Sole Foot Spa

The lady named Angel (she is the owner I think). She is so nice and she does a GREAT JOB! My feet are in BAD shape with cysts on both bottom feet and bone spurs on the sides of them. I’m in a lot of pain every day but each time she has massaged my feet (1 hr), they literally don’t hurt or bother me for like 3 weeks or longer! Almost feels like new feet during that time frame lol so I highly recommend this place and it is worth every penny!!!

We called and had an appointment for 4 of us. Got a 30 minute foot massage, massage was fine but was shorted on time. Not to mention they didn’t start on my daughter 10 minutes after us and still finished with her same time as us. Then we paid and continued about tip like what we left was not enough which was plenty and was very rude and kept saying something about tip. We usually go to another and they are 20$ cheaper and do a better job including soaking our feet in warm water warm towels on legs and not rude. Unfortunately the other place was booked up today and we decide to give this place a try. I was just so shocked at the rudeness about the tip at the end.

Had a wonderful massage today at Sole Foot Massage. Masseuse worked out the tighness in my neck and shoulders and the foot massage was excellent. I would highly recommend this location for relief of aching muscles and also just to relax...

I’m not a one star kind of person but good lord. Seriously read this before going. $70 is reasonably priced but literally at the end she stopped me & said there’s no tip, the tip, my boss keeps this & I get nothing you need to leave a tip.I truthfully wanted to walk out before my massage was over, & here’s why;So I did a 60 min massage, half for feet & other half for my upper body.She did my first foot & when she switched to my send leg I asked to to please massage in stokes on my muscle tissue. She did the same thing on the other foot. I literally wanted to leave. It just did NOT feel good at all. Seriously. Like I couldn’t relax. She was like scratching , literally with her nails on my feet. not only that but rubbing the top of my foot & my bone, a lot. Like the entire time. I’ve never had a bad experience with a foot massage. Legit didn’t think it’s possible.So, got done with that, half, now time for the upper body part. I’m not kidding, for 60 mins there was no legit massage, it was like a weird rubbing @ ON MY BONES, at this point I tried to redirect her several times on how I would like it.This seriously is was just a horrible, horrible experience & massage. Definitely can tell she either deliberately gave me a terrible massage, or is not licensed & has absolutely no idea what she’s doing.So now, I’m checking out, cash or card ? She ask. I said card. She did not tell me, nor is there a sign that there’s almost a $3 charge for card. Whatever. I didn’t say anything. Signees the receipt slip & puts the total at the bottom. Now she keep saying tip, tip tip, I don’t get any of this money, my boss gets all of this. I told her I’m sorry but she needs to take that up with her boss.Before you judge me about not tipping, I worked for tips for over 10 years of my life, it’s how I paid my bills & took care of my children. That being said, I have never asked or talked to anyone like that when getting shorted a tip even when I knew I deserved it.I know she had to feel my body tense & had to realize I wasn’t enjoying it, by my body’s reaction alone , plus my verbal feedback about every 15 mins….. I kept thinking , maybe she does this for the first half so she doesn’t get tired, & then does a good job at the end….nope. It never got better.& then I cannot get over her literally practically arguing with me to leave a tip…..!?

Booked a 60 minutes foot massage appointment.....Amazing!!! Arrived and was sat immediately. My masseuse was very good. He was skilled and consistent on both legs. I’ve been here a few time in the past. They do really good with social distancing guest; and not allowing too many guest into the facility at one time. I will definitely be returning.

Long, overdue, much needed foot massage and chair massage. Such a relaxing, calming atmosphere. Great stress reliever and reasonably priced. Thank you & keep up the good work!

Not happy with this place. I called around 5p and asked about a massage. The lady asked what time and I said 5:30-5:45. She then stated 5:30 would be good. I arrived at 5:27 and she was massaging someone else. I patiently waited until 6p (I did not want to interrupt someone else’s time). I asked at 6p how much longer and she said 30 more minutes. I simply said no, I will go somewhere else. She should have said 6:30 instead of 5:30. It was a wasted trip from harvest to south parkway.

