The service wasnt bad but the place smells like weed and meth. We had roaches and nats in our room. Ac sucked and the sink was broke. It was the worst stay Ive ever had. I dont recommend you coming here.
Booked a room a week in advance through a third party app, Hopper. Upon arrival, apart from the facility being absolutely filthy, the lady at the front desk was what I’m assuming to be training another man, who was vaping and blowing his vape smoke right in front of my face as I’m being assisted w check in. During this process I’m told to “just tell them your room is over booked” so I do, and have to pay $160 at the comfort suites down the road. I called the hotel corporate letting them know and was told to wait for a response for 3-5 days today I received this email below From the hotel stating that I was marked as checked out, even though I never stayed at the facility and had to go out of my own pocket To find another place to stay. I’m being refused to refund for a room. I never stayed in because of lack of availability for that that I paid in advance for, Even below in the reviews under mine, you can see that another woman the same day that I was supposed to stay was also told her room was not available. If you walk around the property, you’ll see people on drugs, a heavy house less population, sex workers and pimps Walking around the property. Some of the doors were ripped off and replaced with random doors from homes, It was clear people were living and squatting in some of the rooms as stolen No trespassing signs were on some of the doors Old couches and mattresses in front of some of the units. The property was filthy. I’m glad I didn’t have to stay there regardless, but I just want my refund. This place is a nightmare, buyer be ware.
Booked a room there through priceline just to not stay there for safety reasons. This place is infested with druggies and the Red Cross volunteer that went to take the elderly there was chased with a hammer. They then refused a refund saying no refund. Save your money and be safe....do not go here
This hotel is abandoned. I dont understand why the live site allows for reservations. Literally had my money stolen. I payed for family members to have a safe place to stay after the hurricane but after a hour of driving. I got the unfortunate call that the hotel is inoperable and the attached fotos.I really hope OYO hotels makes it right and reimburse my money.
I visited the hotel and there were big bags of trash outside of some rooms and there were homeless people walking in around the parking lot. It looked a lot worse than 4/10, more like 1/10, especially considering they were charging $55/night!
I had reservations for Jan.8th 2024.Arrived at the hotel at 2:30 pm. We were told our room was not ready until 3 pm which was check in time. We told the desk clerk we were going to the Natl Championship game at nearby NRG stadium. We were told we could park for free, so we did. Arrived back at hotel around 9:50 pm and was told our room was still dirty and not ready. Have a seat in lobby. I decided to have a cup of coffee and was disgusted!! Pot had not been washed probably ever. Ants were crawling all over the table coffee pot was on. At 10:15 pm, still told room was not ready. I told the desk clerk we had 3:00pm check in and this was ridiculus. Clerk proceeded to get very hostile towards us. 15 mins later we told the clerk we would not be staying at the hotel, he then proceeded to yell at us and told us to get off his property, he was going to call the police on us. We have never had such a horrible experience. This place is disgusting. Filthy, dirty, run down, homeless people hanging around. I can not believe companies are booking reservations for this place. The reservation was non-refundable. We disputed with our CC company and of course OYO hotel would not take any responsibility. After dealing with our CC co, we were able to get a good resolution thanks to our CC company. It is beyond me how this hotel is able to remain open. Please do not stay at this hotel, it is truly the worst of the worst.
Absolutely horrible motel. Even for one night. My 3 children and I are currently homeless and finally came up on a little funds to get a warm room for the night. That was very short lived as there was roaches crawling on the food we bought. We immediately packed our stuff and went to the lobby or lack there of. The front desk agent was cool, told me to contact customer support. Upon doing that, they put me on hold to contact to hotel I guess to confirm what I said. Coincidentally the hotel’s phone lines were down. He then requested for me to send pics to the escalation team, which was purposeless because they still have to get in contact with the front desk in order to send my refund. It’s sickening they took our last and now we have nothing or nowhere to go
Fortunately never ever slept at this place, but every day from my car when commuting my job I see how many drug dealers are inside the hotel and parking lot making business. Full of sick homeless and nobody says nothing, police never shows up. Land of no one!!
Booked online before seeing the property. The pictures are misleading. The pics posted have to be years old. The room was filthy. Thick layer of dirt on the floor. I took one step out of my shoes & had to wipe my feet with antibacterial wipes. Homeless people outside begging for change as soon as you walk out the door. Broken latch/lock on the door, felt completely unsafe. I didn’t stay the night. Only thing missing was the roaches, & I saw one as I was leaving. Don’t even shower here, booked another hotel for the night.
I cannot give a honest review of the hotel because I didnt stay there but Charlena at the desk was so very nice when I just went in to ask a question. That makes a big difference in a place. She gets 5 stars 🌟
Visited this location and first wasnt very impressed. Its definitely a fixer-upper as of now, but the pricing is still super competitive for whats offered. What really stood out to me here are the employees and the owner. Immediately, I felt welcomed, and not just through the pleasantries, I really felt like I was a part of a community there. All it took was a hankering for a cup of coffee to find out that theres a really close-knit wholesome bond shared here, and I felt it, I appreciate you guys and I cant wait to see what the future holds for this location.Ill be sure to visit sometime soon, round of applause for yall!God bless, God loves, and I do too!
Wouldnt recommend this hotel. The system was down when we tried to reserve a room, and no one bothered to notify us. As well as not refunding the amount that was supposed to be for the night. Even after giving all the information about getting a refund, nothing. Dont stay here, the location itself is very bad even if they say theyll refund you the money. Id recommend getting the Better Business Bureau involved for any and all transactions that would be here
This is the worst of the worst of the worst. It’s very frustrating how is posible this type of deplorable conditions can be called a motel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS HORRIBLE MOTEL. BELIEVE IM NOT JOKING!!!
Horrible this hotel book and pay when I arrive there was no one at reception and the money to get it back takes months and besides you have to be calling and waste your time
This motel is more like a stay by the hour facility. I dont know where the pictures on Expedia came from, but its definitely not this property. The latch lock on the door was completely broken. The TV was maybe 14 - 21 and had cables running all over the room. The room itself was dirty, and the bathroom was beyond disgusting. The staff didnt care. The parking lot was full of homeless people and drugs. The parking lot lights did not work. The neighborhood was completely unsafe. We paid in full upfront but checked out after 30 minutes - handing the keys to the man in the office. I contacted Expedia to help with a refund. Oyo told them we never checked out. I called the property and got the run around from the man who answered who finally gave me the customer service # to call since he said there was nothing he could do. I called customer service and was hung up on multiple times. I tried to contact Oyo USA through their Facebook page, but they are hit or miss on answering. In short.... ABOSULTELY DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. I will never stay at another Oyo property again because of this experience.
