Highly Professional and very friendly. Be sure to clarify if you don’t want the intensity of a Thai massage! The few was awesome from the floor we were on. It’s a bit confusing to get to, but if this country bumpkin from South Dakota could figure it out, then so can you!!

Geez... I truly cant think of right words to express how impressed and grateful I was to this massage and spa. I went there for my fiancée birthday as a couples massage. Right as we entered the room it was set up as if we walked onto the set of a romantic movie... rose pedals everywhere, the acronym H.B.D. on one the beds as the room was inundated with soft glowing candle light from wall to wall. My girls jaw dropped, (but not as much as mine) haha. I played it off like I set this all up and I knew all along haha. The massage was fantastic, but they do an amazing job of properly blending in stretch, deep tissue and calming massage. I would say as a guy, definitely wear some underwear, the stretches can be rather exposing. The stretching is what really won me over though... its unique to the industry and deeply needed for the reasoning of wanting to feel limber and more relaxed. So, just when I didnt think the experience could get in better as we walk out of the room... Bam!!! Staff singing us happy birthday and two small scoops of rich vanilla ice cream in some elegant boutique style bowls with a candle and a happy birthday sign on the wall... Im like.. Wow! Yall are about to get the best tip Ive ever given a massage therapist... like EVER! My girl gave me all the credit and I truly have the staff for taking the initiative to do what is necessary to set themselves apart from other massage and spa locations... its the experience the personal touch to thing. I felt like I was legitimately with family friends. I know for a fact im leaving out numerous details that display the staffs thoughtfullness and professionalism. They deserve so much credit!!! Words dont do this place justice. Ive set the standard 100% for me. Haha Ill never be able to top this now... thats the only down side is this place cant be beat. So its either Siam massage or nothing. I actually took their continuous customer rewards card because I know imma be coming back soon. I hope the staff reads this. Im beyond grateful! 🙏

Amazing! We celebrated our friend’s birthday and they did such a cute set up! Gave us time to take photos, my friends LOVED their massages as did I, and they even treated us with ice cream (was not expecting that!) Totally recommend!

Total bliss and rejuvenation with a fantastic view!Three of us were treated to the most glorious thai massages by Nine, Ewa & Claudia, all experienced in body mechanics, and techniques to soothe mind, body & spirit! All three of us (one male, 2 females) left feeling wonderful, treated to 90 minues of bliss. The prices listed on Google are out of date, but they honored the price for me. I hope they can get it fixed soon. Be sure to check before you get your service. I had a wonderful, relaxing time and my therapist Avi was friendly and efficient. Five stars for Avi!The facility is cozy, inviting, and clean. I would have given 5 stars, but decided to remove one because I could hear everyone talking and microwaving their food. Walls are thin.

It has been very easy to make appointemnts via texting as the owner responds promptly. The common area and rooms are always clean and elegantly decorated. I have had sessions by Michelle who is very attentative throughout, applying just the right amount of pressure (including very firm if you can tolerate...).

My coworker suggested this place and it was such a great experience! Went here with my husband to celebrate Valentine’s Day early and it was so romantic from the decorations to the view we had. Incredibly relaxing and the massage therapists were both so kind and did so well. My husband mentioned his lower back pain went away after his massage and stretches. Can’t wait to come here again!!!

Me and my husband had Couples Thai massage with mini facials, and it was the best experience we both ever had. Very welcoming, clean, pleasant atmosphere and great view! We will return again next time we travel to Hawaii.

My sister booked a surprise massage and facial for my 50th birthday. The owner was present and they are very intentional. They set up rose petals, candles and a happy birthday banner. Massage was firm, hit the right trigger points with gentle stretches. Stroke was on point. Facial was relaxing and their cream wasn’t harsh. They prepared an ice cream and candle for me to blow thereafter. We had a grand time! And to top it off, it’s not hefty… a great experience and worth remembering. Phenomenal service !

