Hubby and I had a phenomenal couples massage session! The therapists are skilled professionals. They addressed our areas of concern and made sure we were always comfortable. Every staff member was so kind and welcoming- We were well taken care of! Hubby said it was the best massage he’s ever had. We will definitely be back!

Update 6-15-24The owner contacted me and took care of the issue.I am completely satisfied with her solution. I will be back.Loyal customer for 7 years. Had a major issue with the lady at the counter. Tried to over charge my wife and me and argued with us; rudely interrupting any time I tried to speak. I asked her repeatedly to call Judy so I could talk with her. She said that Judy was not the owner, but I know differently from previous conversation with her. She finally acted like she dialed someone but did she really? After about 10 minutes(which ruined our relaxation from the massage) I paid. I wrote my name and phone number down and asked her to have Judy call me. Either Royalty does not want our business anymore or the rude lady never gave the message to the Owner. We also had a major issue when trying to book with the same lady earlier on the phone. We have a few of the Therapist that we prefer and asked her who was working. She wouldnt tell me. I explained why, but she kept saying she is not allowed to tell me who was there??We have DONE IT THIS WAY EVERYTIME in the past. As long as the young asian lady is there at the counter we will not be back.We drive 40 minutes from Mansfield and did for years. NOT AGAIN.

I highly recommend this place and please ask for Alex, she is the best. You won’t regret!! I’m literally in heaven right now after getting full body massage from her. She will listen to you and speaks really good english. Definitely coming back to get a massage from her. Alex is simply the best, period!!!

While the massage was good I was shocked at the continued push to upgrade. It didnt matter how many times I declined. So I finally agreed to the hot stone and CBD lotion.I booked a one hour massage online but realized we were going over an hour. I asked her about it but she didnt seem to speak English. Im naked with an incomplete massage so I agreed.I also told the therapist no hot stones. She seemed to understand but put them on me anyway.So my $85 massage became $145. She refused to give me an itemized receipt. She finally knocked down the price to $122. So I am cautioning everyone to be aware of their deceptive business practices.

A couple of days ago, due to travel, I threw my back. After I landed, I found that this was the only place open with appointment available. So, I gave it a chance. Probably the best massage ever. Nancy is a magician. Front desk person (Mini, I think) was so hospitable and offered to drop me off to the hotel nearby if i couldn’t find an Uber. Fortunately, I didnt need that. I walked out painfree. . I will go back to this place whenever I visit next.

The massages was below average and the massage therapist was not understanding what i was trying to communicate, but i definitely had better experience elsewhere. There was no music in the room & lot of outside noise which was spoiling the massage mood.They mentioned that the tip i have provided is very less than what i chose to give them.

As I was tipping the receptionist decided to overlook and tell me the amount I should tip. Very rude and unprofessional. I tip based off of the service that was received. It was not relaxing the hallway was very noisy. You’ll do better paying a lil extra for better quality massage.

Ive been here about 5 times in the last two months and its really a great place. Tina is my absolute favorite! Shes so strong and great at finding my sore muscles. I love having her walk on my back - its amazing. My husband likes Jin and the relaxation massage. Weve had a few other people massage us and they are all pretty good, just not our favorites.Theres music in the rooms and everything is clean and professional.I like that they have always had same-day availability for us, because sometimes you just need a massage to feel better.There is a slight fee to pay by credit card instead of cash, just a heads up.

I came here yesterday for a 90 minute Thai massage. I have never encountered such magical hands as hers. I added another 30 minutes, which greatly improved my condition! Wow! How amazing! I highly recommend it! I will continue to come again!

Update: The Jenny mentioned below no longer works there. But there is another massage therapist there named Jenny.Today I had a 1-hr Shiatsu massage with Jenny and it was phenomenal. I almost fell asleep toward the end. She asked me a question and I was groggy from being so relaxed so it took me a sec to process her question. During the second half, as I lay on my back, my body felt like it was sinking into the table. Anyone whose had a really great yoga session topped off with Savasana will know what I’m talking about. Jenny released the tension in my lower back, my neck, glutes, and even face. I didn’t even know that I had tension in my face. Anyway I have already booked my next appointment with her. P.S. The massage therapists here play soft music so you don’t hear anything that’s happening outside of your room and include hot towels and hot stones in your service at no extra charge. I was relieved that instead of placing the hot stones directly on my skin and leaving them there (I got scalded once at another place because of that), Jenny held them in her hands and massaged me with them. The bathrooms and massage rooms are all very clean. Also, you’re given a complimentary bottle of water before you leave. Check this place out.

