The best massage Ive had in a while. They allowed us the change the time and come in earlier. Vivi and joy were very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend during your stay in Hawaii.

Easy to book and purchase a massage online.We got a basic couples massage. We were asked if we wanted to add essential oils to our massage for $40, which we did. The couples massage included a hot stone massage.Staff were nice but talked a lot between themselves during the massage, which doesnt really work if youre looking to relax.

Such as relaxing and professional environment. The ladies were very welcome and the massage was exceptional! You will be left relaxed and getting value for money. I left like the knots in my back were removed. Hours after the massage I still felt relaxed. Shout out to Jenny Vivi and Ivy. Ask for these ladies.

The Waikiki Massage Clinic is awesome! The massages that I have received here have been exceptional!Let me give you some background on why I say that.The covid-19 pandemic has really hit the Hawaii economy hard. I had to go a few months without a massage, because of the lockdown. This was particularly painful due to a car accident that I had a few years ago, injuring my neck and right shoulder. My work aggravates the injury, so regular massages are necessary.Now after Covid, besides the need for an excellent high quality massage (as opposed to a mediocre massage... you know what Im talking about if youve gotten more than a few massages), Im also concerned with cleanliness.I found both at the Waikiki Massage Clinic. This has to be the cleanest massage environment Ive ever seen. When you walk in the front door, you will see immediately when I mean. The owner, Jen, told me that they do deep cleanings on a regular basis, and it shows! The rooms are clean, the floor is clean, the linens/sheets are clean, and the bathroom is exceptionally clean.You get the idea, and you well see this for yourself when you walk in the front door. They greet you at the door with a temperature check to make sure that you do not have a fever. They are very safety conscious, from the therapists using masks, to the constant cleaning of everything.All of this would be nice, but have little value if they didnt deliver a high-quality massage. The therapists that have worked on me, have been very skilled, with some having had many years of experience and training. This is refreshing, as sometimes you may get a massage from someone who doesnt have much skill or experience. This is not that kind of a massage. In fact the owner told me that she specifically hires therapists with experience, who know their trade.Each therapist has their own technique, but they all seem to do a little stretching, along with deep tissue and shiatsu. They will also walk on your back, if you I want them to work your pressure points with more pressure.The owner, Jen, along with the majority of the therapists, speak English well, which is always helpful if youre trying to tell the therapist what hurts and what needs attention. You can call or text for an appointment.Parking is pretty much the same with all the other businesses in the Century Center building. When you drive up, tell them youre going to the Waikiki Massage Clinic, and theyll give you a pass which you place in your car window. The parking costs you $2 with a validation from the clinic.What initially got my attention to start going here (besides the cleanliness), was that they have the clearance to provide essential medical massage. So no need to wait two months between massages if things go on lockdown again, hopefully!TLDR; super high-quality professional massage, incredibly clean environment, an owner that is responsive and helpful. If youre looking for a great massage, call Jen and book an appointment.

We made an appointment ahead of time for a couples massage and once we arrived we were quickly taken care of. The place itself was very clean and relaxing. The massages were wonderful. They made sure to ask if we were comfortable throughout the massage. During the massage they asked us if we’d like to add on services which took away from the relaxing environment. Overall a pleasant experience and will likely go again.

Stumbled upon Waikiki Massage Clinic while searching for another business, and Im glad I stopped in to inquire about their services! They immediately offered an hour massage for a reasonable price - and Joy was exactly what I needed!They offer a variety of massage techniques (deep tissue, stretching, essential oil, etc) and Joy was proficient at finding the tight and weak spots, applying appropriate pressure, and communicating effectively.Give them a try and enjoy being spoiled for an hour!

I dont understand how this place has 4.7 stars.My wife and I recently went here for a couples massage and it was easily the worst massage experience weve ever had.First of all, the two women that massaged us talked and giggled to each other the entire time, while not playing any music or sounds during the first half. There was even another worker that came in mid-massage to ask something and then left the door open for probably 20 minutes. So not only did we have to listen to our therapists talking, but also the other 3 or 4 workers that were taking loudly in the hallway.My massage therapist (if she can even be considered that?) had no idea what she was doing.. it felt like she was just randomly rubbing oil all over. She also coughed, burped and even blew her nose during my entire massage. Like, one hand was on me and the other was holding the tissue!!!They also upsold us with essential oils by first asking what scent we wanted (not mentioning that it was an additional cost) and then, AS THEYRE RUBBING IT ON US, say that its an extra $20 EACH.Theyre one of the cheapest for a reason. DO NOT GO HERE.

