This location is a beautifully kept store, but the absolute BEST part about the store is the owner Yemi! He is extremely knowledgeable, and more than happy to give you as much time as you need to ensure that you understand everything youd need to know about either your device or about the nicotine juices and flavors.Yemi is completely genuine and a wonderful person, as well as a fantastic employee! This place is incredible. You know there are some businesses you refuse to “cheat” on by going elsewhere? Your hairdresser, your nail lady, the donut guy, or even your vape guy. I knew this was my new vape guy about five minutes after I walked in the door the first time. The stock is varied and extensive, but you probably won’t care much about that when you realize you can have a customized bottle of e juice made for you then and there for the exact same price. This is getting long. Love this place. 12/10

Updated... instead of driving over an hour every 2 weeks to get juice. We moved 15 mins away. Best juice by far. I tried so many places before Vaporfi, but since I tried their house juice, I will never switch from it. I had to get it somewhere else besides vaporfi once bc I forgot Vaporfi was closed on Tuesdays. It was the worst experience, yuck! Now, I always make sure I can get my juice at Vaporfi. They also have great legal cannabis products and kratom products. Thanks 😊

Since moving to Texas a year ago, we have been to several places for liquid but none of them even came close to the level of this store. The owner is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. His name was Yemi, and he is AMAZING! He had a full house when I walked in, but he managed to make me and each customer feel important. He is very good at juggling the 2(two) most important jobs at a store... CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEING VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I also need to give a special shout out to the other employee in this store. Her name is Karen, and she is just as amazing as Yemi. She remembers your name and your order every time you come in (and trust me when I say, that is not easy because I can barely remember my own order) This is def my favorite place! The only store that I will come to. Thankfully I live near by :-) I highly recommend this place for all your juice and vape needs. Plus you can create any flavor you want. I also love my device! VaporFi was knowledge, courteous and professional! I knew absolutely nothing about what I needed to switch to vape from cigarettes. They listened to my prior issues when Id try to vape before and took the time to understand what I really needed. I have been shopping here since the day they opened! The staff is very friendly and personable. The juice selection is amazing and the price is perfect. With the flavors they have available, you could easily make up thousands of combinations of juices. I was vaping on the premium juices for three years until I found these guys. Always an amazing experience at this shop. They allow you to mix and match and create your own vape juice. Theres no added sweetness so your coils last longer using their juices versus pre-made juices. I came here once and wont go anywhere else.

I enjoy going to this store. I dont know the guys name but he is a kind and patient person. I try not to go to any other vapor store for my needs because of him. I trust his knowledge and dedication to product knowledge and education of how his products work. Honestly one of the more professional vape shops Ive been to. Doesnt feel like a smoke shop, all house juice is measured meticulously out in the open and affixed with a printed label instead of a sticker marked with sharpie, and the owner is really good about double-checking what you order. Ive only ever seen one guy working, which can mean a small wait, but Ill take it if it means quality isnt compromised.

This place is amazing. They custom blend Ejuice, which is the cleanest burning and tasting vape I’ve ever experienced.They have all you could ever want. All of the different CBD products that you might be looking for as well as a variety of different Ejuice brands. But don’t forget to check out the custom blends! I recommend them highly!

Customer service is fantastic. I got my liquid in 0 nicotine and he added the nicotine for me to my liking. A better quality nicotine than is added in at the manufacturer and I really could taste the difference. Didnt spend any more to do it.

Let me start this off first by saying, Yemi is professional, classy, smart, and knows what hes talking about when it comes to vaping, and the same things can be said about his store. I told him everything that I didnt like about my previous vape, and not only was he able to pick me out a much higher quality box mod, he informed me that a company that I liked was actually owned by the one that I hated, who always gave me trouble and whose devices broke after a short time. He helped me pick out a Vaporesso GEN S box, and a Valyrian II Pro tank, and reassured me that he always has the coils in stock, as I had originally come in looking for an RTA(I backed off of that idea after finding out that the company was owned by the one I always had issues with).He spent time with me to get it set up, show me how to go through the menus, and ensured that I walked out with a good quality, working device that I would enjoy, and would be usable for a long time. I cannot praise this experience enough. I have been reluctant to go to brick and mortar shops for years, and had been mainly purchasing online due to so many bad experiences with trashy shops that give horrible service, and know less than their customers. The problem with shopping online is that its always limited me on what I can buy due to lack of stock, and inability to speak to people in person, who actually use the products. Not only that, the new law that makes shipping vape products illegal is officially in effect, meaning that I can no longer purchase online anymore.TL;DR Yemi is amazing, I went to this shop on a whim and it rocks. Ill certainly be going back.

