This was my first hair appointment at Beautique and it was a wonderful experience! I first met with Kelli a couple weeks ago for a consultation in which she took the time to discuss my hair and the short haircut I was wanting based on a photo I was showing her. Today was the day and Kelli remembered me and everything we discussed! She dedicated her time to me and making sure I got the cut AND the blonde color I came in for! I love it!!! Thanks Kelli … and I’ll be back!!!

Miranda has been my stylist for years now. I absolutely love her. She goes above and beyond and you can see she takes pride In her work. She consistently exceeds my expectations and is so incredibly sweet.She is a professional in every sense of the word. I can not rave about her enough.

I love this salon! Kelli is the BEST. She always takes such good care of me. I go to her for everything.. my color, cut, Brazilian blowout, and even regular blowouts. She is always so nice and helps me keep my hair healthy. I have alopecia and constant hair loss. She encourages me to use specific products and teaches me ways to take care of my hair in between appointments. Kelli has been my hairstylist for almost two years. My daughter and son both see her as well. We love coming in and look forward to catching up with every appointment. Tori and Laura are also amazing. I love how they always work together to help me get an appointment when I need a last minute touch up. It is such a welcoming environment and the best hot chocolate in town.

Was lucky enough to find Beautique when searching for a new hair salon after moving and it’s perfect! Was even luckier to book with Courtney and she is the absolute best! Was able to have a consult with her during our first appointment and she did above and beyond what I was expecting. She’s now helping get my hair color ready for my upcoming wedding and I cant wait!

Peggy is amazing! I have been going to her for hair color and cuts for over a year, and I am always happy with the results. She has a knack for knowing the right cut, color, and style. When I feel like I need a change, she listens to what I want and dont want, then she helps me choose what will be the most flattering. It can be a bit pricey, depending on what services I get. But my hair looks fantastic and I feel thats worth the splurge.

Courtney is my girl! She is my go to for all my hair services! I’ve been going to get my hair cut, balayage and styled by her for the past year now and every time I go back for a refresh she never disappoints. Great service. Very friendly. They gave me a nice welcome package with some discounts and small samples. I had a facial done, which was lovely. I returned several days later to have color done on my hair for the first time in a long time. The Stylist ask questions and provided recommendations and listen to my concerns and desires. I really like the results.

I have been coming here for a few years to get a haircut by Miranda. She’s always very welcoming when I come in. When it’s time for my cut she always asks what I want and pays great attention and she make’s sure to repeat it back to me so we are on the same page. Miranda is also very attentive by making sure everything is coming out correct every step of the way. Not to mention she’s an amazing conversationalist and a great personality. I love going to my hairstylist Tori for all my hair needs! She takes her time and is very detail oriented. You can definitely tell she loves what she does while also making sure to keep your hair healthy. She has transformed my hair by recommending products that are good for my hair and target the issues I had going on before she became my forever hairstylist.

Where do I start? Kelli B. has been doing my hair for years now! She knows her craft and knows how to execute what you want done. Every time I leave her chair she makes me feel absolutely amazing. Over the years, Ive also had the pleasure of Natalie, Makaila and Laura doing my hair. Each one of them are so very talented as well! You will not be disappointed booking with any of them.

Ive been here several times now- Im making this my go-to spot. My last hair cut got so many compliments!I started getting my grays hairs covered here as well. The coverage on a recent visit unfortunately wasnt great due to other distractions in the salon. I sent a private message and the staff scheduled to fix it. I really appreciate their quick response to correct things!

Hope did a fantastic job! Very relaxing shampoo & scalp massage….then she asked what kind of look I wanted and listened intently then reiterated what she heard to make sure she understood thoroughly, which she did. And delivered exactly what I requested. I will definitely use her again! My hair looked amazing and she was very pleasant & professional.

Kelli has been doing my hair for over a year now. When I first started seeing her, my hair was dull and colored too dark in an attempt to cover up gray. She had a vision and began lightening the base, using better products and returning life to my hair. I absolutely love it. Its shiny, healthy, and has perfect dimension. Just do it!

