I had a wonderful experience I knew exactly what I was looking for and when I came in they show me the perfect product that I needed I really appreciate the good customer service I received here I suggest anybody coming in from out of town to Waikiki this is one of the best spots to see for all your Smoking Needs

I live on island and was treated like my business didnt matter just another tourist to homie working. He couldnt answer questions and was rude AF 1st smoke shop I ever visited on island 5 years ago and I will stop recommending to friends staying in waikiki. Have some Aloha.... not some guy hiding in the back annoyed by customers ignoring everybody that comes in as shown

Beware of this place! I bought a full set, lady seemed cool took it in the back to get bubble wrapped, I couldn’t touch due to Covid restrictions. I Unwrapped it in car and notice to bowl piece was not only different but the glass was whoop and defective! Walked back into store a minute later and she acted surprised and as if I didn’t just buy this a minute before. Had to buy another bowl piece.Terrible service from worker and owners.Your work will be show worldwide to all the heady glass blowers

Fake elf bars. Came here based on location, employee was normal not friendly but not unhelpful.Bought the elf bar and left it didn’t work. Came back told him about it and he let me get a new one. I hit it in front of him and this one works. But I can tell it’s fake…tastes burnt and nasty.Also when I exchanged the elf bar the employee asked for the packaging back. Either 1, he didn’t want me to inspect the packaging and reveal it’s fake. Or he’s gonna reuse the packaging to sell the non working vape to some unsuspecting customer.0/10 stars for this shop

Awesome shop with everything that a smoker would ever need. Beautiful glass pipes and bongs and lots of other goodies. My fiance and I ended up going here 3 times in the 4 days we were in Hawaii. The guy running the store named Chris was great, very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend checking it out to enhance your vacation legally. The chocolate bars are great!

Be careful buyers: I was upsold a $200 OG TUBES water pipe that does not function correctly, according to the sellers description (Im a nerdy PhD, so I am always sure to ask my clarifying questions). When I returned to the store and presented the issue to the manager (who was the person who sold it to me), I was told there was nothing he or the store could or would do for me. When I inquired about getting in contact with the store owner to discuss, the manager just shrugged his shoulders and said no. I am a local, and I like to support my local businesses, but with poor service like this, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

On holiday from Australia - couldnt carry medicinal cannabis with me. Smokeys had great hemp derived thc products that solved my pain issues and staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

I like the workers there, good people. I think I met the owner once. I like him too... its a really good selection of papers and tips. Nice local pipes and new name brands, this is a good shop. Price is very fair. I dont feel guilty spending a lot of money here, because I want the shop to stay open. I asked myself what can I do to help during the pandemic, the answer is to spend money, as much as you can.... just saying.

5 different and over priced cigars to chose beteern and ranging from 7$ (one option) to 17-19$ (four options). Seller is completely clueless on the cigars. If desperate, this place can maybe help. In any other situation, try another place.

My visit was during a busy hour but I was very pleased by the hero working the evening of 6/16/22. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the product selection. I was very pleased with the shop.

I went to this smoke shop solely based on its location. As soon as I walked in the worker told me he couldn’t help me because his system was down. He didn’t say anything else but I decided to wait because I needed my CBD pen :)Another customer walked in right as the register got working again and the worker took him first.When he helped me I purchased two disposable pens and he told me I could try them out there which I did. The second pen did not work on the first attempt and so I tried again and it seemed to work alright, so I left. I began the walk to my hotel which is four blocks away, two blocks into my walk I realize the pen really wasn’t working… maybe every fourth Puff it would light up 50/50 if you’d get anything out of it. So I turned back around and went right to the store.it couldn’t have been any more then eight minutes at the most! I told the guy it wasn’t working and if I could exchange it for the same exact one and he told me he couldn’t do anything about it. I asked him why he made me check it in the first place if he couldn’t exchange it, he said if I had asked him to exchange it then he could have. I showed him several times that it wasn’t working. Out of 10 tries it maybe worked twice.He asked me for the pen back and I thought maybe he was going to exchange it but instead he cleaned the top off and tried it himself! What about COVID and the pandemic!! What the heck! He wiped it off and said it was working and I couldn’t exchange it again. I didn’t see any smoke come out but hey i haven’t been smoking for 15 years or anything ..I just said OK and left the store. I was disgusted by what just happened basically it’s going in the trash after he put his mouth on it without asking me. i’m not the type to make a fuss or argue with employees I know he doesn’t own the shop. But I was frustrated and even cried on my way home $35 down the drain and a waste of time.Ive worked retail/customer service for 12 years..It just seems that since this is a tourist town they don’t care about the customers because the customers aren’t coming back either way !It’s a cute little shop if you want to buy some rolling papers or a rolling tray. But I wouldn’t recommend getting any type of battery operated pens or anything you can’t check with your eyes at that moment…Most expensive walk down the block I’ve ever taken…

Clean, nice selection of products, and somewhat friendly staff. Would be nice to ask a question about a product and theyll would be able to answer what it does and the difference between other products. Seems difficult to be able to explain the Dynamics of how the dry vape compares to the other beside the price, lost a sale due to lack of information on a product, but did get incense.

