I am way overdue on this review and a return appointment!I had an incredible experience with Ryan as my massage therapist. Hes not only a skilled professional but also an incredibly kind individual. His expertise in deep tissue massage is evident, and he took the time to listen to all of my needs, ensuring that I received the exact treatment I was looking for. He also listened to me vent for an hour and gave incredible advice.I highly recommend Ryan to anyone seeking a deep tissue massage. His attentiveness and skill make for a truly exceptional experience.

I didn’t want to put this review out there because I am scared he is going to book up so fast with all of these positive reviews… But I just had a massage at this location and all I can say is Ryan is the absolute best. He understood my needs when it came to firm/deep tissue. I suffer from sciatica and he did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable and worked the areas I needed most. He is incredibly professional and very personable. I couldn’t recommend this man more!

My husband gave me a gift card to Massage Envy and a dear friend of mine is a member there and she recommended that I use Nikki. I had never been there before and after one massage I’m hooked! Nikki was great! I highly recommend her! The front desk team was great as well! Nathan & Stephanie took great care getting me all signed up for my membership! I can’t wait for my next visit!!

Soothing and calming atmosphere. I went with a light to medium massage given that my muscles are out of muscular tone, and received the hot and cold treatment.

I’ve been going to Massage Envy in Katy for years. The place is very nice and clean. The front desk personnel they were very friendly. And the best of all, my sessions with Romero he is the best massage. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Kristen did an amazing job on my facial! It was my first facial since 2019, and I REALLY needed it! Kristen was attentive , professional and thoughtful! I’m so grateful. I left there feeling lBrand New! A day later and I’m still glowing 🤗.

Stephen has magical kneading hands that targeted some of the stiff and tight areas (back, neck and shoulders). The amount of pressure was good and it was very relaxing although 60 minutes felt like 6; definitely wanted more and need to try 90 minutes next time! Great way to start the year taking the edge off the tension, anxiety and stress incurred from all the holiday hustle and bustle and taxes that need to be paid this month!!

Kristen is so good at her job! My facial was amazing. She has the most calming touch and I left there feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated by the way I love the products also.

I have been going to Romero for many years for deep tissue massages. He is absolutely the best, very professional! Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Highly recommend Ryan at the Katy Massage Envy location. I often have pain in my neck and shoulders due working at a desk for long hours. Ryan was able to quickly remedy the stiffness and pain but also was excellent at explaining how to do some exercises at home to help. If you’re looking for a therapist that is skilled and knowledgeable and genuinely kind book your next appointment with Ryan.

I particularly like this location. Its definately a step up compared to the Cinco Ranch location since the zen space is much larger. That can matter when you arrive and want to wind down. You dont have the feeling of being cramped up, which it what I felt when trying to zen in the Cinco Ranch location.If you have a problem with small spaces, or just like that roomy, airy feeling, this location fits you.It smells good, looks good, feels good when you walk in.Atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is accommodating and knowledgeable. If you live in this area, I highly recommend this location for your next massage.They do facials, too, but when you go to a medi spa, this facial just doesnt feel the same. None the less it was average and suitable if you have a teen who needs a facial. I think this would be a better opinion for a teen who needs a facial since some of the products at medical spas can be too harsh for younger faces.The massage well, how can anyone mark down a massage? Lol. Honestly, though, I consistently find this spot well suited for anyone.

Katy is the only location I’ll go! The most friendly staff and awesome therapist.Ryan is rad!! I was very relaxed the whole time while he worked on the areas where all my stress is stored.Romero is your go to if you want to hurt for a while but feel great after. I’ve been seeing him for almost 6 years. There’s a reason why he’s always “fully booked.”

Stacy is amazing! She has been doing my facials for well over 10 yrs. (I have tried others & no one can compare!) She takes her time, addresses issues and makes recommendations for all seasons. My skin instantly is smooth & glowing when I leave. Her personality & conversation complete my experience every time. The front desk, is always polite & positive when I call & check out with them. Overall a great experience12/31/23-Not sure when the last review of Stacy was but she hasn’t changed a bit, only looking younger every time I see her! (Must be her awesome work on herself🙃) I am the worst with matching my schedule to hers, so when I get there, my face really needs her expertise. Once again, another amazing microderm, where my skin is looking radiant and not so tired, dull and puffy. If you haven’t checked Stacy out yet, please do. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and then she works her magic 🥰 My skin is glowing and pores are smaller… She doesn’t push products on you, but recommends what might work & I haven’t been disappointed yet. Another GREAT massage from Jennifer! My husband and I both see Jennifer and she has been our go-to therapist for several years. When I leave my appointment, I always feel like new - relaxed, and without the tense muscles I had before my appointment. In addition to her great massages, she is also very personable yet professional. I highly recommend her!