Arrived a little early for my appointment. Greeted immediately, which was really nice. Tori was my hair stylist. This was my first time at this hair salon. Wasn’t quite sure of the style I wanted. Tori explained while we talked about what would look best. Tori did a fantastic job on styling my hair. I have had a lot of compliments. I most certainly will go back to Tori in the future.

Kelli is the very best! Since going to her I have loved my haircuts, color and highlights! She really listens and it’s obvious she is knowledgeable and listens to her clients. I highly recommend her to all my friends.

I had my second session with Mima today for a deep pore facial. This time, I was a bit nervous because it included a peel. However, Mima was incredibly accommodating and put me at ease by thoroughly walking me through the entire process. Her professionalism and soothing demeanor made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The results were fantastic, and I could see a noticeable improvement in my skin. I highly recommend getting your facials here – the experience was truly apPEELing in every way.

I recently went in for a blowout. I have very wavy, frizzy hair. I like it smooth, and straight with height and fullness. Hope was very good! Listened to my needs. And tweaked it at the end. I will be going back. And, her shampoo was wonderful!

Needed a haircut and was hoping to book an immediate appointment, ended up being seen the same day ! i couldn’t believe it and the service was amazing the staff were beautiful and so helpful Teresa cut my hair gave me a blowout and did amazingly,my cut made me feel like a new person will definitely be back for my 3 month haircut again

Beautique is a delightful business. It is well run and so relaxing. I have never ever had a pedicure last so long. Dao gave the best massage. She has a natural gift. Looking forward to a facial by Melinda.

Laura is fantastic. She always does an excellent job blow drying and curling my hair, and my blowouts last for days! When Laura isn’t available, I book with Hope, who also does a wonderful job with blowouts.

Beautique Town & Country has been my staple for a few years now. I’ve been greeted with a warm welcome and smile every visit. We drive over 120+ miles to see Elia Garcia for either a haircut or trim & style! I have been seen by Elia Garcia since 2012 (10 years now) and she is TOP TIER in the hair cutting industry. Elia takes her time and is very honest about the state of you hair, whether or not a haircut or style would be suiting and she is EXTREMELY versatile!! Truly, the BEST of the BEST!! We will continue to travel 120+ as she transitions to Austin, TX!

Nina, is my GIRL!! Ive known her for ten years now and she is the only person I let do my Brazilian wax. Shes is such a sweetheart and even though Im only there for 15 minutes of blissful torture; we have the best therapy sessions! Lol

Natalie was great! Made sure all the products were the ones I requested & I loved the way she styled my hair! I had several compliments on it!

Ashley is amazing! She did a thorough discussion first to make sure we were on the same page and then did a beautiful Brazilian Blowout for me. She is very good with sensitive heads.

I have been to my fair share of spas and have had many massages and facials and this by far has been the worst place I have gone. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the massage was decent and the masseuse I had was nice and accommodating. But the overall “spa experience” here was not good. There were no amenities to enjoy, the people weren’t helpful at all, I had to find my own way around the locker room and I had to find my own robe and ask for my slippers. And the worst part (to me) was the facial. The facial I had was $325 (the platinum facial) and it was only 50 minutes and she barely did anything to my face. It was a very quick, low quality facial that ultimately did nothing for my skin. I would 100% not recommend that facial to anyone, not worth it at all. I hate to sound harsh but the reality of it is that people pay good money for a spa experience and to get these services and I’d hate for someone to waste their money and time on this place.

Pauline is absolutely amazing, as a curly hair girl (type 2c-3a), it’s hard to find someone who knows what they’re doing, she’s absolutely amazing with curly hair and is a great color artist. She cares about the integrity of your hair and provides great feedback on maintenance and what is attainable for your hair type/color, which is so important! Love her so much! Totally worth it.

I am a “I need a hair cut on my timeline” type person, so I bounce around from stylist. But each cut I get is always fantastic.