Would definitely recommend! Called in and set up an appointment for next day, super flexible with times due to traffic etc. Got the couples massage due to my girlfriend and I being pretty beat from moving and I was amazed with how much was included. Full body massage, epson salt / milk / rose petal bath for two, a rustic style sauna, and a full bathroom and shower to clean up in afterwards.

This place and massage experience were amazing! Our therapists Cristina and Katt were very skilled, attentive, and knowledgeable. Also, this business is located in a high-rise which has a handful of other massage businesses prior to even entering the lobby of the building, so you have to walk through those before you reach this one, making Siam Thai feel like a hole-in-the-wall, special place. So glad I came, and would come again!!

My husband and I had gotten the happily ever after package deal and I can honestly say 100% recommended especially if you need to relax and focus on your self! We had Kylie and Junior do our massage and facial and I can honestly as a full time mom/wife/student I feel like a whole new person. This massage was exactly what my husband & I needed on our honeymoon. The ladies were so sweet. The place was super clean. The milk bath was absolutely amazing. We both work jobs that are very hard on the body & they worked out every knot. Just perfect. Can’t wait to come back here on our next trip to Hawaii.

Unfortunately Kat wasnt able to massage me. Dionne did a fantastic job.We usually get our card stamped when we get a massage.We brought in 8 couples the night before we went. I asked if we could get a stamp card started since we go yearly and the receptionist stated that our family members ( 8) didnt get massages. Nonsense because they took pictures of when they were there of the set up.I was going to go back the next day to bring in 4 more customers but we all decided to enjoy the island.@Tanya please talk to your employees about honesty.Mahalo

I had to wait for 15 mins after my appointment time. I booked a 60 min massage but only got less than 50 mins.The room was too cold and the massage therapist wouldn’t turn up the temperature because she gets hot when working. It’s understandable that she d want to work in a temperature that’s comfortable for her but it was a bit too cold for me so I wasn’t able to fully enjoy it. The massage itself was good though.

The message was okay, nothing great. Definitely not worth the money (we were charged $550). Thats fair We had booked the couple message for me and husband. They decorated the beds with Rose petals, teddy bear & candles which was looking nice. The scrubbing was good. For the message we were supposed to get a 40mins message and total service of 160mins. We still had 30mins left and the masseuse told us your time was over and told us to dress up and they left the room. When i looked at the time and went back to them, they were saying we were given 10mins extra service. They claimed they had started at 5PM however we showed them the picture taken in the beginning showed 5.40PM. Finally they agreed to give us another 20mins of head & foot massage since we had already dressed.Unlike some of the comments, they thankfully didnt ask for extra gratuity (20% is already in the package).Also the staff isnt fluent in English so communicating with them was also difficult.

My husband and I had the BEST experience here! Rose and Bella took amazing care of us. From making sure we were comfortable left and right, to an excellent massage that had us wanting to stay in that moment just awhile longer, we definitely felt so relaxed upon departure and will recommend to our loved ones coming to Hawaii. We enjoyed the sauna portion and fresh ginger tea after our massage, as well. And the most surprising and beautiful part was seeing the beautiful roses and swan set up for us on our massage beds. We literally had the best experience and can’t express more how pleased we were with our encounter! Both Rose and Bella have the best techniques from head to toe to have you feeling relaxed and to eliminate pressure points.

We got a couples massage and did an add on. They let us each choose our own head or foot rub. Im glad they let us do that because I wanted the foot massage add on and my wife wanted the head massage. I thought we had to pick the same thing 😁 My wifes coworker recommended this place and said it has nice city views. Since our work schedules have been so crazy lately we went early instead of on Valentines day. They still set up the room very romantically (see the photos I uploaded). It was really nice that they have such late hours they stay open so it made it easier to plan. The massage therapists were very friendly and made us both comfortable. I would really recommend you give this place a try.