Massage Envy is absolutely top-notch! Ive been a member since 2021, and they consistently offer readily available appointments with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The ambiance before the massage is delightful, and the staff is exceptionally kind, caring, and generous. I truly admire their overall dedication to creating a fantastic experience.My massage therapist, Nikki is simply outstanding! During my pregnancy, I sought her assistance to alleviate my back pain, and she proved to be exceptionally skilled. She attended to my needs with utmost. Despite trying other massage therapists afterward, I havent found the same level of relief as I did with her. Regardless of the distance from my home, I remain dedicated and continue to visit her for my massages.

Melissa is absolutely amazing! She respects my quiet time and talks to me when I want to annoy her lol! She continually checks of the pressure is good and I am relaxed. I’ve been seeing her for a bit now and will highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a medium pressure and peaceful environment!

I contacted Massage Envy this morning to book an appointment for my sisters birthday - 60 minute massage + 60 minute facial. From the start of the call, I was greeted with the friendliest and most accommodating customer service that I have experienced in quite some time! Stephanie (Stephanie - seriously - youre the best!) was super helpful, super friendly, and super accommodating for what I was trying to do. They helped me book everything for her and it was an entirely pain-free experience getting it done.My sister just came out of her massage and facial experience and she is truly BEAMING with joy! The staff were so incredibly friendly to her and treated her like a QUEEN! I couldnt be happier with that overall experience and with the results! 10/10 would suggest Massage Envy to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and professional massage experience. I will 100% be visiting Massage Envy when Im in Houston to visit my family and will be getting the full treatment!Stephanie - thank you so much for making my sisters birthday an amazing success!! My massage was kind of disappointing, I didnt feel like Nia was very interested in the task at hand. I came to this location because of the reviews but im not impressed.

I was really surprised because everyone said that Schanandre was THE BEST... Well that wasnt my experience...he was 15 min late.. one min it felt like he was rushing during the massage then the next he was afraid to touch me. I dont know...He is supposed to be the best of the best but Im not really impressed. He seemed like a nice guy so maybe he was having an off day or something. I will stick with NC! She is awesome and does a wonderful job!!

Massage Envy Katy Fry Rd is a great location. My therapist Ryan is absolutely AMAZING! The only negative issue I have is that I only had a 60 minute session with Ryan and not a 90! I have been going to Massage Envy for over 20 years and I will continue to be a client for another 20. Stephanie is great leader. She strives for the best customer service from her entire staff. I’ve found when I give a good rating, that person gets booked up so much I can’t get an appointment. But Ryan is worth it. Each time is different and he zeroes in on the problem. His specialty is deep tissue and expect it. However, unlike others I’ve had, I have not gotten up sore. That’s a talent.

I absolutely love this location. The staff are very professional and the site is clean and comfortable. I visit there for my facials and have been going to see Kristen for years. If you need a good facial from an awesome esthetician, ask for Kristen. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Makes you feel at ease.

Ive been a member for about 2 years now. I wont go see a chiropractor for my neck issues. I prefer the relaxing comfort of a massage. This specific location is always booked for good reason. All of their team is amazing. Stephanie is a great manager and always professional. Iget monthly massage and quarterly facials. Book in advance!

My massage therapist named Mellisa Was awesome during my 90 minute massage with hot stones. She knows her work, and is very good in doing it. Way to go Mellisa you made me feel good after my massage. Slept like a baby.💁‍♀️❤️

I’ve been coming to this location for some time now. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and helpful. Kristen is a wonderful Esthetician and very friendly. I’d highly recommend her because she definitely knows what she’s doing. Had a massage with Ryan and he is by far the best Massage Therapist I’ve seen in years. So knowledgeable and helped me tremendously.

If you are looking for a massage therapist… look no further !!! Nikki is the therapist for you! She is a very good therapist that provides you with a very relaxing experience. Her attention to to your health and well being is second to none! Very kind and caring!! Great job!!!