By far the best massage my husband and I have ever received. We got the 100 minute couples massage & Jenny and Anna did an incredible job!! They massaged us from head to toe, the scalp massage was incredible. They did a great job of getting the neck area and also did a great job on stretching my hips and groin. The price is extremely fair for what you get, we will be back!

This was the best massage from this type of massage place Ive ever had! (This type meaning not a fancy spa but a less expensive massage spot, typically run by Chinese.) The massage was excellent: vigorous, and the therapist was great at getting to all my trouble aches. The language barrier was unfortunate and might otherwise merit 4 stars. However, the fact that they could see me on short notice and at a quarter of the cost of a fancier spa meant this was easily the best value massage around!

Went here based off the reviews.Been to many massage places all over and this was the worst experience Ive had. Did a couples massage with my wife. Both therapists texted multiple times during the session. The girl working on me even answered her phone and set up another appointment.Both therapists talked and giggled with each other.On top of all that I received the worst massage Ive ever had. Id bet money the therapist wasnt even licensed or hardly trained.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very disappointed! My husband and I scheduled a couples massage over the phone. They neglected (I’m guessing on purpose) to inform us their air conditioning was out. We definitely should have walked out then, but we went forward with the massages (that is on us). I’m 7 months pregnant, and so they charged me $10 more which was also withheld from our understanding until the massage was over (due to me being on my side my massage was very mediocre…I guess they aren’t used to this particular need). They also charged more for “essential oils” that they did not disclose until after the massage. They were very flippant with how they handled our coverings (the almost see through sheet on top of us), which is very telling about the “training” they have received. Overall very disappointing!

My fiance and I got a 1 hrs 40 mins couples massage. We arrived at our appointment time and got straight into a room with minimal wait! Massage was very relaxing and a great way to start off a trip.

I had a great experience with my friend. This was my first time doing this. It was a wonderful first experience. The communication between the masseuse was great. My friend & I did the premium massage with scented oil following a body scrub. They make you feel very comfortable when doing the body scrub. All I can say it was worth it! My first time, and not my last. Coco hit the right areas, and had me comfortable the whole time, careful not to over press certain areas. And there prices are comfortable. Really unclear on how this place has 5 stars. My whole body hurts from my massage. I am bruised on my spine and major joints- which are not areas you should be directing pressure in a massage, only the muscles. I cant walk because my left hip hurts so bad in the way I was stretched. I am a medical provider in the ER and have had tons of massages and this in no way is physically a safe way to do a massage. Also- the pictures are very different than the actual setting you are in. There is no air condition and the bathrooms are not at all clean. Not good.

This place looks like a little hole in the wall but the staff are so friendly and fantastic!We got the diamond massage as a couple (amazing price for 2 hours!). It came with a 1 hour massage and a facial that was at least 30 mins. If you have sensitive skin Id skip on the facial since it did make me break out BUT my skin did feel amazing otherwise.The massage was fantastic and we will be going back again to get a foot massage since they didnt really touch our feet at all, which was the only disappointment. Loved the massage overall so much we booked another as soon as ours ended.

Omg!! I can’t tell how relaxed I feel right now. Me and my husband trekked for 2 days in Napali coast and had a flight to Honolulu. After landing at the airport we both badly needed a massage and randomly googled massage center near airport and we found this place. I am glad that we stopped here and it was the best massage I ever had. Ivy and Anna were absolutely the best in giving massage. We ended up taking a body scrub at the end and it was AWESOME!!Thank you

I cannot recommend Waikiki massage clinic enough. I had a hard workout and really needed a massage and Waikiki massage delivered.My masseuse was able to target all of my sore areas and after the massage, they discounted so much for me and my group. They even threw in hot stones for FREE. 5/5 would go again.

This place was not a good experience went in for 2 massages i was quoted 120$ a piece. She charged an extra 20$ a person for lotion🙄 then at check out the total came to $298 when i asked why she said Hawaii taxes i asked someone in Hawaii about it and was told I was ripped off. she was rude at check out insisting we pay her a tip in cash. The massage itself was very mediocre. This is definitely my worst experience in Hawaii

Everything is an add on while being massaged, they will wake you to ask if you want oil or hot stones etc without saying it’s extra. Also charged me for regular price when I was there for happy hour-my mistake not double checking the large bill full of add ons but when I called the woman on the phone pretended she didn’t understand me, it was pretty obvious as she had a full conversation with me up until I mentioned a refund. Also parking is tough, there are very limited guest spots.

I dont know much about massages, but I did a massage at VIVI. because it has the most good reviews. very nice Chinese woman, professionally does everything. I would give this salon 5 stars, but for half of my session, someone in the corridor (I think the employees) spoke very loudly in Chinese, it prevented me from relaxing. this time I put 5 will call - I hope it was by accident. VIVI is very good.