I just finished a 90 minute Swedish massage from Linda and wow.. I have melted. She used the perfect balance of gentleness and pressure and right from the moment she started I felt so cared for. Truly a fantastic experience, I’ll definitely be back.

Got a lomi lomi massage which was recommended. It felt great, it increased my RoM. Only 4stars, b’cuz I dont fit in the face hole and only that was a bit uncomfortable.

I scheduled a 90-minute Thai massage session to address some shoulder discomfort I was experiencing. The masseuse put in considerable effort to alleviate my discomfort. The ambiance was superb, creating a highly comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire massage experience, and I am certainly planning to return.

I came here with my fiance over the weekend and it was awesome! Pricing was great, customer service was great, and the massage itself was so wonderful. We both feel so much better and more relaxed and look forward to coming back :)

Omg this place could take all my money if I lived closer. So relaxing, professional environment and very clean.Updated review! I tried going back to this place..HORRIBLE! So I decided to take a friend here and called first to see if we could get in. I called and this woman lied her tail off. I said do you have availability for 2 1hr massages and she said yes when will you arrive? I said about 15mins max. Get there and first of all it smelled bad and it was hot. So the woman said just a few minutes and were ready. I sat down like 10 mins and asked how long. She for the third time LIED and said 5 mins. 5mins came and went. Mind you this woman said they were ready for us to arrive. So we wasted time and gas going there because this lying.woman working there. I will Never return and cant suggest this place less after this!! Shady at best!

I wanted to treat my daughter to a spa day for her birthday. When we arrived they didn’t have our reservations and we should have left right then. But the lady at the front desk (maybe the owner) assured us she could get us in.Thirty min later she puts us in a couples massage room - we certainly didn’t book that. The worst part is that she left the door slightly open so she could listen for anyone who came to the front desk. That means we also had to hear all that noise. She also answered several calls on her cell phone while actually giving my daughter her massage. Why would anyone think that is ok???? How is this relaxing for the person getting the massage? She ruined my spa day for my daughter.The lady who did my massage was even worse. She was too rough and halfway through I actually thought I should ask her to stop as it just became irritating and despite I told her I do not like a deep tissue massage that is what she continued to do. I’ve had a lot of massages at many different spa’s but this by far was the absolute worst. Save your money and go somewhere else!

We were in Dallas for the weekend and decided to get massages. The massages weren’t bad, but we definitely had better elsewhere. There was no music in the room & they demanded more tip than what we chose to give them, slamming a calculator in my face. I thought this was rude & never experienced that before. 👎

My husband and I have been here a few times. He has gotten lucky with all the masseuses he has had. I on the other hand had 1 very unfortunate experience with a lady doesn’t regularly work there but was covering a shift. The rest of the staff went above and beyond to make it right, the owner called me directly to apologize as well. We went back last night and it was AH-MA-ZING! Will definitely keep coming back!

This is the best massage parlor I’ve ever been to. The people, location, cleanliness, ambience, pricing, parking — all very good. I’ve worked with different massage therapists at this parlor, and each one is excellent. My regular therapists are Tina and Kelly, both whom I highly recommend…their skill level and personalities are outstanding. The receptionist, Grace, is always flexible and accommodating. Five stars are well-deserved.

One of the worst massage spa in Dallas. Went for a couple massage and the ambience here is so trash. There isn’t any music inside the spa. The two women masseuses we had kept talking to each other the whole time which ruined the relaxation experience for us. I don’t even think the masseuse here are professional trained since we been to many spa in the past and this one definitely feels like a low quality place. In the end they demanded a certain amount of TIP from us after tipping 20% initially.

I just got back from my trip and we did lot of hiking so my muscles were sore and my back pain was severe.I got recommended by my wife to this spa and trust me I am just out after doing 2 hours of massage I felt like I was in heaven.This place is really good. All the massage therapist are trained and professional and they really did a good massage. I got relief from my pain. The environment is so clean and refreshing. receptionist is also really good and kind over here. I really Had a great time here.

