Ahhhsome Relaxation

My go to place to relax after a stressful day at work. Upon entering, I immediately feel better. I have a lot of damage in my feet from running and always start my visit with an electronic foot massage/therapy to increase circulation. Then I usually use some kind of heating treatment on my back before I get a deep tissue massage. Ill usually finish up with laying on a Sedona bed with red light therapy.They have many different kinds of massage chairs, various electronic and magnetic health devices to use, and spaces for meditation and classes. You can even just sit or recline in really comfortable chairs to read or just be.They have a great atmosphere with soothing, calm music, amazing and helpful staff.Im a certified meditation, relationship and spiritual energy coach and have volunteered to lead meditation classes there for over a year. They usually offer weekly classes, like my healing meditation, yoga, and sound bowls. It has a beautiful instruction room, called the garden room.I highly recommend this business.

My husbands hand has been swollen all the way up to his shoulder for almost 4 years now. We have been to specialists. We have been to surgeons. We have been using stem cell injections. We have tried absolutely everything. We still dont even know exactly why his hand swells in the first place. In just three visits to Ahhhsome his hand did this! Thank you doesnt not seem adequate. Wow.

Ive been a member for several months. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of your membership. I am amazed at how much better I feel after regularly visiting. I am less stressed, more energized, and experience less pain. The massage chairs are amazing. Its also a great way to spend date night or a girls night out.

I took my girlfriend on a date here. The staff were friendly and the environment was pleasant. I am considering buying a membership to treat my plantar fasciitis and hip pain. I think they will be willing to work with my schedule. I will only be in Idaho Falls for a few more weeks.I made the trip over today, but left disappointed. I got my hopes up for a 50% discount if I left a review. Its only the first month for a yearly membership. I shouldve read it better. I had just invited a couple friends to use my guest passes. My mistake. Its expensive, but so are other therapies. Unfortunately, not in my budget without the deal.I wouldve tried the red light and green light therapies. I enjoyed the fish tank and foot electrotherapy.Be careful on the massage chairs. It hurt my plantar fasciitis! Also rough on my hip bones on my lower back. Maybe the other chairs are gentle enough. I like pressure, but not as much on my bones or hurt feet. My feet are still recovering.The halotherapy was okay. Not worth the extra money. People tend to either love it or hate it. Got loud in there. I have good breathing exercises on my own. $50 for a couple wasnt much of a deal for a limited time only sale, but at least she enjoyed it. Buy two $20 day passes instead.Some people will find it worth the price. Ill leave a four star.

Amazing experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect but heard nothing but good things from many friends and neighbors. It was not only relaxing but healing and uplifting. The staff is polite and thoughtfully conscious of the patrons. The area is tidy, organized, and clean. Perfectly decorated for a fully submursive experience. Five star top notch experience. Did not disappoint in any way. Will be back again for sure. And I love Alyce, the owner. She is a genuinely wonderful kind hearted human who makes the world a better place to be ❤️. Which makes it one of these kind of businesses that you love to support.

If you’re looking to relax look no further because this place will meet all your expectations. Being from out of town my friend took me here to try it out. They have so many different things to do here by the time I went from one to another we had been there for an hour and half and I didn’t even get to try the entire venue. This is a must for anyone wanting to unwind and be in such a peaceful setting and relax. If you haven’t tried given it a try yet you are missing out! Thanks again for having all of us yesterday night!!!

This place is a dream come true. I suffer from many chronic illness issues and lots of pain to the extent that I have a spinal stimulator and a pain pump to help manage excruciating pain from constant kidney stones passing. I’ve passed hundreds because of a genetic defect in both kidneys. My pain was significantly less after my visit to Ahhsome Relaxation. I suffer from insomnia and can’t sleep at night and I fell asleep easily at 11 pm and slept until 5 am for the first time in years. I usually don’t have any energy to do housework and I was able to do the dishes and a couple of loads of laundry the following day. I still had pain of course and will always deal with a level of symptoms, but it was better than usual and gave me hope that if I do this consistently over time, who knows how much things could improve. I’m excited for the opportunity to have access to something so helpful for such a reasonable price.

Such a calm, relaxing place. The staff is incredible, very warm, welcoming and helpful! My son had a serious broken leg and we started coming to Ahhhsome the week after surgery. The therapy he received helped decrease his swelling, and bruising. When he went to physical therapy they were amazed at the range of motion in his knee and ankle. Both he and I have benefited greatly from our time spent at Ahhhsome Relaxation! Thank you to Alyce and her amazing staff!