Amazing Thai massage !!! As good as the ones I’ve had in Thailand. Intense pressure, stretching, the whole deal.I was confused because the confirmation email that has all of the info on location and parking was in my spam folder so I didnt see it before the appointment. Google maps says level one but it is on the 26th floor (with great views) - I was walking around lost because there are several other massage places on the ground floor …until a security guard showed me to the building elevator.You use their business parking stalls so it is only flat $2 instead of $6 per 30 min which is great! Super easy to book online . I was very very happy with this deep tissue massage - very therapeutic

I went in with lower back pain and soreness all over. The knowledgeable staff focused on my legs that were causing most of the back pain. After a great full body massage and good stretch I left Siam Thai Massage and Spa without the pain I came with.

My husband and I went to the sauna and had a massage. It was wonderful! The best massage on the whole island! Both therapists were highly professional. The spa itself was beautiful and very clean. There is also plenty of available parking space in the building.

Awesome experience, very accommodating, and great for couples. We specifically chose Siam Thai out of all the other massage/spa services in the area because of the packages that they offered and werent disappointed!

Me and my husband booked a romantic massage package to celebrate our anniversary. The decorations were so cute and the view is beautiful! The staff was so pleasant and kind and made sure we were comfortable and happy. The prices are great for the services you receive. Angelee is a very skilled masseuse. I would recommend this place for anyone. We had such a great time and will absolutely return.

It was a little hard to find (grab the elevator that goes to the 32nd floor) but other than that, it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, pricing was great, sauna was a nice bonus before the massage, and the masseuses had great communication throughout the entire session. Only removing one star because it was a bit awkward to book with specific masseuses - they ask you to choose one, but provide no detail about their specialties or style. That would be helpful to know in the future.

I have to say that I truly received one of the best massages in my life at this spa. It is reasonably priced but the service was amazing. My wife who is pregnant got the utmost care from her masseuse. They set up her table with a number of pillows and instructed her how to lay the most comfortably during her session. We had our 2 beds in a beautiful corner room with a great view (they are on the 26th floor if I recall). This was a no hassle, no upsell or pressure tactic spa. The staff were genuinely kind and caring. We both came out feeling amazing and refreshed, singing our masseuses praises. CK and Lee are true professionals, would gladly come back here again. Hopefully once more before our vacation ends!** Dont be fooled by the other massage places in this building. You pass by 2 of them on the way to Siam Thai. They have just as high reviews and are slightly cheaper but we tried them out another day and it was terrible. They were extremely pushy, constantly trying to add more to the massage, over-charged us from the rates they were advertising and added additional fees on-top of that too. They also tried to force me into a positive review. The massage we both received were very lazy and rushed, at a few points I noticed only one hand was massaging me because the masseuse was on her phone...Bottom line, pay a few extra bucks and get a phenomenal job at Siam Thai. No hidden fees like the other places. You wont regret it, learn from our mistakes!

The best experience! My husband and I went in for a couples massage on New Years Day. I had Christina and my husband had Jinhee.For my experience- I have only had two massages in my life, and that is because massages can be pretty pricy, so I see booking massage appointments as investments. I did not regret my decision in booking us this massage! Christina provided a massage that left me so relaxed. My husband and I had spent the previous day walking all day in downtown Waikiki, so our bodies were pretty tense. Christina worked so well with my pressure level, and she smoothed out all tense body areas. My favorite part was when she massaged my fingers (I write and draw a lot), my neck, and my head. We also have 3 kids, our youngest being 1 year old. Christina made me feel so relaxed and calm-the most Ive felt in a long time.For my husbands experience- hes a very active person. He runs and works out a lot, so his body is always so tense. He always says that its hard to find a good masseuse because no one has been able to apply the pressure level his body requires to bring it back to relaxed state. After this massage, he said, this was the best massage I have ever had! I wish we could bring them home with us.Christina and Jinhee gave us the best massage experience we have ever had. Best authentic walk on your back Thai massage in Honolulu, Ive been coming here for over 20 years. The owner Tanya is awesome, over the years Ive had many therapist but my favorite is Kat and Bella and if they are not available then Tanya will recommend someone just as good. The rooms are clean and they have amazing views. Go here, you wont regret it.

