I dont know why this location received so many bad reviews. The price is good, the room is clean and roomy. The shower knob is kind of hard to operate but they do have cold water. 😅The only thing not working is the TV. But we were too tired catching our flights already to want to watch any TV anyway.I would book this motel again next time!
Room was clean but the shower sucked, there was no cold water in the sink in the bathroom, only scalding hot water. The a/c did not make the room cool whatsoever. The beds were uncomfortable. Pool wasn’t open even in the middle of the day. And to make matters worse, they didn’t even have any DO NOT DISTURB signs for the rooms. I’ve worked at a few hotels as housekeeping and front desk before so this is really baffling that they didn’t even have that basic product. Luckily I found a housekeeper and let them know not to clean my room but I shouldn’t have to do that.All in all, even as cheap as it was, you’re definitely getting what you paid for and frankly you’re still paying too much. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.
This place is a dump and is basically a glorified homeless shelter. It was half the price of every other hotel nesr DFW Airport. When I checked in, they told me there was a $50 deposit which is fine but then they told me it was cash only.. I did not have any cash on me. The place is absolutely filthy and at night time there’s a lot of shady people and drug dealers hanging around in the parking lot and in parked cars in the dark. 12 inches of grime and dust on top of every surface in the hotel. As for the Wi-Fi, it’s useless. I’m getting 0.05 MB per second download speed.
I was horrified! To begin the front desk clerk was extremely rude and very argumentative not only with me but customers that were in front of me to check in. I had been sent an offer of $40 a night (that should have been my first clue). Once checked in I noticed I was charged more than what I reserved the room for. I got to my room and opened the door to find it was dirty from previous guest (see attached pics). The room had a horrible smell as well. I went back down and again the front desk help was hateful and acted as it wasn’t her problem. Will I ever stay there again? HELL NO!
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. When we walked in, security guard clearly smelled like marijuana and was arguing with the front desk guy and no one even acknowledged us. Finally when we got to check in, we were given a room with two double beds instead of the queen bed, we ordered. The entire place was filthy, and there was even a jacket hanging in the bathroom. It was 2 o’clock in the morning and we only had a couple of hours to sleep before we had to catch our flight. There was a lot of activity and we barricaded our bags against the door to get our bed to get a couple of hours sleep. The headboards were disgusting, the Blankets were so old and had stains on them that we didn’t even cover up with them. The hallways were filthy, and when we got on the elevator, we actually had to move loose tiles that were on the floor out of the way so we didn’t trip . The shower did not work, and when we finally got the water on to the tub, we couldn’t get the water back off so we just didn’t even shower. do not recommend at all.
Oyo as a company has lost another customer because of this location! My daughter had a family emergency come up last minute. I didnt want to cancel my reservation. Just move it back 1 week. They said nope. Nothing they can do. I find it funny how such a large company will litteraly steal my 75.00 even though they know I wont be staying there. I guess they need it for roach spray and what not based on the reviews. I travel alot and I guarantee I will spend my money elsewhere even if it cost more or the other hotels are further away from where I need to be! Never again oyo...Never again
Most disgusting hotel Ive ever stayed at.Negative stars, if that was an option.This place should be demolished.I left at 4am since I couldnt stand it.Dont try to save money by coming here.Didnt get any sleep as it sounded like there was construction going on in the room above me, at 3:30am. Not sure who moves furniture around in the middle of the night.At check in I was warned about smoking, even though the place smelled like cigarettes, weed. Never bothered to tell them that I dont smoke.This is not a hotel. Stay away.
When I arrived in the evening, the woman at the desk stared at me disgusted and asked what I wanted. The hotel was incredibly dated, dirty, and stinky. Rooms had many roaches. Roaches kept crawling on me and waking me up. Maid service process is gross. Shady people appear to live there. This place charges normal rates but should be dirt cheap for how it is. Have to add, water was warm- not hot. Sinks had low water pressure. Some lights didn’t work. Place is crumbling.
This was one of the worst I have stayed. First off they over charged me. Told me no smoking but the whole hotel smell like smoke. I had to go to Walmart to get some smell good to help the smell. The pictures are a fraud. That room looked nothing like it. It’s so tore up. Scratches all on the door and walls. The flooring was coming up. WiFi sucked. I called and asked for more towels because it was 3 of us and they only have enough for 2. Plus on the the towel had food on it. Like fresh food. Like someone took the towel and wiped the table with it and put it back up there. But anyways they told us we could only get towels when house keeping is there. Speaking of house keeping. They didn’t speak no English. I asked for her to sweep my room and she told me no. The pool was closed and it looked clean. When I asked about the pool the lady had an ugly attitude.The only good thing was it was close to a Walmart and dollar tree.
After a cancelled flight I called this hotel for a room. They required pre-payment which I did. On arrival they stated they had no rooms, no way to issue a refund on site, and refuse to find an available room at their surrounding locations. Two families walked in after I did and also were told that despite already paying, that there were no rooms. I called back to their central line for a full refund and received $3 back. They charged $65 as a ‘cancellation fee’. This company is a scam. Do not give them your money. And if you have a similar experience, report them to the Better Business Bureau.
I didn’t sleep there . Checked in . Seen the room wasn’t up to standards . Called the desk ask the lady for refund . She didn’t care to talk about it bc it wasn’t 15 minutes after check in. Told me call back and talk to a manager . We didn’t want to cause too much a fuss. So yall kept my money and requested a review that’s too far will never be booking again.
Cockroaches When they travel throughout your home, they leave a path of urine, feces, and regurgitated saliva and digestive fluids that contain harmful agents that can be transmitted to humans. These agents can cause E. coli, salmonella, typhoid, urinary tract infections, digestive problems, and sepsis.The older couple from India that own this hotel seem very nice. I wish they had a better ability to know how to pick employees. Sometimes we have skills in some areas and sometimes we have skills in other areas. None of the housekeeping ladies speak English. This is the United States of America if you are going to be working with the public you at least need to speak basic English. These people just pretend they understand you and when I asked them to clean my room and me and my wife were gone, she pretended that she knew what I was talking about and we came back to a dirty room.I brought the dirty towels to the front desk in this Mexican woman got really upset with me when I told her that the housekeeping staff needs to speak basic English because they did not speak basic English. We had a nice dirty room to come back to.Young Hispanic lady at the front desk. I want to explain something to you. In a civilized society you have to agree to disagree because you’re never going to agree on everything and just because I express my opinion to you does not mean that you get pissed off and wanna fight .In this world we have to live by the Almighty, Lord Jesus Christ. You have just a moment in time on this earth compared to eternity to be right with the Lord. If you surround yourself with bad people and you look at bad books and watch movies that are a bad influence on you how can you mentor others, in a positive way?Life on earth is only a moment compared to eternity. What a gracious God to give us this time on earth to be right with him and receive such an awesome reward of eternal life!Someone says something to you that you disagree with you don’t lash out with hate and anger. I always have a peaceful and quiet stay the front desk is always kind to me no matter who is there no matter what time I check in. The rooms are very well kept by a diligent crew I will continue to book there as long as they continue the good service.
Felt like I was going to be scammed. I should have known better. First of all deposit is supposed to be $50 they say is $100( Strike one) then I handed my card so she can check me in and shes like is only cash( strike 2) ONLY cash thats sketchy af ended up cancelling because who carries $100 cash?? Plus the lady seem like she didnt care. Cancel my reservation and took the L. DO NOT BOOK IT WOULD COST YOU MORE THAN YOU THINK
Semi-Clean ..the stains are shown in the different lighting. This makes me think they only shine over filth .. I only ask that they thoroughly clean everything, walls and head boards included!!.. its pretty gross to see the after glows of previous stains that could have easily been removed with proper cleaning solutions and force..The disgust and dishonest service. Restless night after seeing roaches on the walls. The hallways reeked of old cigarettes and filth.They changed my room because it wasnt up to code. The elevator was out for half a month. Im gonna be that person. If I could give the 0 stars I would. To start, the check in process is suspect like this entire hotel. The 2 ladies at the front were rude and stared at me for a couple minutes before helping me. I should have known when I called and there wasnt even a prompt to speak to someone at the front desk, and the guy I spoke to sounded like he had no idea what I was asking when I asked if they had a shuttle from the airport. They make you give a deposit of $50 in cash. The lady at the counter reiterated no smoking to me at least 5 times and each time I told her, I dont smoke, damn, I get the point. You cant pay for any snacks or laundry soap with a card, only cash. If their website said it, I didnt see it.Now onto the room. The room is as basic as it can get, though, Ive stayed at motel 6 many a nights and I promise you, the rooms were actually better there. The floor is completely uneven, with like 3 different heights at different parts of the room. The laminate doesnt lay flat so you end up walking on bubbles. The main door doesnt seem to close all the way, and my door still opens even when the deadbolt is engaged. The bathroom door wont close completely.The people above me were so loud it was unreal. Maybe the floors are thin, idk, but I heard EVERY last footstep of whoever was above me and I swear if assault werent a crime, I would have gone up there and laid hands on them because I know calling the front desk will do me no good, if they would even answer.The area around here sucks. This is a motel attempting to masquerade as a hotel and idk who they think theyre fooling. Im here because I cant afford to go somewhere worth staying or else I would. As someone who has slept in her car for months at at time, this is worse. Id rather be in my car because at least there arent inconsiderate idiots stomping above me for days on end. This place is where you go when you have absolutely NO options left. This place is hell on earth.One good thing, it does have a fridge and microwave in the room.... however, that does NOT makeup for everything else that is wrong with this place. Avoid it if you can.
Think twice before you stay at this hotel. The pictures are deceiving. They have horrible customer service. You will be asked to leave 50 dlls deposit per room. Don’t loose your card keys because if you don’t turn them in you won’t get your deposit back. Don’t loose your key cause they will charge 5 dlls.It is a very old building, it smells very bad, it has very bad lighting. It looks something from a horror film.You are not able to cancel your reservations so be aware of that. You will be stuck in there.There is no security is horrible. The side door was unlock, anyone can walk in there at anytime. It is a very scary place. Also the elevator is not working.Inside the beds were clean and the restroom.So if you don’t mind all of these things. You are more than welcome to stay.It is the cheap hotel. Price is similar to Super 8.I will never stay in a OYO hotel ever in my life. I am sorry but I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
A total rip off hotel, booked with Hotwire for $89, when I got there, they jacked price up to $140 a night . They would not give a room unless I paid the difference. Stay away, crooks.
Dirty , dirty , dirty , they charge you a cash deposit for this trash and tell you don’t smoke in the rooms hence the room smelling like a human ashtray ! Sheets and blankets dingy /dirty and the blanket had a hole in it ! I am very nervous sleeping here for the night before my flight . Neighborhood looks dangerous , hallway looks unsafe and I’m not sure if there is anything in place for safety . Doors to the room also , looks unsafe . I will never stay here again don’t recommend to a dog

