Wonderful experience! Xhale Day Spa is professional, immaculately clean, quiet and the atmosphere is relaxing. I enjoyed a 50 min.massage. Sierra was great. She made sure the pressure was right for me and did a fantastic job releasing the tension in my upper back, particularly my traps. Thank you, Sierra! Next time I am in Idaho, I will definitely return!

This place was awesome. I booked a couples massage for my wife and I for our anniversary. The environment was awesome and the massages left me feeling like a new dude! Definitely coming back to experience the Cabins and hot pool experience.

Everything about Xhale Day Spa is fantastic! I received a gift certificate from my family for a Lumination Facial and I can honestly say it was relaxing from the time I walked into the waiting room. Hailey was so professional and I loved the whole experience! I highly recommend the facility and this particular service! Im not one to frequent day spas, but I will probably go again and try out some of their other offerings.

I received a gift certificate from my coworkers. Im not a touchy feely type of person so I was hesitant. Needless to say this was an amazing experience. The staff at the front were so helpful. My massage from Miranda was relaxing and just what this old body needed. My mani/pedi from Elva was honestly the Best! I have booked another appointment to get ready for an important event. Thank you to everyone at Xhale Day Spa, my experience was so enjoyable.

Ive had massages at the best hotels all over the world and I can honestly say that Xhale does an amazing job. Every masseuse has been solid. Professional and excellent service. Highly recommend!!

Did one of their packages and it was pretty nice. I liked the massage and facial, and pedicure was okay, and I wouldn’t do another manicure. Also, know that this place is one where the tip is not accurate. Clicking 15% is actually going to be more than 15%. Only doing custom tip or tip cash.

I love this place! So relaxing and therapeutic. Sierra gives the best deep tissue massages. The front desk is always so kind and i love my little chocolate i get every time i leave. :) definitely worth every penny.

The massage was alright. My wife and I arrived at the time prescribed for our couples massage, which was 20 minutes early, but they got us in our room 3 minutes after the hour. They started our massages about 10 minutes late which cut into our massage time. We paid for 50 minutes and only received 40 minutes. Go to a place thats cheaper and save some money.

I had booked a pedicure and manicure on line. When I arrived for my appointments I was told they had no record of my appointments. I was extremely upset as I had a special event that evening. All they could say is they had no opening for the day and could they rebook me on a different day. I went to another nail place, explained my situation and they worked me in and saved me for my special event that evening, thank goodness. If you book on line be very careful as it obviously doesnt work.

We love Xhale! My husband and I have been coming here for years to celebrate our anniversary! This year we got an 80 minute couples massage and couldnt believe how much we needed it. The atmosphere is soothing and relaxing. We were pampered by Kelsi and Tamara and they listened closely to our wants/needs and helped us feel so amazing. We cant wait to come back 🙌 😍

First time client, cant wait to come back for a full spa experience. The girls in the front office are very friendly and professional, my esthetician was friendly and did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. Do yourself a favor and arrive early, so you can relax in one of the tranquil waiting rooms. The spa is beautifully decorated, and the ambiance is very relaxing. Bonus: Ghirardelli chocolate at the end of your visit!

I really enjoyed my experience here. They really know how to make you feel relaxed. I would definitely recommend them if you need a day of relaxation or just some tension relief. Me and my wife have been coming here for years to celebrate our anniversary and love it!

My boyfriend and I had an 80min couples massage here this morning and were blown away at the therapists’ attention to detail throughout our session. I had Sierra and she payed wonderful attention to the areas I specified, as did Madalyn according to my boyfriend. The atmosphere was clean, calming, and gorgeous! 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely be going back again soon!!

I had a facial for the first time ever and it was a wonderful experience. I felt so relaxed. All of the lotions, exfoliants, creams smelled heavenly and were very pampering to my skin. Every one of the staff members there were very friendly. This was a gift I received and I would highly suggest gifting a spa experience here to others.

This place is the best. Everyone is beyond friendly and helpful. Ms. Sariah did my nails and was not just fantastic at it, but a complete joy to talk to. Ms. Sierra did my massage and facial leaving me more relaxed than Ive been in years. Ill be back for sure and recommend these two to everyone

Had the last appointment of the day for a pedicure mid-week. My pedicure is awesome and Ashley took her time to do everything right. No one made me feel rushed, even that late in the day. Thanks for the great start to my vacation!