They need ZERO stars. Rm 126 no soap, no towels, one bed not the two we paid for, no TV remote, no light in bedroom area, shower tile area all broke, vanity nasty with red substance that looked like blood. This Karen complained. Mgr moved me to Rm 130. Moved from bad to worse. Again, no soap, no towels. no light in bedroom area or bath over vanity, burned out bulb in toilet closet and one bulb flickering, dirty sock in chair, box springs look like there is a bed bug issue, no bedding on bed no pillow cases, pillows appear nasty, room hot and a/c unit not cooling very well, feces on inside side of toilet bowl. I returned to complain to Mgr. Housekeeper argued with me about the lights. Was very sassy. She would not be my housekeeper for more than 5 seconds. As for location, coming from west to east you need to UTurn. Sign displays a totally different name outside.Enjoy the pics to follow.
This is the FIRST time I ever felt obligated to write a bad review on a hotel. I’ve stayed at my fair share of budget motels but never have I encountered this. Small bugs and a few roaches alive in the room upon entering. A few dead ones in tub, bathroom floor and toilet. I was in an emergency and had very limited cash and needed rest before driving another 4 hours the following morning. The entering door even had broken locks, the bottom of the door was chipped, exposing the outside which I did not realize until the morning. I would of much rather slept in my car had I found somewhere safe nearby to do that but my situation called for me to deal with it, sleep fully clothed and leave as soon as I woke up. They also refused to give a refund so I may take it up with my bank. Had it just been clean and free of bugs, I would be fine. For the area just minutes from downtown, you would think it’d be a bit better. I’d avoid at all costs.
Downloaded app and prepaid to arrive and my room was booked by someone else SMH at the end of the day I was glad... Its a very run down property that they claim is being renovated. The pics on the app and Google are LIES!!! ITS HORRIBLE!!! I feel sorry for the people renovating and trying to clean that place up... They have a long road a head of them. I will give ZERO stars. But in order to post this I have to give one 🙄
Needed this room for a night as my bath tubs were getting resurfaced. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful as they could be. Location is scary due to many homeless lurking in the area. Roaches in the room made us pack up and leave during the night. We didn’t even stay the night in the room.
The ac didnt work. The room was dirty. The toilet had overflow on the floor and a glob of hair in it. The outside door had locks that all looked broken. And to top it all off Ive been around the world and back trying to get a refund for a room I didnt stay in and wasnt what I booked. They will try to scam you be careful
This place is under renovation overall things are looking nice staff is very friendly front desk Employee is very nice respectful and will try all she can to accommodate you. Wanted check in early got told check in at 3 then housekeeper came in told me give me 20min sir Im pleased to say my room was very clean nice bed comfy thank you oyo team for your very generous hospitality ill be back keep up the great work
Building is under renovation. There is a new staff and new owner. The staff is trying to accommodate all the guest(even though they’re renovating). The property manager Erika does an outstanding job along with her staff. Love the new paint inside. Can’t wait to see the new rooms when you all are done.
OMG! STAY FAR and AWAY!Enticed by the cheap price I booked via hotwire. Once I arrived the property looked rundown and dirty. I wanted to check in anyway. But they wanted a $100 cash deposit! I didnt have cash with me, so I offered credit card. They wont accept it, neither would they cancel and refund. I called Hotwire who tried to reach them by phone. I could hear the phone ring, but they wouldnt pick up. They just stood around with a smirk on their faces, arrogantly looking at me.So I left. Hotwire graciously accommodated me elsewhere.Worst hotel experience in my life. I travel a lot, which is evident by the way Hotwire customer service treated me.
Do not book!!!!We booked this hotel through hotwire about a month in advance. Showed up and were told there were no rooms available despite our prior booking and payment in full, and to contact hotwire to sort out a refund. When I contacted hotwire, they called the hotel who told them that we were no-shows, so they would not authorise a refund. Absolute scammers and I now see from prior reviews they have done this numerous times! Hotwire cannot do anything about it (I have flagged it and have been told they will look into it - hopefully they will remove this hotel from their platform!)Would give 0 stars if I could!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The pictures are so far from reality!!! The place is dirty, disgusting, creepy, sketchy, and unsafe! Look at the pics I took! There were also a couple of homeless people hanging out in the corridors. We had no choice but to book it because it was the only one available near NRG for Taylor Swift. But it was soooo disgusting that after we got ready and went to the concert, we left and did not sleep there. Just looking at the sheets made me itchy already! Its the worst hotel Ive been to!
STAY AWAY!!!! This hotel is truly a crackhouse/homeless shelter. Canceled my room the day we tried to checked in. Didnt even try to accomodate us somehow. The entire place looked old, dirty, smelly and i was fooled by the pictures online. Super sketchy! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I drove to Houston from Florida a 15 hour drive. When I arrived I checked in and was given my room key when I entered the room it was dirty, there was a pillow case on the bed with a strangers clothes in it, a receipt on the nightstand with stains of who knows what. The fridge had brown stains, upset I went to the front desk and told the owners daughter who was managing the front desk my room was dirty. She asked one of the housekeeping staff if they cleaned that room and she said no and she laughed and stated that she doesnt really work here. They changed my room and I gathered all my stuff and switched rooms. When I got to the new room the floor was not swept and was full of dust and trash. I then woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and was surprised by two cockroaches. I would avoid this place.
This place is really a mess. Roaches a plenty and they have the nerve to tell you that you must leave a $100 cash deposit with them or you cant stay, even if you paid online in advance. The rooms are old fashioned and creepy. There is always a bunch of noise at all times of the day or night coming from outside, probably not even guests. If you want to be comfortable, I wouldnt stay if I were you.
