I’ve been coming here for years and I can tell you these guys here are very welcoming and give thorough details about their products. They’re very patient with questions and they just make me feel like a valued customer overall.

These guys have no clue what they are selling. Very uneducated and unprofessional. They dont ever have answers to questions about the products and never are able to tell you if they are stocking the accessories you need. They seemed bothered or peeved and rush you . Just an overall poor experience. Glass is all subpar Chinese stuff. Imagine DH Gate with higher prices. Pretty much think they just sell disposables and are caught by surprise that someone would be interested in anything else. Check out the map and there are some much more higher quality smoke shops within walking distance of this place that are far better. Hate to say it but these guys are just lacking even basic knowledge.

I have been coming to this shop for years now. Theyre always friendly here, and have great prices especially compared to other shops in OC. They have a nice selection of juices and vapes, even though I always buy the same brand of juice. I used to live across the street from this place so it was convenient. I moved 15mins away and will still go out of my way to buy from this shop because they have what I like and treat me well!

These guys are so nice and knowledgeable about their products. Awesome variety of really rad looking bings and vapes. They even gave me a free awesome lighter for being a return customer.

One of the best shops I’ve been too. I recommend this place to everyone. Not only do they carry vapes and glass. They also carry cbd pods, and The workers are also very nice and help me out finding the best deal.

Great service great products overall a great smoke shop for your needs

I came here to see what my options were for trying to switch from Marlboros to a vape and they were very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. They are all friendly and the prices are lower than other smoke shops in the area They also have CBD products, Kratom, etc. which has helped me after I was involved in a car crash as alternative pain meds. All around great shop!

The staff is very courteous and helpful. They have a good selection of vape juices and disposable vapes that are affordable.

Terrible. I was prepared to spend some serious cash - the strange woman working in the shop has to have the worse customer service I’ve ever seen. Someone should school her on how to talk to customers. Won’t return

Came to this shop as an extra stop for my vape as I ran my errands. Asked for cotton (vape). They pointed me to the Cotton Bacon wich was sample sized. Then proceeded to say it was 10$. Not gonna lie I laughed in their face. 8$ for a full pack of Cotton Bacon at an actual Vape shop. 😘😘

This guy sold me the wrong coil and told me he would give me 25% off. Also, sold me a disgusting juice that I found out later was because he couldn’t sell them. This whole family is sketchy.

Didn’t like the place at all! Charge you an extra 5 dollars for using a debit card! Not going back again
