Needed a new vape shop. Stopped in based on others reviews and I’m glad I did. Cassie helped me and was very knowledgeable and kind. They even have mouth piece covers so you can try some of the flavors before you buy which is a huge plus to me because I’m always afraid I’ll hate the flavor and be stuck with it. 100% recommend and 100% will be back.

Stopped in today from out of state hoping to find our brand of puff bars. Not only did they have our brand- they had flavors that we hadnt seen back home in months!The customer service was phenomenal! Everyone was super helpful and SO nice. Will definitely be stopping again next time we pass through!

This store is AMAZING!!! Kassie helped me find just the right vape for me. She was so knowledgeable about all of their products and was able to answer all of my questions. They even let you try different flavors to see if you like them before you buy them. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend talking to Kassie if you have any questions at all!!!

I love this store! They are so friendly and I feel very comfortable here. They also make their own juices, which is awesome. Sara was fantastic and so helpful and nice.

Went in this morning the girl that helped me was amazing! Got one of their juices havent tried it yet but very excited to! Tried one of the bar juices so far and its so yummy! 🤗 Will be returning! ❤️

This store is honestly amazing! the ladies are SO nice and its so cool that they make their own house juices! there are so many different flavors to mix and match, i truly never get bored with juices anymore!

Has a nice and varying selection of products. From mods to disposables, you can find it here. They have nice staff that are super helpful. Sarah was knowledgeable and super cute. I would go back just to see her smile again. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Everyone inside is always smiling and friendly. Crystal is one of the newer employees and has helped me a few times. She’s always very friendly and even helped me create my own yummy juice flavor!

Best experience ever!!! Went in with the goal of buying a vape set up instead of buying a new disposable every week. I was helped by Tori she was able to answer every question I had and even helped me set it up she was so sweet. Tori also showed me some of the house juices and I am OBSESSED!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

I love that they make their own juices. i’m extremely picky with flavors, but crystal was very patient with me and had great recommendations. (sorry about that girl)!

Sarah was so helpful and I was so stoked they had the flavor I was looking for everywhere else seems to have just been completely empty for weeks! She was helpful in signing me up for their rewards program and I got a discount through one of their sales! I’ll deff be a returning customer

Always been so helpful! Great staff with smiles always. Sarah one of the staff was extremely helpful from the get go. And even helped unwrap the vapes go be tested. Overall great place for amazing prices and product is everything youd Want for vapes:)

This is my new favorite vape shop! The customer service was hands-down, the best I Have received. Sarah was super helpful! I had an issue with my payment. Instead of being annoyed she was patient and beyond nice! Also, it’s clean with a great variety to choose from, including my favorite vape.

The girls at the Idaho falls location are a great team and do a fabulous job. Havent had a bad experience one with them. I would honestly say by far the best vape store I have been to.

Juicity Vapor is probably Idaho Falls best vapor oriented shops. Lainey is the most informative employees that works there she assisted me in the best purchase Ive ever had in the field of vape/vaping devices Ive usedLost Vape Centaurus model and the fact that Juicity Vapor allows you to have the employees custom brew your own vape juice is a huge game changer. UPDATE - The owner reached out and corrected the issue in fact went above and beyond making sure the issue was fixed. Adjusted my rating back to a 5 star based on resolution.I have purchased 3 - uwell caliburn devices, 4 -120ml house blends, 2 spare pods, 4 spare coils and 4 - custom flavor salt nics so far. Was told to keep my receipt if I had any issues with the new pod systems that I had 14 days to bring it back and theyd help. The 2nd purchase was done on December 28th and I went in today Jan 3rd because 1 of the 3 units is not working like the others you have to fight it to select which coil you want to use. The lady at the front was very friendly tried changing the coils out to see if that would fix the issue it did not (also emptied my full 4ml tank). She went to the back a few times to talk to the manager about it then finally after 10 to 15 minutes the manager came out front and basically said that they are not going to do anything. If you tell people they have 14 days to return a defective device then turn them away when they bring in one within your set time limit I think thats just bad business keep in mind with just the last 2 purchases I spent $259.00 at this location. Honestly until today I would have rated them 5 out of 5 stars but because they wont stand behind their own policy Im giving them a 1 star.
