Im not quite sure exactly what it is that they do/offer. Minutes walk up from Waikiki beach and moments from local Street food van vendors if you want to grab a bite before or after.PRICING and IMPORTANT NOTE: On the mid-high side. We paid a deposit and when we arrived were told they only accept cash (this is not what was written on their website) and they have an ATM in the corner to ensure you take cash out. However we had issues getting money out and didnt bring a few hundred $ cash so when push came to shove they finally brought out their machine (clearly they do take credit card!). We paid 20% tip and it was made clear to us that this wasnt enough.OVERALL: Likely wouldnt come back but it wasnt terrible and the views were lovely.

Visiting for the week. Booked and paid almost 300 for this place 3 weeks in advance. Location is skeptical. Massage was wonderful. What made me give a poor rating is the roach crawling on the floor in the bathroom and the lady TOLD us we HAD to give a tip. She said it was 2hrs work and needed to leave a tip. She didnt even give us a chance to see if we were going to leave a tip. My husband handed her 15 dollars and she said is that it. Two other workers came as if they were ganging up on us. I told my husband she is basically saying 15 isnt enough and she said yes. He gave her 25 and we left. TIPS ARE OPTIONAL. NO ONE HAS TO GIVE YOU EXTRA MONEY FOR THE SERVICE THEY ALREADY PAID FOR. I definitely will not revisit after this treatment.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa, the service was amazing with exceptional hospitality with ensuring that I departed feeling and looking absolutely splendid. I had a great experience at Sakura Massage. Tony did an amazing job. He continually asked if the pressure was good or if he needed to modify his massage technique. I enjoyed the pressure and it helped my tight muscles around my neck and shoulders. Tony took time to massage with my feet and toes. Excellent job and good price. I truly recommend this location.

We did a couples massage with Amanda & Linda who were absolutely amazing! We did lots of activities during the week which left our bodies quite exhausted by thanks to those two, we feel AMAZING. Thank you so much!!

Linda and Kevin were both really good. They were both thorough with their massages to making sure they were getting any muscles that were tight. We had an issue with parking, and they didnt penalize for it. We got a full experience for what we paid for. They did not cut our time short. We would come back again.

We had a great experience at the Sakura Massage and Spa. When Tina massaged my neck it felt like I was in heaven! I came with my sister and parents. The view is spectacular, you can see all of Honolulu. Dont miss out and come to Sakura Massage and Spa!!

Wonderful presentation. Massage was great too. I love how they have bath tub to wash off excess bead scrubs after massage. I like the view as well.The only thing were that they have not mentioned about paying in cash after the service. Deposit via online. I do not like how $3.00 have to be paid when cashing out the money from ATM

Great place and good value. My husband and I had a couple’s Thai massage and 30 minute foot massage. Very nice with a beautiful view of the mountains rising above the nearby city. I think that it is important to note that this massage center had more of an Asian feel to it rather than a typical American luxury spa feel. That isn’t bad but just a matter of what kind of expectation that you have.An attendant met us at ground level to direct us to the elevators and the floor on which to gain access to what was essentially an office suite. We assumed that this was to retain our business as there were multiple massage businesses within the same building which, had we stopped in to inquire about directions, may have attempted to steer us their way. Within the office suite was a very small entry area with a bench at which we were asked to remove our shoes and store them before proceeding to the room in which we’d receive our massage. There was some inability to communicate well as their English was spotty, but we managed fine. You could undress as far as you were comfortable with.The Thai style massage seemed a little more aggressive than a typical Swedish massage, and while working out a lot of muscle kinks, wasn’t nearly the level of pain which occurs during a sports massage.Afterwards, we dressed privately in our room and had access to a private bathroom. Then we were led to the small entry space,given a cup of water, paid the bill and asked to post a review of our experience. And they waited for us to post it right then. This felt a little heavy handed to me, but my husband agreed to do so with all positive remarks. I waited until now to give the long version of our experience. We took the couple’s massage (I chose hard). The masseuse was great! They spoke little English and I didn’t mind, they let their hands and skills do the talking. Great value for money and an hour well spent. Would definitely go back.