I love it here! I’ve been here a few times for massages, pedicures, eyebrow and eyelash services, and brought my daughter on her 3rd birthday for a pedicure. It was her first pedicure so I was a little nervous, but worked so well with her to make her feel comfortable. 🥰 The receptionists are always so kind and I’ve never had a bad experience. Even when I had to cut my services short once because my child got sick at daycare, I was able to book an appt the next day and they all remembered and asked if my daughter was okay. So caring and thoughtful.

I LOVE this spa!!! My daughter and I have gotten pedicures here several times. And I have gotten massages here for years. Today we did the ultimate package, they exceeded my expectations!! Our massage therapist is my favorite by far and I have gotten dozens of massages in my life. Our facials could not be beat!! It was so relaxing I fell asleep. Sierra did my pedicure and manicure. She did an amazing job!! I will be requesting her in the future! Sheri did my daughters pedicure and manicure. She absolutely loves the way it turned out! She even stayed late to finish instead of rushing us out the door. I will be requesting her for my daughter again next time. Thank you xhale for the amazing experience today! Zero Stars if I could. Extremely off-putting experience.My regular massage and nail technician who I visit every two weeks unfortunately closed down her business and moved away. So I am in search of a new Spa to be pampered biweekly.Called this morning, and after the phone rang for an extended amount of time, a girl named TORI finally answered with a clipped cold greeting. I responded with my usual happy hi, thank you for coming on the line, how are you doing this morning? And her immediate response was um, this is a business. Dripping in annoyance and rudeness..... like yes? I understand that this is a business. Thats why I called you? Trying to book an appointment for services? Obviously I didnt say any of that because I was raised with manners. So I clarified that I knew who I was calling. And her response was Unapologetic and disinterested.I let it go, I Inquired about possibly bringing my girlfriends in for a hot rock spa pedicure tomorrow and she said they are all booked up. Perfectly understandable. I dont normally call last minute. But it was hard to align schedules with my friends. Learned that I need to probably book a week or two in advance. No problemo. I was also going to inquire about availability for a massage this week, but I had such an off-putting feeling in my stomach that I didnt even bother asking because honestly, now I dont want to step inside this negative/ hostile energy Spa.... especially if this is the type of people that you have working there representing you.A note to the owner or manager...your employee TORI needs to be in the back wiping down dirty massage tables or doing spa towel laundry. Keep her away from paying customers with her terrible customer service and bad attitude. It doesnt matter if shes not normally like this or having a bad day or whatever. It cannot bleed into a customers experience. Thats just not acceptable under any circumstance. Ever.Extremely disappointing. Not only will I take my money elsewhere, but I will also make sure that all of my friends and family are aware to not waste their money at this business.

Our first time coming here, my boyfriend & I got the couples massage and I got my brows tinted, waxed & also a pedicure.If I could give 10/10 I would. Very impressed with everyone they were so professional, friendly & make you feel very welcome.Our new favorite spot for sure.

We had a wonderful experience. We are from out of state celebrating our anniversary and had a couples massage, facial and private room. For about 3 hours it was appropriately priced and we had great attentive service from the moment we walked in to us leaving. They were pretty busy but they still took care of us and made us feel comfortable for our first time. Would highly recommend.

The massage done by Ana was amazing! I had had a pedicure done by a different lady the same day. I felt like the lady that did my pedicure did it really fast it also seemed like she didn’t even want to do my pedicure. I felt kind of uncomfortable she rushed and I didn’t like how it turned out because the girl next to me was getting treated better then me and I seen that the other lady doing the girls pedicure next to me was taking her time and asking her questions.

Ive been there a few times before, and its always been excellent. Came out of a 2-hour deep tissue massage with Crystal, and I feel so much better.

My husband and I booked an appointment at Xhale for our second wedding anniversary. We had never had a professional massage done and the ladies at Xhale gave us the best first-time experience! We LOVED it. You walk in and the aroma in the room is so beautiful and zen. The staff is so kind and welcoming. We got the sweet escape couples package which includes a jetted tub soak after with sparkling cider and mini snacks. We were so happy with our experience there and will definitely be returning.

We got a couples massage for Valentine’s Day and it was the best!!!! I definitely recommend them!