This is the first time I have ever dealt with an OYO hotel and I will never do that again. There was a mistake on the reservation and couldn’t get them on the phone, so I drove back 45 mins out of my way to fix it. They two in the front desk refused to even touch the computer to try and fix it. I told them I was passing through, and I needed to either move the booking or cancel it. They two workers told me it would get refunded once they spoke to Priceline. So I ended up being on the phone with Priceline and OYO with no help, and didn’t get to sleep before having to head back out on the road. So they wouldn’t refund this reservation that was made that same early morning. They didn’t seem to care about it either. So no, do not stay in a place where the staff doesn’t care for your well being, basically takes your money and lie to your face about making sure the refund happens.I don’t normally write reviews but this here is the worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel.
❗READ PLEASE ❗Worst experience of My Life and mean literally I hope whoever reads this can understand and take my word for it this hotel has given me nothing but problems From the Manager, and her little assistant middle Eastern lady with the crooked eye I mean always harassing me daily bothering in the morning if Ive payed , twice the assistant walks in my room without knocking while Im asleep asking me if I plan to checkout when literally Ive been paying and staying Over month now and I mean the rudeness, Attitude from both ladys is just disrespectful they never speak to anyone with respect A day i got home from work and hadnt payed and i planned too pay when im walking to the room the manager black lady wir glasses tells the housekeeper toHurry close the room so I wouldnt go in and I was sweating backpack on and she literally threatened me if I didnt go downstairs to pay she would call the police and I just think thats not acceptable me being the customer wether I pay on time or not everyday they knock on my door just trying figure out what to tell me and im very angry because the oyo is my home currently and I feel targeted when since i got to the hotel ive respect every single employee and its like theyre trying to Run me and my girl out since Ive been here I have numerous of people complaining about the same 2 ladys bc theyre doing bad business i just dont like when the Indian lady walks in without knocking first and will look thru my stuff and just peep around Theres no privacy here at all They dont know what privacy means here people will say then why dont you got to different hotel but this is the one that suits my Budget all i ask is for some respect And Privacy and to drop the attitude like IF cost money to do those things only issues iswith the Black Lady With glasses and her wig along with the Indian lady with the Crooked Eye and weird legs before surgery specifically her the Indian lady she will literally walk in yo room without knocking and then deny it when i speak with the manager its a mess here only recommend for the prices but its not worth tbe experience at all.