The regional manager was excellent. We were dropped off to the wrong location and she was gracious enough to drive us to the correct location. We are traveling from SC and it was nice of her to get us where we needed to be. As far as the massage my mother, sister, and I were not pleased at all none of us enjoyed our massage at all. It was not worth the money we paid. We spent $390.00 between the 3 of us. Massage Envy is great I just wont go back to this location.

Ramiro is my favorite massage therapist! I’ve been seeing him for over 5 years now, & he’s great! He’s prenatal certified & is fantastic at deep tissue (for when you’re not pregnant)! I highly recommend him!

If you need a facial, go see Kristen! She is amazing and explains what she is doing during the process and helps you come up with a plan going forward. She also makes product recommendations for your skin but is not pushy about it. My skin looks and feels amazing after a facial with Kristen!!!

Ramiro is absolutely the best massage therapist in the business! Even though he has been my therapist for many years, he still takes the time to find out what my specific concerns/needs are and then asks for feedback. Just when I think he can’t get any better at his job, he finds a way to ensure I leave my appointment feeling like a million bucks! I exclusively see Ramiro - even refusing to take advantage of spa treatments on vacation because they simply don’t live up to the experience and treatment I receive from Ramiro. Stacey is by far one of the best because she takes her time explaining the benefits of facial treatments during sessions.Excellent experience at Massage Envy! I had a personalized microdermabrassion to help with pores, fine lines, and my skin is glowing! Stacey is so knowledgeable and an expert on skin!! My skin is clean and smooth. I have already booked monthly microderms and facials with Stacey because I know how this keeps my skin bright and even, minimal pores, activates my collagen, and many more benefits. I want to stay young looking and this is the way to go!

My facial was such a relaxing experience with Stacey. She has a very gentle and methodical touch that puts me at ease, almost as if the treatment is meditative. My skin is so refreshed and dewy when she is done. It doesnt matter if its a facial or a microderm-infusion. The staff is always full of smiles and genuinely concerned about my self-care.

I didnt know what to expect for a stretch session. I was shocked. It wasnt at all what I thought. But I truly ended up enjoying it more than a massage. I felt lighter and more mobile than I have felt in a long time. Brian was patient, very upbeat, helped, and explained things along the way.

Charisma made the experience amazing! She created a calming atmosphere as well as talking you through the steps without being disrupting the calming experience. Once the facial was over she suggested products that work well for your skin types and concerns she also suggested habits to add to your skin care routine (such as spf and exfoliating).

Brian is absolutely amazing. He knows how to target my tension areas and I always leave feeling completely rested and renewed. Everyone is also very polite and welcoming. Always 5 star service!

Massage Envy is a great place. My experience was unusual. The masseuse used a methodology that was really odd. It should have been relaxing and left me feeling peaceful, but I never got to the peaceful zone.

I love seeing Kristen! She always listens to what I need for my face and is so kind. My skin always looks so good after every facial and you can tell that she’s passionate about skincare. She likes to learn beyond what she has too and is always a delight to talk with.

Kristen did such an amazing facial and I’ll be back for sure! She checked all ingredients to make sure it wouldn’t interfere with my allergies or my pregnancy. My skin felt and looked great. 10 stars

So a 60 minute massage is actually only 50 minutes because they count 5 minutes of getting dressed before and after as part of the 60 minutes. I showed up at 12pm for my 60 minute massage and was checking out and paying at 12:50. I feel cheated. Plus they ask you where you want them to spend the majority of the massage and I said my back and my feet but they barely spent any time on my feet. I wanted a good foot massage and I did NOT get that. Overall, I was not satisfied and will not be going back.

My guy was great!! Ill definitely be back and I will always request him. I feel better than I have in a very long time. He was a Rockstar!!

I have been seeing Stacy L. for my facials for years and is the only reason I still have my ME membership. She always does an amazing job and has helped with a variety of skin issues. When I first started seeing Stacy I had terrible cystic acne, now I rarely get a pimple. She always recommends products and treatments but is never pushy.

I had a wonderul experience with Ryan! My first time getting a massage in 14 years. I requested firm, and hevmade sure to focus on my problem areas. I mean after 14 years all areas are problem areas lol, but as someone who works at a desk my neck, back, and shoulders are the absolute worst. The next day I definitely felt that post massage soreness, however today I feel AMAZING!!! He was such a pleasure to work with as we had a great conversation during the massage and he made me feel incredibly comfortable! I will definitely request him at my next visit!