Sharron was nice but it seemed that she is not professional in doing pixie haircut. She didn’t spray my hair and she cut my hair while it was dry. Her scissor wasn’t sharp and every time she pulled my hair and one time cut a big part of my hair that she wasn’t supposed to cut that part. Very poor service. I just try to be honest and I also respect the $90 dollars that I paid and I regret it. Big and fancy salons don’t mean you’re getting a best service. Always read the reviews before you make your decision.

Had a great experience here with my stylist Miranda. Had a previous bad hair balayage experience and Miranda did a great job with the consultation making sure that we had the same vision and giving me the results I wanted. I would recommend her for your dying and hair cutting needs. She’s very skillful, friendly and made the whole appointment overall an enjoyable experience😁

I get my haircut by Ashley and it’s absolutely worth every penny. She is so kind and extremely talented!! You can’t find craft like this just anywhere thank you Ashley

I got a Keratin treatment with Theresa. She used the wrong product, my hair looked dirty and sticky by the end of the treatment. She insisted it was normal and wanted me to go home like that. I asked to get a second opinion and many stylists told me it was normal. Finally one admitted they had used the wrong product, apparently the salon changed the keratin brand and did not provide training to the staff. They had to wash it off, add some other products and finally, after 5 hours, my hair looked decent but still with sticky residue. I’m giving 2 stars because one of the stylists admitted the mistake and tried her best to fix it. Also I was given a discount but I still had to pay the deposit, which for Keratin is not cheap. Please give your staff the proper training and ask them to be honest if they see something is wrong. I understand it was an honest mistake but to lie to me and tell me that was a normal keratin result is not acceptable. I would have gone home and left that unknown product on my hair for 3 days (as directed) and probably create irreparable damage.

Will probably not be returning for a hydro facial again. I’ve never had a facial or hydro facial where I was in and out in 32 minutes for a price of $199. So disappointed- it says on website that it is a 30+ treatment but when you call to book they say it’s anywhere from 30-50. I’ve had many there and never felt so robbed as this last time. I’d chose Milk and Honey or the Houstonian.Not even sure if the sheets were clean which they also put into your time they book- cleaning the room!!!!Do your research!

I visited Nina for a first-time hydro facial and enjoyed not only the great spa service she gave but also the time she took to make sure I was comfortable before starting the facial. I’ve been to Nina before for other services and she does not disappoint. She is very kind and cares about giving you great service from start to finish. And the hydro facial was superb!

If you are not wanting to pay $400 for a perm, Andy in Chinatown also specializes in perms and charges $200 less. And yes, it is still great quality! He is also a perm specialist. He is very kind and worked with famous people in china!!!!