This place is a motel not a hotel and as I booked with there own online booking agency for 3 days they kicked me out even when I had proof of my booking reservations and I called the online reservation they called them so many times telling them that its been paid,the women there are rude hateful and miserable obviously they need more people skills and should work at a sweat shop so they can see thats where they belong. These women are lacking self confidence and love poor chicks, to be as disrespectful as they are, I know its just because of that little n thin screen they have separating them from us but bby it didnt help that disrespectful a*s person before when I punched it in a grabbed that ich from her throat. Be careful women that work at the front destination for oyo DFW south Irving TX cuz its a 🎯
The place is a great place, good customer service, beating competitors prices, large rooms and more. Would have probably given a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the loitering and cleanliness of the hallways and elevator. Other than that, this is a great place,with awesome prices. I would look here first before anywhere if vacancy is available
Aside from Fran who works at the front desk this place is absolutely terrible. Our room door didnt have a safety latch, paint peeling and roaches crawling from behind the headboard. This place is disgusting. No iron or ironing board in the room. Had to leave my drivers license at the front desk in order to use the iron. This place needs to be condemned.
The hotel is in a good spot, it’s nice you can park there for free and the personnel is nice.The rooms could be cleaner, but for people like me who just need a room to sleep this was useful and very good according to the price.
When I booked this room on Priceline, it was $59. I get there, and they tell me the room I booked is not available, and that if I wanted to room that night, they only had 2 rooms available, and that I would have to pay an extra $45. I asked why Priceline had the room set as available when it really wasnt. I didnt really get a clear explanation, basically just got told I would have to call Priceline, and told that if someone tried to book right now they would have to give the room to them instead of me, even though I already booked. I shelled out the money even though I really wasnt expecting to have to pay an extra 45 dollars tonight. So thats 100 dollars for a room with roaches and mysterious stains everywhere. Please dont come here. Utterly ridiculous.Update: they refused to provide a refund. The guy at the desk said to me I cant help you, I just work here. Thats your job though...Another update: so they replied and asked me to email them so that they can rectify this situation (allegedly) and I havent gotten an email or a call back yet. Interesting...Final update: they continue to refuse my refund. I have contacted both the better business bureau and the public health sanitation program. This place needs to be shut down.The health sanitation agent told me he couldnt inspect them because they conveniently cant find my records. Im so sure 🙄 the fact that this place is still in business is a horrible mistake.
Stayed one night. My family and I woke up with bug bites. Really hope they are not bed bug bites but they look like it :/
My experience at the OYO Hotel DFW South location was a most pleasant one. The Staff was very courteous and professional, the rooms were clean and any service I required was met with timeliness and efficientcy. I would highly recommend this hotel to family, friends as well as business associates.
This place was so bad, one star doesn’t even begin to describe the terrible experience. To start, I almost wasn’t able to check in due to my age, yet I booked online without a problem (?). The guy at the desk was able to check me in but I was sketch of the place. Once checked in, I took the stairs up to my room and upon entering, it was filthy. Roaches and bugs in the bathroom and in the aisle outside the room. Additionally, the sheets were stained and had holes in them. This place doesn’t deserve the title of a hotel. It’s Just an overpriced motel for the quality. I went ahead and called my credit card company for a change of hotel and despite OYO’s no refund or cancellation policy, they helped me out a ton, not only by bypassing those two policies, but also by helping me get a better hotel nearby. This hotel needs to be shut down. It is a hazard to public health, truly.

As I waited beside the pool for the very small driveway to check in to clear, the owner knocked on my window and threatened to call the police because I was parked. I hadn’t even walked into the building and when I went to gather his information, I was met with more threats about police.Screw these people..
If I could give negative stars, I would. I found roaches in my room when one crawled my my hand. On further inspection, there were more under the nightstand and fridge. I even have a recording. The new room they gave me also had roaches, and this is one thing I will not tolerate since I wont be able to sleep.
If I could have put 0 starts, I would have. The rooms have bugs and roaches on top of that, the elevator doesnt work properly and to top it off, I broke out all on my ears and body because of this hotel. I wouldnt and wont recommend this hotel to anyone. It constantly smells like urine and has people itching and all. I havent stopped itching since my boyfriend and I checked in. We only reserved it for 2 days and my ears still havent stopped itching or burning hot and is very red. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The customer service is horrible, they have no hospitality or consideration. I am staying here for a week and there is a lot of noises from other rooms that keep me up at night. They also have bugs that come out in the bathtub at night. Front desk shows no remorse or concerns at all when brought to there attention. This hotel is purposely trying to get over on people and keep their deposit. If you dont come back with a receipt showing you paid the deposit they think its okay to keep your money. They give everyone a hard time here for no good reason. This is the worst experience I have received. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
When house keeping came at 10AM first morning of our 2 day stay they didn’t knock and just started coming waking us all up. After we had yelled hello they walked in anyways and changed the trash and stuff talking to us as were in our beds. The bathroom door had weird brown splatter and a hole in it. Found 2 roaches one crawling on our bed.
I rented online for one property as I was stranded in Dallas since my flight got cancelled. They told me they were booked but to go to this other property also close to the airport. I lasted 30 minutes and walked out. The smell was like someone died and they tried to cover it up with Pinesol. The elevator was broken and dirty. This place is worst than living in the projects. worst than an hourly hotel. Girls walking in the hallways on T-shirt with no pants. Holes on the sheets and comforter. Unsafe physically and health wise. Now I have 2 charges for 2 different rooms and they will not refund my money for at least one of the nights. The one that it was booked. Worst customer service ever. Rude and confrontational from the people on the phone to the hotel staff. Do yourself a favor go someplace else.
The hotel was filthy & dirty as well as the room given, furniture chair was stain and dirty and room had a bad odor in it, I don’t recommend this place at all!
Wifi was very bad. I kept losing the connection almost every minute. Also there was a bad smell in the room. Other than that AC was not working as it is supposed to be. Only good thing about this place is that it is close to the airport and there are some places to eat and a market in walking distance.
This hotel did not deserve the one-star I HAD to give. I booked my room online on February 23rd for $49.68 drive five and a half hours to get there. I get there and my room is cancelled. They have no idea why, humm! Even after showing that my confirmation email and text. No cancellation email or explanation. They were going to charge me $70 when the website clearly says 47. She says thats not their prices but the website prices, they should correct that if its not their prices. They wouldnt even honor the price that I reserve the room for. I called the company I reserved the room with and they said my reservation was not cancelled. I asked to speak to the manager she was rude about it saying that they dont have a hotel business card with his number, and no shes not calling him. Lets not talk about how run-down the hotel was, weed smell in the air. The elevator doesnt stop evenly on the floor you have to step up to get off, toilet didnt flush properly. Basically the room was trash. Like I said if I could give it a zero Stars I would have. I paid the 70 saw the room and immediately got a refund. This hotel and youll see the $47 piecing.
This is a hotel locally known as “ Oyo-Roach “ because of the massive cockroach population running everywhere in the room specially when you come in with foodThe other visible vice the debris of condoms scattered around the corridors as well as the smell of weeds filled in the airWhen I first saw semi naked men and women wearing worn out shoes, I said “ this is den of criminals” but fortunately not seen any brawl so far. In the morning I am leaving to another decent hotel to sleep because I haven’t slept since the sight of roaches irritates meThis place deserves legal action not rating at all, but would give -10 at best
I reserved a night 2-3 days in advance, and upon arrival, I was told there were no rooms available. Unbelievable.
The Oyo Hotel is exceptional because of its fantastic location just off Highway 183, spacious, spotless rooms with spotless bedding, reasonable rates, convenient access to a variety of excellent restaurants and fast food options, top-notch service, knowledgeable personnel, and competent management. I like to occasionally spend time here. Additionally, it is a smoke-free and safe workplace. For those reasons, I try to visit Oyo every chance I get.
The Manager needs help with her customer service skills she is Rude . Insist on Cash deposit of $ 100 when in the app it says 50 or debit card will be OK. The housekeeping does Not speak any English so it was rough to communicate. Manager needs to understand if you treat people poorly they wont continue to stay, if she doesnt want to be there find another job. I watched her be Rude to several Paying guests this is bad for business. I dont recommend staying here if you want to be treated well. Know you will be treated like trash. Her attitude made me check for another motel . Which I found and by the way am Treated Very well as I should be for being a paying guest . My advice replace the Manager with someone who is grateful to have the job. The one you have acts like I need to handle being treated poorly, when I am paying customer . . I dont recommend this motel to anyone , and Will Not Stay ever again .