I brought my husband to Sakura Massage & Spa for his birthday last week and was really impressed with the service and skills of the therapists working there.Nana worked on my husband. They were really accommodating when I asked to change the service we wanted from what we booked and she was extremely skilled at her craft.I had Tony do my foot/neck/shoulder massage and the pressure was great!I definitely will be returning to Sakura Massage & Spa in the future. I’ve tried several massage parlors in this building and they are tied for first in my book.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and it was the most relaxing experience ever. We found them on Groupon but call them before buying any vouchers!!! They have lots of comparable offers. We got the two hour couples massage, one hour full body and the next hour a foot massage, we had Milo and Kiven working on us and they were both fantastic. They were so sweet and took amazing care of us! We’ve gotten massages elsewhere before but this was the first time I was able to relax so much I dozed off for a bit!!! We will definitely be stopping by again and highly recommend!

Amanda did my two hour massage & it was INCREDIBLE! She took her time and kneaded knots out of my neck, shoulders, and lower back. She used the perfect amount of pressure. She also used hot stones and body scrub enhancing my experience and relaxing me more. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this spa to anyone in Honolulu!I can’t forget to mention THE VIEW from the 39th floor!!

This is definitely not a spa experience. The views are pretty but this is more of a foot spa experience. So if you have those expectations, the place is fine. The sheet remains on (like at a foot spa) through first part of massage and they did not do the reflexology like I booked. The showers are old and need a lot of work. Reviews of this establishment are very misleading as are the packages. I wish I would have booked at my hotel spa

I had a terrible experience at Sakura Massage & Spa. I booked online, so I paid a deposit to make my appointment. They make their guests take their shoes off right by the door and u walk bare foot to your massage room. The english is very limited. I got the deluxe massage fot 90 mins and was highly disappointed. The lady who did my session went in and out a couple of times of the room for God knows what. My face/ head was barely touched and my feet were only scrubed, no oil massage on them. After that I was asked to go shower...still I was barefoot. There was shampoo and body wash but no lotion to be found and the shower didnt look that clean. I Didnt know what to do with my towel and wasnt given any instructions on where to leave them. I dressed without any lotion and when I got out, she asked me to pay her cash. I had no cash and as soon as I showed my card she pointed the ATM...I said no I want to pay with my card. She eventually brought the device for me to pay with the card...I automatically thought about being scammed. Why ask for cash when u hold money electronically for appointments??? You guys should give details on your website on all the little things. Was so excited to get a relaxing Me time but turned into an irritating experience. I hate surprises and got so many bad ones during my visit there. This was a waste of time and money and I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY SERVICE AT ALL.

Tina was my massage therapist and she was amazing... I got a deep tissue with an added head massage and it was great. This is my second time coming and I will be back!!

The therapists are clearly not trained, don’t know what they were doing. i am very disappointed after seeing all those good reviews before. Have ppl not had a proper massage before to rate this 5? Either that or they hired really bad temp masseuse recently.

The group at Sakura was very friendly and professional. A couple days ahead they send directions and photos how to get to the building, what floor and what suite. We got to the suite and was greeted at the door and they had a place for our shoes. They accommodated us (early). The view was beautiful of the city and mountains. While the decor was (very) outdated but the equipment was nice, sturdy and clean . We were given privacy while we undressed and layed for the massages. The massages were EXCELLENT and we both agree that were worth the price. They even used some techniques we had never had before and we enjoyed them. There was soft tranquil music in the background but the two ladies were whispering to each other almost the whole time. Afterwards we got dressed and used the bathroom - which could use an update. The ladies also brought us each cold refreshing water. Payment - they reallyWanted cash- we did not have cash and was not told to bring cash. They wanted us to use their ATM to get cash but we felt more comfortable using our card. She did let us (finally) use the card. I really would have liked to given 4 1/2 stars- but it only allows for full stars.