This review is for Pauline. She handled a conversation with me poorly. She reached out to me about making sure she had enough time to color my hair. Bleaching hair takes time, longer than was scheduled, so i let her know i was flexible with color. Any color would be cool just to let me know what would fit in the slotted time so I wouldn’t have to cancel my appointment and reschedule. The only hair health concern she told me was i cant perm my hair again after color for over a year. I told her this was fine since I dont re-perm my hair until over a year has passed anyway. It would be easy to follow due to my OWN hair health priorities. We were on the same page! She then kept focus on needing more TIME. I mentioned to her how any color that was possible to let me know because i was flexible and wanted to hear her suggestions. She then responded like as if I was trying to force her to color my hair. She even condescendingly replied stating my full name, and stating not once but 4 times that she was concerned about my hair health. And then mentioned that she would not be able to help me id i didnt appreciate her hair health concerns. This was confusing to me, because NEVER am i the girl to force a hair stylist to color my hair nor the one to be irrational. Nor was there any indication in the conversation that the concern was anything more than the TIME SLOT not being enough time to BLEACH hair. IF YOU WANTED FRIDAY OFF YOU DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND ALL THE MISPLACED DRAMATICS. The topic of discussion was not having enough time to bleach my hair that had been previously slotted. LIKEEE HOW DID WE GET HERE???? Did u even read ur messages before replying???? Is your brain in the room with us right now???? Because i dont know who tf you thought you were replying to??? Apparently you were having an entirely different conversation than I was??? She entertained the conversation saying she wanted to ensure i got the results I wanted which in return validates the idea that coloring my hair is POSSIBLE. DOES IT NOT? This whole time i was trying to figure out which color would work best in the time slot. It was ridiculous for her to come at me like as if i was demanding she color my hair unsafely. Talk about misplaced anger????? Get your emotions together you are a business woman. Read your conversations before replying so you don’t look stupid and random. I honestly thought she had messaged me BY MISTAKE. Bc how did talking about a TIME ISSUE turn into you telling me 4 times in a row like a child something we werent even talking about. Like woman, YOU messaged me to talk about having enough TIME?? Now all of a sudden ur saying you cant work with me if i dont understand ur hair health concerns ???? Tf ?? Like as if i was being crazy??? Why ask me to come in early Pauline if you uncomfortable doing my hair anyway???? Why tell me you want to give me the results i want and to come in earlier??? And then act like im a crazy person for asking what other color options there is and that i was flexible with colors and open to ur suggestions. I wasnt even rude !!! Thats what pisses me off the most. If she would have expressed hair health concerns and that color wasnt possible at all (instead of asking me what color i wanted and trying to get me to come in early to accomodate bleaching time) i would have said i understood and thanked her for her input. I was open to any hair color even dark shades. I just wanted a change in color. If it was possible. I didnt need to be told something 4 times in a row. I would have heard her the first time if she would have made that the topic of the discussion rather than the TIME being the issue. Very disappointing in the customer service. Hope she learns from this. I only stayed loyal because I had went to her first and thought she was sweet, but after this experience, i will be taking my business elsewhere. You lost someone who was TRYING to be a loyal customer and you lost good word of mouth because best believe i only paid extra money to see you for a perm because i thought you were NICE!

Been going to Jessica for the best haircut for years, but finally decided it was time to get rid of the grey streaks that had taken over my hair. She used lowlights, highlights and a glaze to make it all blend well and made sure it was absolutely perfect before we were done. I absolutely LOVE it!!! Jessica Gill is so talented and I highly recommend seeing her for cut and color!!

Ashleigh was a hair godsend!! I needed my haircut fixed for family photos from the last new stylist I tried. (My usual is on leave). This place has a solid reputation so I tried it out. Got the best haircut of my life. I’m definitely going back.

I have been seeing Dao for pedicures for years. She is the best and so kind. My muscles spasm frequently and she is always so patient and still manages to make my toes look adorable. The front desk staff is always helpful and flexible.

She also cuts my hair well - a few different ways - and has offered great suggestions. She is honest, sharp, talented and very helpful. Even my husband, with his often difficult and unruly locks, loves her. As busy as she is, we both manage to get in when we need her. So glad to have found Sherry, and pray she never leaves Beautique. Karelly. Please treat yourself and book an appointment with the Massage Therapist Karelly. She is acutely aware of our physiological makeup and understands technique and flow to give you a relaxing & fulfilling body workout. I’m a 62 year old 6’5” male who has been active my whole life. I’ve got damage and lingering issues with joints, muscles & fascia pain. Karelly discussed all that list and worked through the situation masterfully. Very intelligent and interested in the human condition. I can’t say enough good things. Thanks so much.

I met my hairstylist Jasmine through a mutual friend! She has been the most amazing when it comes to getting a haircut! She is so easy and pleasant to work with! So kind and listens to your concerns! Every haircut I’ve gotten with her has been such a great total experience from the time I walk in, we discuss my cut, shampooing, to the actual cut. I drive a ways just to come see her! I have been going to see Laura for years now. She is amazing at what she does, and it shows in all her work. She’s very professional and kind, she takes really good care of you. There was a time where my hair was just not growing and I had had many haircuts before I went to see Laura. Let me tell you after she cut my hair, it came back to life and started growing again. She takes care to write down the exact formula for my hair color and she is the only one that has got it right so far. I came in with hair that had previously been dyed blonde but was growing out with stark contrasts and the blonde toner had worn off so it was too bright/yellowish looking. All I can say is that my last cut was over a year ago at this location with Pauline. I have curly hair and the part that she accidentally(?) cut to the nape of my neck is finally FINALLY about the length I went in asking for. She and I had one mildly successful haircut a few months prior so I thought she knew what she was doing but BOY WAS I WRONG.If you have curly hair, avoid Pauline because her lil mistake might leave you too scared to go for another haircut any time soon.

