The Laughing Llama Smoke Shop

Will helped my wife and I today and his customer service was amazing. He took time to show us items we asked to see and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely refer the Laughing Lama to others & be returning myself.

Just wanted to express gratitude for Will the proprietor at Laughing Llama, who has gone over and above for me on many occasions. Laughing Llama is my go-to, there experience and staff make it the best shop around in my opinion.

First off they open at 8am. I also was impressed with the gentleman behind the counter (I think he was the owner). I asked for a cheap name brand and he explained his business to me and how he will only deal with premium products. Introduced me to another product with knowledge and allowed me to sample before purchasing because I was unsure of the flavor. I asked him to repeat his business policy again and I was impressed. If I don’t quit I will go out of my way to visit this shop. Also to support a local business owner who has outstanding customer service!

I love the Laughing Llama! Ive bought many things & they have a great selection of unique glass blown accessories, grinders & just all around neat stuff to look at & Ive never left without buying something lol great place to get gifts for the smokers in your life. One of the older smoke shops in the area and they know their stuff. Excellent staff and the owner really cares about you. Most newer smoke shops in the area just wants you in and out. Not to mention he throws glass blowing events.

Stopped in the store for the first time 2 weeks ago. I was helped by Ameila. She is very nice and knowledgeable. I got awesome customer service that day. Amelia also told me that on the 12th they were having someone there glassblowing.So, I just went out today to check 9ut the glassblowing guy and I saw Amelia and met Will as Willl (he works there too). Everyone out there was really nice and it was a nice chill time.

In a sea of smoke shops this is where I go. Will is the only head shop owner Ive ever met who knows roughly 85% of his glass makers. They have so many products, they are always on top of new products, and I get an education every time I go. You will be hard pressed 2 find another shop owner so knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and check this place out

I drive over an hour just to come to this shop, that alone should tell you how great it is!! I always have a great experience in here when I go! The owner is very patient and knowledgeable of whats in his shop. Hes very polite and if you have questions he takes the time to explain what things are and why they are priced that way and the quality of the product. Hes got some great quality products for great prices!

I love this place. It is my favorite place to go the staff is friendly and energetic and are very very helpful. The place is gorgeous its full of everything that I ever need I dont have to go anywhere else. The prices are amazing too I havent found anywhere else with the decent price for a decent product. I recommend this place for all of my friends and family.

This is a great establishment. The owner is very knowledgeable and sells mostly local glass which is high quality. It has a very welcoming environment and I could tell that they are here for the customers. I just moved here and so far this is the best smoke shop Ive found yet. Prices are very reasonable. 10/10 will definitely be a returning customer.

Been going to laughing llama since beginning of May, and I’m more than happy with my experiences at the store thus far. The owner is friendly and always down to chat, and is constantly getting new products in for customers.I visit this shop just for getting disposable Nic Sticks; just about EVERY time I go into the store he has new flavors and brands to try out. Above all else, this is one of the few smoke shops I’ve been to that replaces duds; the couple of times I’ve had issues he’s replaced it for me no questions asked.If you want a clean, friendly, and locally run shop, this is a great choice. Don’t take my word for it, give them a shot.

Great service. I came in there to purchase A new vape bc I broke mine yet again and their selection was scarce. The clerk was super nice and friendly and helpful. They do have a huge stock of juices

I come here for incense and they have lots of flavors or scents to choose from. They are a pretty big shop for the other needs of a smoke shop. I believe its the owner who makes the wax candle melt but they have a scent that smells like fruity pebbles. The shop has lots to offer in way of smoke items. Even large art pieces. Ask about the Orlando artist piece.

Discovered LLS about 6yrs ago when we first moved to Pasco. Owner is really nice and theres a great selection. Price is right too.

I was having an issue with my vape and I took it into this shop and they went out of their way to help me. Ive been buying my oils there for awhile & they have top shelf brands that are awesome. This dude was incredibly patient and cooperative showing me so many different pen Vapes. While reluctant, I finally accepted his advice to get an excellent product for my needs. Not only that he sells the device cheaper than the website we looked at.

After searching for Cali Pods and buying several counterfeit brands I was referred to Laughing Llama. The guy was amazing, we sampled some flavors and ended up buying 110.00 dollars worth. I absolutely enjoyed the place and the service was wonderful, I would highly recommend the Laughing Llama smoke shop.

I’m impressed by this place, it’s not just another shop with somebody manning the register. The owners are very knowledgeable about everything they sell Also the glass is one of a kind local handmade stuff. This is the smoke shop to go to, worth extra drive to get there. The people are very nice and want to help you. I went to a shop a few miles away and they people were rude, wouldn’t help. when I asked questions they treated me like I was annoying them because they had to put their phone down and something. But not here they ask you if you need help. Explain anything you ask them about. They were very patient with me and I’ve been back several times.

I was nervous, and old woman going into a smoke shop. But the owner was wonderful, so nice and helpful. I had lots of questions. He answered all. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

I am a frequent shopper at this store and its astonishing to see a negative review. It is a great glass/art shop with beautiful tobacco use only items. They do not carry kratom but do carry a wonderful selection of CBD which is helping more and more people everyday with medical issues or just helping people live healthier lives. They have signs on the door and when you walk in to let you know before hand what you can and cannot say so you can enjoy the store and learn more about proper florida tobacco etiquette (they have to follow laws just like everyone else) . And they will educate you on the glass its self, how it was blown, the process it goes through and other techniques you would have never of known. Its a great place with many Florida artists represented , so dont let one negative person influence your decision, check them out for your self and go see and learn something new.

Wayy too expensive with the kratom compared to other places that are close by within walking distance probably why I dont see many go for their kratom

My fiancé loves this place, he gets pretty much all of his e-cig juices etc here. I went in to buy one of his Christmas gifts, got a bunch of stuff and I got a really good deal. He even helped me surprise him by telling my fiancé someone else bought the ecig he wanted. Lol Overall good store and the guy that runs it is super friendly.

Friendly staff with a decent variety of pieces and even artwork. Price is also reasonable, just wish they had more items for dabbing.

Sold me a vape to stop smoking that was around $50 total... Worked a total of two weeks and followed instructions exactly... When I called I was referred to manufactures website.. so you dont stand behind your products?