Gather your coins for peace of mind. Unless you are really in a financial pinch dont do it.Dead Roach decor on the wall. Previous given shampoo.. with crumbs on the pack rust and lime on the shower head. Just gross.The heat works great.

Roaches!!!! Checked in, hallway elevator and room smells like cigarettes. Walls in the room were stained and saw 2 roaches. They won’t refund you if you were in the room longer then 15 min. Oh and a 50$ cash deposit…. Save yourself the sanity and pay extra for something decent. FYI the photos look nothing like the actual room or hotel.
The where roaches on the wall every morning I was there. Paid extra for 3 people in the room during my stay they only gave us to towels then told me. I would have to pay more if I wanted a third towel when I already paid 20 a night extra for the third person. The hallways smelled horrible as long as the room. Everyday of the stay the cleaning lady knocked on my door at 9 to clean. Im on vacation who wants to get woke up at 9 am. Horrible experience. I have photo the bug will attached.
Roaches meet you at the door, bed bugs, specifically room 142. Just go to motel 6, plus they ask for $100 deposit when they feel like it!! and if they say anything is wrong they will keep your money. Spend your money wisely and go somewhere else for the same rates!! Would give zero if I could!
My son is staying on the 3rd floor. I came to visit him and there was this mentally challenged guy that was being loud and obnoxious with me and proceeded to follow me into the elevator and down the stairs yelling at me to leave and not come back. He is also bothering the other residents. He shouldnt be there and theres no telling what he was capable of doing when I had to deal with him. I felt very much uneasy and will not be going back there to visit my son nor will I take my granddaughters to see him again.
I wish I could give ZERO STARS!! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!. The woman at front desk would not return my $50 deposit. I have the large receipt. But wont give it back without the small recept. Even though she says she has the copy of the small receipt saying that I paid it and didnt get the $ back. Wouldnt show me proof that she gave me the small receipt in the first place. Told me it was her policy but wouldnt show me the policy or let me talk to someone else. Point is that you should definitely room someplace else. Was only in the room for 2 hours and no return on deposit. This place is shady and treats there customers terrible.
This place is okay, for $51 a night- can’t expect too much. FYI they require a cash deposit of either $50-100 depending on honey nights you stay. Make sure you bring cash or you will need to use their atm (pay fees) or need to go to your bank. The king bed only had two pillows total, which we prefer two pillows each. The towels for showering are very small. They don’t provide shampoo/conditioner/lotion- unless we got unlucky and that was just our room. Fyi, we stayed at the the super 8 that is three minutes down the road the night before, it is a way better deal and the rate per night were comparable.
The hotel itself is fairly old, perhaps built in the 60s or 70s and the interior reflects this. The room I stayed in has been remodeled and its pretty spacious, but there were bugs crawling around from time to time. Internet was also iffy.EDIT:Staying here a second time, they gave me a much nicer and cleaner room. I only saw one bug but everything else was pretty good, I must say. Bumping it up 3 stars.
Very seedy hotel. I stayed just 1 night and wished I coughed up a bit more cash to stay somewhere else. Extremely thin walls -- it was almost impossible to sleep with all the sounds from adjacent rooms on either side, above, below, and the hallway outside. Sketchy guests(?) in the lobby just milling around. Even sketchier people milling around outside. Mold in the bathroom. Dingy carpets. Definitely recommend avoiding -- did not feel safe and was all too happy to check out ASAP the next morning. Debated eating the cost and booking somewhere else, thats how bad this place was.
The incidental fee has to be paid in cash only, but an atm is provided onsite. The ladies were pleasant who checked me in. Although I felt a little unsafe solo because the place looks a little run down, the price was reasonable and there are food places near by. I would only recommend it if you NEED somewhere to stay expeditiously.
Probably one of the worse hotels I’ve been to. The elevator is messed up I’m surprised it still works. The room smelled like cigarettes, the room next to me had kids who were running back and forth bumping into the walls stomping on the floors. I found a roach in one of the draws. One positive is they have a fridge and microwave in the room

