Freedom Vape Huntsville

Love this place, just wish I didnt have to drive to Huntsville from Livingston. Would give 5 stars but I came one Sunday and they were supposed to be open at 10:00 am but they were closed and I waited for about 30 minutes but no one ever showed up.

This is a great little shop. The guy who helped me was so nice and knowledgeable in every product I asked about and I definitely asked about a lot. I will be coming here more often. Great place to come for glass items, vape items and more!!

Awesome customer service! I would ONLY shop at this store if they carried my coils (which are very common GTi coils) but I have to go elsewhere to buy coils separately. Excellent house juice for affordable price and they have a loyalty program that offers great discounts on purchases and products!

Knowledgeable staff, super helpful and made the transaction and set up of a new vape painless. A+++ Will be a repeat customer!

Make sure you check the expiration dates on the juice you buy. I bought some juice opened the box and the juice was coffee brown and supposed to be clear. The juice was one year expired and had to really put up a fight to even get a credit towards another juice. Lost my business for good.

This is a good vape store, and Kassie makes it a great one! Every time I go in she always helps me. She is knowledgeable about products, equipment functionality and everything related to vaping. She has a positive attitude and is super helpful. She remembers me when I come in and always takes the time to help me with whatever I need.

I’ve been going to Freedom since they opened, they have a great selection but their customer service has become unacceptable. There is a man there who literally will not talk to women. I have been having this problem for months and have talked to other women in town who go there and they have the same problem with the same man. I went in this past Sunday to buy 2 new vapes and was completely ignored while he spoke to every man in the shop, including those who came in after me. I attempted to get his attention multiple times, made it clear that I was looking at new mods, and still nothing. I did this for 15 minutes before I walked out and went to a different shop in town and got everything I needed, and great service. I haven’t had this issue with other employees at Freedom, just the one, but it’s enough to make me not want to return and feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Minimal selection, high markups, place cant seem to decide whether it wants to be a supply store or hipster bar/ vape lounge. Clerk was nice though, complimented my shirt after the transaction was done even though I was there with my girlfriend buying her a present.

The people that work at this store are rude and lazy. I brought in my vape (that I bought there) and they sold me the wrong coil, even after I asked twice if it was the right one. Every time we walk in to buy something they always seem like they are bothered or perturbed that we came in. The girl is always on her phone and does not like to be bothered with customers. The dude Neal is straight up rude. The customer service and knowledge of the staff is a 1 on a 1-10 scale. I highly recommend you find another vape store, you are guaranteed to be dissatisfied if you go there, no matter what you buy. After two years I am finally saying bye and going to Alpha Vape

Used to go here a lot and was able to quit smoking with their vapes and liquids. I rarely felt welcome was treated rudely sometimes. I’ve been to the store in Palestine and they would treat me like family. Started going to another shop while trying to stop vaping altogether.

This place is very awkward. No music playing and the front desk sales person doesn’t really seem to know how to sell anything “what do you want?” isnt a great opener. His girlfriend in the back just seems to sit on her iPad and glare at people. This place might be decent if run and operated by individual with actual social skills.

I bought a Suorin Air Plus from this store approximately 4 months ago. I’ve actually bought quite a few, in addition to my beginner tank vape before switching to lower wattage, thus spending a good amount of money here. Anyway, I have been in this place FOUR different times to get pods for my air plus and they NEVER “have them in stock”. How are you going to sell a product and not keep the necessary parts in stock?! I am very upset and apparently I just keep wasting my time going in there to try and buy them.

There are nice employees... I had a problem with the NOVO item I purchased they switched it out with a new one. Then I had the same problem out of the second one within another day and I live 30+ minutes away. So I didnt want to go back again so if they still sell the NOVO E-Cig deal I suggest you not buy it. Other than that it was a nice establishment.

Freedom vape has not only helped me quit smoking but I have also made quite a few friends with all of their current staff. Liz, Karley and all of the others at all three locations sure know their products and will go out of their way to get you what you need to continue your vaping journey. Would have gotten more stars but I got the worst looks when I walked in, probably because Im a 30 year old Vet buying vape products, but it is still rude to stare at someone like they have an extra head the moment they walk into your store. Other than that, it was an ok experience.

This vape shop is decent but not my first choice when it comes to buying juice. The customer service is always friendly and the prices are not anything to complain about. The best juice I have found here is lady liberty and I suggest anyone that visits here to try it for sure!

Great service, they answer questions I have towards an e-cigarettes, and recommend the best juices that fit my taste. Todays visit was very wonderful thanks to the employee named Carly!

The shop has an awesome selection of anything you can think of for vaping. The service however is usually far below expectation. The employees tend to just laze about, and not even try to assist customers until the customer asks for something. In many cases even then, the customer has to wait for the employee to finish their scene on Netflix, or wait until theyre done reading a text. overall the environment is very awkward, and uncomfortable. Many of the employees even hold discussions with customers about subjects you should NEVER talk about in public. Such as their past drug usage, being spoken of in ways that glorify drug use to barely of age customers.

Juices are decent tasty for the most part customers service is not always on point I was told by a employees at one Vist when I asked for juice to be bumped up to 6 she said I am not going to do that author time I came in same person was ordering other employees around like she was the owner she never got off a stool she was siting on even when she was trying to assist me I have spoken to the owner he is super and very knowledgeable

Used to love coming here, its where I bought two vapes and lots of juice, but the unfriendliness of one of the employees is just too irritating. Theres plenty of vape stores in Huntsville without rude employees.

Freedom is the best place for anyone to come in and chill the people that work here know all about the vape products and are super friendly they make you feel like family kassi always says welcome to freedom and she goes above and beyond the call of the staff to make you feel like family i love this place and kassi freedom is the best in Huntsville

Always knowledgeable about all the product and I have never seen the shelves empty. I really like coming in and not having to go elsewhere because they dont have something I need.

Why do I have to buy and add nicotine myself. Is that expensive to buy a case of 3 and 6 juice? Theres another place in town that orders their juice in zero nic too but at least she will mix it for you no charge, geeze.

Horrible service. Had an issue with a vape that was only 2 weeks old and they refused to help. They said that since the vape was still working there was nothing they could do even though it was clearly damaged and supposed to be indestructible. Wont go back and wouldnt recommend to anyone

The folks were really friendly and helpful. No push for oh this is what you want etc. Listened to what I had to say and what I had in mind and then acted on it.

Poor customer service. They dont put customers 1st they have friends hanging out that are more important. Just not friendly. Dont make customers feel welcome.