Great massages. Ive had them in 32 states so far. No difference in the service you receive at the resort. But at a fraction of the price. Thats even considering the Uber cost to and from.

Best massage I have ever had! Prices were super reasonable, we made an appointment for four of us and all of us got the one hour foot and one hour body and all of us had a great experience. Really felt so relieved afterwards, was a truly amazing job from the feet to the whole body. My one friend had a lot of tightness so they took him to another room to really work them out for no extra charge!Yuyu & Vivian are very good. I will definitely return and am happy to have found a place for regular massage therapy and will bring my spouse and mother as well.The Shiatsu massage is authentic, the staff are hardworking, eager to please their clients, and the atmosphere is welcoming, attentive, relaxing, and respectful.

Best place ever!!! The value is unbeatable here, you will not find a better massage for the price point anywhere, specials for Kamaaina too. They customize to your needs, their beds and face holes are comfortable and don’t feel like my neck is breaking or my face is being pushed on too much. Cindy made sure that my girlfriend was on her side and comfortable with multiple pillows since she is pregnant. She is phenomenal, ask for her! She hit all the spots, stretched me, and I didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back!

My wife and I had the 70 minute honeymoon couples massage including the hot stones and coconut oil. The massage was amazing and there were wonderful views of the city and mountains from the 39th floor. This was a perfect closure to our wonderful vacation on the island.

I surprised my girlfriend with a massage here today and it was an excellent experience. We used class pass to book 2 individual massages which were 23 credit each (equivalent to about $55) and got a couples massage.The place was a bit confusing to navigate between parking and separate buildings but the front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful. She came down to garage to help us and coordinated everything.The view from the massage room was incredible and the massage was great as well. The whole team was very friendly and hospitable.Well worth the visit and the front desk lady even went the extra mile by paying for our parking ($2) because we didn’t have cash. Lovely people and definitely will return in the future and refer others.

The foot massage was excellent. Had guest in town and after a week of hard tourist activities they begged for some spa relief! The price was good at $35 for 1 hour. Parking is provided if you ask! Be sure to validate as you leave and parking is $2. The rooms are comfy, nice atmosphere and music. I have fibromyalgia so massage is not always comfortable for me but Lucy was very gentle. Re booked for couples massage with my husband and we equally enjoyed that. $50 for an hour full body couple. Bargain. Great place will be making this a regular habit!

This place provides much better massages than your typical resorts at almost half the price. To anyone who is looking for a massage, I urge you to go local and encourage the local economy rather than the big corporations. I got a 30 minute foot massage and 30 minute foot skin removal here, and my wife got a 60 minute hot stone massage done and both were mind blowing. Our therapists were Allen and Mimi and they were very diligent. We had some language problem as both didn’t speak much english. But we used google translate to overcome that. Hands down I recommend this place. 5/5 stars for Allen and Mimi, you guys made our day. And also check out the view!!

Came here for our 2 year anniversary and let me tell you, it was one of the best whole body massages I’ve ever experienced. Enough pressure on all the muscle groups and enough time spent on them too, I felt so relaxed and even kept falling in and out of sleep snoring hahaha we even got to rinse off in the shower after. It was 10/10 service and it was a very beautiful and comfortable place. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a massage! Come check them out, you won’t regret it!

I had such a good time at Sakura Spa! Its my second time going there now. Their deluxe package was such a good experience. It was my first time experiencing a hot stone massage and it was so relaxing. The masseuse always checked in with me and made sure that the temperature and the pressure was right. I would definitely recommend coming here :)

I went there with two girlfriends and we had our massages in the same room. The view is gorgeous, the massage was beyond perfect with right amount of pressure, everyone was so nice and kind. Our experience here was good overall, although there were a few hiccups. We booked through Groupon and they gave us a little difficulty there. The language barrier was rough, but once we got past that it was a great experience for my husband and I. They were very attentive to us both and gave me a great prenatal massage.