Ended up cancelling my reservation after discovering that they try to charge a $100 cash deposit thats not disclosed anywhere on Expedia. They ended up keeping my $50, too. This place reeks of a scam, and I highly recommend shelling out the extra few bucks to go to Motel 6.
Because the room was clean enough at first glance but then saw that the floor had dirt build up. They shower/bathroom floods. The cleaners signed that they cleaned our room but never came in our room at all. So lies. Then the front counter at night said they couldnt give towels because the cleaning lady signed.. It is very hot inside. The laundry room is dirty. Hallways smell like trash and mildo.
The upkeep of this hotel is Horrible, the walls are chipped its dents in the wall, and the place smells old and musty in the hallway before you get in your room. I get in the room first thing I do is use the bathroom, it was a roach on the wall, and then I turn and in the sink were four more roaches. I checked out immediately.
This place smells so unsanitary. The carpet is so old it smells like mold,smoke and dead skin cells. I think if they got rid of the carpet it would help allot. It definitely needs allot of interior and exterior work done desperately. Pool was locked and closed. But the entrance doors always stayed open and unlocked so anyone can walk in.
The worse hotel room that I have seen in my life. As soon as I received the contract, I read after 15 minutes, you wont be able to cancel this reservation I said This is not a good hotel. I ran to the room to confirm this is bad hotel. Then, we asked to cancel this reservation.
Shut this place down. Disgusting. There were 7 crackheads re modeling the room above me and the front desk did nothing about it after multiple pleas. By far the worst hotel experience of my life. I want my money back.
It has been the WORST accommodation I have been able to book and for that price!! Very dirty, unkempt and people of questionable origin in the surroundings. We had made a reservation and they gave us a smoking room that wasnt cleaned, it was still all the remains and the sheets of the previous guest!! Then they said they would clean another one for us and it only took 5 min! I decided to demand my return payment and move to another hotel. I dont recommend it to anyone.
Horrible, hallways smelled of beer and weed, people walking around and being noisy all night long, Some strange guy came knocking on my door in the middle of the night. Probably trying to rob us or to buy drugs, I did not open the door. One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in.
If I could give negative stars I would. I booked a room and the place was under construction with no mention of it on the site. The place looked like it was falling apart. From the moment you walk in the door the smell was horrid. Also the elevator looked like it hadn’t been serviced since the 90s. I got to my room and it was a complete wreck. Orange and white stains everywhere with dirty washrags and dirty damp towels all of them with weird stains including the furniture and bed. I asked for a refund ten minutes after I arrived and was charged with a no show fee even though I did show up and I have the proof not to mention I was at the front desk talking to someone so they have proof too. If you value your self worth please never stay here. Very crooked place of business.
I booked a reservation through Hopper. I got an email confirming my reservation. When i got to the hotel, they said my reservation has been cancelled by Hopper. But i never got an email from Hopper about the cancellation. I asked the hotel how much they charge and they said arouns $70. They told me to call Hopper but Hopper doesn’t have a phone number and only chat. The people at OYO doesn’t seem to want to help or doesn’t seem to care. I just said told them to forget about it and i’ll just find somewhere else. They were like “ok”. Customer service isn’t good at OYO! I contacted Hopper later on that night and they said the status still shows active. They don’t know why the hotel would tell me it got cancelled. But luckily Hopper was able to work with me and was able to provide a refund. I’m guessing the hotel wanted me to pay their full price from them than through a third party with a discounted price. I know the hotel was trying to make money but that was no way to lie and give bad customer service. They don’t care about customers that booked a room through parties. They only care about money. They would choose to lie or cancel your reservation so they can give your room to someone else. They shouldn’t partner with third parties since they won’t honor the price. They’re loosing more customers than gaining. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel even if i had to pay the full price.
This hotel is located off the beaten path. Nowhere is it close to points of interests... Surely are there sketchy guests roaming around . But I have found if you mind your own business theyll mind theirs. Its quite decent for the money. I have no complaints.