Last minute booking cheaper price (but for the « quality » it’s still expensive) Worst hotel ever if there was negatives stars I would give them the room was nasty cockroaches everywhere door had a hole on bottom and looked like it had been kicked on the outside. The bathroom is small and dirty. hotel makes you feel unsafe some guy asked us to let him sleep in our room when we were goingI cant believe it has 3 stars on google maps that is so misleading
Upon walking up to the room, the door looked like it had been kicked in a few times. Open the door, no lights except for a broken lamp with no shade on it. There was no bed frame, just a thin mattress on some metal bars and 2 paper thin pillows. The AC unit was duct taped to the wall. Outlets had wires coming out of them. No smoke alarm, just wires dangling down. There was an old junky looking night stand that looked like it was about to fall apart and a nasty stained up chair that looked like it was about to collapse. I have stayed in some low-end hotels before but that one was rough. We didnt even stay. We turned around and gave the man back the key and left. I dont mind paying $59 for a room but I mean at least have an actual bed and lights and a locking door.
Stayed here for a concert. Location is great. Every fast food place and restaurant is near by. The staff is quick and friendly. The room itself was decent. The beds were comfy an sheets and covers were very clean. No smell. Free WiFi and breakfast. Not sure what they serve as I did not utilize it. Only problem I had was the bathroom. Not at all as I expected. The tubs need resurfacing as they look like the can never get white again. The drain is rusted and peeling. My tub wall had a giant hole in it with a pipe exposed. The floor boards were horrible and very dirty looking. Coffee pot with no coffee. There is a mini fridge, iron and blow-dryer in the vanity area. Towels are hard and off white. Not to much noise other then traffic. Paid $62 for the night. Besides the area its located it wasnt really worth the price. Motel 6 across the street was cheaper, And are way more cleaner and put together. They could improve those few little things and be way better.
This hotel is older, but clean and inviting. The price was very reasonable and the attendant was most hospitable. We realized that we had made a mistake and were 5 hours from where we should have been... at 4 AM. We had no choice but to get a hotel and really expected to be gouged. Instead, we were well treated, even sympathized with, and given a fine room at a decent price. The hotel is a little hard to access (the GPS expects you will jump the guard rail, I guess) but was well worth the trouble.
Well I checked out a few days ago, If you get a choice of the Room go to 117 I cleaned it from top to bottom... Its actually the cleanest room in the place... It should still smell like it too... Remember Room 117. If ya get a chance and in the room for a minute wash the curtains too....
The worst ever motel that I have ever run into in USA over the past 20+ years. It is 0 star, if that is the minimum setting, and absolutely not advertised 3 start in capitalone.com.So tiny a room, that is not a big deal. The room is filthy, and there is a bug even on the countertop of the small sink. The lobby is locked after 7PM, and will reopen after 7AM only. It is a dangerous place.I am here for MD Anderson Cancer Center, as a patient, and want to save a few bucks, and I drove from California. So, I have my own car, so no location is never an issue.Never had I ever imaged that there is such a 0 star motel. Motel 6 is much much much better that this one. Now, it is not named carefree inn any more -- it is Rest Up Inn, not sure what name it will be in a next year. The pictures look so great. I regret I had not driven here to take a look before I booked online, non-refundable is the only option. Now I see why it is the cheapest.I would not even bother to come here even if it is one dollar per night, if I had come here to visit before hands
I did not like any thing about this hotel, fake details and pictures over website. When i reached there after seeing the room i cancelled my booking. A non smoking room was smelling like hell lot of smoking. I will not recommend anyone to stay here, even if you are getting it for free, you might get some infection. Bed sheet having small holes not washed from a long time. i cant even explain all the bad things but if there is some option to give negative stars i will definitely go with the worst ratings.
Man, where do I begin?🤦🏾 Imma just say this, if you don’t already have roaches, don’t stay here. Unless of course you were looking for an interactive roach motel, then my friend you’ve found the place. They don’t clean the rooms periodt! I paid for 2 days and they won’t give me my money back. I couldn’t take the roaches crawling on me and falling from the ceiling.
Im happy to say that this place have friendly staff everyone was just great. My room was comfortable and clean. I was very happy with a housekeeper there by the name of Teddy he was very polite, well spoken, well mannered, he knew the meaning of great customer service, and he was very helpful. I stay in hotels a lot and Ive never felt so welcomed, comfortable and pleased with service as I was with Carefree Inn.👍👍👍😊
Exceeded my expectations!! This place is rated as a 2 star hotel and I am simply impressed!! The front desk personnel and all staff, including security are all exceptionally friendly and helpful!! They are currently updating all rooms!! Very clean rooms and continental breakfast served!! These rates are so AWESOME!! This area of town has been known to not be very reputable, however they keep this property very safe and family friendly!!I will come back here anytime I’m back in area and I will most definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!
This was by far the most disgusting and unsafe hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. The hotel locks the door at 7:00 p.m. for, “the safety of the staff,” ...the sun isn’t even set at that time... the room I was initially given was, gross, and obviously uncleaned. I complained, and was give a room that was supposedly “clean,” yet had mysterious stains on the ground resembling blood and the bathroom was covered in mildew. Not to mention the doorframe was lottery crumbling apart. The neighborhood felt very unsafe. The outside area was dirty and unkept. I would absolutely never stay here again. This place was absolutely disgusting.
Homeless people sleeping in stairwells. Tv did not work, no remote. Cable did not work. Had to use antenna. WiFi extremely poor, handles missing from drawers of dresser, too many problems to list. People yelling outside all night. One small lamp in room. No other lighting. Bathroom lights are on a timer. Did not stay for free breakfast, did not seem safe. This was truly the worst I have ever experienced. The only way you will feel Carefree in this Inn is if you are in a coma. MD Anderson patients: this is not the place for you. I think some of the good reviews are fake.
Great staff and friendly atmosphere. The shuttle service was so convenient in getting to and from MD Anderson. Great rates for the rooms and free breakfast really helped with our budget. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the maintenance, our room was a little dirty but it was hardly noticeable. Great place
Absolutely disgusting!!! Everything in the room was raggedy. There was bed bugs, dirty sheets and pillows. Stained matter. The door looked like it was going to fall apart. It was rusty. It was hot as hell!! I wouldn’t recommend to no one. I mean no one. Blood splatters on the wall and chair. False advertising for the room!