I have enjoyed massages from Xhale at their former location, but the new place is simply spectacular! Hilary was superb in her massage ministrations for 80 minutes. Why do only 50 minutes when you can have another half hour for a mere $20 more! A perfect birthday treat. And you are never too old ... Im 78 today!

My experience has always been positive at Exhale spa. I get my massages there and Madelyn is wonderful!! And I always feel great when I leave.

I very rarely treat myself to a pedicure, but have had a couple over time at Xhale. I have not had a particular favorite technician, as they are all great. I had an appointment with Beth this weekend, and she remembered me from another appointment over a year ago. She remembered things we had talked about at that time. It blew me away. It was also a really great pedicure. It showed me that she cared about me as a person as well as providing great service. I will most certainly come back more often.

My sister and I went for gel manicures, and we had a great time with the nail tech! The atmosphere is fantastic, and we were both happy with the service. We had a little trouble checking out due to the receptionist being new, and she ended up over charging us. However, when I followed up on it we were refunded and taken care of very well. Overall a great experience!!

I came in for a pedicure and Anne was wonderful. She gave my tried working feet a rejuvenating pedicure and a beautiful gel polish. Lots of fun colors of polish to choose from. My toes look like Im a beautiful fall goddess! Anne was fun to chat with she and I had alot of common interests and I will definitely request her for my next appointment. Very nice facility!

My experiences at Xhale over the years have consistently been awesome! I go to Xhale for a variety of different services and have never been disappointed! The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing and clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Ive never had a massage, facial, manicure or pedicure that wasnt top notch. I love the renovated building on 1st street and am so happy to have such a wonderful spa to enjoy in Idaho Falls. Well done Xhale!

Twice a year I get a mani, pedi, and 2-hour massage here; they do such a great job I refuse to go anywhere else. Love the ambience and care they put into their work. Beth and Melissa are my go-tos!

I absolutely love this spa! I was surprised they could handle a group of 7 ! We got massages and one facial. My therapist was Melissa. She is excellent! I highly recommend Xhale Day Spa and Im looking forward to their remodel! Its going to be gorgeous!

Leslie did an amazing massage and very professional. She made sure to work on those aches and pains. I would highly recommended Leslie at Xhale.Xhale has done an amazing job with their renovations. The inside is very clean and modern.

Update 01/15/24: I still go to Xhale spa and absolutely love it! CC gives an amazing facial, I just had the Lumination facial with Dermaplane and my skin is glowing! I rebooked right away!Love this spa! The atmosphere is great and very relaxing. I have had two microdermabrasions with two different estheticians and both were amazing! I have lived in other states and bigger cities, no other place has compared to the friendly and professional services I have received at Xhale. I look forward to trying additional services in the future and I love the online appt booking!

I booked 4 pedicures for my daughter and her friends for her birthday and decided to book a massage for myself. I have never had a massage, so I was a little nervous about getting one. Cheyenne was excellent! She calmed my nerves and walked me through the whole process. The massage itself was heavenly! I will definitely be booking another massage with her in the near future and the girls absolutely LOVED their pedicures! Great place overall!

I went in for a facial today. I was told to be there at 1:00 pm. I walked in the door promptly at 1:00 pm, where no one was available at the front desk to check me in. It took a few minutes to do my paperwork, which I wish I was informed about. I would have been early to do so, as to not cut into my service time. My therapist did not escort me to a room until 15 minutes after I was checked in. The facial did not begin until 1:20. The service was nice. She seemed to preform her job just fine. However, at 1:50 it promptly stopped and I was told my time was up. So my total facial time was 30 minutes. I was charged the full $60.00 for less than half of the 1 hour service that I booked and paid for. I was very disappointed.I will not go back, and will not be recommending this spa to anyone that I know.Update: 4/12/2021I received a phone call from the owner regarding my experience, in which she explained, ad nauseam, that my entire experience was a miscommunication and my own fault for not understanding how scheduling works. Thank you for the follow up. Instead of just agreeing with me, she began to nit-pick the exact minute that my facial started, and how many clients went to the bathroom before or during my appointment (which was never me).Its worth mentioning that they did nothing to try to compensate me for my wasted time, or to try to make it right by offering any kind of redemption facial or treatment. I will not only never return, but will now strongly encourage people not to go to this spa. They have terrible customer service. They harass their customers on the phone that leave online reviews, and take zero blame for anytime that occurs at their establishment. However, the customer is always wrong. Isnt that how the saying goes...??This message is for the owner: When calling customers about their good or bad experiences with your spa please ask them about their experience and what you could work on as a spa. Accusing someone of how they perceived your company is not going to solve the problems that you have internally and is usually a solid representation of other customers experiences that are too afraid or busy to speak up about.