My massage was quite good and take the price into consideration, it cant be beat. We walked there from the core waikiki Beach area, which wasnt too bad considering all the walking we had done everyday. It was $70 for a 1 hr body massage plus an additional much needed 30 min. Foot massage

I booked and paid for a full body massage and foot massage at this location online. When I arrived, no one spoke English and could help me get to the correct location. I arrived where the directions told me to go, but when I showed up, the massager made it seem like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Someone who appeared to be in charge eventually arrived and escorted me back down stairs where I received my foot massage. There, I overheard a man calmly explaining to an employee yelling at him in limited English about how she told him last time to bring cash tips instead of tipping by card. They went back and forth, and that made me squint my eye.Once my foot massage was complete, I was escorted to a room in the back for my full body massage. There I received a basic massage, but it got very strange when the female massager started whispering in my ear in limited English how handsome I was while rubbing on my thighs, giggling, and complimenting my tattoos & how soft my skin was. It felt as though she was flirting with me, and I felt very uncomfortable. She continued this throughout the massage.When I exited, I asked for the location of the restroom. I was escorted down the hall where I saw a room that looked like people - not customers, had been sleeping/living. I found that to be odd.Upon leaving the restroom, I went to pay with my debit card and was accosted by the massager, the woman that appeared to be in charge, and the foot massager. They all demanded cash only tips from me, holding out their hands, looking at my wallet, then looking at me as I attempted to swipe and pay. I left a tip via debit, but that was not good enough. She saw a bill on the outside of my wallet and continued badgering me. I regrettably gave into pressure and handed over an additional $10 bill and promptly left. NO, I will not be returning and I recommend caution at this location.

Had the couples massage with Mimi and emma with my husband and it was the best massage either of us have ever had! 10/10 recommend. Highlight of our trip!

Worst massage I have ever hadFirst time I visited this place I had a Lomi Lomi massage with Xixi. It was excellent. Very professional and relaxing.After this positive experience I booked again the day after. The lady that offered me the second massage was as if she has trained only for a week. Very clumsy with her movements, not relaxing at all. Not exaggerating at all, it was the worst massage I have ever had.Since the service and quality of the massage was completely different from one day to the other I lreview negatively this place.

Yuyu massage was very relaxing and she was able to put me to sleep and I felt extremely relaxed when I woke up. Definitely coming back!

Mico & Vivían were excellent at massaging me and my mother for her birthday- especially with the last minute appointment and abrupt show up, they were still very accommodating. Would come again.

I had a great experience here! I was with Yuyu! She was very nice and did a great job with my service.The reserved parking spots may sometimes be full, but just call and you will be helped right away to get you a parking space! Its only 2 dollars in Sakura Spa reserved stalls, but 6 dollars in the guest spots.I arrived a bit late, but was still able to enjoy my full service. I did the Deluxe package and really enjoyed the massage and scrub! I even got hot stones which was really nice. There is also a shower, so if you want to rinse after service you can!

Very confusing and complicated place! I didnt get the massage and left. Be careful there are 3 massage places with different names under the one company! I dont understand it!

We book a massage for a honeymoon while we were in Hawaii. The booking process was really easy. There is garage parking available. We paid two dollars. Service was great. We booked a couples massage with Kevin and Amanda. They were both really great and caring. They made sure that we were satisfied with our level of pressure. Definitely recommend people to book here!

My husband and I both had massages today and it was very relaxing. The gals were so nice by letting us come in earlier than scheduled when we finished dinner early. Judy and Emma were our masseuses and while we did a couples massage I liked that they didnt talk to each other during the massage - though at one point they opened the door and was talking to a man outside (maybe another worker?) We left very sleepy and ready for bed which was the point of our 2 hour post dinner massage. I believe they only take cash for the remaining balance so keep that in mind as we didnt have enough and had to use their ATM that they have onsite.

