If I was a rich man. I would travel every chance I had to come here. Dont be fooled by the building. Its not in a richie class or neighborhood. But this is one of the best places to go on the island for massages. The ladies are professional and have knowledge of the muscles in your body. The friendliness of the staff and its management team is truly what Hawaii is about. Call ahead and book your appointment. The best thing is doing this the day before you fly out. My visit to Kahuna & Mana was amazing.After a 6 hour plane ride plus all that goes with it, my wife and I called for a massage. Lani and Annie hit all of the right spots. It was so good, we decided to return for another massage the day before we returned home a week later. I would highly recommend this place for your next visit to Hawaii

We had a great couples Lomi Lomi massage here which provided some well needed relief after a lot of hiking. The massage was thorough and the pressure was great. The value for money is the best we found in Waikiki, and the service is very professional and friendly.

Stumbled on this place and gave it a shot due to google reviews.Went to Lin and she was great! She gave me a prenatal massage for 90 mins ($114) and it was relaxing. The place itself is very clean and as a woman, I felt very safe.

Had a couples massage today and it was wonderful! They were very attentive to how the pressure was and if we were cold. And there were nice comforts like essential oil and warm neck compress. Would definitely go back!

Literally the best message I’ve ever received. Very calming and they listen to what you need. If you need a deep release, go for the deep tissue massage. This is without even considering the price which is amazingly low for the quality of the massage. You won’t be disappointed.

I am not one to usually leave reviews but after this massage felt like I needed to share.Its difficult to find a place that does good deep tissue work and not just a rub down. This place is by far the best experience Ive had with massage and deep tissue work. The staff was very friendly and inviting, would recommend if youre sore after your flight or just need a good massage to check them out!

Very good place to go for a massage. Very accommodating and has a cozy atmosphere. Massage table is heated to relax your tired muscle. Massage therapist is very gentle. Too bad I learned about the place one day before I leave for the mainland. Will definitely come back whenever I am in the Waikiki area.

Out of all the massage places Ive been this place has been hands down one of the best. Incredible service! I asked for tissues and they gave it to me right away. I asked to book on day of and they were able to book an appointment in the next 30 minutes. The massage itself was incredible and I couldnt have asked for a better place

Such a wonderful experience! Space is small but that does not impact the quality of service at all. Rooms are set up so couples can receive massages together, which my husband and I appreciated. Both ladies were kind and very responsive to our requests with post-marathon muscles—we were already feeling much better walking out than we did walking in! We will be back any time we return to Honolulu.

In a convenient location only a block off the Waikiki Beach strip. They were very friendly on the phone and were able to fit a same day appointment in for me right away.Masseuse was also very friendly and did an excellent relaxing Lomilomi with the perfect amount of pressure! Deep tissue is actually their specialty so I’ll be sure to try that out next time!

Best massage Ive ever had! My partner and I did a couples massage -- we booked for same-day and they fit us in for the last appointment before they closed, which was lovely. Both masseuses were friendly, listened perfectly to our requests, and strong! When I asked for more pressure, she checked in and made sure it was the right amount, and checked in again as she moved to other areas. She found ALL my knots and worked them out wonderfully. Ill definitely make the trip back to Hawaii just to have another wonderful massage!

Very professional, and very skilled! I normally get a massage every month and a limp drainage every month. The placed was called at 7:00pm and made is an appointment ar 720pm. Wife and I both received a 70 minute massage. It was her first deep tissue massage. She loved it. Lin was great on my neck, shoulders and low back. Highly recommended!!!

My wife and I had the most amazing couples massage at Kahuna and Mana. From the moment we arrived to our departure, both therapists were extremely courteous and professional showing genuine interest in helping us relax and energize our muscles. Their skilfulness in releasing knots and applying just the right amount of pressure made our bodies feel so right again. I needed more pressure and at most times I thought my therapist was going to bruise my muscles but now over two hours after our session, my muscles feel relaxed and completely stretched. My wife felt her therapist was better skilled than the one she had at the franchise massage chain on the mainland. We are definitely coming back again the next time we are in Waikiki.

Booked a couples massage while we were on vacation in Waikiki. The massage was fantastic, one of the best Ive gotten. Really helped me relax and get into the vacation spirit. They also were very skilled at targeting problem areas and helping relieve my tension and pain. The two masseuses were friendly and lovely. A lot of the times I find massages while on vacation are pretty terrible and overpriced (like in resorts). This was much better and more reasonably priced for sure. Highly recommend!

Amazing little parlor just off of Waikiki. We called for a couples massage and they were able to get us in that night. They work with you to find the right pressure for you and will focus on any area you need as well. They were incredibly friendly and we had an awesome experience. I highly recommend taking the time out of your day for some ultimate relaxation. It was clean, comfortable, and was a lovely environment.My 90 minute, full body, deep tissue massage was $124 and would have been cheaper if I paid with cash. The deep tissue was $10 extra. It was absolutely worth every dollar.