At all costs, do not stay at this hotel. It is extremely run down, located in an unsafe part of town and smells awful. The day staff are nice enough, but does not make the stay worth it. The night manager Louie has absolutely no business working in an industry that involves customers. I went to the front office this morning asking to print something and was told by Louie that I could not do it until 8:00. I asked him why and tried to explain that I have an appointment at 8:45 and he said very rudely that he was busy and to come back later when the morning manager was there. What kind of hotel would have the audacity to tell a paying customer that he could not offer assistance because he was busy and to come back and get help from someone else? Really!?!? He is very luck that he doesnt work for me as he would be fired immediately. I asked for his name and as I was walking out he told me to get off the property and then slammed the door and this was the result of my asking to use the printer. When I told him that I would not be staying at this hotel again with such behavior, his response was good, we dont need your business. Needless to say, I will be following up with the owner of this establishment as I should not have been subjected to this kind of treatment.
The owners are very nice, have free shuttle service to the medical centers, and well as medical rates for the rooms. They seem to be cleaning the place up as they can and making room improvements as well. It IS an old building, and they know it. Unfortunately there is a lot of homeless in the area and they will leave you alone for the most part. I did dress similar to them (long hair and beard helped) and walked around the place my second night. I was asked about drug dealers rooms in the hotel by a few people, and I DID let the owners know about it. All I had to give him where the street names. The breakfast could be worked on, it is just coffee, milk, and box cereal. But the place is an inexpensive place. I wouldnt call it the best place for a family, lots of guest, and visitors are running around at night and yelling and arguing, but they leave you alone. The hotel security does their best to keep it quiet. They have no problem telling people to leave if it continues after a warning.
I wish I could leave ZERO stars. This place is filthy!!!! For starters the receptionist was RUDE. The beds are hard as rock I would rather sleep on a jail bed. The air didn’t work & had a bad smell, and to top all of it off the room was infested with bed bugs and roaches. I notified the office lady & she tried to make it seem as if I was lying & said she could not give me my money back but she would switch me to another room. After being accused of lying I went back upstairs & even took PICS AND VIDEOS of the bugs & showed it to her. Her response was “Well I wouldn’t know if those are bed bugs or not bc I don’t know know how they look” I politely told her to look them up on google to see. She still refused to give me my money back & we had only been there 2 hours before discovering this mess!!! I know the price is cheap but don’t waste your money & take s chance to be bitten by bugs!!!
I would not recommend this place if you want at least a 2 star experience🙄 I always double check my rooms before I get settled into a hotel room! Thus, the first room I went to door wasnt secure and I couldnt even close it along with no workable toliet seat and dirty carpet! The second room I transferred to had really dirt sheets and no shower curtain to take a shower! Therefore, they basically kicked me out because I wanted a room that had a shower curtain, workable toliet seat, clean sheets, clean floor, and secure door! The front desk lady basically told me that she would refund me so I can find another hotel because their hotel was a motel and I basically was asking for too much!!! Wow! 😩😔😲🤦🏽♀️
I would highly recommend this motel. It is budget friendly, clean and the beds are VERY comfortable. They have a free shuttle to and from MD Anderson and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It is under new management and they have improved the place a lot. Pet friendly and free breakfast. I will be back again!
I stayed here 4 nights in October, the staff is very pleasant, The room I was in had roaches, also I noticed that underneath the bathroom sink, the floor seperated from the wall about an inch, this is where the rodent is coming in. I had to be put in another room because the toilet stopped up. One of the staff had to come program my TV, 2 out of the 3 days I was there. If these problems could be addressed this would be a grea tlocation for referral in the future. I may even return. Very nicely located.
Great location. They are trying really hard to be luxurious. Some of it they get right and some of it they dont. Mostly that is because it us old or run down and havent had a chance to fix it. At least that us what I felt when I was there. The bed was decent and the pillows were very nice. Lots of potential but I had a good experience.
I just stayed the weekend, at CareFree and had a wonderful experience. The Staff is very polite, the room was very clean. Looks like new everything in the room, and the parking was excellent! We had plenty of space to park our big truck. Thank you Carefree Inn and staff!
Worst case if bait and switch, this hotel should be shut down by the health department, got the room from hotwire.com they showed me a Radisson and Embassy Suites and gave me the roach motel, we were given room 110 the ac didnt work, but the bed bugs and roaches did, the TV didnt work and the pillows had urine stains . Like they dont care.I wish I could post the pictures on here
No water pressure. Homeless people hanging around back, and had roaches in the room I was in. Not a healthy place. But is convenient on location and plenty of security cameras but if they work I don’t know
Carefree? Yup, it shows. I will not stay at this hotel again. I should have taken the hint when it took 4+ phone calls to actually get someone on the phone to book the room. The lobby & room smell old & stale. The room is filthy with holes and water stains on walls. The floor has obviously not been swept & the bedding was full of debris. The majority of the TV channels shown in the remote guide are not available. There is no extraction filter in the bathroom & the door is thin so no hope for privacy or fresh air. The shower rod was taped together with duct tape. There are no shelves or hooks to hang clothing in the bathroom. There was no lightbulb in the ceiling fan light. The AC did not adequately cool the room. There was a microwave & coffeemaker but trying to plug them into the makeshift outlet under the sink was near impossible as the cords didnt reach. The shuttle is not convenient as you have to advise them ahead of time of the pick up & drop off times & peak periods such as 2-3 are not available. I drove myself instead. The soda vending machine was out of most sodas and the paper money slot did not work. I felt unclean & unsafe in the room & am glad I only stayed for one night. In the future I will spend the extra $20 to stay at the Main Stay Inn down the road.
I arrived to my room at 6:20 to find an unidentified man ask my if I smoked weed from the second floor above me. When I entered to room a Roach climbing the door frame leading to the restroom picture is attached. As I used the restroom I could overhear the guest through the wall yelling at someone else in a violent manner as she wept and pleaded for him not to hit her. I then went to wash my hands to find hair follicles sprinkled about the sink. This hotel is unsafe and unsanitary. It isn’t fit for a dog and it is not worth the money. I heard sirens, door slams and constant yelling through my noise cancellation headphone.
ROACHES EVERYWHERE! literally the worse hotel Ive ever been to! Honestly if I paid $20 per night Id be mad! On top of that, the electricity went in an out, the a/c unit barely works, free breakfast.. where?? To add on to the insult the inn keeper was rude, the prices were jacked up last minute compared to advertised on Google and online, the list goes on! To make matter worse the beds are uncomfortable so you can barely sleep and to top things off there were bed bugs!! The reason I know because I got bite up!