Good atmosphere and super nice people! Booked a 50 min facial. Waited in the waiting room for about 10-15 mins which ended up eating into our actual facial time so it turned out to be 35 mins. Pretty disappointing we didn’t get all of our time especially arriving early like they tell you to. Other than that it was awesome.

Best overall experience Ive had in Idaho Falls. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and casual, but in a professional way. The massage itself was amazing! It was 80 minutes long, but I never felt like the massage therapist was slacking at any point. She did an amazing job from start to finish! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I just got done with my appointment at Xhale Day Spa, my name is Katelynn Rodgers, and I got their ultra hydrating 80 minute message I loved it, Melissa did a great job at making sure I was comfortable then i got the complete eyes done, which was the eyebrow wax, eyebrow tint and eyelash tint. I’m pretty disappointed with it. Gabby did great and was kind and honest but I just feel like my eyebrows didn’t change and the eyelashes didn’t either they both look the same. My brows are cleaned up nicely though :) so please don’t waste money on getting your brows & eyelashes tinted.

I went to get a facial with a friend and it was super relaxing. The estheticians asked us frequent questions to see how we were doing and to let us know what they would be doing before hand. After the service, they were waiting outside with water and chocolate for us! I would definitely come back again!

I always enjoy my experience at xhale. I have only had pedicures there, but they have always been great. The facility is always very clean and so relaxing! Staff are kind and friendly. I love buying gift cards for teacher gifts as well.

The first time I went with my niece, we got a pedicure, great experience. The treatment was so nice we felt like flying, we thought it will be the same with the hands, so we book a pedicure, it was average. I went a second time with another relative to get a pedicure, we like it very much too, I have it upgrade it with the spa pedicure and it was so good like the time with my nice, and I think is worth it the extra 15 dollars. But I will not recommend this place as a first manicure option, it was just normal or maybe we were expecting a little bit more, because we really enjoyed the pedicure. The Chairs look fairly new, the wait area comfortable and the place have a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

I have had a couple pedicures (by Beth) and she is so fun to talk with, and does a great job. The facial and massage were amazing as well, it was my first time ever having one, so nothing to compare it to, however I would be completely okay having one everyday for the rest of my life!

I always have great experiences here! Ive gotten many massages and will continue to come here. The massage therapists are knowledgeable and friendly. And their new online appointment system is easy.

After going through medical treatments of several months I felt I needed a pick me up. The staff at Xhale were fantastic! The technician that did my facial (Natalie) did a fabulous job. I will definitely be back!!

Had a gel manicure with Sariah, and she did an amazing job and was very efficient. I am from out of town but if I lived here I would definitely be returning. The space itself was very cute and relaxing, and the front desk staff was very friendly as well.

Absolutely phenomenal spa! The staff are friendly and the place itself is so cozy and cute and very comfortable. They are expanding and I cant wait to see it when theyre all done. Definitely plan on coming back with my best friend more often and trying the other services offered here!

I decided to try Xhale Day Spa. I like the fact that it didnt have that small salon feel to it. People were nice. I was taken to the waiting room, it was very cold, very plain decor, no aromatherapy type of smell to complement the nice people working there, ambiance felt bland, not relaxing at all. I had the facial for $80, the good thing about it was the warm towel before and after. Literally, the stuff she put on my face was so cold like it was stored in the fridge. No massage on my head just light tapping like she was afraid to touch my face. Next, when she turned my head to the left, I thought I was going to break my neck. It was not gentle at all! Again, not a massage but light pushes up and down with the tip of her fingers. That was that, then the warm towel to rinse off my face. In my experience, Ive done facials, massages, etc. When I get facials, the stuff they put on my face is room temp, when massaging my face, neck areas, they also do the shoulder and upper back, this was not the case here. Also, she did my facial late and was done ten minutes earlier. Either she was new or do not have the experience. Either way, paying $80, was not worth it, I could have had my daughter do it for free. I left very disappointed.

