Leslie is very patient and knowledgeable. She took her time educating me on the different options so I could make the best decision for myself. The store does not have as wide of a variety as some shops Ive seen, but all of their stock is premium quality. They carry salt and regular nicotine juice as well as the various devices specifically for either one. I purchased the Fetch and a bottle of juice that I really enjoy and that will save me a lot of money compared to the Juul I was using. Thank you Leslie!

Yo, this is Roberto. Honestly, I walked in the store with the intention to pick up a habit. After using the merchandise I purchased at this store given it 48 hours of experience on a personal point of view I can say I don’t wanna make this a habit on the other hand, the equipment is overall A+ gave me a good deal on purchasing some coils which need to be replaced and help me find the best flavor. I was very satisfied with the flavor I had from my vape you wanna pick up a habit and start puffing going to come by my boy Roy that’s a gentleman that took care of me and I know he’ll take care of you. Everything is set up in a very straightforward manner, the fellow who helped us was great and chill. While we were in looking at the shelves he was helping someone else, I caught some of the conversation and he was friendly and answered questions easily. I was even a goof and just handed him my card when the register tablet is right there. Habit, to go with the drivers license, I guess.I should say he also greeted us pretty quickly and I just kind of stared at him, but he was good about it when I apologized.I was having one of *those* days, but he was great and that makes a difference, you know?Go here - seriously :)That said, the Accessible Parking is immediately in front of the shop, so no issue there. Thankfully Im still doing okay and not at needing a walker or chair, but Id still be able to get in fine.Lastly? Love the decor. Using plumbing pipes in a vape store, turned up at the end with an elbow joint to hold the shelves? Brilliant. I wonder if it was intentional as it mimics the traditional tobacco pipe. The shop isnt too busy in the decor, either. Places to sit and hang out too :)Anyway, five stars, easily. Great place :)

The customer service was great. The hardware is authentic, and they have a good variety. Unfortunately their house blend juices arent good. I asked if there was anything they could do about my bad batch and they offered: 10% off another purchase or another flavor shot in my current batch.

Been a constant customer for roughly 4 years. Every employee of the store that has assisted has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The store has always been highly stocked and has had new flavors every so often.I would say Zach and Peter are the face of this shop. They always take care and make sure everyone is acknowledged and advised it will be a brief moment if they are actively assisting another customer.They arent the only ones that run the shop. Thomas as well will be here at the shop making sure the customer is walking out with everything requested. Go to dfw vapor or even vapor bar...Went there for a coil told them my vaporizer... guy says oh yes it’s this coil...get home not the right coil...running to low ohms whatever it is thanks for wasting half an hour and 6 bucks for me pal...skip this place there was a guy taking Snapchat videos of himself blowing giant clouds in the middle of the room quite annoying maybe he worked there but lame place also can’t stand the places that are filled with vapor...you people working at vapor shops like this I’d guess will one day regret sitting in clouds 5 days a week or whatever check your health morons it’s probably slightly better than smoking cigs but still not oxygen your sitting in good luck with that this place sucks

I definitely got ripped. I bought a $25 30ml bottle of Nasty Juice (Thats the brand). I didnt have pods so I only just broke the seal and realized its only 2/3 full of juice which I couldnt tell beforehand because of the opaque aluminum bottle. Thats what I call BS. (28/08/2018)

I never felt the worst customer service ever. I went around there like a 3 and on of your co-workers with a beard helped me out and showed me the times of mods you have and the price and telling me all the details. He almost had me sold but I wanted to go home and think about it. I decided I wanted to go back and buy what he showed me. When I went back there was this young kid and I told him I wanted the pen and he said we are all out of everything. Gava me this tiny vape and said thats all we have. I knew he was lying so I just left. Honestly I was bummed out cause I like right next to the shop. Exited to be an every week customer. But now never going back. Went to a vape shop father called Better Vape which was way better.

Vapen Vapor absolutely has the best customer service and best products I have ever had and used.... I have used a different local vape shop (I wont name no names but they are definitely not better) and they have absolutely no comparison to this shop. Vapen Vapor will always get all of my business.

Now Im new to the whole vape thing due to I dont smoke tobacco but I use CBD oil but the young ladys that were there helped me find the correct vape pin for my CBD oil vape. Also they have a variety assortment of tobacco vape flavors because yesterday it smelled like vanilla. If you need your vape fix go there.