I’ve been going to the Katy Massage Envy for years. While in TX we’ve gone to other stores, but always come back to Katy location. Melissa is awesome and knows ahead of time what I need and like to be done. I’ve had my Membership since Nov 2004. The Katy location is still the best location, without a doubt!!! I booked with Stephen and he was extremely kind and methodical, and used wide and flat pressure to work through my sciatic damage and neck and shoulder issues. He is definitely an unofficial MD of rehabilitative therapy. I will be rebooking with him for my next appointment.

Nathan did a great job in stretching my 69 year old body. He took the time to explain what and how each stretch would work. His recommendation on next steps is very helpful. I would recommend everyone get a stress session before (or after) their massage.

I was in alot of pain due to stress of my job. I am from Dallas but have been a member of Massage Envy for years. I made an appointment and Incy was my massage therapist. Most times, my body is difficult to massage since my tension is so bad and my knots can be tough to massage out. I havent had a deep tissue massage like that in years! I like that she targeted the areas on where I was truly hurting. I felt so much better afterwards. She is definitely great at what she does. Thank you Incy! When Im back in Katy, Ill definitely visit Incy!

I have had the stretch service before but none of my service providers were as informative and knowledgeable as Nathan. I felt like he really was engaged and listened to me during my consultation time and focused my stretches on my need. Totally recommend him as a stretch provider!!

I had an hour massage with Ingrid today and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I like fairly heavy pressure and signed up for three enhancers, the foot exfoliating, aromatherapy and a skin clarifier. The smells were heavenly and Ingrid has an amazing gift. She instinctively knew where the knots and tension were and smoothed them out. It was fabulous! I can only schedule my massages around my office schedule and her calendar fills up quickly. I made an appointment for her next available time slot that I could schedule Around my weekend time frame. It’s a month away but if you have more flexible hours, and can hit the Massage Envy on I10 and Fry Road, I recommend you try and see her. You won’t regret it! I usually treat myself to several treatments a month and seeing Ingrid for one of them will be on my agenda from now on! ❤️

Ryan provided the best deep tissue massage Ive had in the last four years. I am making plans to revisit from San Antonio in the next few weeks.

When you try to prove to your coworkers that you can move something heavy. Walked uncomfortable to stand, and RYAN was able to make standing easier after the session also had a good humor! Will for sure ask for him again.

It was a nice and welcoming place. Wonderful ambiance and staff is very thorough and helpful. You have to be there 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment on your first visit. They love to get an understanding of what you would like to have worked on and what you dont. They then take you back to the tranquility room where you sit and relax before your massage. I had the masseuse Danelis who was very attentive to my request and continued to check and make sure I was still comfortable. It is a bit pricey but well worth the cost. I work constantly and had excessive stress. Very pleased with the service!

Ive been a member at this Massage Envy location for more than 8 years. The therapists Ive had here are very good and I would rate them at five stars if I could.The poor rating of this location is due to a bad experience with the front desk and management. A few months ago I had a massage scheduled but when I showed up they said they had no record of an appointment.After some digging the front desk said that someone of their staff had canceled the appointment. There was no explanation as to why it was just arbitrarily canceled without informing me. I asked to speak to the manager but they were away at a conference. I requested the manager call me back when they returned but did not hear from them.A couple of weeks later I called again but the manager was not available and did not return my call. I posted a complaint at the Massage Envy website but there was no response to that either.As a member for over 10 years, it is disappointing to be treated in such an unprofessional manner. Again, this has nothing to do with the therapists who are, almost without exception, very good.

My microderminfusion treatment was wonderful! Stacey does a phenomenal job of explaining everything and making me feel relaxed and hydrated.

Ryan has done an outstanding job getting my right hip in better shape. He has a good knowledge of the muscles to work on to improve mobility and reduce the pain.

Oooo that deep tissue hurt so good. He worked out knots and rubbed my whole body down. Didnt talk (which was perfect) the music was soft and it smelled like light essential oils. It was wonderful!

Jennifer was my masseuse. She smoothed the knots out of shoulders and I feel great. Ive already book my next appointment.

Nikki and Stacey always get me together when I’m there. I walk out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Thank you ladies!

I had a stretch and massage in the same sitting and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is curious. I enjoyed my experience from the time I walked into this location and was greeted until the time I departed totally relaxed. I felt like napping in the car. What a wonderful time. To the staff of Massage Envy keep it up your guys rock!!!!!

