The best customer service in the game, great selection, friendly workers who all seem to know exactly what theyre talking about.

I bought a disposable vape took one puff tasted like it was a burnt coil I asked if they could swap me out a good one he puffed on it said yeah i taste the coil but sadly cause its a menthol flavored thats what it tastes like. I have the same flavor from 1 week ago and it tastes better than my brand new one. It would be great if they could work with thier customers on purchases

I wasnt too impressed with their mitragyna before (cant remember the name but it came in pill bottle-sized containers with a really annoying sad excuse for a spoon inside each one, dead flavor), but the big 250s from Mitra Botanicals they have now are very potent. A little pricey but Im a happy camper in a pinch.A while back I bought a batch of their Mitra Botanicals white vein powder that was the absolute worst. It tasted extremely tannic -- mitragyna is tannic but this was another level, it lacked the tea-like flavor that one expects from this plant: it tasted chemical -- AND it had absolutely no effect. (As in, I went into the unpleasant stage one encounters after not having any mitragyna after using it regularly for a while, WHILE I was taking it.) Really it was a blessing as it was past time for me to take a break from it, but fair warning. The red and green here are reliable but I will not buy the white. Still, I understand that they cant control this and the young gentleman up front is a solid guy.

Bro that was working sold us cleaner and not water. He even told us oh this is water. Didnt know a thing he was talking about. Drove almost an hr and was pist when we got home. I will only go in if shay is working. Shes the best person in whole store.

Burnt up my coil at 930pm so I ran to the vapor door on Broadway. I showed him my setup and he immediately let me know he doesnt have any coils for it. Said he didnt recognize the tank, (or the mod)Oh well, I picked up a triple mesh 3pk for my TFV18 FOR 25$ and thatll get me back in business.

Most always the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, considering most of the people who walk in here are peeled and cracked back and cant even remember why they walked in. Myself included too I guess. 😆 🤣 Good shop for real though. Grade A

Went in to get some odor eliminator spray. The guy was really helpful and friendly. So Shout out to him. They have some awesome stuff in there if you havent been you should go check it out.

I had a very unpleasant experience, I went around 9:30 pm, looked around for a minute because the employee was busy. As soon as he was at the register I went up, only to get a coil, and he told me to wait because they had other people that had been there first, I stood for 5 minutes at the register after telling him what I needed. When he came back from helping the others he said please move I again told him I only need a coil, he then said they were here first. And they also said they would have no problem with me going first. I was upset and said I would just go somewhere else, and as I was leaving he said okay, bye. I went back in several minutes later to ask his name, and he was again rude to me, because according to him he could take complaints as well. I will no longer be using this location, or this branch of vapor store, because of a very rude employee named Carson.

Not sure if the bad reviews might be on the wrong store but this store is amazing. They are so nice and helpful, always answering a bunch of questions their mood is happy and welcoming. I was scared when I set foot but after talking to Diego man that guy is so cool he helped me out alot. I havent memorized the name of the other awesome employees since I mostly seen Diego. Keep up the amazing job and great customer service!

If I could give a 0 I would. Will never be going back. Went there to buy a stem. specifically told them I need 14mm size. They sold me the wrong size and wrapped it up before I really had looked at it. Got home and the size was way off. Went back not even an hour later and they would not exchange for the right size. Told them it was their mistake and was told its not my problem. I will never be going back there. Luckily for me, I decided to drive downtown to Hippie Down and it was completely worth the drive. They got me what I needed, were super friendly, and even gave me a big discount for my bad experience at Vapor Door. Vapor door needs to change their policy on exchanges and seriously work on their customer service. I 100% recommend Hippie Down over vapor door. Additionally, this is the second time I have written this review. They deleted the first one. I will be checking back as much as needed to make sure it stays up. I think Ill do a delete counter

I showed the employee exactly what I needed and he gave me the wrong item. I did not notice right away as I was buying a number of other things as well. Once I bought it I showed him that it was not the right thing. He would not exchange it, return it or do anything to make it right. So, I ended up paying for his mistake. He was also very rude about it and said that it was not totally his fault cause I didnt notice he gave me the wrong one. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fanatic place. The guys here not only have everything displayed so it’s easy to find what you want, they are also incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I’ve been to vape shops across the country and, I usually get little to no help. IF I’m even greeted at all. Those places should take customer service classes from these guys. Knowledgeable staff seems like a chill place to work. Friendly atmosphere and they insist you open and try your product in the store just in case there are any leaks or defects in your product before you leave the store cuz once you walk out its a wrap son. No refunds.

Straight up joke. Bunch of high school kids working with zero knowledge on any of the products at all. Sold us a defective product that had zero use for its purpose. and then we went to return it for at least in store credit and was denied and any sort of help or customer service wasn’t offered what so ever. They don’t care about their customers from the way I was treated. Will never be returning.