This was the worst experience I ever had on my life. The room smelled to smoke, towells were dirty the bed had plastic covers on top with holes provoked by cigars, come one this is not a place for tourists, the personal here seem fine if you do not ask for anything. Once I complain about the bad condition of the room and the unbearable conditions of the room, they start to act defensively the first thing telling me is We are not going to give you your money back (it seems this is somethong that happen often) I said I do not want my money back I just want another room. They said they were full and I cannot give me another room, so I either stay or leave, but they reminded me that they will not give me any money... After I tried to let them understand that I cannot stay in a smoking smelled room (that they said they were not aware, a lie of course) they sent me the maintenance guy a guy with a cigar on his hand, with a lot of tattos on his body, with almost no teeth and with gang member look he said, whats going on here... they sent it to threatening me, since I saw I was going nowhere here and I ralized that I was scammed, threatened, disrespected... And I saw the type here I just left, wrll we all make mistakes and thisone was a huge mistake, So imagine how bad a place has to be, to pay but to do not use, and just leave ??? You are warned.
Sheets were filthy and stained . Toilet paper all over bathroom like nobody had cleaned too before . Air did not work so it was really hot . Room had a very nasty smell to it . Very poor neighborhood do not recommend coming here especially if you have children . It is as some would say a “trap motel” . Crawling with bugs
I can see the effort placed into making the decor appealing. Certainly the charm is present when walking to the lobby and approaching your room door. The very dim overhead light from the fan is only operable by a chain, which initially led to some fumbling about when I first arrived. The furniture in the room is not bad: you get a desk, chair, two nightstands and a queen size bed (your room may vary). The bed was reasonably comfy, with supportive pillows The plugs for phone chargers are accessible, unlike many brand name hotels. There is a coffee maker and fridge in the room, but no coffee. Water is hot, and consistent. An iron is provided, but the ironing board had a giant gash, was uneven, and had a missing leg, so it was all but useless.
The staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean, house keeping always has a smile on their face and are always willing to go above and beyond. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Affordable Rates and Miltary discount make this place my new favorite place to stay!
It was dirty... I pulled the blanket back in and the sheets had at least 7 hairs of a Mexican or White person. The towels was thin and crunchy hard. So we slept on top of the comforter and to top it off breakfast was a complete waste .Nasty ,cheap, and dirty .
Terrible beds, toilet didnt flush only cold water -couldnt shower and you get the food smell from all the fast food restaurants around all night long. Paper thinh walls ... the list is endless.UPDATE: Brought bed bugs home from that filthy place :(
Dont waste your time or money. The pictures on the website are fake the rooms are horrible. They dont look anything like what the website shows. after 7 you have to talk to the receptionist through a window and stand outside the whole time. Theres no real friendly greeting when you arrive. I cancelled staying in my room and it took almost an hour just to cancel.
Cheap hotel in sought after location but, you get what you pay for! Clean with friendly staff (depending on who you get) but definitely aged exterior and interior with paper thin external wall so my door wouldnt close properly unless I slammed it a few times until it caught on the wall latch. Tiny room with a/c blowing on the bed all night, making it either too hot when it cycled off, and too cold when it cycled on. An even smaller bathroom but the shower was really strong... about the only good thing I can say about it (except the price). Internet didnt work during my stay and a really basic continental breakfast. No coffee or sugar, etc., provided in room, only the coffee maker, microwave and small fridge but with only 2 electric sockets for the 3 appliances. Sockets near the bed were so old, the plug for my charger kept falling out. If you can afford it, stay next door in Candlewood. I wouldnt stay here again. Checked out at 1.45pm instead of noon and they charged me for an extra night so, it would have been cheaper to stay next door anyway!
Would not recommend this to anyone!!! Got woke up at 4:30 a.m. to gunshots outside our hotel room!!! Police were called they found 7-8 shell casings about 6 doors down from ours. One guy came & stood at the end of our window!!! Had roaches! This happened Oct. 30 2017 on my husbands birthday!!! Were from Arkansas here on medical reasons. Have no desire to come back to Houston anytime soon!!!
Buyer beware!!! Rooms are not as advertised, area has many vagrants who will break into your car, and hotel will refuse refund! Not as advertised! Stay far away!
I just returned from another trip to MD Anderson, and dtayed once again at CareFree. It works really well for me as they have a shuttle going to the hospital. They have made many upgrades to the room. The staff is really pleasant and helpful. I left my phone in the lobby and they are sending it to me. The rates are very low and even though Im ill, the restaurants were very easy to walk to. Taco Bell, Whataburger, and Golden Corrall are next door. Ill be staying there again in a few months when I return. 😀
This is the most unpleasant motel I have ever had the bad fortune to stay in, in all my decades. If THEY offered to pay ME to stay there, Id have to think about it long and hard, and I still probably would not. Yes, its better than sleeping on the street. That is about all I can say.
Robin and his staff are the best,my father-in-law is in the hospital and Robin has had a room every night that weve needed one.I myself will come back here again and again, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and there are several places to eat within walking distance and they have parking for big trucks.
I will never book this hotel ever. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and when I got there I bought Febreeze to spray the entire room and sheets and covers. The water pressure was very low. The plug fell out of the TV while me and my kids were watching it. The free breakfast was coffee, granola bars, bags of oatmeal and cheap ass juice. The issue I really hate is I was using the hotel towels until I brought my own towels. I gave the housekeeper back the towels and upon checking out received a charge on my card. I spoke to the lady who argued me down until the housekeeper admitted I gave her the towels back. Perfect when she could not speak English. So a lady that works there said that; IF I PUT A COMPLAINT ONLINE WE MIGHT AS WELL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. When I asked who she was; she said I just work here. Yeah well heres the complaint and every avenue I can find to complain will be done Lady. I received the refund but I also let Cheaphotels. com know about my experience and I will not be using there services as well.
I always stayed here but I will never again!!!! I was in a room where the toilet didnt flush the curtain was almost falling off the window. There continental breakfast is a joke. I arrived at this hotel at 8 and the Mexican lady with glasses and the pregnant one was real rude. I waited almost 40min for the both of them to finish their conversation in Spanish and they still didnt help me so I went right down the street to Motel 6 and saved money staying there.