I have been coming here for just a short time now, but this will be the only place I go to from now on. I have had many massages around the globe and this was the best one yet. I typically get a deep tissue massage primarily for my lower back pain. Ari knows exactly what she is doing. Even the first time with her, it was as if Id been seen by her for years. She is very instinctive and has great technique. Something that really stood out as exceptional is when she walks on my back. That was relatively common when I lived in Dubai, but Ari actually does it with oil on my back. It seemed to really take the effectiveness to the next level. My body has been been through a lot in the military and flying helicopters. Ari is directly responsible for me becoming more active and getting back into the gym and other activities. I really owe her a lot and couldnt recommend anyone more. Regardless of your needs, Ari is definitely the one you need to ask for.

My friend and I have been to Royalty 3 times. The last we went was about a month ago. There are certain pros and cons Id like to list and elaborate my experience:Pros: 1. Very cleanly maintained 2. Massage oils, hot towels and hot stones are included with all massages. 3. Good ambience 4. Has a lot of slots, and will almost always have same-day availabilityCons: Few of the massage therapists may not be good at their craft.I will use 3 levels for the massage experience: best, good, okay and bad.My experience: The first time we went, we booked for same day and it was the best massage I had got in my life while my friend had a good experience with his masseuse. The mistake we made was we did not ask for their names. The second time we went (same day slots) we both got different masseuses. He got a guy named Lawson, while I got a girl named Kelly. Kelly was just okay( a bit painful) but Lawson was best (my friend was absolutely impressed and tipped him quite well). 3rd visit (same day again), he asked for Lawson, but I did not know the name of my first masseuse, so I didnt ask for anyone by name. Lawson was unavailable that day, but Angela and Kelly were available. Since I had already had a massage with Kelly, I asked my friend to try her, while I tried Angela. We both had a bad experience. My friend was in pain (in a bad way) after Kelly was done, while Angela was simply killing time after the first 40 minutes or so. After the massage, we decided we would try and get the names of our previous masseuses and tip less for the day since we were not quite happy with the experience. Angela checked us out and she would not let us put down a tip lower than the pre-mentioned suggestive tips on the bill. It was a very, very awkward experience and I ended up tipping them way more than I intended due to her forcing me, for a massage that was quite bad. We did call back weeks later to try and get the names of my first masseuse, but the receptionist could not help us find it. She also mentioned that there was no-one named Lawson working there anymore. I gave her a few names of masseuses who had good reviews online, but was told none of them worked there anymore (or maybe she meant to say none were available that day). She only had Kelly and Angela for that day and we did not want them, so we scheduled with another massage place, and have not gone back to Royalty since. We did not have a good experience with Angela and Kelly, but the other masseuses could be good. Hence the 3-stars. But I wouldnt be going again to Royalty in the near future.

This place is a JOKE! I booked a couples massage 2 weeks in advance for today at 5pm for our anniversary, We show up and the lady at the front tells me she dont have me written down anywhere and that we could come back at 6pm. Before I could answer her, she changed her mind and told me to come back at 7pm instead. She acted like this entire booking was no big deal even after I asked her how this was missed. She just kept telling me that the appointment just wasnt written down in their hand written book. She made sure and told us that she barely started working there recently and that it wasnt her fault. She didnt try to make it right. This place is in Las Colinas and we came from Cedar Hill. After I declined waiting 2 hours she just said okay bye….I guess the business was making a lot of money today bc she just turned away $200 like no big deal. I will not be recommending this place and tell my friends and family about this horrible experience!

I write this two hours after I’ve had a massage here for the first time still on that massage “high” (seriously couldn’t walk straight leaving the room) and thinking WOW I am utterly IMPRESSED. I called ahead and they were able to fit my mom and I in the next hour. We can confidently say that this was the best massage we have ever had. I didn’t even have to say anything about this constant lower back pain I had because my masseuse was able to identify it and entirely eradicate it. Really, just so good and so thorough at a great price!

I called and they got me in same day and i got a deep tissue massage from Tina 90 minutes for $100. This was a real deep tissue with back walk and hot stones, it hurt in a good way and got the tension out. Would recommend to others and will be back for sure.

I visited yesterday and Yuki was my therapist. She had an excellent disposition and was very polite. The massage was excellent. Very relaxing and professional in every way. I highly recommend her and Royalty Spa because it is very clean and all the people there were very kind and helpful.