Ive been to hella vape spots across the weastern US and coming home to local shops really makes my buying experience stress free. These guys have good prices, good customer service and well theyve answered just about all my questions with logical reasoning. If you want to save money buy online because we all know everything online will always be cheaper. With that said. The bad reviews Ive read so far seem like the customer just had a bad day and usually want to damage the rep of the shop but if you had a good experience your most likely not gonna post a review. Ive shopped here and and other local shops and needless to say they all are great and these guys seem to always draw me back. So whatever it is you guys are doing keep it going.

I had bought my vape pen today and I guese in fried the battery took it back 4 hrs later and the fat kid that works there told I was pretty much was screwed and had to by a new battery. He lacks customer skills and if he is what y our staff is like then I will tell everybody not to shop at that location. With workers like him Im surprized you are still in business. I paid over $30.00 for something I got to use for 2 hrs . the sales man that was there in the morning was real knowable an friendy. But the one that works at night just wanted to take more money from me instead of fixing the problem wich makes me bummed out about that location I wil be sending my money across town. Thanks for your top notch employee.

The employees are not very knowledgeable when it comes to the vape products. I specifically told them no menthol, the girl assisting me recommended a vape juice so I bought it and when I got to my car it said menthol on the box. Not even a minute later I re entered the store telling her I said no menthol and this has menthol and she told me no exchange because I left the store... I went there for convenience because it is close to my house... I usually go to Idaho vape and will continue to drive across town to Idaho vape..

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve uploaded an image from the manger calling and leaving me a voicemail. I went in bought a vape that doesn’t work literally went back in two mins later they won’t return or exchange there defective product. Do your research they are scammers take your money and have no concept of customer service what’s so ever. Not to mention there prices are higher then everyone in town..

Went in and bought some juice, specified four times that I did not want 6m of nic. They gave me 6mil and when I came back with less than half a tank used from the bottle, the best they could do was 25% off a new bottle.

The owner of the shop is awesome the customer service is OK what I did not like is I spent over $200 on parts and extra coils that I was not able to use because the workers grab the wrong piece and then because I took them out of the store was not able to get a refund or even a replacementt. The lack of knowledge of the people that work there cost me $200 and that is it right I bought one of their many pins from their store I went home and the wasnt working so I went online to see if I could order them from the manufacture and seeing that the pen was $50 cheaper online that it was from the store

The owner seems nice, and the free juice sunday giveaway is cool but the most the staff are just high and retarded to often. I asked about a mod for vaping, was told it would perform sub ohm. Got home and tried it out and it turns out it does not support sub ohm. No big deal, I thought Id just take it in and trade it towards one that does. Well come to find out that despite being lied to by the staff member, I could not do an exchange. What a joke, its not my fault your staff doesnt know the product they are selling, now Im stuck with a useless paper weight. Save yourself some headache and money and just buy your mods and supplies online. I know thats what Ill be doing from now on.

Prices are way too high! Look online or go across town to tsunami smoke shop. I dumped so much money into vape pens that would constantly break and I was told it was just normal. Eventually got the help and advice I needed over at tsunami smoke shop. Much friendlier people and prices!

I should have read the reviews before making a purchase. Was sold a used broken product. Went to return it and was asked to take it outside the store because they couldnt verify what had been in it. I never used the product, but they did. Left the product in the store and will never return. Very poor business ethics!!

Great selection horrible prices and bad customer service. Evrything is almost twice as much as it is online or at bigger city stores. No return policy on anything. The guys there knew very little about what they were selling. Vape is fairly new to Idaho Falls and theres little to no competition and they take full advantage of it by charging way more and giving you the customer less. Good way to go see what your looking for but I dont recommend buying overpriced vapes and gas station quality juice. Most online stores have a 60 day return policy, no shipping fees on orders over $50, and much cheaper prices. I wanted to write a good review but way over priced inventory and the over all customers service is absolutely poor.

Best experience for me was back from 2013 to 2017 when it was in the West Jordan at Redwood, 7800 S. Best deals and the owner hooked me up with best vape juice and mod at the (formerly) Utah location!

If you are looking for better quality and a much better price I suggest going to Idaho Vape their staff is extremely helpful! I’m sure that their Vapor supplies are just as good as Idaho Vapes, but as you can tell from my review I didn’t like the way I was treated by the owner. I took some parts in and asked him if they could be fixed he took one look at them and said that I had to buy all new “stuff”. I didn’t like the way he answered me so I said that I was going to start buying my “stuff” at Idaho Vape, he didn’t like that so he kind of threw me out of his store. I say kind of because he didn’t physically throw me out, he pointed at the front door and said “out”. Not very good customer service, I think you’ll agree. Since then I have been buying all of my equipment at Idaho Vape and I’ve been extremely satisfied with them. When I started going there I was barely a novice two years ago since then I’ve learned a little about vaping, but their customer service is AMAZING, that alone has kept me there. I’ve gotten over a dozen people “turned on” to vaping as a much safer and cleaner alternative to smoking and all of those people like their store. If you’re thinking about quitting smoking; good for you, it is my recommendation that you do it with the awesome people at Idaho Vape, if you do I’m sure that you will like them as much (if not more) than I do.To the owner; if you had just taken a second and explained why you thought that I had to buy all new equipment, then you wouldn’t be getting this crappy review.