The room had a bad smell right when we walked in, it smelled like a mixture of clean and dirty at the same time ( I know that doesn’t make sense, but that’s the best I can describe it) The bathroom floor was filthy, like it hadn’t been mopped. The bed sheets had little stains on them. We had a room at the bottom and so most of the night we heard people stomping from the room above us. I also noticed like black mold Or something on one corner of the bathroom above the shower. And water marks on the ceiling. Lesson learned for me.... this was the cheapest price I found.... so this really taught me YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Don’t get me wrong the price was reasonable but I really wish we had paid a bit more at a different CLEANER hotel! The two people at the front were very polite but the room just did not meet my expectations.... my bad though... I should have known YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR 🤷🏻♀️
Very dirty, and unsafe/suspect environment. It looks nothing like the pictures online. I did not stay past 15min and they refused to give me my refund/ honor it being canceled. I argued for days to get my refund. Never got it. I made a huge mistake by not checking the online reviews, I have not seen anything good about this OYO Hotel South Irving Teaxs,online ... because I never stayed at the OYO Hotel. Heed my Warning. Do Not Reserve this HOTEL (OYO), keep driving! Remember that movie Wrong Turn?!! They dont deserve a star ! I only did it because it would not let me post without a least one star. You have been warned.
Reasonably priced rooms and they are decent for the price. However, they charge a $50 deposit which is apparently NON REFUNDABLE but they tell you it is. So be prepared over $100 for a night for a CHEAP motel with the deposit!!!
When I first opened the door, the room looked clean and decent. After being in the room for a couple of hours, I noticed a roach crawling up the wall. Over the next few days I saw more roaches than I could keep track of. (I’ve attached photos of some of the ones that I managed to kill). Maintenance guy brought me a can of roach spray.There was a toenail behind the bathroom door (see photo).The toilet kept backing up. Maintenance wad to come up at least once a day to snake it.One of my worst hotel experiences ever.
Save your money, honestly your better off sleeping in your vehicle and passing by a truck station to shower. For starters this hotel smells horrible, keeping up with the COVID regulations I’d recommend to wear a mask because you’ll be sneezing to the point your eyes water. As soon as you step out of your room you begin to sneeze. Another thing is that they do not clean the rooms. There was mold in the restroom where we were staying at because the shower was leaking as if it wasn’t put right to the point where it would wet the whole toilet and whatever else was right next to it. The fridge and the microwave weren’t clean either, if I could give it no stars I would.
Not happy with my stay especially since my cardholder wont refund my money was supposed to be 💯 non smoking property. But when we arrived it was slow and very few people. When getting to our room on the third floor which is technically a floor for long term stay. But upon later that evening we noticed the smell of weed (marijuana) coming from the third and second floor. How is it that you are non smoking but permanent residents and temporary stays are smoking weed and or cigarettes? I think this should not be allowed and we did notify a manager. Not sure of the results or if anything was done at all. But low cost in Irving idk. Maybe next time motel 6
I didnt like the half naked woman in front desk area checking in or the men hanging out in the front. The room was not as expected, the sheets had stains and holes. Cracked walls in the bathroom and room. Tub should be replastered. The hotel looks old and out of date. Definitely false Advertising on the website. The man at the front desk was very welcoming, professional, and had great customer service.
Truly OYO is the place to go when your money is low and you want a quality room, ease of booking and a good location to start your day after a good nights rest.I highly recommend OYO hotels for all around convenience
It was a good experience, the ac works well 5 stars for that, my girlfriend and I had a great weekend. The bed could be a little more comfortable other than that and the small baby roach it was decent…
The short Mexican lady usually there at front desk in morning is corrupt be careful she’ll ask for extra cash she is very disrespectful to everyone and always on phone I hope her supervisor will keep eye 👁️ on that lady
This is a small, cheap hotel that is reminiscent of Requiem for a Dream with a lingering cigarette smell. I was informed by the front desk that there was no smoking and no pets, and walked upstairs through a door with sharpie tagging. I was greeted on the second floor by the smell of weed and loud noises coming from multiple rooms. Well, I was already there and I was tired. After bringing my belongings up I looked for the remote control, to no avail. Calling the front desk, he suggested that I look in drawers (?). I proceeded to look through all five drawers in the room. A second call resulted in the attendant stumped on how to proceed. I asked for another room and he suddenly said that hed be right up and hung up. I noticed the window and considered the possibility that it may have been left on the window sill. Opening the curtains, I see a police suv parked outside and a cop walking towards the lobby. About 10 minutes later, the front desk attendant was at my door with a remote. Other than the occasional screams, bumps, and slammed doors I slept well enough. I even managed to do my makeup in the small restroom with the kind of lighting that made me look like an extra in a b list zombie flick.
Customer service and front desk are very unprofessional and rude as hell. They will give someone else your room without notifying you. The front desk lady didnt care to hear what I had to say.I paid for 2 days and they told me to talk with customer service for a refund etc. They dont care about who stays at their hotel they just care for the money. I would not recommend staying here. 1 night stay cost $75
It was ok. Pros: the room was a good size; the refrigerator was not miniscule-you could put some groceries in it if you were staying for awhile. The bed was comfy. Cons: the bathtub and shower wall tile was cracking and chipping away. Not the prettiest to look at. There were lots of small bugs (mostly seen in the bathroom; 1 seen crawling down the wall beneath the tv). Lots of noise all night long! From the rooms down the hall (2and floor) and the room above. It was like they were bowling at times. ** Be Careful!! Irving PD comes in and runs names looking for people w/ outstanding warrants.**
Checked in: March 7Checked out: March 8We were checked into Room no 140. This probably was the worst room I have ever checked in.. We thought we could adjust but couldn’t..Horrible place to stay. Bed is full of bedbugs... condition of bathroom is very poor.. rusted outlet and taps. The lady at the front desk was rude and was not ready to listen to anything.. her statement was “there cannot be any bedbugs ma’am”. She did not even care to come and have a look but added “I can check you out”... it was 11:30 pm then.. I am giving this single star only because she allotted a different room after the conversation. Never coming back again.. nor will advise.
Staff is very helpful. On-site security overnight and the pool has decent hours. Overall clean, but could use some updating. No fridge or microwave in room, but the ice machine downstairs works. Lots of fast food restaurants within walking distance. Good for staying close to everything in the city overnight or close to work for a while.
Tv hasn’t worked since I walk in two days ago. I have trouble walking and when requested down stair man seemed bother by my question. I asked him how to get to the room he would just say up stair mama. I said yes sir where tho. Again his response was upstairs with attitude… I walk in tv doesn’t work I call several time down stairs no one picks up and I can’t go back down because I’m too much pain from moving. Next day wash clothes 2 bucks to wash. just to come down to find my clothes sitting in hot water when I put cold and now machine reading error.. I ring clothes out went to kindly report my issue and lady laughs and tells me nothing can be done till tomorrow…I then tell her 2 nights no tv but I have to pay full price, I don’t think that’s funny and it could be something as simple as changing batteries ( again her response was for me to wait yet another day) I then say ok well the washer issue could be as easy as giving me my refund she said again u have to wait…. Bad customer service and no Resolution to any issues that she brought to their attention
Place was pretty run down it looked like a project I was scared to even go out to my car slept in my clothes and got out of there since I saw a roach and the tub was disgusting to say the room was decent looking. The wall as are paper thin you can hear people walking and toilets flushing definitely wouldn’t recommend for a family. You get what you pay for though.
For a cheap hotel this place had a really cool aesthetic that I liked.Most cheap hotels/motels I have seen are sketchy but not this place. You can tell they are actively putting effort into making it a good and safe place to make a base at while youre in town.Theyve got security that is vigilant with his patrolling, wonderfully nice lady at the counter(she worked 3rd shift) that you can buy candy from.As for the rooms, the tv was modern and big, the beds were a bed, nothing bad to say about them. The sheets didnt feel like the usual cheapery all hotels have. the bathroom was spacious.If you need an affordable room then you wont go wrong here.
This hotel was absolutely gross I have worked in the hotel industry for over 8 years I would not dare let my guest live in these conditions the hallway smells just like old mold carpet the pool was gross. A fresh coat of pain goes a long way. There are way to many hazards to name my assistant had no idea when booking this hotel because the pictures dont match I would Never stay here Im good keep the 50 dollar deposit and put it in the snack machine for the kids on property I would seriously suggest renovations you can really make more in revenue if you cleaned up the place add working vending machines and put housekeeping and maintenance to work.And that was Free Marketing. Im surprised no one has called the code inforcments. Good luck but its a No for me
This was the absolute worst hotel chain. We booked for September 11th to the 14th. I cannot believe how much they went out of their way to rip someone off. My wife and I have a 3 month old girl and we had a sudden death in the family and had to book a hotel out of town fairly quickly. We found this and the price seemed reasonable for a 4 night stay. When we get there at around 3:00pm, the first red flag was we saw 2 junkies shooting up behind the hotel. I will admit that that was my fault for not cancelling the reservation right then and there, but we had funeral arrangements to assist with and my daughter was extremely fussy. We check in and I have to put down a 50 dollar deposit for incidentals. After that we get our key cards and go to the room. It smelled moldy but otherwise nothing seemed wrong. We leave the hotel and continue doing what we needed to do for the funeral. We returned to the hotel at around 8:30PM that night and decided to go through the laundry room entrance since our room was just a few doors from there. The door appeared to have been forced open and as we walked in, I noticed a group of people coming down the fire exit stairs with a mini fridge. I cant confirm, but Im pretty sure that they stole it from a room and took off. When we get near our room, I noticed that our door was wide open and someone else had set the deadbolt to where you cannot fully close the door. Once I saw that, my wife and I agreed to not stay here because we had our infant daughter and figured it was best to cancel our reservation. We get to the front desk and I explained that we wont be sleeping here and he said he could refund my 50 deposit but not refund for the 4 nights. He provided me with a number to call corporate and stated that they will issue a 100% refund. My wife and I had to make emergency accommodations with family friends late at night which was extremely embarrassing.I called the number provided the next morning (Puerto Rico) and explain to the Guest Service Manager the situation and he stated that I would be getting a full refund and it should take between 24-48 hours depending on our credit card company.A few hours later I get a confirmation on my card that I would be getting a 50 dollar refund from the hotel and I also received an email saying they were refunding $50 and keeping $150. (The total stay was $209) I immediately called the corporate number again and speak to another Guest Service Manager and she looked into my status and said it was a computer error. She assured me several times that I would be getting a 100% refund to my card and she stated she would escalate the situation.I get an email the next day from the hotel stating they they would refund only $101 this time (still not the full amount) and that I needed to provide my bank account number and routing number over email to be refunded. I cannot stress enough how stupid that is to provide that kind of information over an email. So for a 3rd time, I call the Puerto Rico number and speak to another Guest Service Manager and he basically told me to provide the bank information or I will not be getting any refund. I explained that I used a credit card, not a bank account for the reservation and that they should have my credit card on file since they already refunded $50. I also told him that I would never provide that information over email.So all in all, I am still fighting OYO for 150 bucks that they have of mine for a hotel I did not sleep in due to the aforementioned events. I hope this review is read by that hotel chain so that they can see what is wrong with their business plan. Will not be going to any OYO ever.UPDATE 10/26/19: After fighting with corporate based in Puerto Rico, I was only refunded 106 of the 157 that THEY told me I would be receiving. At this point I will never see the other 50 bucks and will chalk it up as a loss... They will do anything to steal a dollar out of you!

