Very friendly, attentive staff with very decent knowledge & know how. Wonderfully large selection of all things cannabis. Reasonable prices imo. Obviously you can save money by shopping online but having the ability to touch something before you purchase it is in itself `priceless’.

Sad to see my girl go.. She was definitely the heart of that shop.. But the entire staff is all very 5 star worthy in my opinion. Very good people. I went in once as just a quick little stop, but left a returning customer. Some of the best service compared to so many other rude and unenthused shops. Also, one of the only shops ive seen around with a variety of cases and bags for your glass. All of that paired with some affordable glass. My only complaint is that the store isnt bigger.

Purple Haze Smoke Shop, I frequently visit this smoke shop twice a month sometimes 3 times a month. Its a very small shop but they have everything you need. The employees are friendly and looking out for your best interest. For an example what I purchase I was getting 1 for three dollars. Nice young lady said to me I can do 7 if these for ten dollars if you wanted. Where I come from your choices are 1 for three dollars or 1 for five dollars but 7 for ten dollars unheard of. I leave a lot of reviews and theyre usually always good but this this place I had to make an exception. The dark ong haired staff member who i belive was a male had to be the rudest and the most uninformed individual I have come across in a long time. I think its time to re evaluate the staff for shower is in charge. Sorry to give you your manager the bad news here. I am not used to getting cussed out at a storedront, In front of the public.

Went in not having a clue of what I was looking for. Was helped right away and the guy helping me didnt once say anything about all the different pieces I wanted to see. He even discounted the piece I wanted by $20.Overall I love this shop. Selection is amazing, the help was very good and the pricing is hard to beat.

Great prices, good selection and great customer service. Went there for my first time about a week ago and was helped by Moto. Extremely friends and personable. Prices are the best Ive seen around. They sell e-cig/vapor equipment as well, and the juices are buy one get one free, at the time Im writing this. Highly recommend to at least check it out before you buy something at another store, or even online. You might be surprised at the deals.

Compared to other head shops the prices here are awesome. The service is exceptional and non-invasive. The workers (heads?) are friendly and knowledgable.This is a class shop and Im surprised it isnt more crowded. The secret isnt out yet, it would seem.

I only go here when I dont have another option and unfortunately tonight was one of those nights. First, orange county is saturated with smoke shops there are about 4 within a mile. Standouts include Habitat and ziggys. This place is the opposite. They have a limited selection and the staff are generally awful. They always mark up their stock more than anywhere else in the area. For example, one as able to get a really nice glass and silicone water pipe, a 14MM quartz banger for 60 out the door at a different store close by. Here I went in for a single generic dab tool and I was $8. I know the cost of these is less than a dollar a piece. Marking up that much is just rude. If youre in need of a smoke shop keep on going a few minutes further down beach.

Its an ok shop....I think theyre kind of high priced. I bought 2 old school metal pipes on a buy one get one half off, along with 1 pack of screens and paid $16. I did get 4 tickets to a drawing they said was the last Sat of the month. I checked again later in the month and was told to ome by the last Sat of the month. I went in the last Sat of the month and was told I was too late, they had already had the drawing, but they were having a sale! Well, as I was going back to my car, I notice that they gave me both parts of my drawing tickets. If I had both pieces, that means I was never in the drawing to begin with! And that isnt right. Not going there again. Also, the first time I was there the prize was a big glass bong, but the 2nd time I was told it was $250. Guess we make it up as we go. Next time, tell the truth and put it in writing. Thank you

Great staff an management...i visited previously a year ago an after my Thermal Banger busted. The manager i spoke with apologized an told me he would replace or make the issue right. Said manager wasnt there today but the gentleman that was there between 12 an 12:22 pm april 11th 2019. Heard the story an still honored the agreement which i really appreciated.

Used to be my favorite. Id even refer people here and bring in new customers. NOT ANYMORE!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, RAISED PRICES, not willing to give discounts anymore on bongs, its just turned into everything I hate about other smoke shops.Good news is I have found a replacement. A1 Smoke Shop on El Toro in Lake Forest has amazing prices and a huge selection to choose from....Sorry Purple Haze, you dropped the ball.

Went one night with no other customers. The guy who worked there literally hovered over my bf and I the ENTIRE time we were in there (granted, only a few minutes). He kept asking if we wanted anything specific, if we had tried such and such, what we were looking for, etc, even though we repeatedly said we were simply browsing.Eventually, I told him that when a customer asks to browse, you do not need to literally follow them around your store as they peruse your products, and we walked out. Will not be back.

The guy at the counter, RJ, sold us a bowl for our 3 footer, the 3rd wed bought for it, and the same as the other 3, it didnt fit. We rushed back to get a refund and RJ noticed there was broken glass fused to the inside of the stem, which both explained the cut on my wifes finger when we cleaned the stem after buying the 3rd bowl, and the bowls not fitting. We bought a replacement stem and are now VERY happy with our newly useable water pipe.