Ive been going here for 2 years spending $500 a month and this new douche bag employess just hangs up not telling us what time they close tonight twice...Hope the owners hears about this horrific incident of such rude service Ive just encountered just now and will make sure Katie the manager finds out by tomorrow morning. Worst customer service ever and said We are Not Important customers and refuses to sell at 9:30 when there was no one in the store!!! He needs to get his head check saying He doesnt have to sell to us - as if ... Ive been faithful loyal daily customer that prob helps you to get paid there . You shouldnt be in customer service for this is the worst experience Ive had in my life!!!

Great service and wonderful products. The guy who helped was very knowledgeable about his job and really got me the product that I was looking for. The store in general is very clean and has a large variety of products. I would definitely come back over here and recommend others to visit as well.

Asked for a $5 discount like you would get any where else and the guy behind the counter wouldnt even do it, to close on a $80 sale. I have freinds that purchase from the shop that have gotten bigger discounts then that from there. Also bought a cbd pen from there that literally died in 3 days...At this point you would think out of good faith you would be able to negotiate a better price for a return customer that had bought a trash product from you prior...GUESS NOT .

Great place to buy smoking supplies in waikiki.From papers and pipes to more elaborate water pipes they have a nice selection for the tiny shoppe.One drawback, it appears the building is located in its being marked for demolition.It will it have to relocate soon. But it has other locations all over, nearest near UofH manoa

Ripped off and insulted.Bought 3 bottles and 1 was spoiled (photos). Merlot tasted like Bourbon. Looked brown. I carried back the bottle and cork to show and the owner refused to exchange. Then owner blamed me for a theft happening in the store.When discussing the spoiled wine someone was in the store stealing. I waited as the owner dealt with the situation with the security cameras. When they saw the theft they ran outside and I even ran outside to help them look for the thief.When coming back in they started making comments like “good timing” implying I had something to do with this thief. I’m a black dude so surely I didn’t visit Wakiki help someone steal and go to jail. Plus I purchased several times from this store.Back inside to discuss the spoiled wine the owner asks “Do you know him [the thief]”?Of course not and I say this.Then the owner, now upset and looking at me like I had something to do with the thief goes back on a previous agreement.They said I could exchange the wine. Then after blaming me in an insulting way, they said I cannot exchange because I don’t have the receipt. I had the card used so it could be looked up with a few presses. With the spoiled wine in hand and a video of the pour (how I have photos of this bottle) they still refused to refund or exchange. Rip off.In a prior transaction I asked for an itemized receipt after completing transaction. Using the card the receipt was printed.This place was a rip off and insulting.

The salesperson was by far the rudest person we have ever met!! He was sarcastic & not helpful. We went into the store to buy a friend a gift. We arent knowledgeable on the products sold in this store. I asked questions & got snarky responses. He then proceeded to smoke his vape & rolled his eyes when we asked to make purchase for a gift. We will never go to this Waikiki Smokey Store & will warn all of our friends & business associates how badly we were treated by this elder male sales associate.

This is a tourist trap. Rude, unknowledgeable about their products. Manager talks down to people as if she has reached the pinnacle of success and now knows all! Its just a smoke shop Kayliegh! Learn about customer service and compassion, not arrogance and pretend hippidome! Kayliegh is running a disgusting tourist trap.

The owner is nice, and the Asian gal that was working continuously smiled. I buy my Am Spirit RYO tabacoo packs there and they are a good price. I go there once a week.

Guy behind the counter was nice and explained the different strains of Kratom that they carry, which I was very appreciative for. The prices on Kratom ranged from 15.00 to 20.00 depending on the strain for 25 grams. Holy smokes charges 30.00 for a 4 pill pack of kratom pills. So yeah better deal at smokeys by far.Also the Rice Krispies with Kratom were excellent. Didnt get to try the Kava yet though.

This is your one stop shop no need to look anywhere else. Believe me ive wasted money and valuable time while on vacation.Do yourself a favor and go here, I did the foot work for you!!!

Although the composition is small, it is half the price compared to domestic products. There is nothing new, but I am still satisfied with the price. They say its a little more expensive than other places in Waikiki.

If you like tobacco, you should go. I dont smoke, but the friend I went with was happy.I was surprised to see bullet holes on the window glass.