There is a $100 deposit required, I am in a tight spot bc Im in-between leases bc of a remodeling extension on the deadline so was pleasantly surprised when I found Out in my regulated price range. And then to find out that the last bit of my emergency fund would need to be used for this is very disappointing its choose food or wait 48 hrs for a refund to just pay more for a room elsewhere. I understand the need but just screen your cliental a different way. This why I do not recommend this place it shows lazy-ness, and inconsideration. Waist of time and resources. =o(
We got a medical discount, we parked for free, had free shuttle to the hospital, and the bed was soooo comfortable. This motel is a Godsend to those on a budget for medical reasons and need basic necessities for lodging. Additional medical discount given if you stay for 1week or over. To be fare, this motel does not advertise as a luxury resort, this motel is located in an obscure area where homeless people are down the street and there is no pool or playground or gourmet breakfast, you will however find a fridge in your room and a kitchen available to you if you clean up after yourself and free cereal and milk and coffee in the morning and walking distance to restaurants. The electric outlets are located close to the bed and theres free cable TV and WiFi, the TVs have HDMI connections to connect other devices to-my son took his Xbox. The lighting is energy efficient with timers-which I LOVE because Im environment friendly and this facility caters to people and families who have medical reasons-this helps keep costs down for overhead and us consumers. Whatever you feel is lacking that a more luxurious hotel would have, I promise you the staff makes up for in their humanity and kindness-customer service is an understatement for how you will be treated!!
Carefree Inn has been a great experience for me reasonable.. Staff knowledgable check in with a breeze .They also have shuttles and plenty of eating places around there some walking distance and near 610 West .So give them a try and when youre on a low income budget it makes everything just that much nicer so thanks Carefree Inn for the housing for the motel experience so go by and check carefree Inn, out you wont be disappointed .clean towels clean rooms cool and all above. I recommend Carefree Inn ..Reasonable prices great atmosphere. Of course u cant always please everyone and everybody. You can cook your own foodin there large kitchen.
Other guest of the Hotel are right this Hotel doesn’t deserve a star. This Hotel has a SCAM going on with Hot Wire, although Iam not sure Hot Wire knows it’s happening, I booked a room for Hotel on H.W. I read all the rules , fine print etc..I get to the Hotel , tell the manager I have a reservation, he states that I have to pay a Deposit of $100 cash. I said I don’t have that & no where on H.W or the hotels web site does it say a deposit is needed. I told him my room is paid so can I get a refund , he said no. I called HotWire twice the first CSR was rude & basically told me He had my money & didn’t care, second CSR was very polite & tried everything in her little power to help me, she asked if I could pay Half cash Half credit but management of hotel refused & Hour later I had to sleep in car & no refund from hotel or Hotwire. Talked to another guest he said they made him pay $50. He had booked through HW as well & had to pay it or lose money he paid for room.
Absolutely terrible. Rooms were outdated, needing repair, and all around disgusting. Front desk was rude and reacted like i was being unreasonable not wanting to stay in what looked like a crime scene. Cannot recommend this place less. Zero stars.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Extremely poor cleanliness. So poor our children came home with lice and bed bug rash. We checked iut early. We also found items from previous renter and they were in obvious places (easy to find if they clean right) HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
I booked one night at this hotel and had to cancel it. I had the reservation for one day and cancelled with over 30 days notice. They hotel charged me and will not refund my money even though they admitted to Southwest that the reservation was cancelled and they admitted to me that the amount should be refunded. It has been over 30 days and I still do not have my money.Under no circumstances should you give these people your money
They said the rooms were redone but we found holes in the wall. The bathroom door does not even close, the sink is.made of two by fours. Then there the tv the box for cable looks like it going to fall off. The lights are on time switches, and the queen beds they were only doubles. I will give one thing it is quite but that is because they are hidden in the back and you cant really find them. They say the have transportation to the hospital but that is only every hour and only between the hours of 7 to 9am and then you wont be pick up till 300 to 500 pm so you have to stay all day. The rooms like you can rent by the hour. We not be staying here again
The location is great. The beds are as comfortable as more expensive hotels. The door dont block and sound so I would recommend keeping the fan/ac running to block out noise and sleep better. The staff is very friendly and they clean and replace everything in the room.
Cheated by Priceline by giving incorrect information. The manager demanded $100 in CASH for the deposit while the rest of booking & payment was done online.
Ok. I will say that it appeared that perhaps effort had been made, BUT. NO. At first glance, driving in here I knew I wouldnt stay. My vehicle is literally cleaner and safer in my opinion. The reviews saying exceptional rooms are flat out lies made by the company Im guessing. I wasnt feeling well and thought that my husband BT, (I really want to put his entire name on here to embarrass the f**k out him, because I really need to know what he was thinking booking this, this, this, thing!) I saw the receipt showing $80! BRUH, you must be smoking! I cant go on, my anxiety on 15 and Im about to have panic attack my OCD radar is going off in this unsanitary place.
Hotwire had this place listed as a 3 star. Left side of the building had caution tape around it. Looked like possibly a fire on the 2nd floor, above our room. We were told to stay on that side. Pubic hair in the toilet and bathtub. Dirt on the floor. A rusty hand rail in the tub. Hair under the covers in the bed. Stained sheets and pillowcases. Hotwire is falling off.
Booked a room for two nights. Decided to stay to another hotel though I was not able to refund. Staff needs attitude improvement and training in customer service. Rooms kinda dingy and not well maintained. I dont recommend staying with this hotel. The doors were also not that secured.
Rooms are always clean , smell clean and have a cozy ,comfortable , feeling. Offer free coffee and simple breakfast and free wifi also. Stayed at this place a few times . staff is very helpful.
The bedroom assigned to me had bed bugs so after being bitten several times and identifying what it was we were moved to another room. No extra accommodations, no refund, nothing! Very very angry with my stay there. Will never go back!!!!
Stayed here prior to heart surgery at the med center. The staff, Jose and Rob, were awesome. For a budget hotel, it was very comfortable. It served its purpose and the folks were great.
Great place to stay at a discount price. Located near medical center and a fire staion is a few blocks away, so sirens can sometimes be heard. CareFree Inn is now under new management and is currently in a transformation process.