Called in for pedicures for me and my daughter. They told me I could not schedule until I paid for my no show appointments. I totally agree you should do that, but I did not make an appointment with them. I explained that I didn’t make that appointment that maybe they put it under the wrong name and that was why it was a no-show and she said nope sorry. I just felt it could have been handled better. I run my own business and I understand with no-shows, it’s money you are loosing, bur sometimes it could be there mistake.

EMILY was freaking amazing!!!! I’ve had massages all over the country...NYC, LA, Austin, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, etc. This 80 min massage was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. It’s very clear that Emily loves what she does by how it translates into her massage experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

I received a signature mani and pedi on 7/1/21 and it is already peeling on my finger nails. The only thing that I’ve done in this week is wash my hair. I don’t do anything else that would be hard on my nails or contain chemicals. I paid $100 for both of these services and gel should definitely last longer than one week and one hair wash. Even though the new location is great, staff is friendly, etc you could definitely save money by going somewhere else in town.

Wife had a facial, first one ever, and loved it. We have both gotten manicures here and they did a very good job. I got a massage and Arial did an awesome job. The girl that works the front desk is very helpful and great to deal with.

I had a wonderful experience at Xhale today. The whole staff was friendly, helpful, quick and fun. Their new location is absolutely beautiful as well. I could tell the owners have put so much work and love into their business. I will never go to a different spa. Xhale is the best!

I used to love it here but unfortunately this visit was highly disappointing. I paid top dollar for 3 pedicures which they double booked us so they juggled 1 employee between my 2 girls and mine was a hot stone pedi which should of lasted 50 minutes and I was done in 35 minutes because my gal had another appointment waiting. It wasnt worth the money. I am a small business owner so my reaction was to contact them personally so I tried contacting an owner or manager to share my feelings and unfortunately a week later I still havent heard from them. I am sad that this was my experience because I like to support local but I wouldnt recommend them. They are overpriced for what they offer.

I absolutely love this place and have always been happy with the service, BUT the online booking is torturously slow. I have even tried it with different Wifi and even using my own data but it does change the forever page loading. Honestly, even if it was faster, the online booking system is a pest on its own.I would love to see them update or change the system to run more smoothly and quickly.

We planned a girls trip for a 30th birthday celebration and were blown away by how accommodating and efficient their staff was to our party. We were each impressed with the services we received and the professionalism of the staff; they are exceptional at what they do. This experience made our trip worth the 3 hour drive. Highly recommend!

We scheduled a group spa day to pamper a couple mama-to-bes and the massages and pedicures were great. Staff took great care of all six of us and ensured each lady had a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

I went in for the Ultimate Signature Package. I have never had a facial before and it was wonderful! All the staff were nice and friendly. I also got bottled water from my massages. I would recommend this place to anyone! Great atmosphere! It is pricey, but definitely worth it!

What is a very relaxing place very well-managed. Went for one of their packages massage pedi and manicure everything was excellent. At reasonable prices. They also have couples package with the jacuzzi tub.. jacuzzi tub which I will say I spent 30 minutes in and is excellent too..💜💜 very relaxing atmosphere.. and also love the location. Ladies a must do if you live in the area. And men great gift packages with Valentines coming up and all hint hint..😉🙃

I had a massage with rachel. She did absolutely incredible! She was kind, and easy to talk to and feel comfortable around. She listened and followed through with all of my comments or concerns. There was construction on the property but I was so relaxed that I thought it was a part of the noise machine. After my massage she made sure to ask how i was feeling, walk me out (which was considerate considering I was so tired I probably would have gotten lost lol) and give me after treatment tips. I was a bit skeptical seeing the property, but left feeling so lethargic I had to wait to drive! Very good experience!

Simply the best. I booked my second massage already! 50 min massage + facial + pedicure for less than Ive paid for a hairdo. I seriously cannot wait to go back. Ive already promised my mom a trip 💜

After having a bad experience at Cure Touch 2 days ago I wanted to try Xhale Day Spa. We had a couples massage with Melissa and Mel. Melissa was my therapist and she was AMAZING. She knew all the pressure points and knew what she was doing. Thank you so much Melissa and Mel for an amazing anniversary massage. We will definitely be back again😊

Great prenatal massage, I wish I remembered the girl’s name so I could give her credit. She asked a lot of questions before to make sure I got the experience I wanted. It was nice and calm and she had recommendations for me at the end to continue with relief from pregnancy discomforts.