There was a lot of miscommunication when I went. I made an appointment for an hour couples massage and that’s all I wanted. When it was time to go to the room I had to wait for someone else to come give me a massage because only one person came. 15-20 minutes pass and the other lady shows up. The overall massage was good but I will NOT be coming back. The lady who did my boyfriends massage first tried to charge me $165 when the couples massage was $130. I made it clear that I was only paying $130 because it was for an hour only. She was trying to charge me $100 because she gave him a 90 minute massage and I only received an hour. IF I WANTED TO BOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF MASSAGE THEN I WOULD’VE DONE SO. The lady had a bad attitude then starts yelling on the phone to someone else speaking in a different language. She was going to receive a tip but after that she didn’t deserve one AT ALL.

My first impression on this place was cozy and clean. The receptionist greeted me with a big beautiful smile which made me heartwarming.May gave me the best back walking massage in DFW area. She was super attentive and professional!I will highly recommend this place to my friends and will be back very soon😘

May your experience be a better one.I was in the area so Googled location. The ambience typical. The restroom was clean. Major plus. The area for massages well maintained.My pain is severe so I get massages often.This is another loaction on my list of DO NOT RETURN. It truly broke my spirits. Halfway through I was ready to leave but finished because I dont like making people feel bad. Combo 60 min was 30min foot massage. She didnt massage my feet at all. When leaving the older lady in charge asked how was it and told her not good. She said maybe it was a communication between myself and Lucy. Regardless of any language barrier, if your giving me a good massage you dont even have to talk. Your hands speak for you.Asked to return to get another massage. Thanks but not worth the 25 minute drive even for free.

It was a stressful week, my neck and back were hurting. I found this on Google. This was my first time here. Ive been to several establishments in Irving/Las Colinas over the years. I made an appointment easily over the phone to be seen within an hour. I was given cold water and immediately given a nice room. Within 5 minutes, the massage therapist, Lili, visited me to confirm the time i needed. She was very adept at finding the areas of concern, without me saying anything. She used the proper amount of pressure in sensitive spots. I felt 100% amazing after an hour and a half. I highly recommend Lili if youre looking for a truly experienced therapist. She is also pleasant, smiles at you, and I felt she was just a happy person and liked her job. Im definitely going back. Also, the price was less than other ritzy spas nearby.

I came here recently and the massage therapist was polite, but I have a few complaints. I kept telling her to massage with more pressure and she just wasnt getting in deep enough to release the knots. She contined to massage very lightly. Also, she began massaging my face before asking if it was okay. And even after I told her not to because I have plans after, she continued to do it. I had plans immediately after the massage and when she massaged my face it messed up my makeup, so then I had to go home and redo my makeup and was late where I needed to be. I wanted to say something to the receptionist about being unhappy with the service when I was about to check out, but the massage therapist was standing there and I didnt want to hurt her feelings.

She kept checking in to make sure the pressure was alright and that I wasn’t in too much pain as she worked out my back and neck!! Jade also asked if I’d be ok with her walking on my back - it was so worth it!I was handed a cold bottle of water as I checked out - it was a 5 star experience throughout! Cant wait to come back on my next visit to town!

Booked a couples massage and we enjoyed it so much. I nearly fell asleep. They were so attentive and very polite. I got a deep tissue and she really worked out all the knots i had in my shoulders and neck. And then she did something to my lower back that i CANNOT explain but it felt like HEAVEN. I left there feeling like could do backflips. Highly recommend. Will be going back....SOON.

My Man Surprised me with a Massage this Afternoon. And Im so glad I got up and hopped in the car( thinking were going grocery shopping) ... I had got a AMAZINGGGGGG FULL BODY MASSAGE from a Wonderful lady named Sonya! Baby listen!!! She put her whole Elbow and arms in my back and I loved every moment of that deep tissue feeling hard massage! My eyes may have been closed. But they was rolling back in my head 😂. I purposely asked for a hard massage because I suffer from fibromyalgia and nerve damage and Im always in pain in my back .. hips .. and neck!Im definitely coming back! I love spa massage and always looking for that one place every where I go and this is my place when I visit the Dallas-Fort area. I didnt want to leave. I was running about 5 mins late, they were ready to move the minute I walked in the door. I did not feel like I got shorted any time. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my fiancé to this place for our 3 year anniversary, we were supposed to get a couples massage. I walked in and the workers looks completely surprised. I called two weeks ago and made this appointment for today (9/25) at 10am. I showed up to the appointment and they had no record of my appointment ever being made. The worker told me to come back in an hour and they could get us in. I will not be returning to this place.