Purchased the luxury massage with hot stones. $104 including a 20% tip. Mostly ok, but a few notes.This place appears to have another partner location under a different name, so the view of the city in many of the photos is the main spot on the 39th floor for couples. My massage was around the corner on the first floor in a separate location. There was no view, which was ok, but not the expectation.Separately, when I walked in the room, the business woman taking care of bookings had to clean up my room from the last massage. No big deal, but not the experience I expected from a place with 4.9 rating and 1,500+ reviews. I just sat and watched her clean up.Though the massage was mostly good, the stomach massaging part was strange.For the price, I’d consider coming back, but it’s not a spa experience or what most consider luxury.

Amazing combination Lomi Lomi and Deep Tissue massage and Hawaiian Island Glow facial! Scheduling was easy. Facility was clean with a beautiful view. No robes or quiet room- this is not that kind of a place. But if you want a fabulous massage and/or facial- this is the place to go. Masseuse and Technician were professional and very good at their job. Both checked in throughout sessions to ensure I was satisfied with the massage pressure or inform me of next facial procedure. Foot massage during facial mask time was incredible. Everything was incredible!! Highly recommend!!

After receiving several massages in Hawaii from different locations, I have determined that this is the best place to receive foot rubs. Did a couples massage deep tissue for 2 hours with a same day appointment. The massage was great and relaxing. The person was able to apply just the right amount of pressure.One negative is that they dont have air conditioning and only had a fan, so the room was on the slightly warmer side. When asked to turn the AC up, they just increasing the fan speed which makes it louder.Another thing is that we slightly felt like it was a bait and switch. All the room pictures on Google have a nice view.. We had received instructions through text on how to park and get to their 39th floor, but there was someone who met up with us after we parked and guided us to their 1st floor location instead. They said that the 39th floor was overbooked. Apparently when you make an appointment, you have to specify that you want to only be on the 39th floor or else you may be bumped to the 1st floor with no view.Objectively speaking, they price and quality of the massage would have been 5 stars, but the expectation of being in a room on a high floor and the disappointment of being ushered to the bottom floor with no real AC is enough for me to dock the experience down one star.

Sakura was a hidden gem. Cindy provided the most wonderful acupressure massage. The hot stones added an extra piece of relaxation. She really took her time and focused on each area of the body. The hour massage felt more like 2 hours. I loved every minute. Would highly recommend. Definitely will be returning.

They have a great view of the city. Other than that, the massage was horrible. We did a 2 hour couples massage, I believe it was the honeymoon package we bought. The oil they used felt like vegetable oil and they used so much it was like they were going to slip and slide on me. The actual massage was elbows and arms digging in to me and my bones. I definitely dont think the workers here are massage school trained or certified massage therapists. It was like a rub down my partner couldve given me and wouldve cost $400 less. I honestly dont know how this place has all these 5 star reviews. Im extremely disappointed, I was really looking forward to a good massage while visiting.

Nana did an incredible job with the foot scrub and dead skin removal!!! Came in with very rough feet and was blown away by how baby soft it was afterwards. Highly recommend if you struggle with rough feet/calluses. She took the time to make sure your entire feet was baby soft. It’s very difficult to find this kind of service anywhere else! I wouldn’t recommend this. I got honeymoon package. On website it shows very luxury packages. I am sorry if u are looking for luxury feel and interior you are not getting that. I was shocked when they told me they don’t have AC. So hot stone massage without AC. And all I could smell is sea food. And I had to request 2 table fan, those were noisy. I paid $400.00 including tips. Also I caught that lady 3 times sleeping while she was giving me foot massage. Please go somewhere else if u looking for luxury massage.

Had an excellent massage experience. Right from getting an appointment online, parking assistance and getting to the spa everything had been smooth and transparent. Cindy was my masseuse and she did an amazing job . I wasnt forced to tip more as it normally happens in some of the spa centers. The massage room was kind of bright and could be covered with curtains just to give more better experience.