I had a really great experience at Xhale Day Spa. I received a lavender massage from Jeni. Not only was it very relaxing but she took the time to educate me about my body. She would point out specific ailments - for example the tendonitis developing in my joins -and provided information about how I can help properly nourish/supplement to treat. Had my brows waxed by Ginny at Xhale and it was the best waxing ever. I felt comfortable and relaxed and she spent lots of time making sure they looked fantastic. Never had a waxing experience like it, and I definitely wont be going anywhere else!

Very professional staff, well appointed and clean facility with a calming atmosphere. The massage was perfect and the therapist was attentive to trouble spots, ensuring the pressure was appropriate for comfort and effectiveness. Definitely on my list for return visits.

Do not go here for nails- it was a waste of money. They DO NOT do quality work - they turned out super sloppy and thick. My sister came with me and hers were just as bad. I pulled them off the next day because they were already lifting at some edges. gel nails should not peel off easily.

I purchased a couples massage back in December and just last week we redeemed it. This was my very first massage experience so I felt just a little apprehensive about it.First of all, the masseuses (specialists?) were all very professional, caring, and friendly. My masseuse was Courtney and she was nothing but smiles when we met. She listened very well when I told her what kind of work I needed done.The room we were massaged in was very dimly lit and there was soft and mood enhancing music playing in the background. Personally, I suggested Billy Idol but I was happy with what we got.The massage itself was like heaven on Earth. Courtney was extremely proficient with her technique and my aches and pains were mercilessly massaged from my body. She spent equal amounts of time on the muscles on each side of my back, arms, hands, neck, feet, and lower legs. The massage oil she used smelled great, not overpowering.Afterwards, we received a bottle of water! I will be returning to this spa in the future! I highly recommend this massage spa in Idaho Falls!

I have been to 3 different massage places, Massage Envy is get on the table here is your massage, get out. OK massage but not a lot of relaxing going on, very assembly line feeling.Xhale was I thought great at first but having been to 3 of the massage therapist I found one who was great two that did not give me the deep massage I wanted but each told me within a few minutes they were married or in a relationship as if somehow that was necessary for a massage. I get that Im a big scary guy but setting boundaries upfront where no inappropriate comments by me were (or ever would be) made is disconcerting from my point of view, kind of takes away from the I just want to relax feeling when you know the therapist is uncomfortable with you. Its that feeling you are not really welcome (even though you are paying to be there). So if your a guy I would go somewhere else or take your wife for a couples massage where the massage therapist can feel comfortable, after all arent we paying to make sure the therapist is relaxed and comfortable? I would think after a while a therapist would look at the client as just another body but if your male go somewhere else where you feel wanted and not as if you are up to something. Man hating is popular pastime today but I just want a massage nothing else.Cure Touch is where I go now weekly, with a therapist name Kara who does a great deep massage, the massage at Massage Envy and Xhale are 50 minutes long at Cure Touch the are 60 minutes long an extra 10 minutes my old body needs. Kara is cheerful and smiling when I show up and gives me the deep massage I want/need. I love chatting with her even seen pictures of her Christmas tree after the massage. But she is also all business when giving a massage, in short she is just a nice person. I feel comfortable around her she does her job and is always pleasant, she gives me exactly 60 minute massage no more no less I pay Cure Touch for a 60 minute massage no more no less. The difference is after seeing Kara I leave feeling relaxed which is what Im paying for. I also leave her a $15.00 tip because she is worth it. I dont know if this is a big or little tip but like I said her massage is worth it.This in contrast to the other places where I think I have put them out somehow.To recap, Massage Envy, skip them, Xhale, if your female great place, if your male go to Cure Touch. Cure Touch makes you feel welcome even if your a male.

I love Gabby! She has so much experience and it shows with the services that she provides. Ive done body waxing and facials and been very impressed with her skills. The building is clean and cute and easy to get to.

I made an appointment for an exfoliating massage/body polish and an 80 minute xhale massage and was lucky enough to be scheduled with Michelle Fletcher. She did an incredible job! She was professional, thorough and very conscientious. She made sure to check in to make sure what she was doing met my preferences and expectations, but also knew when and how to create a calm, quiet and relaxing environment. Ive had many massage and spa treatments over the years, but this exceeded my expectations and was the best massage Ive ever had. I would go back to xhale and would definitely specifically request Michelle in the future.

Beth is my favorite nail tech but Ive never had a terrible time. I trust them more than anywhere else.