Such tranquil energy in this place. It was great to just leave the world behind for a little bit and take some time to just be still. The red light Sedona bed was great and so were the massage chairs at the end. I highly recommend this ❤️

I had no idea what to expect when I first got invited to try Ahhhsome Relaxation with my mother and sister. I thoroughly enjoyed my whole experience there. The staff were very friendly and polite. I could feel an immediate difference after using 3 different treatments. I used their fish tank bed, medium deep massage chair and the hand/foot machine. I’m excited to sign up for an annual membership and be able to bring my daughter for green light therapy and some gentle massages.

Kaeson was phenomenal. He found a way to get us in, gave us a full tour, talked us through our options, was always right there when we needed him, but still gave us the peace and privacy we needed.This is a great place for healing and reviving yourself. Its clean, safe, practical, and eliminates the vulnerability of a stranger touching your body that drives a lot of people away from spas. I loved going with a group, and I very much look forward to going by myself :)

Wow, I believe that everyone should come in and try this place out! After my three treatments (green light therapy with blue electric belt, fish tank, and robotic massage chair) I left feeling SO happy and relaxed! I can’t emphasize enough what a difference it made in my mood and overall wellbeing and a day later I’m still feeling the effects and can’t wait to go back.My favorite parts about ahhsome are the quiet relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve stepped out of your busy life and into another dimension where you can focus on yourself for a bit. The equipment is great and really makes a difference. All of the staff I have interacted with have been friendly and happy to educate you about the function and benefits of each piece of equipment. This is a great place to visit for date night, girl’s night, friends, mother/daughter, you name it! Try it for yourself!

Great ambiance! I attended an energy medicine class there and was impressed with the facility! Very clean and comfortable. I like that they have lockers (with locks!) and socks you can use for free.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover Ahhhsome Relaxation! Happy to have such a retreat center right here in Idaho Falls. This center offers alternative ways to improve the health and wellness via the energetic body.

The name doesnt do it justice! This place is amazing relaxation. I have had all kinds of massages by professional masseuses. The Escape Pod here is every bit as good as a day spa massage. But, its so much more than just massage. They have a salt therapy room, Sonoma therapy, a machine for helping your lymphatic system, and so much more than I can even explain. I cant wait to bring my husband for a date night.

It is a real gift to have the Ahhhsome facility in Idaho Falls. To take advantage of the variety of treatments they offer would be an expenditure of time and money that would easily increase by a factor of 4 in a larger city. The value that is offered here is amazing, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I am happy to have non-medical, but recognized alternate therapies to help me on my wellness journey.

Our children bought us several punch cards for Christmas. We lived in Pocatello and just moved to Idaho Falls today. I recently found out that they expire in June. Neither of my kids were aware of this when they bought them. My wife is having a spinal fusion Monday and will be totally layed up for four months. I stopped in today to ask if they could extend them for us under the circumstances. She said the could for an additional $25.00 per month! I said It would be fall before she come in. She said they would totally expire the first of October and told me there is nothing she could do. What ticked me off even more was her trying to sweet talk me as if I was some old man. Then had the gal to ask me if I d like to make an appointment! They are more willing to screw us out of our money than do what is right. I’d be careful doing business with them! More interested in taking peoples money than establishing relationships.

I recently had my first visit to Ahhhsome Relaxation and it truly felt like the royal treatment!My mom and I went to try out a promo we had received, we thought it was just going to get to try the red light therapy beds but when we got there Annie helped us, she got to know us a little bit and let us try out the treatments geared towards us personally and our health needs. It was not only a special girls day out with my mom but Annie was SO sweet, she knew our names right away and made sure our experience was fantastic, and that all our questions were answered. We had such a great experience we would like to make it something we go do together regularly.I cannot say enough good things about Annie she wasnt just trying to sell us on a membership rather make sure that we were taken care of and happy with the services. She was genuine and had the best customer service we have seen in a long time. We will be back for sure!

My absolute favorite was the fish bed. I could have done it a lot longer. So relaxing and helped with the pain in my feet and back.

I would never justify getting into a $900 ($75/month for 12 months)contract here, as Im really not a stressed person nor do I struggle with mental illness. I went because it was a treat from a friend.However, I can see why this place would be incredibly beneficial to someone who has depression or anxiety. Think of it like a fitness center/gym for mental health.People buy gym memberships to drive them to working out, well, a membership here would hopefully drive someone to taking better care of their mental heath. At least that was my take away.The staff were adorable and very helpful.

Ahhhsome has made such a difference!! I have been using the equipment for 1 year, and not only has my stress level reduced significantly , the health benefits are incredible!! I have had arthritis since I was 14, and after using Ahhhsome for 8 months, I was able to make a 9 hour drive taking my daughter to college with no medication and NO PAIN!!! It was so great being able to enjoy that trip!! My hormones have balanced and my overall health is improved so much!!!! In that year, even when the people around me were getting colds and the flu, I stayed well. The one cold I did get, I was able to completely kick in less than a week! Energy level is phenomenal, and its my husbands and favorite date night spot!!!!!

