As someone who has experienced massages all over the world, I can confidently say that this place is life-changing. My masseuse, Lucy, provided a treatment that was nothing short of extraordinary. She managed to find and address areas of tension I didnt even realize needed attention.Lucy’s technique was a perfect balance—firm when necessary, gentle when required, and incredibly precise throughout. At one point, she even stood on my back, a first for me, and it was exactly what my body needed. Some might consider her style intense, but for me, it was the perfect remedy after a stressful time.Coming from Florida, I was feeling worn out, but walking into Blue Bonnet Massage felt like finding a godsend. Lucy’s massage left me feeling rejuvenated, and I can genuinely say it was one of the best I’ve ever had.If you’re in the local area or just passing through, and you’re a massage enthusiast like me, you owe it to yourself to experience Blue Bonnet Massage. I know that the next time I’m in Texas, I’ll be returning for another life-altering session. Thank you, Blue Bonnet Massage!I almost forgot to mention , it was $69 I gave Lucy a $30 tip !! She deserved every penny.

When I mean, I’ve had massages at places like massage envy, and massage looks but let me tell you this deep tissue massage that I got here was well worth every bit of my $70. She hit every point that I had tension on and when I applied that pressure I was so relieved and relaxed. Yes, you may be sore a day after but when I mean, I was so tense, but after I left, I felt so good and no for sure when I come back to Texas I will be sure to return to this location.

I had a 90 mins stress and pain relief massage here. It was incredible and had to be the best massage of my life. The pressure was great, and I could feel the stress just melting away. I left feeling like a new person. Highly recommend!!

Easily the worst massage I’ve ever had. 1) the draping was uncomfortable; at one point the draping was only covering my butt, despite the masseuse being done with both my legs. 2) there was a lot of shouting in the hallway, which I couldn’t make out the words but it was definitely yelling. 3) she spent the last 10 min trying to pop my knuckles, like back, toes and fingers. It was very bizarre. 4) the masseuse glared at me while writing the tip despite having a receptionist who handled the entire process. I tipped my bare minimum of 15% for bad service. I typically tip 25%. I won’t be back.

I recently visited this place and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The spa has a policy of keeping the massage room door slightly cracked open, which is incredibly disruptive. My room was right next to the reception area, and throughout my massage, I could hear the receptionist chatting with customers, people walking in and out of the vestibule.This environment was anything but relaxing. Instead of providing a peaceful and safe space, the noise gave me a headache and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a calming massage experience.

Don’t waste your money. Booked a couples massage a few night ago, and it was anything but a relaxing experience. The two masseuses were extremely rough (left bruises on my girlfriend’s shoulders and back), and left us extremely sore in the days following. They talked to each other throughout the entire hour, not bothering to even whisper. Will not return, and would highly recommended not wasting your money here.

I was visiting Irving and I was looking for a decent massage place. This place offered more than I expected. I asked for a Swedish massage because I was tired and stiff from sitting long hours due to heavy workload. My masseuse was friendly, adjusting and talented. She did a combination massage with heavy stretching at first (I liked it coz I needed it), not recommended if you have weak muscles. And went onto Swedish massage followed by deep body stretch using their Thai massage technique. I got absolutely what I wanted. Will visit again if in town. Definitely recommend.

The massage itself was good and the ambiance is relaxing; however, upon checking out I left my initial tip that I feel reflected the service provided, the masseuse then handed the receipt back to me and asked for more. A tip is optional and you should not pressure clients into the 20% that you feel is mandatory. But I will not be back based on that front desk experience.

Arguably one of the best massages Ive had. Tried the back walking, cupping, and hot stone. Above any other Ive had by far. She found my problem spot and targeted it, 10/10. Highly recommend. And a bargain! Go there!

I have been going here for years and yesterday I was truly disappointed!!!! I schedule a couples massage for my cousin who was visiting from out of town and myself, the room was hot and the solution was to open the door which allowed hallway conversation in and my body to be exposed. The massage that I received was so so..! Not bad but not great! The restaurant next door is under construction and it sounded like they were in the room, so basically we were getting noise from both sides..! Then when I rolled over on my back my legs were never massaged. And the smell… it got in my clothes and when I left out I was smelling like whatever food it was they heated up! I’m heartbroken..! I’m disappointed..! This place used to be great..! But now I must find me a new spot because I can’t deal with everything they had going on!

I have visited multiple massage places. But this particular place has my whole heart. The way they treat you, make you feel relaxed and composed, its beyond than any other places. The massage therapist here really know how to work on your body and make you feel like you are in heaven. Hands down the best massage place!!

Been twice there, first experience was good thats the reason i went second time. The second time was really bad and completely unprofessional.Me and my friend asked for deep tissue massage and they gave a completely different massage that uses stones, when we talked the front desk about it she started convincing us by saying all the massages uses hot stone mam , there is no massage that does not use stones which was funny because they are not professionals or they think i customer is fool. And when I asked her i took same maasge from you a month ago and there were no stones used then? She said they might have missed than just to cover up for the wrong massage they provided , wasn’t the deep tissue massage for sure we know what is a deep tissue massage is and we didn’t like it at all its didn’t solve the purpose of having a massage and we wasted our money and time.On top of that when i payed 3% tip because I didn’t had a good experience and didn’t likeed tge service they forced me to pay more tip, they asked for more tip by saying 20% is minimum and i will have to pay more.Pathetic experience. Not going again for sure.