I really dislike how some motels/hotels, this motel included, will tell you that they are completely booked when you call them directly because they have rooms saved for third-party party travel/booking sites. Also, I have noticed that either the Google listed pricing for most motels and hotels is either inaccurate or is the price without tax included. PRICING:Through a third-party website, I was able to get a room, despite being told that there were no vacancies by the front desk when I called them directly (frustrating). With the sites discount, the price for a double-bed room was reduced from $93 to $63, which included tax . I would never have paid $93 for this place because, at best, it would be comparable to a Motel 6, and frankly, even $63 is a bit high for a motel that possesses the quality of a $45 a night location. They do accept cash, but with a $50 refundable deposit. LOCATION:The location seemed to be in somewhat of a rough area, in the very back of some businneses and fast food joints. It is within walking distance of Whataburger. SECURITY:There were random sketchy-looking people walking around the motel at late hours of the night. As my boyfriend and I were walking out of the side door of the motel around 11pm, a guy with a backpack whistled at us as he walked towards us. We walked away from him as quickly as possible. As a woman, I did not feel safe enough to walk outside the motel alone when it got dark. To make matters worse, none of the side doors that lead to the outside lock. The key card slots are virtually useless, only adding to the unsafe feeling I experienced staying there. There is an older night-time security guard who mostly sits in the lobby, which did not do anything to make me feel more at ease. STAFF:The night clerk that checked us in was friendly, but housekeeping seemed a bit rude. CLEANLINESS/DECOR: Overall, the room was not very clean. The pictures posted by the motel itself make the room decor look sleek and modern, however in real life, the rooms dont look that way.The room had a couple of mini roaches running around on the tables (see pictures) and long hairs in the towels. The rooms do not have any carpeting, and it is obvious that housekeeping does not mop the floors. Right after my guest and I washed our feet in the bathtub, they would only become filthy again from walking from the bed to the bathroom a couple of times (again, see pictures). The pillows were horribly lumpy and sad, but the beds were decently comfortable. AMENITIES/EXTRAS:They offer coffee with powdered creamer and sugar in the lobby area. There is a very tiny outdoor pool that is 4 or 5 feet at its deepest. There are two washers and a dryer that you must pay for separaty, but both washers had out of order signs. Check-out is at 11am, but they will allow a 12pm late check-out. There are no smoking rooms at all, as it is supposed to be a smoke-free facility.The elevator has buttons missing and everytime we got in it, we felt like we were going to end up stuck in it. The hallways, walls, and doors were also pretty dirty-looking.
Roach motel! The people are somewhat nice but they avid talking to you if they don’t have to lol. It smell, I saw roaches, and they didn’t have a blanket on the bed. The room don’t have a microwave you have to come to the lobby to use that one microwave. The pool is the size of a 2 persons jacuzzi. Want be going back here!
Front desk staff was patient and knowledgeable, as for the accommodations its more of a 2 star as you can hear your neighbors and the floor is not necessarily firm and a bit creaky. The reason I give this location three stars is that the front desk staff and the location is phenomenal.
Everything was nice for the most part. It was just a few things that i didnt like. I did not like the fact that there was no microwave, refrigerator, nor iron in the room. The outside door to the laundry room always unlocked. The laundry room could have been cleaner.

Now it’s called OYO And they’ve done a little bit of remodeling and it looks much better the roaches are still a lot right now this is all I can do for me and my children. The main problem that I’m having with the stay here is your manager FRAN she is very disrespectful very rude and judgmental. One of my daughters went to re-swipe her key and she told her it was going to be two dollars to re-swipe her key. I think that was super out of line but as I said right now we don’t have anywhere else to go. This review is to reevaluate your management.But I would also like to say thank you to one of the newest staff members her name is Megan and thank you Rohan because they have been very helpful and one of the keys to me staying in this hotel. Honestly your business will come up if you have friendlier people upfront. There’s also another new young lady and she’s good also I just don’t know her name. Have a great day!
They let me book a room . Their app charged me . Then put it on Pending . They wouldnt give me a room . I think they would have let me pay them again I am not sure . They talked low with a heavy actsent . I couldnt understand what they were saying to me .
I will give THIS hotel this rating ONLY because I was FORCED to look elsewhere after getting a CANCELLATION on the DAY OF my arrival to the Dallas Love Field property!! Your customer service is HORRENDOUS and thats being kind!! I will NOT EVER stay at ANY of your hotels AGAIN!!The customer service that I received at the Irving DFW property was great. Your two (2) front desk agents were so VERY helpful after I COULD NOT get in touch with ANYONE at your corporate office. Come to find out this has not been the only incident of bad customer service at the Dallas Love Field property....this has happened BEFORE!!! As I stated I will NOT EVER stay in one of your properties EVER AGAIN!!!
Let me start with the OYO app... it needs a lot of work cant find what looking for very easily at all if youre even able to find it Im coming like a booking is not even shown on there they offer voucher coupons at the hotels then do not want to acknowledge even after youve already booked and paid every phone number that you tried to call will get you an automated system when you finally do get over to a human they will not know how to help you either and might even tell you to figure it out on your own. Now how about location Ive only stayed at 2 the one that is in North Irving has horrible customer service at the front desk in the morning after 3 youre okay theyre a little bit more professional
Just to make a reservation was horrible and then to make a cancellation of that reservation was even more horrible and then to find out that I wouldnt get my money for 7 to 14 days was even the worst. I actually was on the phone trying to rent rooms cancel rooms and whatever all day long with these people not only could I not understand them then they were of no help at all and are nothing about pleasing the customer.
My room is nice staff very nice like family.cant get rid of roaches Lol. This hotel is wide open need better security , lots of people here that dont live here hangs around in the back , laundry rooms loud music. Staff have to be sure residents are comfortable , happy and safe thats what make business grow rohan and saikat. And head housekeeper great communications with people
Lol, they made.me pay a $50 deposit. Rooms are to be desired but hey, the price. We just needed a quick place to sleep. Looks like they are renovating though. If you need a place to lay your head cheap this may be the place. If you are looking for some dope it is surely available here.
Hotel did not honor my reservations with Hotels.com because as the operator said it was a lower price and cancelled my reservation when I got there from my flight a 1 in the morning. Had to spend the next few days fighting on the phone with Hotels.com to get my money back. They should not do business with third parties if theyre not gonna honor their reservations.
Homeless people hanging out outside all day and night. Maybe they are staying there but choose to be outside in 100° texas weather. They arent silent either, very loud. Hispanic music in everyother room also not silent. Can be heard from outside. Roaches in the microwaves. Ac works great, front desk ppl are nice, pool is clean but small and always full of really rude teenagers/parents. WiFi is good. For $54 a night, the cons outweigh the pros. Oh and the loud homeless people outside (which there are about 15 of them, no exaggerating), never go to sleep or they make sure they are very loud in shifts. I can hear them shouting and laughing over the Hispanic music which is a surprise.
Ms.Fran and Ms.Polliva goes above and beyond to make sure you’re enjoying your stay! It’s a quiet and nice area! They have been nothing but good to us ever since we’ve been here!! Thank you guys!!

