I’ve gotten my lashes done, a tanning package, and laser hair removal done here and I’m so impressed with this company. I’ve been treated wonderfully by good people and got what I paid for. Love Campbell & Co! Clean, cute, friendly and professional service.

Ive been very hesitant to post this review but I think it may help someone else. I dont want anyone to go through what I experienced. I went in to get my hair ends blonde, like an ombre. I walked out with patches of hair visibly missing and blotches of blonde all over my head. I wish i could post pictures but it doesnt give me the option. You wouldnt believe what I walked out with. I cried for weeks and the new hair dresser i hired to correct it was even in tears. I paid about $300 to this salon (campbell & company) & not one time was I offered a refund or even a partial refund once I returned to show them all the damage. All the owner did (along with the other hair dresser) was say omg Im so so sorry as she covered her mouth in shock. Infact, The lady that did my hair was upset and treated me as if i had done something wrong! I could not believe it. Its been a year and 1000s of dollars and my hair is still not what it was before she completely fried it. Again, I really wish this site allowed pictures with reviews. Its unbelievable what was done to my hair and even more outrageous that they treat customers this way. I want to mention I had my lashes done here by another girl (prior to the hair tragedy) and that was wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about the girl that does lashes.

The 24 hour tanning is what sold me! It is very convenient for me to find the time to tan especially on my busy days. The beds and rooms are always so clean with everything you’d ever need in the rooms. I also feel I get tan faster than any other place I’ve tanned. I also recently signed up to get my teeth whitened. Best service and treatment! Jessica is very professional in explaining the different treatments and is always willing to work around my schedule. I recommend her to everyone!!

Michelle did my lashes for me and she was so friendly and gentle. She was willing to answer all questions that popped in my head and she visited with me as much as I wanted through the whole time. She did an amazing job on my lashes and made them just how I wanted.