I go at least 2-3 times a month! (Lashes and massage) The staff is always professional, friendly and prompt. Love the atmosphere and fair prices for these incredible services. Ive never been disappointed and will continue to return frequently!

My 9 year old and I just had full body massages done and I highly recommend Xhale. The environment was wonderful everyone and everything was great and the massages were out of this world! We will 💯 come here again!

When I first got to Xhale day spa yesterday my appointment was scheduled for 5 and the lady that was doing my manicure and pedicure did not show up until 6. Obviously I was very frustrated and did not want to wait that long but because I wasnt able to make any other day for the next 2 weeks work I chose to stick around. Apparently there was a mix up and the lady that was doing my appointment was actually covering for someone else and was not told that she even had an appointment last night. I was sure that after getting to my appointment and finding out that the tech was going to be an hour late I would never do business with this spa again. But because of how amazing the owner is I will continue to be a a long term customer at Xhale day spa. The tech even though she was in Blackfoot and working on moving her stuff out there dropped what she was doing and came to town so that I wouldnt have to reschedule my appointment. While in the meantime the owner who was getting ready to start making dinner for her family( I didnt know this until after she arrived nor did I ask her to come over) hurried over to the spa to start my pedicure for her so that I did not have to continue to sit around waiting. She also discounted the services and provided a free upgrade to help make the situation better. Because of the way the staff and the owner especially handled this situation I highly recommend Xhale to anyone looking for a spa that cares about their customers and their customers happiness. Mistakes happen but their willingness to turn the situation around and have such a positive outcome means alot to me as a customer and says alot about the type of people they are! Thank you for everything! You guys are very sweet!

Natalie did a facial for me and was AMAZING! She took extra time to explain everything, make recommendations based on my skin, and ensured it was a relaxing, enjoyable experience! If I could rate higher I would!

Talked my husband into getting his first pedicure. We booked them together at 6:30 because thats when he gets off work. The girls were very snooty, unwelcoming, and honestly made us both feel uncomfortable and like a burden. The pedicure wasnt anything special and overpriced. This was around 6 months ago tho so perhaps its different.

Ive never been to a day spa and didnt know what to expect. What a wonderful and relaxing experience! Its been a week and my face still feels amazing. Cant wait to go back!

Best mani/pedi I have had in this town ever! I found this spa online through Google Maps and decided to try it when I had called two other nail places and found that neither offered the nail services they advertised.I loved the fact that when I went to Xhales website I could schedule my appointment right there and I knew whom my appointment was with. I also found it very convenient that I could upload my credit card info into the system. BTW, I received a reminder email the day prior to the appointment!My appointment was with Stephanie and she was absolutely wonderful! Both the manicure and pedicure are perfect and she provided additional services that I have not had or been offered in a long time. Bonus is that they have actual pedicure chairs with the massagers built in.While Stephanie worked, I watched the other manicurist clean the room from top to bottom to the point I asked her if she would come clean my house afterwards. It is apparent to me that they pride themselves on both great professionals and a clean/beautiful shop.I have already booked my next regular appointment!

I went there for a message.. the message was great. Then got a pedicure and the gal charged me for gel polish but then did not apply it. Claimed I didnt have it in my purchase.. which I know I did.. the pedicure was suppose to include a foot message and she barley even touched my feet.. I dont know if it is because she was sick and just slacking big time or what but she is there to do a job n if she cant she shouldnt be at work.

I came in 8/27 to get a deluxe cranberry pedicure I took time off from my work to get one & only to relax I was only running 10 min late & when I arrived they told me I cd only do a signature pedicure because I was 10 min late which was fine!When the gal looked at my feet she said I am not trained well to take gel polish off your feet & took her large file out & started vigorously filing the gel polish off my feet & started be abrasive with the nail file she also started to tear skin off my feet 🦶 I was in so much pain I told her to stop & she also made comments since I had gel nail polish on it wd take 20 min off my pedicure at that time I was in so much pain I told her I did. It feel comfortable with doing my pedicure I went to front desk to complain & try reschedule they said I wd be charged for getting a full pedicure even though I did not cancel I only stopped the pedicure because i felt the girl was not trained well I wd not recommend Xhale spa for Pedicures go somewhere else of you don’t want to be over charged & treated poorly!!