Amazing - I am 27 avid hiker who often gets massages. This was the first time I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. We did a few intense hikes on our last days and scheduled a massage to end the trip on. My family and I were so impressed because they did everything beyond our expectations + more. My friend booked a massage spa for our birthday treat. Siam Thai Massage is located on the 26th floor of the Century Center Building. The numbers of the parking stalls may be confusing. It took as a while to find where to park. Once parked on the designated stall, you have to take the elevator down to the lobby on the first floor and take the correct elevator to take you to the 26th floor. Once we got there, there was a room set-up with roses and teddy bears. There we changed to our robe ready for the sauna room. We stayed inside the sauna room for about 20 minutes. Then we were placed in another room for the combination massage. The massage service was amazing; my masseuse was able to find my sore spots and target them. I can tell she was experienced that she was able to adjust the pressure without me telling her. After the massage that took about an hour, we did the milk bath that was also for 20 minutes. When we finally changed, they had a surprise birthday ice cream with candle for both of us! It was a cute act! Overall, the experience was great! Aside from being relaxed, we were able to take lots of pictures. I recommend you do the same treat for yourself! It will be worth it! Have fun!

My partner surprised me with a couples massage before having to fly back into Oregon the same day. We went into the couples room and had a perfect view of Honolulu at night, surrounded by relaxing harp music, the 2 ladies came in and started our massage. It felt great, the lady working on my back really worked out the knots on my upper and middle back and made my legs feel back to normal! When our massage was over, I felt great! So great that I was able to sit in the plane back home for 6 hours with no discomfort thanks to the massage I got at Siam. I would definitely love to come again.

Siam Thai Massage & Spa was absolutely awesome. I had massages before, but it was my first time getting Thai Massage there when I was on vacation with my boyfriend. I absolutely loved it. I would go back there at anytime. It is unfortunate that I do not live in Honolulu because if I did, I would be going there every week. Nicole is the massage therapist that I had. She was amazing.The facility was clean, and everything about it was so romantic and relaxing. I left the room totally relaxed and highly impressed of what Thai massage is all about.

My wife and I went with the couples package Dream Come True and this massage lived up to its name.Christina G and Deon L were absolutely amazing and provided excellent service and care. Hands down one of the best massages Ive ever received. I came in with a pretty bad leg injury and went with the sports therapy package with Ms. Kylie Thong. She was super attentive, actually cared about my safety and constantly checked in with to make sure I wasnt in pain. She wasnt afraid to dig in deep so I could feel that good pressure and release. She knew what she was doing and it showed. It was amazing experience. I also got a cookie! I feel great and my leg/body feels sooooo much better. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will be returning!

The place was a wonderful place to relax and wind down. The masseuse were very friendly, skilled and professional. We did a couples massage so they organised for us to be side-by-side with an amazing city-night light view before us as we receive our massage!

It was a good massage, I had a terrible experience my first time at a different location so I was scared to get one i again . But it happened again. I was going to give her a $10 dollar tip that’s all I had to give and she started doing calculations and time frames she’s like no that people usually give 20%, 25 dollars and I felt pressured. Tips are mandatory I had already paid online it was about $180 and she waited for me outside and literally said your appointment is paid but there’s no tip. I didn’t appreciate that . She made it seem like it was mandatory and not only that but didn’t like what I was able to give .Cristiana griffin was the the person that made this experience for me uncomfortable .

I should preference this by saying that Ive been a Massage Therapist for over 20 years. Im very picky about bodywork. This fantastic business did a wonderful job of giving me and my friend a relaxing, enjoyable spa day. Our Therapists really listened to our needs, and adjusted pressure to what each one of us needed. We chose the 90 minute thai/Swedish combo. Literally the best Thai massage Ive ever had! We followed with the milk bath soak. The tub was so relaxing. And a great massage follow up. The services were priced very well. The views from the 26th floor were gorgeous. I am so impressed with this business, that I give them my professional & personal stamp of approval. My friends who are local will return on the regular.