My former massage place moved to Kapolei, so I found Sakura Massage & Spa. For about $20 more than my old place they do 2 hours of massage instead of 90 mins, hot stones and sugar body scrub. Plus nicer ambiance and better parking. The only thing I wish they do is step on my back and roll me into a pretzel. 🥨😆🖤

90 minute deep tissue massage. Bit long, but this is my experience. Some things to note about me: Im in the military, I run long distance 4x a week, Im heavy chested, and Im socially anxious. Major back pain basically.Confirmation/Parking: I received a text with directions on where to park/go (helpful because Im a visual person). I also received a confirmation call, but it was hard to understand so I just said okay and that was that. The parking garage was a little difficult to navigate, but once you find the elevators its very easy to find the suite from there. Parking does cost $3 and its cash only. There is an ATM in the lobby if you forget. Make sure you bring the ticket with you up to suite, theyll need to stamp it.Arrival: Once I made my way up to the suit, I was greeted by Ms. Vivian and Ms. Lisa who were both very nice. Ms. Vivian is the best person to speak to if you struggle with the language barrier. The place was clean and well organized with a calm atmosphere. I was pretty quickly taken to a room and provided with a basket to put my clothes/purse into.The Massage: Ms. Lisa was my masseuse and she was very patient with me. The view is gorgeous and the room was small and clean. I laid down on the table and she brought me a chest pillow to use as well, which I thought was very nice. I forgot a hair tie so she put my hair up for me and then covered my body in a sheet. She asked the pressure I preferred and then got to work. I dont like being touched, so I enjoyed that she used a sheet to loosen up my body before using oil. If a part of my body wasnt being massaged, it was kept under the sheet. Whether she did it intentionally or not, I really appreciated the attention she paid to my neck, shoulders, and back because I carry a lot of tension there. During the more painful parts she could feel me tense up and would stop to ask if I was okay. I also appreciated that I was wiped down with a warm cloth to remove the excess oil.Departure: When the Massage was done, I was left in the room to change/gather my things. Payment can be made using either cash or card. They do have a bathroom if you need and it was easy to make my way back to the car.Critiques: The language barrier was difficult for me because of my social anxiety. I felt bad that I couldnt really understand the confirmation call or Ms. LIsa. I also didnt expect for my hair/scalp to be touched. I wouldve appreciated the option or having her hands washed before touching my hair, but it was still pleasant (make sure you bring a brush). Lastly, there was an odd smell that I didnt like, but I have a sensitive nose.Overall, I would give this experience 4.5 stars. The location isnt terribly hard to find, the prices are actually great considering some other prices Ive seen, the massage itself was effective, and the staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend coming here.

Overall a great experience. Buyer beware that a 120 min massage (which is what I requested) is only possible with 2 therapists for 1 hour! I was not aware of this until I showed up and the language barrier gave me the impression that I would have 1 therapist for one hour and then another would come in for the remaining hour. This was not the case. I’ve never had 2 therapists work on me at the same time and they were very good! I was just hoping for a 120 minute massage and I ended up with a 60. Different, but same, same I guess. :) Would have appreciated knowing this before I booked a deposit. It’s also on the 39th floor of the building. Google address says 30th floor. Just a heads up.

My wife and I have had a few massages, some good and some great. This one was below average. Its not pretty, its in an old highrise building that does have a good view of the city but the accommodations are a little lack luster. The two ladies that did ours did some stretches on one side but didnt do them on the other. My wifes scalp was rubbed raw in some parts. Seemed a bit rushed at some points. At the end of the massage they want you to scan a QR code to rate them on google. Thats fine but then they linger and look at you until you start filling it out. Now I know why this has 1500 reviews. When paying, they were aggressive about asking for a tip. We knew well enough to leave a tip, no need to remind us.

