Good pricing and deals too, especially for a brick and mortar of its size. People who complain about the prices just dont understand how online retail vs brick and mortar works. This is a small local shop, dont expect Amazon type discounts and pricing lol.

Ive been here twice, and both experiences were nothing less than professional and comforting! My last experience(memorial day) Steven helped myself and my bf, and he was very informative and patient. I was interested in CBD to help my focus and mild anxiety issues. Ive bought a lot of stuff here but this place has steadily declined over the last few months. Vincent is one of the top guys in Houston for both technical work on mods as well as his own blends of juices but hes the only reason left to attend this place.Some of their best juices like Dark Matter and the subsequent Gray Matter are no longer available. Head to Vapor Lair for friendlier service instead if you have a chance.

This store is going downhill rapidly, they used to have a large inventory of products but not any more, the staff that works there has very little knowledge of products and have no idea what customer service really is, except for Jasmine who was outstanding, I will continue to use e-cig and vapor lounge as they carry the juice that i like and are very friendly, other then that i will purchase everything else on line like Vapor Beast, prices are much cheaper and delivery is within a few days, i used to love Vapor Trading as it was close to my house and service used to be good but i doubt that they will be in business much longer

Well Well Well Happy 420 everyone!! Today I needed to replace a vaporizer I randomly stopped at this vape shop.. I was greeted by Logan, who helped me pick out a pretty cool vaporizer at a very reasonable price.. Chris rung me up and had me laughing the the whole time.. I did come back however. Again, I saw Logan.. I didnt see Chris this time. Logan however, when I told him I wanted a different vaporizer he swapped it out with one I like much better at no additional charge and was just all hassle-free.. Actually I had to visit three times in one day lol.. What can I say? I love this shop and love the service.. Logan and Chris are very cool people.. They made sure my 4/20 was lit, literally LOL I shall return.. KARMA BAYB 💨

My wife, Stormyjean has been buying her CBD oil from Vapor Trading. Phillip suggested the 3000 mg CBD oil and she decided to try that. When that wasnt strong enough she tried the 5000 mg CBD oil. But she still needed something stronger so Phillip went way out of his way and spent a lot of time searching and finally found a 10,000 mg CBD oil that is really working well for her. The new CBD oil has reduced her pain enough so that she can now do things that she could not do before. The customer service at Vapor Trading is excellent. They are really helpful and very patient at answering questions.

Definitely my preferred place for vaping stuff. Started going here because they were one of the few stores consistently stocked during the JUUL and then a little later the PHIX pod droughts. But they turned me to awesome alternatives, specifically Suorin Air. They consistently have the newest models and can answer all your questions. Massive stock of juices and pods including the generic JUUL pods.So they won me over with a reliable service, but they have kept me mainly because they are just cool folks. Shop is laid back and chill, but service is still A+. My kind of place.