My wife and I received a couples massage at Kahuna, in a semi private room together (enclosed but not floor to ceiling walls so we could hear next door massage). Overall, it was great for the price as others have commented, but if you’re looking for ambiance this isn’t the place, as we were reminded every 5 minutes when the soft atmospheric music was briefly interrupted by ads for candy.I selected the deep tissue, which exceeded my expectations. My massage therapist embraced the art by expertly employing their hands, elbows, knees, and toes in a Hokey Pokey with my muscles. My skull felt like the most valuable toy in the claw machine, as my scalp was embraced by a deft tango of fingers. The only disappointing part of the massage itself was hot toweling at the end, bringing with it the knowledge this experience had come to an end.

Just received a couples massage, this was our second time here and it was amazing as usual. The ambiance is great and relaxing. The masseuses were very kind and checked in on us often which I appreciated. They were very good and we can’t wait to come back!

BEST massage I have ever had!!! I’m not sure what kind of massage I had but Christina was able to find every knot in my body without me even mentioning them. She also asked several times if pressure was okay. The price was also one of the lowest in town and they got me in last minute. Just make sure you add tip before they run credit card as they deserve it. It is also a bit cheaper if you have cash.

I called about 30 minutes before they opened and got a same-day appointment with Lani (I hope I am spelling that correctly!) The gentleman I booked with sent me a confirmation text with the address and photos of the front of the building without me asking, so it was very easy to find. Lani was so kind and professional giving me advice on the type of massage to get that day. I have really tight pain in my hips (ALWAYS), but the extra walking all over Waikiki made my legs and hips pound with pain where I was walking like a rusty robot. She was able to get me relaxed again, and I even had an emotional release during my 90-minute massage. I cant say enough good things about the energy that this woman carries around with her. She is just so lovely. I wish I lived close enough to experience her massages more frequently. The price was on-par for my little East Texas town, too, so that was extra shocking, as I was expecting to experience the Honolulu inflation here. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, Lani! Amazing 90 min massage by Annie. I came in with lower back soreness and left feeling pain-free and relaxed. If you want the full ‘resort’ day spa experience, along with a price tag to match, then don’t come here. But, if you want a high quality massage without fuss then I highly recommended Kahuna and Mana massage.

I did the deep tissue massage. It was excellent in every way. She managed to touch on every muscle head to toe- wrists and fingers really appreciated it. I’ve had many massages over the last 30 years and this one was probably the best overall. Very appreciative and welcoming staff also. I’ll be going back again later this week for more.

I usually stay at the Alohilani resort which is right across the street so this place was a great find. Not a fancy place but the staff and massages are the best. Prices are very reasonable for the area. I travel a lot for work and always stop in when I’m here.

I came to Hawaii for two months as a travel nurse. As a nurse, my body is constantly sore and a massage is necessary for me to feel better.When I say I visited this place twice a week for two months, i am not lying!! After multiple shifts in a row, this was the one thing I looked forward too! They give THE BEST massages I have ever had. They focus on where the pain and tightness is at and will fight every knot in your body. They are very strong! When my family came into town, i had to show them this place and they completely agree that this was the best massage they ever got. Got in last minute. They were very accommodating. We got a couples massage that was great and super relaxing especially after many days of hiking. I would highly recommend! We were staying at the Alohilani and was trying to get a massage but it was expensive and booked out. I asked Kahuna and Mana and initially they didnt have anything until an hour later but when we couldnt do it and needed something earlier they were able to accommodate. I would totally come back and would recommend this place for a nice massage!

My fiancé and I were looking for a hot stone massage during our visit at Waikiki. It was great! They gave us some hot towels, water, and also a deep tissue along with our hot stone. The staff was very professional and nice. We both felt a lot better after our massage, I have really sore and tight shoulders and they were able to relieve that soreness!

We both like a harder pressure to get the knots out and they both checked in with us throughout the massages to make sure we were comfortable. Seriously, a great experience. Zero stars, the owner/manager was extremely rude because I decided to lay down on their carpeted floor due to severe back pain and waiting for over an hour. Would not recommend, I did not feel safe being in his presence. He was very aggressive and continued to cuss at me and call me racial slurs. As a member of the U.S. Military, I found this extremely disturbing and offensive. Veterans and active duty members should be treated with a lot more respect.

As usual, Tomokos massage is the best. The store is on the opposite side of Waikiki, so its a bit difficult to get to, but its well worth the trip. Although my daughter and I were there, they treated us as a couple, and there was a campaign going on right now, so the price was good. Recommended as a treat for yourself.