My husband and I took a tour and it was cool to test a few of their services. The lighting was a little too dark for me and maybe they could add a few floor lights to help mark the walkways. Overall, our guide was pleasant and answered our questions. It was a relaxing experience and my husband came out with some pain relief in his back from working on his feet and lifting weight on all week.

Hands down the best thing I have done for my health, stress level, and pain relief was getting a membership at Ahhhsome Relaxation. The staff members are kind, attentive, knowledgeable and the atmosphere is comfortable and so peaceful. I love the variety of equipment available to fit my mood and my needs. Ahhhsome relaxation definitely lives up to its name in every way. Check it out, you wont be disappointed! Ohhh and make sure you try the fish bed, I love it.

Very relaxing. Rather nice atmosphere and the general idea of massage and self care with little human interaction is inviting. Open 24/7, but only to a certain level of membership. Very pricey, and it should be noted that there isnt a medical professional here (i.e. a doctor or even an RN) and such a person should be consulted before using these kinds of machines on a regular basis.

This is a wonderful place for healing and relaxation! You can’t help but feel peaceful in the beautiful environment it provides.

This place is the biggest blessing in my life. So I am 27 years old and have had 2 back surgeries. I am about to go in for my third one this following week. Yesterday was the most painful day I have ever experienced in my life, and I was in a ball in tears because of a disc in my back pinching my spinal cord so bad. I had called the doctors working with me and they suggested going to the ER and getting a steroid shot. All I could think of was how long I would have to wait in pain in the waiting room and then to be evaluated and then maybe hours later I would get the shot(which Ive had before and dont do much). My wife is a nurse and had just arrived home from work as I begged for helped. Luckily she had seen a Facebook post about Ahhhsome Relaxation earlier that day. She showed me the video and we immediately ran over. They were so great!!! They gave us a tour of the facility and let us try the machines for about an hour! They were so informative and caring. So my pain was at a 10 before we got there. I had already taken a bunch of narcotics including morphine and was still at a 10. By the time we were done I was resting at a very comfortable 2. AMAZING! We signed up immediately! Their 24/7 facility is great and I will be using it all the time!!! Thank You so much guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you get a membership make the time to go! I am currently spending $105/month for absolutely nothing and it sucks because I cant cancel my contract without paying it out and that would be pretty pointless. Stuck here I guess. It may be worth it for someone who has a lot of time and money to burn.

I was in Idaho Falls for the weekend, and after quite a bit of driving and fitful nights of sleep, I was invited to go to Ahhhsome. I thought Id be there for a quick 15 minutes or so, but ended up spending a couple hours. Slept like a baby after my session and wished we had something like this in Colorado. Youre getting more than you pay for here, and if I lived in southeast Idaho Id be there regularly. What a treat to come and discover Ahhhsome this weekend! Many thanks to Shawn for taking such great care of us and making it a wonderful experience. The entire experience was first class!

My wife and I just got memberships today. Our experience? AHHHSOME! Between both our jobs, the baby, and just everything else it can sometimes feel like you cant catch your breath. What a great relaxing experience. We put this off for months, I only wish we came in sooner. 24/7 are you kidding me!? Love it!

Ahhhsome Relaxation is an absolutely stunning secret garden. I took my husband there on a surprise date last night and I was blown away by how extensively creative this entire place is. Every single square foot within is filled with so much intent to be a calming, sacred and rejuvenating area. The building is filled with lights that just make you so happy, and the walls are draped from top to bottom in ivy and greenery. It feels like a maze that you dont want to find your way out of!I loved that through certain areas of it, everyone whispers. The people there respect each others need of coming to have their lamps filled back up and how often is it that you go to a public place where complete strangers have that respect for others!? Its unheard of!I was amazed by the massive variety of equipment they have! They are so good to educate you while you are there about the equipment and its healing and relaxing properties. Many of the machines are foreign to us in the US, and gosh weve sure been missing out. These machines have incredible abilities to restore the structural makeup of our cells to help our respiratory, urinary, circulatory, immune, muscular, digestive & nervous systems and even our skin! Who doesnt need to be healthier in all of those areas?!? THERE ARE SMART PEOPLE WORKING BEHIND THE SCENES HERE, PEOPLE!Dont even get me started on the people running the floor and the owners in charge of this sanctuary. Just trust me when I say you wont want to leave. I wanted to hug each of them when I left and in a matter of minutes I felt like these complete strangers became dear friends! Youll CRAVE being around them with their high, but calming energy and the passion they have to truly leave people better than they came.While I was there I just kept thinking, you cant help but just want every person youve ever loved to come and experience this sacred, rejuvenating get-away experience. We need more places like this in the world, so do yourself a favor and go support this business who is absolutely doing it right.