We found this place on a whim after our plans got canceled. My husband and I came in for a couples massage and when I called they were able to book us at our preferred time. When we walked in they took us into our room and got started. It was one of the best massages we have ever had! They were able to relieve our aches and pains and help us relax. This place was truly a hidden gem, I would definitely return, and I give it 10 out of 10!

I decided to check this place out with my girlfriend after a friends recommendation. We came here for a couples massage and we both LOVED the experience/massages we got here. We were able to walk in and book a couples massage on short notice with not too much wait at all. When we arrived the first thing noticed was that this place is huge! I am used to the small apartments that are turned into massage places in the Kalakaua area. This was a huge place with many different rooms and nice very relaxing environment. Ms. Cindy, who did my massage was amazing. She massaged my muscles and stretched me out until all my strains were gone and felt like jello. My girlfriend loved her massage as well. The lady was able to focus on the spots she requested to get all the knots out. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a good massage. The prices were very good and the experience was the best I gotten here in Hawaii.

OMG!! We did Na Pali trail for 2 days and badly wanted some massage as our bodies were sore and dead, luckily happened to land in Honolulu and directly went to Waikiki Massage Centre. Guess what, it was amazing oil hot rocks massage we ever had and we also had scrub which they suggested and it was mind blowing. Trust me people come here and take the services you won’t regret. Thank you Waikiki for the wonderful service for me and my wife. Ivy & Anna love you and good job, keep it up.

Updated review (August 2022): As you can see in my earlier review, I had a great massage on my first visit. My second visit though was rough. I asked for hard pressure and focus on my neck and shoulders where my muscles were very tight. My therapist Yani (sp?) worked hurriedly, pressing hard with her elbows and knees on my back, but did not really work to relax my muscles and release tension. At one time, I had to tell her that she was pressing on my shin bone and it hurt. My appointment was for 100 minutes, but she stopped at 90 because no one told her it was 100 minutes. After the massage, the right side of my neck felt a little stiff. Also, during the massage, she asked if I would like to use a special oil. It was an extra $20! So I declined.First visit (April 2022): Awesome massage! I had a 90 minute massage with Vivi and she was hitting all the knots on my neck and shoulders.

I was very impressed with this massage! Ive had a number of deep tissue massages and none have them have been quite good enough for me, but this one was amazing! They were able to work out knots I didnt even know I had! The staff is so friendly, professional and accommodating. The ambiance was exactly the sort of relaxation I needed. I had a 2 hour massage with body scrub. It was amazing and both women were very attentive to my most tense areas (hamstrings and low back). I would highly recommend anything they suggest as extras. I am leaving feeing like I am ready for I conquer the world. So relaxed and happy!

The massage itself was amazing. As we were leaving though, when we got to filling out the tip part of the transaction, we were told we did not tip enough and they “modified” it to tell us how much we needed to put in. The 20% wasn’t enough since there were two people? After that they asked me to leave a review and I told them I would be happy to, but then was told to sit down and do it right now. She sat over my shoulder and clicked “5 stars” for me…. I wasn’t given parking validation until I did so. We were happy with our experience, but didn’t appreciate either of those things. That just seemed like they have so many 5 star reviews because they force them.

This Place uses only the best products that are endorsed by dermatologists. This is such a gem to find. This is the best massage clinic in town. I have been to many massages place over 30 years and this is the best.Clean, peaceful, and very professional.My therapist was so good, she could recognize my back issues just by feeling my back. Not many therapist has the capability. After a 2 hour session I feel so much better. I will be a regular from now on!

Nice and friendly owner, we came here with 4 of us total and they didnt have enough staff to give us all a massage at the same time but thats probably normal for the area. Had a nice conversation with the owner and she was helpful and shared her story with us. Always nice to meet people who share experiences with travelers. Would come back here again if we were in the area. Those who had a massage said it was amazing and they had fallen asleep.

One of the worst massage for $100. The lady does not know what she was doing. Each time she massaged a part of me with oil, she wiped it off and apply the oil again in another area and wiped it off.She was just applying oil on my body, there was no massage at all. To buy time, she kept getting towels to wipe me down and she cant stop making conversation even when I didn’t answer her.Very unprofessional and inexperience. End of the massage she complaint that her tip was only $10 and asked for more.

I’ve been to several massage places on the island to get a couple’s massage with my wife, and this has been one of our best experiences!The prices are hard to beat, and it was so clean and neat inside. They did wonderful work; it never felt rushed. We did the package that included a facial, foot scrub, and we added hot stones. I definitely recommend it!

I had one of the BEST massage ever there. It was so relaxing and all the therapists were well trained. Now I go weekly, just to bring down my stress level. Even my wife goes there now! The owners there are so amazing and very accommodating. I bought gift certificate for my assistants to go as for their hard work. Try this place out and you will never go elsewhere.