Would not recommend. Saw several little roaches. Went for breakfast at 8 and there were 2 boxes of cereal left and that was it and supposed to be served until 9. There was a van parked in the back that looked like someone was living in. There was a couple fighting yelling at 10pm. Would not stay here again
Old and smelly rooms, not to safe environment , I saw more often the police outside my room than hotel staff. But I have to admit , they offer the best costumer service that I ever received, really nice and kind staff.
As of March 2019, entire second floor is being remodeled. And theres a request you not flush ANY paper, due to plumbing issues.Management is truly friendly and genuinely happy to be here.
Dirty room with dirty sheet. Unsafe area, arrived late and they serviced through window, must pay deposit before getting in. Conditions are bad. Wifi not working. But price is cheap. More like motel.
Hi rest up is a affordable rate and the manager Robin up front hes very attended to the customers needs and request. Window in the rooms are big and its nice few during the day. I recommend going there
NO🌟!!! This place is a Roach motel, unsafe, poor location, bathroom was terrible, foot traffic, sirens all night, couldnt sleep, room made me very uncomfortable, this is not the Medical Center. Dont waste your money. As I stated No stars, the only reason why one cant post review without one.
This place looks nothing like the pictures and the rooms are not clean. They charge you even if you choose not to stay. I see they just need the money and dont care about customer satisfaction.
Very unsanitary. Roaches! Wifi nor TV worked. Could never get anyone to answer at front desk. Would not recommend if any other options are available.Cancer patients must have sanitary conditions...not the case at this facility.
This place deserves 0 stars. HORRIBLE management. We made a last minute stop here, and decided to book a room since it looked decent in the pictures. Once we arrive to our room, and opened the door. THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. Bed was unmade and looked like someone had been sleeping in the bed, dog bowl on the floor, pad/tampons wrappers, food on the desk. Once we went to the front desk and told the lady she told my boyfriend that they’ve had a break-in in the past. We get the key to the new room, and it was even worse. Roaches, bed mattress was against the wall. ROACHES/SPIDERS behind fridge, and in microwave. The lady did not refund of since we were in there for more than “10 minutes” after I told her i didn’t feel comfortable with my 4 month year old daughter in there. Overall the place was trashy, and doesn’t look how it does it pictures. Please do not book a room here.
Was a last minute booking this place is completely horrible. Me and my girl stayed here for one night nd never will again. This place is dirty nd we woke up the next morning with bed bug bites all over
The front desk met all my needs, it was one of the MOST affordable stays I ever have, had Sure it was a little noisy, and old. But check the PRICE!
Absolutely one of the best most friendly staff Ive ever met in my life! Super amazing and took care of me when I needed it the most! Its people like this here at the Carefree Inn in Houston that make it the great City that it is.
Very easy to find, clean and cool rooms, very friendly staff. Had to be in town for early dr. appointment, and we were only 10 minutes away from the V.A center. We would definitely visit again!
Roaches crawling on the bed. Bed bugs visible on pillows. I took 2 steps in, turned around & check out. Lady did refund my money.
Managers are Great! service can improve. Overall rating not yet posted.
We came to stay for a doc appt I had. The hotel staff was very nice rooms are nice . Bed are so comfy. We will stay here again if we are in this area.
Place was dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes even though they have a no smoking policy. The ac didnt work so i had to just book another room inside tmc loop.Dont like saving money this way
Very nice room great service and the staff are sweet . 10/10 recommended
The guy next door to me robbed me. Then some fuss with cops happened all night. Good price though and not the staffs fault. The neighborhood was just bad. I went somewhere else the next day
Staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall good experience but wish they had a pool.
Absolutely disgusting DO NOT BOOK
The place is horrible booked my room on hot wire. When I get there they tell me its a 100 dollar deposit. No where is this posted on the website telling you this. I could have stayed at a chain hotel and just paid for room.
Its a very cheap motel, the locations convenient and the front desk rep is helpful. the rooms are smaller than most but cant complain for the pricing.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms . Shuttle to medical needs. Contentel breakfast is small but provided .parking is open any problems staff is responsive. Located near public transportation .lots of food choices with in walking distance.
They are nice and friendly ppl and rooms are clean
O stars for this place. It’s all good til you give 100 deposit. They promise you’ll get it back I’ve called and called now they are saying I never did when it’s clearly on my bank statement. Terrible, business practice.
Awesome staff. Family owned and they really appreciate the buisness. Clean, Comfy, affordable. Will stay again for sure.
Had a great experience staying there. Was on OTC business but Looking forward to stay again with family . Staffs are friendly shuttle was on time.
I have stayed at the Carefree Inn several times and I can say each time was excellent. The cleaning staff is top notch and the desk assistants are friendly
ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED AT. I MADE IT IN TOWN AFTER ONE AFTER TRAVELING FOR HOURS I WAS TOLD DURING BOOKING I WOULD BE ABLE TO CHECK IN UPON ARIVAL WHICH WAS A LIE. I HAD TO WAIT TILL 3pm. THE CLEANING LADY AND HER KIDS WHERE IN MY ROOM LOUNGING WHILE I SAT OUT IN THE HEAT WAITING FOR MY ROOM TO BE CLEANED AFTER 3 o’clock THE ROOM WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES AND THEY DONT SERVE BREAKFAST. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS
Bedding wasnt changed... the breakfast was a box of cereal and a gallon of milk...and bruised bananas!! do not think its CareFree at ALL!!!
All went well, service, everyone was helpful and the price was just right. We were there for medical reasons. Was a very humbling experience. All made our stay perfect
Stayed there one night on my way to my room. A lady spoke I spoke back first thing she said you know where I can get some smoke will not be returning you need to avoid this place
Not worth the price: roaches, leaking mini fridge, one washer/dryer for entire motel, bad plumbing.
Shower barely worked, wifi was weak, room smelled bad, and didnt have TV until they took it from another room. Breakfast was a box of cereal or fruit thats it.
Rooms were very clean the people were very very nice and they have a shuttle to the hospitals and also give a discount for medical related stays.
The staff here are nice and understanding. The rooms look amazing and the prices are unbelievably cheap. I love it here!
Clean rooms, excellent staff. Very accommodating with a wonderful family environment. Will stay again!
Ive delivered Pizza to this place many many times. Decent, looks and smells clean, the clientele are a good mix of normal people.