My husband surprised me with a spa package For Mothers Day which included a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure.Prior to this experience I had never had a real massage, and I was super nervous. Cheyanne was absolutely AMAZING, and walked me through the entire process, including what to expect in the days following. My facial was heavenly and left my face and neck feeling like a newborns skin! I wrapped up my spa day with the mani/pedi, and is where my experience fell a little short! I may be a massage newbie, but Im a mani/pedi regular....but new to this spa. My tech was super friendly and seemed skilled and knowledgeable, But my manicure felt rushed...more like the $17 dollar express manicured out offer, a simple hand rub (no soak) push back but not remove cuticles or hangnails, a quick filing of nails, but no trimming or evening them out, or cleaning under my nails. Top that with a polish that was super thick, and didnt dry completely until the next day (my gardening gloves left an impression on my nail polish the next afternoon around 2pm. I left the spa at 7:30p the evening prior) One would think it would have been hard by then.The pedicure felt great, but I felt that for the price, it should have been better than the run of the mill pedis you can get in the mall for 5-10 bucks less. I wear sandals often, and my feet get dirty. I do regularly clean my nails and give myself a mini pedi because dirt has a tendency to get under and around the nail, and because it was the end of the day, I walked in with the dirt around my nails. I left with my cuticles ouch back, but not removed, and the same dirt a round my nail bed that I walked in with. My advice, If one has time, I would recommend giving yourself a quick pedi before going in. Or hit up a strip mall nail salon for nail care. Like I said, my tech was great, but I think she did what was minimally expected, and it was close to closing time.

We read the other reviews before we went and most people said it was the best massage they ever had. My wife and I had a couples massage and it truly was the best massage both of us had ever received. Very professional and great atmosphere and the therapists really knew how to work our muscles where it really needed it. I would highly recommend this business to anyone !!!

Today I had cupping done for the first time. As to be expected, it was a much different feel compared to a deep tissue massage. Im am currently 2 hours post and still feeling great!

I have gone here before and always had a good expierences. I had an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed today, but was running a little bit late. Mind you, I originally was supposed to get waxed yesterday when I came in for a pedicure, but they made a scheduling mistake and didnt have me in, so I moved my schedule around for them so I that could still receive my service. This all happened at my pedicure appointment last night. So today, I called and asked if I could move it up 15 minutes, so that I could still make it. I was told that there was no availablilty, and if I wanted to cancel or reschedule there is a fee. So if I cancel, I get charged half price, and if I reschedule, I get charged half price plus full price for my appointment later on. I was not told this policy when I made the appointment. I was told that I had been told it, even though I had never been told it in all of my times going here. They also keep your card number on file, so they can just charge you whatever. I was told that even though I had never been told the policy it didnt matter and they were still going to charge me. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service, and the lack of empathy for someone who was just running a couple of minutes late. I would not recommend anyone go here, and I wish I could get my money back for a service that I didnt even recieve.

Got my eyebrows waxed told them I wanted to reshape them and I didnt get a good wax. Came out with hair still there and wax still on my skin,plus they burned some of my skin on my eyelid. Wanted to look nice for my mothers day tomorrow and didnt happen. Definitely not going back any time soon.

I have never been to Xhale Day Spa. However, I can very comfortably say that the employees of this company genuinely care about people, which, in this age, is very important to any prospective customer. I know this because as I was driving to work one Winter day on the freeway, an Xhale Day Spa vehicle was kind enough to grab my attention and inform me that my back tire was flat! Im not sure how I didnt notice it, but I do know that the driver of that Jeep Cherokee was dedicated to inform me of my issue - he honked, waved to me, held out a written note, and I deeply appreciate the (high-speed) gesture. I dont know much about Xhale Day Spa, but I believe that new customers should be aware of this companys genuine care and compassion. Thanks mystery driver!

Hadn’t been in years but went back for a pedicure and Fiona was great! Felt super relaxed and at ease for my appointment.

The Cranberry Pedicure is lush. Its finished with a lovely dose of cream and a hot towel. Plus I upgraded my polish to the gel for an extra $15. Makes for a great gift.

Amanda gave me a wax she was very fast and kept the conversation flowing to help keep me distracted from the slight pain. She did wonderful didn’t miss anything and was very thorough.

Brought my fiance and her sister in for massages and they were wonderful. I received the deep tissue and loved it. They were extremely professional and the building was awesome. Highly recommend this place.