This is the worst motel you can ever visit , the rooms were average and I was about to give a 3 star rating and then on my last day I went to the reception to buy some waterbottles at 11.30 pm and an oldman there was fighting with me that i cannot use my card to buy water and i need to use cash and also insisted me to go to the nearest atm and get the money withdrawn at 11.30 pm. Seriously??? Who does that and he says the minimum amount to use card is 15 bucks, is this a walmart to buy 15 water bottles??? These guys definitely need to start earning the customer trust which they lost by their behavoir with me , I would never visit this again and would never suggest any others to visit this
Dirty and nasty but if you just want a room and bed, this is it. Weird smell, roaches, crackheads and all kinds of noise at ever hour of the day and night. Ask for a few clean sheets cause I dont think the maid does much in the rooms.

The front desk lady fran i think her name is was about the most uprofessional person i have ever delt with. The elevator smelled like urine and actual wires were hanging out of it. The parking lot was like living in the projects. Roaches and bedbug mating ground.

They charged me a 25 dollar deposit. The lady said it would take 3 to 5 days to go back to card and when I called back 7 days later she said I had to wait another week. I did not feel safe in this place. Do not recomend. Lots of drug activity and nasty people that live there
Place was okay, but dont let the cheap price fool you! They require a 50$ deposit on top of the bill. And if the room doesnt meet up to their standards, you wont get it back. Also there is lots of people walking around outside all times of the night. Will not be returning!

The front desk receptionist is the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely disgusting and gives this hotel a very bad look. As soon AAC we looked in she completely ignored the woman she was helping before we walked in. RUDEEEEE don not waste your time. Prior to her encounter I’ve had a great experience here but now I will never go again nor refer this particular location. Whomever owns this place needs to fire her ASAP !!!
Only odd thing I found was the bathroom door being a bit hard to close, but other than that it is a pretty desent and clean hotel to stay the night.
Worst hotel ever I stayed .First day the cockroaches were all over the room ,second day drainage was blocked and they didnt clean the room and the last day the receptionist tried to open my room at 2.45 am saying that she came to clean the room.Horrible experience, I think oyo should take it seriously.

I woke up being bitten by bed bugs. The property manager did not seem to care and when I contacted OYO customer service they did nothing. The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke in the hall way and rooms dont match the website.
Booking was prepaid but could not be found. Would not answer the phone for Orbitz rep. Rude front desk. 3 other guests in front of me trying to check in had the same issue. Ruined the first half of trip trying to resolve. At least I was upgraded to somewhere else

The hotel smells the carpets need to be pulled up and replaced it stinks badly...theres no windows to open its always stuffy...housekeeping will get mad when you dont let them in those women ate very nosey...kids running around making noises and that small pool area is never open...no coffee machine or nothing o can go on but i barely want ro write this...elevator sucks as well and oce machine is way back in a wall...and like i said it stinks mold nd roaches ugh...
Weird name but our visitor said it was a nice room. She had a refrigerator and free wi-fi.Be sure to book online at their website otherwise you get charged out the wazoo. Booking online saves you 50%.
This hotel kind of sucks. Smelt kind of weird, not the cleanest, and um...BED BUGS. We didn’t even stay the whole night and yet managed to bring back bed bugs into my home. This is very frustrating and an unpleasant experience. Do not recommend staying here.
For a 4 day stay it was what I needed for a room of convenience, both location on where I would be spending most of my trip and the price on the room was a great price, the only two reasons why it was not a 5 star stay, 1- saw a small roach run from bathroom wall going towards underneath the sink and 2- no phone in my room, when I asked front desk I was told my room had no phone, thankfully I had my cell on me, would I stay here again, yes I would but would be more cautious on what to expect, staff was also friendly and helpful as well as housekeeping, coming every morning seeing if I needed anything..

They got good rooms. Perfectly nice and clean. Also the prices are very affordable. I got my room for like $46. Nobody could beat the price at that moment. Sayisfied with oyo irving but there are some in Dallas filled dopeheads.
DO NOT BOOK HERE!THEY RENTED ME A ROOM KNOWING THEY HAD AN ACTIVE BED BUG AND GERMAN COCKROACH INFESTATION!They are legally not allowed to do this and have already been previously notified by the public health department more than 30 days ago to curb the issue and have failed to do so.
I haven’t stayed here yet, but so far I tried to call and the customer service is better than what other reviews have said.I will definitely give OYO a try in the future.

Not worth the stay...yes its cheap but make the atmosphere better...elevator shakes as it goes up and down...the carpet is like 30 years old...the tub is horrible they just painted over a old one...replace ish and upgrade...the tv is small and the picture is even smaller as it shows...then my boyfriend had to put a 100.00 deposit to ensure no smoking was done in the room...yall need to put that in your website that it is a no smoking motel!!!

This hotel deserves no stars the manager tried to charge me $93 for a single night so I left and when I came back an hour later a new person was there and he charged me $67 the same rate that was online then when I went to my room it smells like mildew like mold and it was a hole in the wall I did not enjoy my stay at all the room service was the only decent thing the ladies are very nice and kind but there is a guy who comes at 11 for check out and he is very rude I paid for a second day and told him that I paid and he told me no check out and when I turned to get the receipt he forced his way in highly unprofessional
