I have been visiting this shop for about two years now, I always buy the same product in bulk, I am always greeted with hi Mrs. PItman! The owner & everyone in this shop is so knowledgeable & courteous, I am a 64 yr. old woman & before I found this shop, I visited other local smoke shops in the area & I felt so uncomfortable, they never had what I was looking for anyway & never had heard of it but ismoke on Uvalde always makes sure to have what I need when I walk in their door, its the only smoke shop I will ever give my business to! They are my friends for life!

They are always so friendly & knowledgeable, they never mind answering any questions I may have. I highly recommend this place.

This place is awesome. Its all about you when you walk in. I love that when you have questions it seems as if theyre eager to give you answers to everything! They are very knowledgeable on their inventory and I must admit they have a pretty good selection. I love the candles! I also bought this stuff that a really sweet lady recommended there its totally legal and its near the cash register I tried and man I loved it. It taste just like Captin Crunch berries I had like 5 pieces because there were so good (I over did it lol). It takes about 2 hours to really kick in as it states on the packing and man I was sleep for like 6 hours lmao. Anyways long story short they were extremely helpful, gave me great care tips for cleaning grinders and also showed me some of their other stuff for herb enthusiast. I felt welcomed and will return for all my needs.

This place is great and there prices are extremely fair. Where they really shine is there customer service! I bought a new mod the other day that was on clearance. After bringing it home and putting a charge on it I noticed the display did not work. I called them and they said to bring it in so they could take a look. After realizing it was a faulty display. They swapped me out to the same mod with a working display with no hesitation at all! I recommend this shop for any of your vape needs. They have loads of nice glass and cones/wraps. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Great store, and super knowledgeable staff! They have one of the most extensive varieties I have ever seen. Anu and Kay are super kind, and they are happy to take the time guiding you through everything and answering all of your questions- even offering samples when available. The pitbull mascots are also super sweet (which they are also happy to restrain in the back for anyone who is afraid of dogs!). I will definitely be back and highly recommend this store to anyone!

Best shop in Houston my first time going there I just wanted to buy a pack of gars but this enormous 16 inch grav steam roller caught my attention, the guy behind the counter was super helpful explaining the grav brand and what this bong would hit like, so I bought it and has since become my favorite of the collection, I recently broke the bowl and had no idea this bong was discontinued including the replacements some how some way they were able to work some magic with grav directly and get me a replacement I’ll always love them for the hookup I thought my favorite bong was done for. I’ve checked out this store a few times after and there’s a multitude of different brands of different sizes, every size for every smoker I’ll be back to add to the collection.

I usually get these cake delta 8 1.5 carts and they are a whole $10 more expensive here. I’ll make the 5 min drive from my work to give them my business and only get nicotine vapes here for the $ airbar luxe specials. But I would like to just go to one place …

Whatever you do, do not buy a Vape from this store! I barely had mine for a week before it malfunctioned. Not only did they not know what was wrong with it, they wasted my time (approximately 30 minutes) for nothing. They would not replace it and the customer service was horrible! And in response to the lies they are telling, I did not storm out of the store but I did leave peacefully! There’s too much going on in the world to cause a “police issue” over a Vape. I just went somewhere else with better service and stands behind the products they sell without treating me like a criminal because of an issue. Besides they knew I purchased the product there. I submitted my phone number in their “rewards points system”. I waited 30 minutes, wasn’t going to wait another ....I have a schedule too!

I made a a trip allll the way from willowbrook to shop. Out of the millions of shops in Houston, this was the only shop that not only had what I needed; but also had it in stock. This shop is twice the size of other shops I’ve been too. Plus, they actually had quality products. Other shops you visit would probably only have half the selection ismoke has. They were worth the drive and the customer service is A1!!!!

I came to iSmoke after getting a recommendation from a friend. Went to another smoke shop in the area looking for CBD vape liquid and all they had was Diamond CBD, it wasn’t the greatest. iSmoke had 7-8 different types of CBD vape liquids to choose from including the same Diamond CBD. The guy also explained that they had a lot better CBD vape liquidsHe was right. I was extremely “happy” with me CBD vape liquid purchase. I will see them soon. Thanks.