Great Experience!!I have been a smoker for about 20 years, when I decided to quit I started using a Kilo 1k device.Recently they discontinued my flavor pods, Forcing me to find an alternative ,I did some research and decided to go with a new Fetch Pro Pod Device. which was out of stock in all the stores and on backorder. I called what seemed like every store in town and came across VaporFi at he Westheimer location .I spoke with Yemi who stated he had a few of the devices in stock, and at the right price .After being told by different stores that I could get it on back order at 3x the price. I went to VaporFi where, Yemi the store Manager assisted me.H explained the pros and cons of the device, set-up, and how to use it properly. He even stayed after hours to make sure I had every bit of info I needed about the product/warranty info and all without price gouging or haggling. Thats quality customer service. I would definitely use this location again in the future.

Walked in today for the first time and both me and my fiancé were just amazed with the excellent service given to us by Yemi, and just the all around atmosphere in the shop. Great experience. Being new to the vape culture I didnt want to just go online and order something I had no idea about. So I wanted to find a place to speak with someone in person . I googled vapor places in my area and had plenty to choose from. Without any recommendations I went to the place that had the best reviews, even though it was a little further . Their is a reason they have a great rating. Not only do they have a large assortment of products, they also take the time to help the beginner vaper . I had a small issue with a product I purchased but they proved to me why they are the best by resolving my problem with awesome customer service. These guys deserve every star they have...

I love Vaporfi. I normally get my vape juice online from this store- but I forgot to submit my monthly order. So, I set out to find a store near by, and Im so glad that I did. I was able to restock my favorite flavor (perfectly peard). I was lucky enough to go on a day that the manager was working. He was very helpful, and though Ive been vaping for years, I still learned more in that 20 minutes in the store than I have ever learned about vaping juices and the different devices. Normally, a stop like this would be a quick visit since I was on Westheimer road at 5pm. However, the hospitality kept me there later than I expected. It was such a friendly environment that felt like a random talk at the bar with people who share the same interests as you. If you are ever in the neighborhood- do stop there to learn more about your vape device and the many flavors. The representative cleaned my vape device and taught me how to get the best out of it.

The best vape store in town. The juices cost a little more, but are totally worth it. I do a strawberry gummy mixture and it is amazing. But the very best part of the store is a gentleman named Yemi. Yemi is super knowledgeable, very helpful, and an all around nice guy.

I ordered cinnamon flavored vap-liquid. No taste except for a Diesel flavor & it gives me a headache ! I inquired about the lack of flavor via email & asked if they had cinnamon flavor to add to the liquid. Only reply, no we don’t ship concentrates.So, VaporFi has poor quality juice & poor customer service. I won’t order from them again & have to dump the product.

Absolutely professional!I am a very satisfied customer. I am used to the typical smoke shops that are managed by people who are just trying to push you out the door, stare at their phones and whine about life....not here. The gentleman that manages and owns this store runs a tight ship. Perfectly furnished and spotlessly clean. Again I say, professional defined.I have been trying to quit smoking for the past 9 years and was smoking about 2 packs of Reds daily. Two of my former Army friends switched to vape and have quit smoking altogether, and by their example I planned to do the same. I brought my situation to the owner of this shop and he walked me through everything I needed to know and was able to answer and explain my questions in logical yet simple terms that left me confident in my decision to purchase the Edge and switch to vaping. It has been over a month since then, and I havent smoked a single square! If anything, the smell of smoke makes me sick now. After weeks of reviewing the rebel 3 and finding out that there was a Vaporfi shop in Houston I decided to make the drive from Galveston to Westheimer to see it in the store. I was not disappointed for this trip. First off, the vape shop is incredibly clean and crisp. It is not your run of the mill vape shops. This is a well run and great looking place. You feel like you are welcome and not invading on some couch surfing teenage vape party. This is classy and clean. I always hate going to most vape shops because I felt they talked down and didnt take the time to teach you about vaping. This was not the case. Yemi is the man. He took the time to talk to me and help me figure the right e juice for me and was so helpful. I hope them continued success because this is a first class and well run place. Was coming through the state of Texas needed stuff chose your shop, got all the way off the freeway drive through town just to pull up to a computer printed sign saying youll open at NOON! Why couldnt you make that adjustment on google times online? This way people checking your times wouldnt drive all the way to your store to find a paper sign on the door? REAL PROFESSIONAL!! ILL FIND ANOTHER VAPE SHOP to take my business. You would have gotten NO STARS but have to give something just to give a review.

Its not bad if youre ok with spending more money on pre-made sets that also seem to be hyped up with more stuff (i.e. a skin for your mod). Aside from the high prices though, customer service there is wonderful.

Found this place, read the reviews and was impressed. Figured Id give them a call to try and sort out why my new Vaoi TC-75 kept spitting/sputtering. Melissa helped walked me through it step by step, reviving my device and winning another raving fan in the process (pro tip: hold it upside down while powering and blow into it while powering to dry the atomizer, also make sure you have it set to the right wattage setting for the atomizer).
