Tobacco vape and cigar

I just bought two cans of Cherry Skoal from your store May 29, 2024 and I’m infuriated that it’s FAR past the sell by date. It’s extremely dry and tastes like it’s molded.Edit:I just saw the response from the owner, I will be stopping by the store around 6-7pm 6/18 to get the refund, I greatly appreciate the response and the refund offer, and will be changing my review rating accordingly. An inventory mistake is understandable, but fixing it for the customer in this way is very good customer service.

Ive been coming here for years and its becoming increasingly frustrating to get what i need. The people working dont understand most of what Im saying or seem to not even care to. Ive had to just walk away with incorrect items multiple times just because Ive become so frustrated with trying to explain what I need. I really do like this vape store but the employees unfortunately (im sure its no fault of their own) not understanding much english is a huge block.

Metered parking as shown in photo. Vape, cbd, delta, cigarettes, products to use these and others like grinders, pipes, hookahs, etc, incense and candles, and lots of other choices in this tiny store. Friendly staff.

Didn’t take my ID because it apparently didn’t look like me even though it is 100% a valid and legal ID. Honestly bunch of clowns working there. They don’t even know what to say half the time.

Good shop overall. Service is pretty nice, although I am experiencing an issue with obtaining UB Pro coils for Lost Vape due to the prevalence of other vape products. I wish I could obtain more UB Pro coils for my Lost Vape. I would shop here more often if those coils were in stock. I cant find those coils just anywhere.

I bought lost Mary elf bars twice and they won’t charge. I wasted 50 in this place and have 2 vapes that won’t charge due to being old from my research. I went back and they evidently don’t stand behind the products. I just moved here and would have continued to buy from them. I’ll take my business to a place that won’t rip you off. Very disappointing.

I love this please. I went to almost every Vape store in Huntington and nobody had my pods for my vape. Tobacco vape and cigar had them and the guy was really helpful and nice. I have definitely found the vape shop I’ll be buying everything I need. If you haven’t stopped in and you vape you should definitely go check it out.🥰🥰🥰🥰

This is the only place I found in town with the pods and coils for my vape. They had plenty of business, things were priced very fairly, cheaper than most places around here for sure. I would have been happy to pay more, just because they had items I needed that I couldn’t find literally anywhere else in Huntington or Chesapeake.

Will is the best employee and gives perfect decisions of what is needed this place gives great customer service. also they are very good with communication.

Clean store, helpful staff. Very good with explaining different vapes and flavors and mods and the ins and outs. Will is definitely the lead of the store and garners sales. Great variety too.

I just purchased a Fuji ice Elf Bar from here late at night ~two days ago~. I opened it up and tasted it the day after I purchased it and noticed it does not taste like Fuji ice at all (more ice than Fuji). So I scanned the QR code and of course the product was an imitation. I call the store a day later (today), and explain that it didn’t taste right and that the Elf Bar website states it fake. The employee immediately shut me down and said that the product did not come from them if it was fake because they don’t sell fake products. I assured him that I purchased the vape from this store and I had my receipt and the packaging the vape came in. To which the employee replied, “Well, it’s been two days so I can’t do anything for you after two days.” Moral of the story, THEY SELL FAKE VAPES, specifically Elf Bars. Don’t purchase from them because they will make up stuff to not have to give a refund and just take your money. Never had this issue from them before, I actually shop there frequently… until now.

My number 1 go to vape shop, they treat me like family, like royalty actually, T, the owner is the nicest guy you will ever meet if your lucky enough to meet him as he bounces around all over the great state of WV to his various shop locations and the Caucasian dude my buddy I call baldy whos name is actually Jerry is very helpful and knowledgable and they have a very nice selection of real vape gear, juices, coils if you use subtanks (I prefer rebuikdsbke tanks) pods, disposables, and of course for all the smokers and the 420 celebraters, this is definitely where ya need to go, and tell them Big Donnie Sent ya, who knows, ya night even get s little discount if ya do!! Highly recommended.

Bought a Smok RPM5 Pro, i went online to authentic it was real with the QR code and come to find out it is a bootleg vape & it pops and burns my throat when I hit it, even when its down on 10 watts. I took it to the store and after talking to a few people about the situation, lulu changed the coil and told me to wait 5 minutes and left the store. I stood around for a few minutes awkwardly and everyone pretty much igrnoed me. FInally left with a faulty vape, that costed me 62$! this was my favorite vape store until tonight.

Cool little place with the convenience of being n the heart of the city and close to Marshall so any and all of the college students can pop n 4 A pack of papers, bongs, and bubbles for those long mid-term nights. A Plethora of paraphernalia for nearly all your needs and remember no stems no seeds.

Great shop for incense and all my smoking needs and very convenient location and nice staff.

It says they open at 8am but I always get there at 8 and wait 20 minutes and still no one is there so I have no choice but to leave. Other then that they’re great when actually open

Place is always jumping. Theres like three people being cashed out. And five or six people behind them at all times. And the prices probably the cheapest pack of cigarettes you can get in Huntington that I found. Ill see this place going far.
