The people really make the store here, if you come enough they will remember you and they are always more than helpful and kind. Definitely the place to go.

He did let us know that you can’t do video calling in the store even if it was an emergency, but other than that everything was great! Do not let your whole party forget theirs IDs, because they are not aloud to sell you anything without seeing them all. Their customer service supersedes all of this. All smiles!

Prices keep going up and up. I came here to avoid paying shipping and handling and the $8 adult signature charge most sites make you pay now a days. I should have just ordered online it was the same price, almost down to the pennies.

Its hard to find good quality Vapes at a great price the store gives you a wide variety of everything that you need plus they also upgraded it and made a whole nother area for shopping say even start a point system so if you come here often I suggest getting those points they are well worth it

Came into the store once before since my usual place was out and it takes a while to get it shipped. Second time was an awful experience! I bought one and it was an absolute dud vape! No taste just burnt smoke and I was told unless it’s Mis firing I’m SOL and all I asked for was credit to a different one. Nope. Asked for regional manager or manager info NOPE. SO we’re just supposed to take a gamble spending $30 for one vape? No that’s a scam. So we should keep buying them until we find one that’s not a complete dud? Very disappointing. I was given 10% off a new one. So $60 for one vape basically. I am mostly upset of the rudeness of these adult children. I’d love to speak with a regional manager since they can’t give there numbers or even a message to call me. I don’t know if any other business who treats good paying customers like this. Don’t shop here go to the other ones in town who guarantee there products!!!! Also I was HIGHLY offended of the cursing and bad mouthing gossip the staff talks about while customers are waiting ! I’ve never been treated so poorly by anyone especially ina place I was spending good money in!!!! They have time to talk about how drunk they were last night but can’t write down the name of a region manager for me to speak with about this. Just nope nope nope!!! I’ll never go back I’ll always shop online or anywhere else after being treated so badly. I only asked for an exchange on the dead product they sold or credit to another item. Nope nope nope she said while laughing at me. Shop anywhere else guys! Go online they honor there items if there’s an issue an they don’t laugh in ur face either.

Super Dope establishment. Love the products and service...great clearance wall and always new goodies being added... SP(...fyi..these vape stores ebb and flow in the clearance sections.. I wrote an edit where I was definitely complaining about minimal discount stuff..but realize that it kinda just depends on the market and whats moving or not moving. I also think voicing things help. We cant get better if noone lets us know whats up. ...recently picked up a Vapresso XROS 3 stick for the girl..price was equivalent to online + shipping.. super impressed on price. Love ya guys!)

Theyre overboard with the ID process and highly disrespectful and inconsiderate of peoples time and money. I had a paper ID because I got my wallet stolen. An employee proceeded to act with an attitude because she couldnt understand the fact that my ID was stolen I am way older than her and to lose out on a customer that spends good money at their establishment because they dont want to take an official paper ID is ridiculous I took time out of my day spent gas money to go to their establishment and get a new tank and a juice and for them to turn away a customer cuz they have an official paper ID how am I supposed to give you my other ID if it was stolen and I got a paper ID

Couldnt be more disappointed, came in today to buy a water pipe and once I got out to my truck I instantly regretted it, and want to exchange for a different type of rig.I ran back into the store (literally not 2 minutes have passed since purchase and returning into the store)Everything was still packaged up and obviously untouched.They employees said they cant exchange it and even after consulting with the manager they did not agree.I understand the policy doesnt allow returning glass ware, however it was all within 3 minutes.Seems lame.I hope I get contacted with a resolution.

Usually go to this place. They had some new products and I was curious about them. I was asking questions on how they were compared to the elf bars. All I got were short answers and she just kept telling me they were different. Okay I understand that tell me HOW they are different. “Well the flow is different”, ok tell me HOW. If I ask about a product don’t just tell me they’re different. I’m only assuming that she had no clue what she was talking about which if you don’t know cool, but can you ask someone who does instead of just telling me they’re not the same 3 different ways but not telling me how they’re different. Gave three stars cause there’s another girl in there who always answers my questions and helps me out tremendously when I’m in there. I’ll just make sure I wait for her next time.

They sell bunk stuff. I bought a couple batteries from them. Both didnt work, took them back the same day and they wouldnt take them back. Why sell something that doesnt work and not stand behind it?

On December 3rd I purchased a Loki and straight out of the box it did not work. They refused to honor the warrantee and suggested that I go to the manufacturer. I went to the manufacturer and did not receive correspondence back. I spent good money and supported this store and they refused to acknowledge that as a customer I deserve to get a product for the cash I spend. I will never buy at this store again. There are at least three other stores in town that honor my patronage and I am disgusted with the way a product wich I paid for and did not work coming out of the box and did not receive a fair compensation.

This place is a joke, a bunch of teenage kids working that have no knowledge and or respect, cursing while customers are in store. Also they will not honor any returns or warrantees, and if u get the wrong flavor and walk out and dont open anything no seal broken on packaging u get told sorry cant help. I will never spend another dime there, absolutely disgusted with their service. Wish I could give negative stars.

And the staff are kids 21 to 25 years old babys to me fix it. The person buying your stuff should have to show id that I understand. But my wife she does not smoke at all that bs.