Just a great solid massage from top to bottom.And what a bargain.couples mass for $120!I paid more than $500 for me and my wife at Royal Hawaiian Spa but Siam Thai massage was much better.I would definitely go back and highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have never had a Thai massage before. I can say it is a great massage ever. I love the stretching part. Literally feel energetic after finishing the session. The spa itself is very nice decorated. Update! Will not be back! Went back for second massage and got the bait and switch routine, booked the same masseuse as last time, only to show up and be told she is not available. Funny thing was she was in the waiting room when I walked in and was still there when I left. Might work for tourists who only come in once but most local people would like to keep the same person as they have knowledge of your problem spots. Best Thai massage in Honolulu! I have lived here for 3 years and have tried numerous massage parlors, this was my first time here and Bella gave me a fantastic massage. She did a great job finding the tension and working out the knots. None of the others even come close. Highly recommend!

My massage was with Cristina - unbelievable! She did a combination of deep tissue and Thai as well as the add on of head and scalp. Her hands are so strong !! She is also very pleasant, gracious and attentive. Best massage I’ve ever had in my life!!!

Update to original review. The massage was great and no complaints there. The problem is my wife and I booked a 2hr massage and was cut short because they overbooked but we agreed to being cut short as long as we were refunded. The lady at the desk said she couldn’t refund the card we used but would send a check to our address. It has been 2 months from the massage and we have yet to receive a refund and they do not respond to my emails anymore. Disappointed because we really liked the service and would have used them again but not after this experience.

I had the most wonderful experience I did the Siam relaxing massage that was 140 mins. Best 140 minutes of of my Hawaii trip. Christina G. Was absolutely wonderful, hands of an angel. Will definitely come here everytime!

This is now my go to massage place. Last month I had my first with them and Bella is awesome! I like when she did hard massage for the most part except my calves because she noticed my calf muscles were too tight so she recommended medium press on that part and it was perfect.. it felt really good and fixed my soreness!Then today, I went back.. this time it’s with Kylie.. she is pretty & awesome too!! I like it when she apply hard massage (per my request) on the different pressure points my body. And particularly the stretch she did on my neck and my arms.. It was really very relaxing, I think I fell asleep.But my favorite is when.. during each session, they both were successful to crack my neck, upper back, spine and fingers.. the best feeling after!!the tea/water offered after was nice too.They are both pretty strong, beautiful person, pleasant to talk to, respectful, knowledgeable and experienced in what they do.Thank u both!With their reasonable price, the city and beach view from the room and in my opinion, so far is the best quality massage I experienced here in Waikiki/Honolulu area.. you should give them a try.. I have been coming to Siam Thai for the past 3 years, every time I visit Oahu. I have never been disappointed with a service. Regardless of the therapist, you are certain to receive a consistent massage in a clean and professional environment. Kylie has been my masseuse for the past couple of years and she is an absolute rock star. Its hard to find a great Thai massage on the mainland so be sure to experience this restorative massage next time you are in Honolulu.

I was feeling real sore and really needed a massage. Last minute I called Siam Thai Massage and like always they took my appointment even though they were so busyWhen I arrived I was treated with a hot glass of ginger tea and was escorted to my room. The place is very clean and very nice.The massage was awesome. My favorite massage place by far. Mary was really good and very respectful. Tanya never seems to age.

I will add to previous comments come early the parking lot is 4 floors and then once parked you come to ground find the elevator that goes to the 26th then head up and on in. So be prepared ahead of your appointment and parking is cash only. They validate your parking however we did the dream come true package so we were there for more than 2 hours. The space itself is small but very beautiful they thought of everything and special details. We did the bath first which was gorgeous, massage was combination of modalities not mentioned on the site. Extremely talented people have such a great set of skills and very kind and sweet. Say you want them to walk on you aswell they do phenomenal asiatsu and Thai massage. The combination of all the techniques and wrapped in with an additional scalp massage was incredible. My fiancée was delighted. High-quality highly recommend Siams Thai over others.