Excellent service. Efficient front desk personnel. Therapist Incy did a good job, helped alleviate my aches and muscle soreness.

I arrived today to my pre-scheduled appointment 30 mins early and checked in. Then 3 mins before my appointment time, the manager told me that the therapist was not available (not even offering any clear explanation as to why) and that they couldn’t do anything for me other than reschedule me for another day. What was most disappointing about this is not only did the store manager notify me last min that my appointment was canceled but also she failed to show any consideration for the major inconvenience on their part. As I walked out, the manager yelled out to me “Don’t forget to reschedule!” as if was the problem. 25 mins after I left, they did call and leave a vague message stating that their had been a cancelation for 3pm and if I wanted that appointment to call them back. Sadly this is not my first bad experience at this location and I definitely will NOT be returning here ever again and neither would I recommend their services to anyone.

Stacy continues to do excellent work as my estitician. I am always pleased with her professionalism and knowledge of skin care!

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They treated me with care and made me feel welcome. I struggle with blemishes and breakouts and I have never had a facial that showed immediate results until I visited this place. The results and products are great.

My issue is with management. I recently had surgery and would schedule 2-3 massage sessions each week like clock work to help with my healing process. I would make my appointments after my last session each week for the following week. I would even get my appoints written down on reminder cards provided by the staff so imagine my disappointment and level of anger when I show up to my appointment only to be told I never had an appointment. I called the night before to confirm my appointment which was confirmed. So I was very confused by what I was told. I asked to speak with the manger and the woman told me she was the supervisor and the only thing she could do was reschedule me. She was very nonchalant and seemed unbothered by my disappointment. Her attitude is what inspired my decision to cancel my membership. Not once did she try to keep my business. She ask me to put it in writing and someone would call me to confirm my request. This was August 14th, it is now 2 weeks later and haven’t heard form anyone.

Stacey gave me the best facial ever. I was so relaxed that I dozed off at one point, and my skin looked amazing afterwards.

The massage was very mediocre. Also, I added enhancements which I thought would give 30 minutes more. Instead, the massage was cut short to include the enhancements, and in either case everything was cut short by 9 minutes.

Brian is great at customizing massages. He can go deep or lighter. He has a great technique.

Ryan has such a wonderful positive attitude. He is a great massage therapist.

I have a great team :) Kristen makes my skin glow and Brian keeps my muscles in working order.

I love Nia’s technique. She gets all my knots out while making it a relaxing experience.

OMG!!!! Where should I began? Belle was the most entertaining, enthusiastic, professional, and comforting massage therapist I have EVER encountered. She was able to efficiently listen to my recent injuries, and use her professional discretion to recommended the most appropriate areas of my body to concentrate on in accompaniment with the most feasible amount of pressure. Through out the duration of my massage, Belle provided the most enjoyable and carefree experience ever!!! She was very patient with me, as I inquired for clarification on the protocol that a facial entails. Gabrielle took her time to fully breakdown the process, and even explain the importance of each component that was to be utilized. She provided my with a few recommendations for future visits, and products that I could purchase as well. Being that it was my first facial, her level of patience was over and beyond. My 90 minute facial experience was so refreshing, and my skin was as smooth as silk when I left, and the next morning too. Being that I have such oily and acneous skin, I most definitely will be back to see Ms. Gabby. I recently had a massage and facial. The massage was ok, he didnt massage, he rubbed. The facial was ok but interrupted by her trying to make sales on products. The front desk , well it was all about sales. I repeatedly had to ask questions about the cost. At the end of my scheduled 2 hour session. which didnt last for 2 hours I paid approximately 325.00.

The worse customer service ever!!! I explained I didnt have a credit card due to Fraudulent charges and my new one had not arrived yet. They FLAT REFUSED to let me make an appointment without giving them a credit card number. The Asst manager said I could come buy a gift card then make an appointment for a later day to use it. What kind of horse phooey is that? Chain massage places do not give personalized service. There are no exception to their rules even if you explain the current situation! Bottom line is they care about making money not taking care of their customers.

I contacted them to have my membership canceled and the never did it now I cant use my 6 hours worth of massages because of there mistake. They are not willing to do anything. On top of that I stopped going to this location due to poor massage therapist. I suggest you go to the I-10 massage Envy.