What an awesome staff. the Vapor door has. I was not sure when I first walked in the place. I Looked around. Seen a couple of dudes chilling, puffing on their vaps. They both were sitting by the front door. At a small table. Then observed, this shady looking guy walking behind the counter. I was like my bad.. He asked me if I needed any help. I said I think I might.. then he answered every question I have showed me some of their inventory. I ended up spending over 100 bucks that night, and could not be happier. Quality stuff on sale at the Vapor Door. And you could not beat their pricesHell Amazon cant beat their prices. The satff is Very polite, helpful and informative. Was in there to buy a detox product...was pressured on which one to get...changed my mind and brought it back 3 days later with reciept and was told I cant get my refund back and no store credit... shame on you VAPOR DOOR... probably gonna lose a lot of business smh

Sold me a great product at a great price . Im not from the area and the staff behind the counter sold me exsactly what I needed . I wanted a vap to try and give up smoking they didnt try and up sell me something I didnt need . they sold me the best product to suit me . also they gave me 50% off juice because I purchased a vap .also gave me a lot of advice and knowledge about different products .this was a really good experience and I would recommend to all .

I bought a mod and battery’s from them the mod only worked for a week then it stopped working. Still have the receipt and everything and they won’t even exchange it for a different mod. Bad business practice.

I understand all sales are final but when the sale has been finalized for less than 5 minutes and I get the product home and its cracked from whoever wrapped should be fixed. The worst customer service ever. Will never be returning.

Went in there and was having peoblems with my vape pen wasnt hitting veey good. Well they staetwd of with the coil was burned and replaced the coul. Then the battery was put in the tank but they had to put it on there and back of a 1/4 turn ti get it to work but it still wasnt hitting right. They claimed we had tighted it to much. But it still didnt hit right. So they put a new tank on and gave me a bottle of juice for free. Swered it on toik a hit on it and it was hitting right so come to find out it was the tank. They gave me the tank and the bottle of juice for free what a way to make it right. They will get all my buisness from now on. Good customer service deom the boss way to go.

There customer service is horrible, what an unpleasant experience! I cant speak for every employee but the Ive dealt with the last two visits has no business dealing with customers I will never shop there again Trust me with all the vape shops out there this is absolutely the worst in Idaho falls. Very disrespectful and rude.

So, Im quitting smoking cigars and decided to help ween myself off of tobacco and nicotine by vaping. When I visited the store, Noah King was the associate who helped me. He explained all of the products to me and was extremely helpful. He did not try to push any expensive products on a beginner such as myself and was very informative. He even threw in a free bottle e-juice when I purchased my pen vape. Way cool! I highly recommend this vape store because the staff is very friendly and they have a huge selection of mods, vape pens, e-juice, and incense. I will be going back.

I recommend this shop if you are in the Idaho Falls area. The staff were very helpful. I found this shop on google maps and they were the only one open on a Sunday. I needed to purchase an ohm reader and a new battery charger. They had both products on hand. I decided to grab some ejuice and this is where they went above and beyond. They said that they could make a sample of anything that I wanted to try (Ejuice is made to order). I ran back to my hotel and grabbed my mod and dripper. When I got back to the shop the center post on my dripper spun on me and destroyed my coils. The guy there (sorry never got his name) gave me everything I needed to build another coil on the spot so that I could try some ejuices with my dripper. That is what I call customer service. By the way, strawberry cough and vanilla cupcake are very good. This will be my goto shop every time I am in the Idaho Falls area. Sir if you ever read this thank you very much and I will always recommend your shop to anyone I know.

This is one of my favorite places to buy incense from. They have a variety of items there as well pertaining to vaping and smoking. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. 10/10

If I could make this a half a star I would. Don’t give this place your business. This shop is marketing to kids. This is the reason the FDA is breathing down this industries neck. Granted they were probably trying to be funny in a post but it just wasn’t something that should be joked about.

The worker was more worried that I brought in a piece to match than even paying attention to what I was there for. After taking a piece of glass back to my car I was shocked how little he knew. Tried selling me a downstem with the wrong bowl. Needless to say I wont be returning.

Facebook post targeted towards school kids. (Tried adding photo) tried saying it was a mishap and then they said it was a hack got blocked from posting when I asked questions along with who knows how many others. They were also issued a warning letter from the FDA on Feb 15th 2018 for selling to a minor.

I went into the store to get a detox system and they were so helpful.... every question I had for them they had an exact answer and it all worked out exactly as they promised... It was a stressful experience gone GOOD... no GREAT!!!!!

When to this store and they sold me the wrong adimizer for a way expensive price the next day I took it back and asked if they had any for mine to trade and they did but only the single coil one witch is 9.99 so I asked if I could have a refund on the rest of the money swing as I payed 12.99 for the other one and they said no that I can take what they have or I can leave I will never be going back to this store they are the worst and most expensive out there

This is a Head Shop with some low end Vape gear and some house juices (50/50 base) that are made in the back room. I think that their name is inappropriate for this shop and merchandise.