I mainly do my nails here. Have been for years. Mostly with Tracy Nguyen. She is always courteous and willing to work with my schedule. Does great work and the foot massage during pedicure is heavenly.

My 90 minutes massage was excellent. This location has the best ergonomic massage chairs!! Face cradle, hand and arm rests and it raises. When I was on my back she raised the chair to a 15 degree angle which felt so much better than laying flat.

Salon is great and Jasmine is an AMAZING stylist!! Cut, color and even extensions! She’s so great at it all! Especially if you need extensions, she is YOUR GIRL!

It was my first time at the Boutique about 2 weeks ago! Prior to going I let a friend do my hair and she fried it and turned it orange!! When I went into the Boutique I didn’t know what to expect!! A beautiful x woman her name is NATALIE, she sat me down looked at my hair and within a hour or so she completely transformed my hair and my confidence! I usually don’t really want to talk to the people that do my hair! But NATALIE WAS SO VIBRANT AND HAPPY , and you could tell she is just a genuine person who cares. So the time I spent there flew bye!! You I enjoyed her company and I couldn’t believe the amazing transformation she did to my hair. That’s for sure the only place I will continue to go to , and Natalie is the only person I will allowed to ever touch my hair. So if you go to the boutique, I suggest you ask for Natalie. She is amazing !!!!

Great experience, had Laura both times. She had just moved here from Los Angeles the first time, and it was great to connect with a fellow Californian. She did a great job on my cut and color, it was exactly what I asked for.The salon was very nice, the front staff was very welcoming, and it was great to have a separate room to change into the cut robes and storage area for my personal belongings while I spent a couple hours there. The salon is large, and they offer pretty much everything youd need to have a Pretty Woman experience (i.e. walk in a ragged wreck and walk out a glamorgirl starlet). It was a lovely experience.One star off for pricing, I feel like some of the cuts and color job I saw being done could be accomplished in a suburban salon for 25% less. My hair was great, but I feel like the cut and color jobs being done around me could have either been done better or with more creativity.Overall, it was a great experience.

No transparency in pricing. I went with king dense hair and it was $300 for a cut and color correction, which was totally understandable. Came back 3 months later and had a touch up and cut, $300 again. I was so confused as to why it was so much when I had shorter hair. I wish I would’ve known it was going to be another $300. I felt embarassed to inquire but stood there for a while shocked as to why I was paying the same amount. They just called to reschedule my appt and I finally told them why I couldn’t come back. In this economy, $300 is a lot to ask for when you wanted a touch up and haircut. Apparently that was an acueste conversation. They were like “oh well ok bye.”My second appt: I hated my hair too. I had highlights when the look I wanted was a touch up of my previous look.As someone who went to cosmetology school I understand the needs of my hair and how to properly book. I get this isn’t a charity but a business that is requiring a profit… but holy heck can’t believe how much that was.

I got my first Ouidad cut from Pauline and I’m absolutely obsessed! She is so kind, patient, and professional. She answered all of my questions, walked me through how to use each product, and has made my curl experience so wonderful! I am so grateful.

I called for an appointment for highlights with a stylist who actually knows how to deal with very fine thin and fragile hair. If you have this type of hair, you know its nearly impossible to find a stylist that knows how to deal with it! The receptionist answering the phone recommended Megan and I am so grateful!! Megan made my hair look better than it has in years and I didnt have any breakage of loss of hair, which is RARE when I get highlights! I recommend The Beautique and Megan to everyone!

Great experience, however my nail-tech (wont say her name), didnt do well with getting the skin from under and side of the nail on my pedicure...it was almost as if she were afraid to touch them (my feet are not bad at all), but looked and are still looking great. 🙂