I think that the staff is amazing and helpful
Currently staying at carefree inn love the internet cable and every morning free breakfast the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel if your passing there
Only stayed one night, and there was no hot water, theres roaches everywhere, and before 8 even arrived my parent had to clean the room because the staff sure as hell gives zero damns about keeping it clean.
I like the service and staff and everything about this place I would seriously recommend this place I stayed here with my family because we have my sister being treated at md Anderson and they really gave us a great place to stay. C:
Bugs in room....not enough electrical outlets...tv & cable was bad to watch...ac unit had no batteries in remote....
Horrible horrible horrible😠😠😠😠😠 The worst place Ive ever stayed at in my whole entire life. This place should be deemed unsanitary and hazardous!! Will never ever in life stay here again. I would sleep under the 610 freeway before I stay here!
Very worse service, they deduct my money and did not refund even a single cent. very very very worse service. I do not have any option otherwise I gave them -stars.
First and last time place about to fall a part feels very unsafe and unclean. Even light is on a timer in the room.
The rooms was nice and clean I enjoyed it I stayed there for about a week
Service was excellent..front desk was professional and Service with gesture..my room was neatly done, neat ,and tidy..my stay marvelous
I reserved a room foe 47 when i got there thet said it was canceled and tried to give me a room for 78 with no shower or toiket
It was disgustin, roaches everywere, nasty towels,... please dont go there, pay 10 or 20 dollars more and be safe
You pay $40 a night .so people complaining about small stuff is crazy. I promise you get way more then most $40 places.
Great hotel for the price. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely will stay again.
Rooms are very spacious and clean.Friendly Staff and very affordable. They also support the Troops and have Military discounts!
New staff lady who works nights is especially nice. Have not had much dealing with the day worker, seems to be very good also
Atmosphere is dark poor lighting, friendly staff, fairly quiet overall not to bad just a little overpriced though
No hot water ,nasty rooms Had to find a warm place after losing power during the freeze ..But this was the only place that available rooms and now I see why stay away is nasty infact I left the room in the middle of the night to go back to my cold home..this place is a dump and should be condemned
Room smell like mold! When I began to feed my dog the roaches came out.. Not worth the money at all.. Avoid this place
The rooms wasnt clean i still seen a bottle cap on the floor when we came in
This establishment has been here forever serving the needs of visitors as they pass on through Houston. Even though she is not much to look at anymore they still do what is needed and at the BEST PRICE in town!
The room and service is good and people working there are very nice. But the location of coming on the inn is a a little a little problem.
Beds arent the greatest and they claim to have Continental breakfast, which is actually just cereal, but its good for the price.
Lil smelly but the stay was ok the location was good all the food places and gas station was all right there
When we walked in roaches scattered I went to use the rr NO toilet paper the beds were unmade they had cigarettes burns in the sheets street walkers in the parking lot the front door was rotting felt very uncomfortable wouldn’t recommend to anybody else
Run fast. Dirty place. The Public health need to be fired. You are better finding a shelter .Call a news reporter.
What??? Seriously? How is this even a 3 star rating??? The rooms smell of strong mold and the doors are broken.
I have stayed here many times in the last 3 yrs being a pt. At MD Anderson. Rooms are very clean and staff very accomidating.
Good for the price. Looked a little sketchy when you pull up but staff was nice and room was decent
The staff are some really fine people and the motel is the best i have ever stayed in.
Kind of strong smell of old stuff, but its a cheap hotel, so we cant ask for much.
There is no continental breakfast here only coffe and box cereal lok the HBO does not work
Rooms where clean. Shuttle service was great very friendly and accommodating staff had a nice quiet stay
Rude staff and the ac did not work so the room was very hot. Would not give another room or fix ac until 2 days later.
Room looks clean TV works great but the bed is hard as hell Motel has roaches
Clean rooms uncomfortable beds, but cannot beat the price. A small roach problem
Nice, it has weekly rates I think by the lights are on a timer it is energy friendly which was new for me
Only thing good is the price
Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms give it a modern, polished vibe and great location
The room was dirty and smells like an ashtray I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anybody I walked out and they wouldnt refund my money and I went next door
The dirtiest hotel! I have know idea how the city allows them to be open. Dont stay there sleep under 610 it would be safer and cleaner
Completely dissatisfied with this hotel. I am at a loss for words on how to describe my experience there.
Service is ok comparable with the price. Inside the rooms are very neat but the outside may deceive you.
Absolutely disgusting rooms, had to kill 8 cockroaches upon arrival. Contemplating on sleeping in the car
GREAT STAFF!!! COMFORTABLE BED, CLEAN ROOM AND BATH, NEAR THE MEDICAL CENTER AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT. THIS WILL BE OUR SECOND STAY.
Customer service was exceptional and front desk personnel were very accommodating.
Rented two rooms..ready to settle in and the tv doesnt work..asked to come and fix they never showed up..thats what your gonna get when renting in this area..sad believe me when I say dont stay here..old needs to be updated..
Room has nice decor but the structure looks a little dated.
Nice and quiet... Mr.Muhammad Always treated Me right... Great Guy
Extremely terrible motel.
Inexpensive place in high demand area. Kind hosts, remodeled rooms nicely done!
My husband really liked their mattress! Had a good night sleep.
Very nice. Quiet, clean. Older building but pleasant stay.
It was pretty cool I got to get free breakfast and the room was awesome
Cockroaches ugly not cozy not comfortable if you want a cheap price you going to pay what you get
I wont recommend to stay more than one night I got robbed right in front of the security system went to talk to the manager she didnt do anything to help me I wont recommend especially if you have family
I had an nightmare ish experience that I charged for. If I could use bad language I would.
The room was old but clean. However, I had to kill a few roaches.
Its very convenient for having somewhere to eat,go to the stores and its on the bus line
Great hotel with great customer service and a lot of business and restaurants around the location
Older looking but room was ok, staff was nice and shuttle is convenient
The manager so nice and they fast on service
Good economical place with new management. Very convenient to the Texas Medical Center.
Run if you can! Worst hotel in the entire universe
Conveniently located if youre attending an event at NRG stadium, but thats about the only positive.
Omg, everything was disgusting. They gave us a room that was already occupied!
Wonderful clean home from home wonderful staff very comfortable place and close to medical center
Booked this place online... big mistake. Left immediately.
Ive never killed more cockroaches in my life. Disgusting