Not impressive at all. There were no one in the front to greet you when I arrived. Some lady appeared from outside in which she had to search for the massage therapist whom I had scheduled with that eaier day. I had to wait for the massage therapist for 37 minutes. I could not believe, she said that she had forgot my appointment with her. The massage was different but I have had better. And in the rest room had no soap to wash your hands.

Nice and clean parlour. I was attended by Sunny who is very polite and nice. I was her last client but she still looked fresh.The massage was very decent and 50 out 60 mins were utilized. 5 mins was used to get the hot stones. Some minutes were consumed for dressing undressing which I felt should have been excluded.Also , A little more time could have been emphasized on the massage rather than just rubbing the hot oil.Make sure to tell here exact areas of pain when asked, and dont hesitate to have them focus on one areaOverall - I will visit again and provider bettee instructions to see if they change for the better.

If you want a massage in Irving then I highly recommend you visit royalty massage spa! It’s a very relaxing atmosphere. Dani has been my massage therapist twice now and she’s amazing! She always makes sure to get all the knots out of my back and I feel so much better and more relaxed whenever I leave there. I can’t wait to go back for another massage, it’s such a great experience.

Yuki WOW! I have experienced over 200 massages over the years. I don’t think I have ever had a better massage than the one Yuki gave me for two hours.She used different oils and techniques never used on back and neck before. I found out her training came from a college in Taiwan.Yuki has a great attitude about helping people which made me feel she wasn’t working but enjoying making me feel better.I encourage people to ask for a two hour “Yuki massage”. I know I sound like a commercial but why spend the money on a massage if you don’t leave feeling FANTASTIC?!

I went in for a 60 minute session. She never once gave me a complete massage. She massage my back for 55 minutes. Then asked me to turn over and asked me do I want another 30 minutes. Why would I get another 30 minutes when she didn’t massage my legs at all. I rated this service a 1 star because, this was the worse massage that I ever had. If I pay for a 60 minute body massage, that’s suppose to include my legs as well

RED FLAG: Spa oils gave me an infection. No one told us what oils would be used. It says foot massage ,but barley touched the feet. Would not recommend!

Went to this place for a 30 min foot massage. On their website it says $25. Got the foot massage then they say its $45 for a 30 min foot massage???. I showed them what it says online they said their website is old I should have ask them first. I thought I was being pranked. They did not even have the price inside the spa. I never seen a 30 minute foot only massage $45! Usually $25-35. And it was not good guess they afraid of getting covid from feet they did it with cheap gloves on. Did not feel soothing at all. Finally some lady there knew it wasnt fair so she took my number a said she will give to owner/manager for a discount nextime. Almost two months later still no call. Oh and still no update to the website pricing???? Thats what I get for not going to my usuals foot palace and Ya ya.

I really regret not booking a longer appointment. I will be back again for sure. I got a deep tissue massage and they actually went deep not like some other places Ive been to that charge an arm and a leg. The masseuse even offered a back walk which at first I thought was strange but It was exactly what I needed. Very skilled masseuse.

I understand that English is not everyones first language and I was patient with both of the individuals who got on the phone.But I dont appreciate that I was told they were busy and then when I said, that isnt what I was calling about I was hung up on.Terrible customer service

I went there and had an hour massage done for me I paid $65 plus a $10 tip the massage first of all wasnt all that great she didnt put enough pressure and then it include the stones if they were included so I got jipped out of that alsoWhen it came time to pay they were demanding I had to pay more than a $10 tip that I had gave him I cant believe what I was hearing I will never be going back there again they are not grateful people at all theyre more greedy!!!!

Had a 6 oclock appointment for me and a friend, got there at 5:53, 6:05 told to strip and lay down, waited over 10 minutes for massage to start ( even recorded on FB Live the wait), then once started it was CONSTANTLY interrupted by other arriving customers, which my door NEVER got closed after 1st time she stopped, Im hearing MEN walk past my room while door open a Im getting the massage....THEN the massage was done at approximately 7:05 so I didnt get the full hour I paid for and was FORCED to leave a tip HIGHER than the tip of my friend ( which she lowered when I brought it to her attention)...left out feeling more uptight and agitated about the waste of money!!