Ahhhsome is a sanctuary of healing on may axes (plural of axis, not axe). The treatments that are available to Ahhhsome subscribers have demonstrable benefits, backed by research published in peer-reviewed journals, though not endorsed by the FDA. I had a swollen knee that robbed me of sleep and affected my walking for three months. My experience was that by applying two Ahhhsome therapies, the swelling went down , pain went away, and walking returned to normal. Other accounts of experiences of other clients are known to me. Staff are hand-selected and clinical but warm and welcoming. Combined, the premises, personnel, and available (24x7x365) treatments sustain the conclusion that Ahhhsome is simply awesome. Need some self-care? I have a suggestion . . .

Amazing experience, my mother and I have been able to start up a 1 month membership. We have gone two times these past two days, and let me just tell you!!! It is sooooooo relaxing!!!! Ive got to say, my favorite part is seeing customers walk in from working all day, and leaving looking sooo refreshed. I had a stressful day today, just little things added up to make me upset and when I went today, I was transported away to a place where I could forget all that was bothering me. I highly recommend going here. And Im sorry to see that someone had a bad experience, but what company do you know that hasnt had a bad moment here and there... it happens. I have had nothing but good from here.

This place is truly Ahhhsome, it couldnt have a better name. The massage chairs are amazing! Thered is red light, blue light and white light therapy. Foot massages and the escape pods are one of a kind! The best place to relax!

Every single person needs a little Ahhhsome in their life. This place offers it all. It is the only place I can go anytime day or night to get some alone time. The only downfall is the weights people drop next door at Worlds Gym :( Take the time and try it out for free, it is well worth it!

I’m a little skeptical of complementary therapy, but I’m open to trying new things. The staff and owner were very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction of what to try. The therapy certainly increased my energy, lifted the depression and funk I was in. Am going back again as soon as we can!

Absolutely Worth the monthly membership fee. You are getting way more than your money is worth. I love the customer service. The employees are highly passioant and excited to teach you to relax and explain things in thorough detail!

I had the BEST experience!! All of the staff were extremely knowledgable and so caring to our needs. I was very impressed. I am excited to start a membership there. It was the most relaxed I had felt in a very very long time.

A friend introduced me to ahhhsome a couple months ago. I was struggling with insane anxiety and panic attacks. I also have 5 children one who was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Ahhhsome relaxation has become my heaven on earth!! Every day I wake up and its the first thing on my mind. When can I go to ahhhsome today? There arent words enough to express how much I love this place! I come home to my family with my bucket filled. I am happy, patient, energized and ready for whatever life throws at me. Thank you so much for opening and running such an amazing business that blesses so many!

The staff and owners of this place are fantastic! Its a great thing that they have built and just walking in the doors you can feel some of your stress melt away. I definitely recommend you at least visit once - you wont see anything like it anywhere else!

Warning, they will tell you when you sign up that if you have medical issues that do not allow you to continue or if you move they will cancel the membership. They lie. I did everything they asked and followed up and guess what...they said they would cancel it and didnt. So I paid $50 a month for at the very least 6 months of nothing. Technically I didnt use it because of sever medical reasons for 10 months but thats not the point. The 6 months is the point. Then they lie to my friend about what was actually said on a phone call but what the owner Shawn didnt know was not only was my Mom in the car listening on speaker but so was my friend from Phoenix. Three people heard a completely different conversation Shawn and its sad that you are running your business this way. I will be getting all of my doctors documentation ...again and taking all of the phone records showing us calling you etc. I will then be taking it every place I can to file complaints.

Unlimited massages should not be advertised when its just a massage chair. This place is an absolute rip off. Also everyone is supposed to be quiet..... but one of the staff was obnoxious flirting with other patrions. She was also giving medical advise to someone about them probably haveing seriouse heart problems. She is NOT A DOCTOR.

Good thing its 24/7 access because I never want to leave.

Over the last 18 months I have had increasing diabetic neuropathy in my feet. The foot massage treatment at Ahhsome has relieved the numbness and pain in ways medication hasnt. Its great.

Knowledgeable staff in a quiet relaxing atmosphere with so many different kinds of therapy and devices. Really clean and the 24 hour access is a great perk

Totally relaxing new age music wide assortment of equipment. But nobody wears masks and I didnt see the machines or pillows being sanitized after I moved from one to another