This was an AMAZING experience! We got a couples massage while in Hawaii for COVID-honeymoon, and it was legit the BEST massage I’ve ever received. Better than any fancy massage therapist massage! It may “look” a bit different or weird initially b/c it seems like it’s in a apartment or home, but it IS actually a professional massage spa. This was a combination Thai massage, she worked all the problematic areas of the body and ironed out the knots. It was professional, respectful and in-line with CDC COVID guidelines. Highly recommend this place!! Loved it.

Great experience, we were able to book a couples message with only an hours notice. Clean establishment on 26th floor. Cost for both of us was less than a single message at our hotel. I asked for deep tissue and they delivered a very deep tissue message. It was a little strong for my wife but they quickly adjusted the pressure for her. Overall a very nice experience.

Great couples massage. But had to wait over 45 minutes because a massage therapist was late. They gave us a small discount, and took care of us during the wait, and made sure we still received the full 70 min massage.

I came here for vacation with my family and found coupons in a book so decided to do a lady’s massage a group of three. Super easy to book. Wasn’t sure how the experience was going to be but felt safe when there was a parking garage that was secure. Super easy to get in and find. Super friendly staff. And fantastic massage all 3 of us all enjoyed the massage. I would recommend it to anyone. I’m use to Swedish massages and I’ll definitely go get a thia massag again.

Dont choose any package saying 20% of gratuity included on their website. I made a reservation for couple massage and paid upfront. Their websites said 20% has been already included, but they asked us to pay again after the massage. The staff said their website showed a wrong message. I cant understand this kind of situation. I regard this as a false advertising. Dont waste your money on a liar.

I booked the Valentines Day Special with my girlfriend and we had a very relaxing time! The staff were very friendly and helpful; taking pictures, bringing us our water, etc. I recommend it for an affordable and relaxing couples massage : )

Just had the best massage ever!! Yes this is thai style of massage, not American, they dont just rub lotion on you. They actually massage, try to decrease knots, all different kinds of stretches, while still giving a massage that will relax you to your core. Evie was my massage therapist and she went to every problem area without me even having to ask. She would constantly ask about pressure and how I was doing. If only I lived here Id be back weekly

My hubby and I went for a couple massage, and we got a spot on the same day.We love massage, we do it frequently, and the one we got here, it was the best one ever!I was with really tight muscles after reading during all the flight. I really needed a good massage, but I got a fantastic massage.I felt so relaxed during and after the massage, that I felt even higher than Im, bc my muscles were wonderfully stretched. I felt like she knew where was hurting, and she solved it. It was a complete and deep massage. I want to come back to Honolulu not bc of the beaches, but just bc of their massage. XD

I think Thai massage is the best. Even though I felt pain at the beginning of the session. But when finished I literally feeling great and so relaxed after all. Highly recommended for whoever want to release the muscle tensions and knots. The spa is clean and have nice view. I would get a massage from here every time I come to Oahu.

Upon check in we were greeted and offered to take pictures in front of their beautiful back drop in their waiting room area, we also had the romantic package so we also got a picture in the massage room with cute decorations! We had CK and Crisitina who were awesome! Ive gone to other places for massages, this place was recommended by a relative and exceeded my expectations. It was my boyfriends first time getting a professional massage and he loved it. CK took great pictures of us and was very friendly and my bf enjoyed his massage fom him. My massage with Crisitina was also very relaxing and enjoyable. After our massage we were offered water or hot tea, upon leaving we were given Valentines day chocolates. Will definitely be booking with them again in the future!

Thanks for the great massage. My body had been stiffed everywhere due to my workout. I made appointment by requested the therapist who can fix my stiffed body. I got Num, she is very strong woman. She can go deep wherever I need her to work on. At the spa atmosphere gave me a feeling like I was in Thailand. The decorations and spa music are Thai style. Clean place, good service, at the end of the massage service, I got offered of hot ginger tea and ice cream! I t feel great like getting a new body! I decided to go there yesterday. It was a very bad experience there. The massage was meant to relax my muscles but it made worse. Now I can even move move my legs with pain. I seeing my doctor today to get something for this.