Booked a couples massage as on Honeymoon and turned up to a dingy apartment in a high rise. Tacky decor. Massage was ok. But despite paying alot of money for the massage and a modest tip, they grabbed us and demanded 20% for each masseuse! We only had a few extra dollars on us and after explaining thats all we had, they let us go. They dont speak English which made it very hard to communicate. Would not recommend. Pay a bit more and go to a better place.

I came here to relax my muscles due to frequent hiking. Its a rainy day, many customers came so that no extra space is available for me. One of their employees suggested me going to the first floor to do the massage, she explained that the massage shop on the first floor is also Sakura Massage. Later I found that was not true, the one on the first floor is Rainbow Spa. I would say I enjoyed the Massage in Rainbow Spa & Massage. However, I choose Sakura Massage because I trust the good reviews on Google Map, but the employee lied to my face to lure me to do the massage in another shop, its disappointing.

Great service ! Clean facility. Very accommodating staff. Most importantly good ambiance and Reasonable price. My husband and I stoped by after intense hikes from big island. Booking was easy and staff was very flexible. Before appointment, someone called for reminders and in case we need parking . Our appointment was at 7. We got the room with back side of beach which is pretty cool. On 39floor. I mean. Look! Our massage and body scrub was amazing. They definite have the technique right! Bathroom was clean. Would love to come back again.

To be honest, I would find somewhere else. Not sure how this is rated so highly- as some people have mentioned in their reviews it might be fake or bought reviews. My friend and I had a weird experience here. The my swapped my friend’s masseuse three times in a span of an hour and one of them had no idea how to do anything in terms of massages. FYI They don’t speak a word of English here and will use google translate to communicate with you, which is obviously a big issue if you don’t speak mandarin.

My experience here was a train wreck from beginning to end that ultimately caused more stress than it relieved.First, I was called 15 minutes before my appointment asking if I could take a time slot half an hour after my scheduled time. I was already nearly at the building due to the late notice so I declined, but it gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing them. Also, upon arriving at the parking structure, I was not given a parking card as the spa’s website said I would. This comes into play later.Arriving at the 39th floor, I entered their “lobby” area where there was nobody to greet me. After a few minutes of waiting, a woman comes out, gives me a confused look, and asks if I have an appointment. After giving my name and phone number, she checks the list and double, then triple checks with me that I’m not half an hour early for my appointment. Seems that the phone call I got earlier wasn’t a request.No matter, I was given some emergency accommodations. I was whisked away back down the elevators to another, dingier looking establishment on the first floor. It goes without saying that I did not get the 39th floor views that their website and confirmation text messages promised. Next, I was immediately confronted by the masseuse about where I parked. I was not given their parking card so I couldn’t show that, but I had parked in one of the guest stalls as the attendant told me too. However I was unable to get this point across as there was a large language barrier and neither my masseuse nor some of the other masseuses that she called in to help with this spoke English very well. Eventually, they took my word for it that my parking was taken care of.Finally, we get to the actual massage, but it was far from relaxing. The massage was standard, if a bit mediocre…I’ve had better massages from other places within a few blocks of this building. I was wearing a mask as a precaution, which other places are fine with. However, a few minutes into my massage my masseuse said, “no mask, you can’t breath” and literally ripped the mask from my face. This was shocking, to say the least. Also, the door opened and closed at least 4 times over the course of the massage. I have no idea what was happening but it was very uncomfortable.After that experience, it was time to pay. The masseuse held the card reader and said that they would input the tip amount rather than letting me do it myself. After naming the amount, the masseuse repeatedly “misheard” me and tried to get me to accept them punching in a tip far higher than what I said. Eventually they relented, but I later found out they charged tax on the tip amount which is not right.Overall, this place gave me a miserable massage experience that I’m not keen on repeating. There’s no way that all of these high reviews are genuine and not fake or bought. Either that or these people have not had massages elsewhere and they think this is how it’s supposed to be.