It was an all around bad experience. We got appointment for 3 people and when we got there, they only had two people to conduct the massage. The agreed upon price and the price during checkout (after the massage) was different too. I would not recommend going to this location.

My first 10 minutes was a nightmare!! My massage person coughed 2 times, in her hand, while massaging my face. Then she had to leave me ... to go cough some more. When she returned she moved on to the neck massage. Her nails kept clipping my skin. Her style was uncomfortable and inconsistent, I couldnt relax. I opened my eyes because I was so distracted. I was shocked to see that her head was laying next to mine! Yes!! Im telling you she was laying her head down and rubbing my neck sideways. I felt like I should have been compensated for having such a horrible experience upfront. It has to be unusual for any client to walk out. This was handled wrong. And if that wasnt bad enough, when I was handed over to another massage therapist all the other therapist were obviously disturbed with me..I felt like dead man walking. I believe they are protective of each other and worry about their jobs, and I sincerely understand that. But, honestly, she was sick and shouldnt have been working. A manager never approached me or called me. I doubt they know. Just dont feel like they take their business seriously. The bottom line is -- Im the customer.

Walked in to see about booking a massage for a future date. They do not display their establishment licenses nor the licenses for therapists as required by law. I always want to make sure I am seeing a professional first. When I inquired to see the licenses she pointed to basic business licenses and did not want to to get what i was asking for. She had already told me there were other therapists but wuld only show me what she claimed to be her license amd when. Asked about the other staff got upset and refused to show us and wanted us to leave. I do not trust this place and definitely would not recommend anyone go there.

My husband and I both had the 60 min massage (40 min foot and 20 min chair) this morning. We left relaxed and thoroughly pleased with our massages. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Weve decided to make it a point to treat ourselves to a visit at Sole Foot Spa at least once a month going forward!

I went today for my first ever massage .I walked in with no appointment and went straight back. The man that performed my massage was great!! Only complaint is that my legs didnt get much attention .I work on my feet and legs so I will try the foot massage next. Cant wait!!

Place seems like a hidden treasure. Went at 8:00 pm on a Thursday and had no problem getting seen right away. Staff were polite and the message was just amazing for the price. $35 for 30 minutes table message deep tissue + hot stones. Just incredible! Will definitely return in the future.

I really like this place. The only complaint is when you request a hour massage they seem to short me out of my time for the past 3 times. I wish they would set a timer to make sure I get what I paid for.

Walked in and only waited 20 minutes for a 90 minute massage for my husband and myself. Both guys worked out the kinks in our necks an back. Will definitely go back.

My therapist did an incredible job as always. She is very thorough. My problem areas are lower back and behind shoulder blades. However, I always feel relaxed and revived after the massage.

I was in this business today, and when I went to pay, I tipped the person that waited on me, but she was not satisfied. Then she proceeded to tell me how much to tip her. I will not be patronizing this esta0blishment ever again.

Used to go to this place all the time but last two times they had a one hour wait because only have two people working. It is 3:00 pm and all I get is sorry one hour wait. Going to Monterey massage on Winchester Road they are always well staffed.

You get a lot for your money. They do a good job. And do accept walk-ins. Which is great for the people that need back relief but deal with a busy work schedule. Ill be sticking with them for a good while. I have 3 slipped disk and constantly end up hurting my back at work and I always leave this place feeling 20 times better.

Was Not happy, the male who did my massage never asked me if i have any concerns ,never asked me if i would like it hard medium or light, i walked out of there hurting more than what i went there. my husband asked for medium and it was very hurtful, they never asked him if or where he hurt the most if he had and medical issues, he was in more pain when he left. Plus we made an appointment showed up 15 minutes before and they did not even have us booked, and wanted us to come back an hour later, then got annoyed and took us in by our appointment time. We will never use them again

Best massages EVER. I go often and they are allWonderfully. Chair massages are my favorite. Tina and her staff are so polite and welcoming. Great massages!!!

This place is amazing!!!! Alice is a great masseuse and doesnt waste any time. A full 60 minute massage! I go every 2 weeks!