I stopped in today on a walk-in and they were able to accommodate me right away. Just like everyone here says, Jin the owner is such a relaxing and kind woman, and it is a very relaxing place she has put together. I had the 60 minute deep tissue massage and wish I could have stayed for 90 but I had to go to work! I am new to the massage world, trying to improve my health and whatnot, but I could tell that the practitioner today noticed problem areas and worked incredibly well. I’ll be back often and be bringing others!

The massage was good but when you come for a massage, it is to relax not to bargain! While I’m trying to relax, the lady was trying to sell a back scrub massage for 30 more dollars even after I said no. She wouldn’t shut up about it, and still tried to persuade me 3 more times! What part of NO she does not understand? I always tip at any service place but asking directly for a tip is not a way to do business! And no “I didn’t get the wrong massage place” before the owner even responds like that!

Best massage Ive ever gotten - I say this because you leave with released tension and an overall feeling of relief. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! No lie, they were kind, courteous, very professional and able to take a same day appointment. Extremely accommodating, and went above and beyond. Few minute consult over the phone because I had questions about adding cupping, and I was so happy that I did. The massage itself was very relaxing and healing, as I have pain through nearly half of my body. It was my first time trying cupping therapy, and it was such a relief. Hands down, the best massage I’ve ever gotten in my life. 2 friends and I stopped by Waikiki Massage Clinic while we were on vacation. The facility was modern, tastefully decorated, extremely clean. The massage table and face rest were also very comfortable. But all of this pales in comparison to the massage. I opted for the 90 minute Superior massage. Anna, my massage therapist asked me which areas I’d like to focus on and if I had any pain. I said where I’d like her to focus and that I wanted very strong pressure. I was *not* disappointed. With a combination of Thai, Swedish, and lomi lomi, Anna simply blew my mind with her attention, care, and what felt like acrobatic massage skills. I never wanted it to end.The staff were also lovely, charming, and just beautiful people all around. I wish so badly I could come back. Next time I am in Honolulu I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

After weekly session of massage therapy x 1 month, my arm is now much better with improve range of motion. As someone with a complex history of disc injury, finding a good massage therapy center can be extraordinarily challenging. Im only visiting and I must say, of ALL the massage therapists Ive seen in a large metropolitan area like Boston, these therapists give even some of the most renowned clinicians back home a real run for their money. The pressure, the skill, the touch, the professionalism, the expertise -- all second to none. Accordingly, this place gets my highest recommendation.

Ive had my fair share of Massage places and thought I found my favorite spot, but a Close Friend of mine had told me to try Waikiki Massage Clinic. My Old favorite spot wasnt able to accommodate me so I thought Id give a call to Waikiki Massage Clinic. When I called them the Owner Jin coincidentally answered the phone, she was so Nice and accommodating to my Availability. I was able to go in that day, like anything new, you want to make sure they know what you are expecting from your time there. I explained to her my Massage preferences (Medium Hard, Deep tissue, Stretching etc.) She referred me to Nini who definitely exceeded my Massage expectations, she knew where to massage on me just by touching certain areas she knew how much pressure to apply. She was also very consistent from the start of my 2 Hour massage till the end. Ive had a few massages where they start off strong, but eventually taper off.... Nini was Amazing!!! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to try this place out at least once. That in itself should shout volumes about how talented the staff is.Now after the expansion remodel the place is open and inviting while at the same time the privacy improvements to the rooms elevate the establishment above expectations.Cleanliness is beyond reproach. Great place for a massage, call ahead for an appointment. During Covid, they have been taking appropriate precautions. Taking temperature and per city emergency rules they take down your contact information. Ive been going here since last year. My neck and shoulder give me problems sometimes and they fix me up.

I’ve had massages all over the world and visited a half dozen massage locations in the Century Center, and Waikiki Massage Clinic provides the best service and massage that I’ve ever had. Jin (the owner) goes to exceptional lengths to provide a welcoming and relaxing experience, and Michelle (the therapist for my visit) clearly has a natural talent in addition to her experience. I didn’t expect to find anyone who knew fascia release, and Michelle not only provided excellent fascia release but also very relaxing Swedish, excellent Thai stretching and back walking, and an amazing head massage! Michelle also identified my injuries without being told. It was an amazing healing combination for someone who has a collection of sports injuries like myself. Afterwards, Jin treated me to organic green tea! 😊 If you want a professional and therapeutic massage from a spa that goes far above and beyond what I’ve come to expect, definitely visit Waikiki Massage Clinic. 😃 Thank you Jin and Michelle!