All the workers made me feel super comfortable and the ambiance in the room was calming. I really enjoyed the peaceful music playing during the massage as it allowed me to feel relieved of stress and anxiety after getting a full body massage here. The lady working on me also listened to everything I said and she applied pressure to all the right places. I definitely think the massage was worth the price and I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

The service at bluebonnet massage was absolutely amazing. It was my first time going and I will definitely be going back. I went because I was having muscle pain and the masseuse listened to everything I said and helped relieve so much pain. Along with the professional masseuses, the front desk was also able to answer all my questions immediately and it was super easy to make an appointment. Ive been to multiple massage stores throughout the dfw metroplex and this has been the only one that has been able to satisfy all my requests at a great value as well. I’m definitely going to be coming back and I recommend this massage store to anyone looking to get a massage anytime soon.

Great experience! This is a no frills massage place with simple decor. However, they take walk-ins and are very quick to get you in a room and start the massage. The masseuse is well-trained and definitely knows exactly what she is doing. She worked a bunch of knots out of my back and I definitely felt like I got my money’s worth. They have some of the best prices in town and even though it’s not a super fancy place, it more than gets the job done

My family and i came here at the end of the night to get hour-long massages. i got a full body massage and my masseuse made sure it was truly full body! i got back walking, hot stones, and she made sure not a single muscle was neglected (even my stomach!). she made sure to check in with me about my comfortability and was very kind and accommodating. the staff is very nice as well. definitely recommend and hope to return!

Very clean and welcoming place. The therapist was very sweet. The massage was fine but not extraordinary... but I wont be back to a place who tries to pressure me into giving a mandatory 20% tip. A tip is optional. It is discretionary. I gave 15% which was appropriate. Haggling with the front desk was a shameful way to end a therapeutic massage.

I see Dani for deep tissue massages and she is absolutely amazing! Every massage is somehow even better than the one before, and she has been helping me relieve chronic muscle tension and inflammation. The receptionist is always so nice and welcoming and the atmosphere is always relaxing. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

I drive a lot and also work on computer often, so neck muscles tense. I came in for 90 min massage, and I would recommend. My masseuse for the session was Lucy. She did a good thorough, professional massage and I tipped $30. Tipping is strictly your personal preference, but since I’ve worked in service industry for years I usually tip well for a job well done. This is a legitimate massage location and probably recommend to make appointment in advance. Will be back!

I took an appointment in advance for Stress Relief massage mostly for neck and shoulder. Queenie was the massage therapist who took care of me today. She was extremely attentive to the suggestions and helped me relax better. The stone massage at the end was utmost easing after an intense massage.I truly feel relaxed and my soreness is better.Would definitely recommend this place in Irving neighborhood.

I spoke nothing to her about anything…it was as if she was in tune with areas that needed the most utmost concern. She is skilled at her craft and attentive to the body’s needs of care with strong, therapeutic hands. I shall return.😘😉

Clean, simple, and easy atmosphere. My first full body massage was made enjoyable and I appreciate the time they took to explain to me what exactly to do and prepare for. I asked for medium hard and she asked only about two times if I was ok during some of the more pressure points. I was fine and I appreciated her checking in, with the amount of knots I had no doubt in my neck and back. It was full body as they did legs, arms, and even a bit of head and neck massage that felt amazing. They gave me a bottle of water and told me to hydrate. I thought that was hokum, but the next morning I felt parched as a raisin. Drank a lot and felt a thousand times better afterward. Thanks to the care, cleanliness, and value I will definitely be returning.

This is a recommended massage shop! After entering, the front desk greeted the guests politely and introduced the massage content patiently. I felt very caring and really wanted to help me. The environment of the shop is neat and clean.

My First review in Irving! and this is the best place to start. I booked an appointment on the phone for a 1hr classic massage, the receptionist was very responsive to arrange the time and received me so well when I reached the place. DANI was my masseuse, she was very professional and super friendly, she knows the rite areas and knots to be taken care. Great balance of pressure and foot walk on my back really relived my shoulder stiffness. Most important is her communication, she explained me why the stiffness and how it happened and what needs to be done and she did a very good job. I would highly recommend DANI and Will be visiting soon! Best experience!

Queenie gave an amazing Thai Massage. She was super kind and very talented and has over 10+ yrs of experience. She stretched me throughout the massage and walked on my back to help relieve the pain I was feeling. I walked out feeling so much better. Definitely recommend Queenie.

Two stars because it wasn’t good enough to come back but also wasn’t bad enough to end the 1hr session sooner. I called ahead to ask if they had someone for deep tissue available the answer was yes. At check in I asked again, to be assured I would receive deep tissue, answer was yes. I would say it was light-medium pressure- for the most part it just felt like 2 hands rubbing lotion on my body with a very minimal massage technique. Take it as a warning incase you need knots worked out.

Was asked to leave more of a tip after leaving the initial tip. Highly disappointed in their level of customer service and never will be returning. Nobody should ever be pressured to tip more.

Massage was good but what was really unacceptable was the lady trying to force a tip out of me. I honestly would have given a good tip but the lady demanded a 20% tip and I believe that’s just unacceptable. A tip percentage is up to the consumer without force. If they believe on giving a good pay to their workers that should be up to the owners. Up your price then but don’t force your customer to make up the difference. Unacceptable.

Very bad experience went in for a couples massage asked for hot stones and lavender oil. The lady kneeled on top of my hair and pulled it multiple times just to reach my back instead of going to the side. Didnt massage any where else but my back and didnt even put pressure felt like my 2 year old putting lotion on my hand. Then she didnt use hot stones after asking twice. Once time to leave the couples massage was $150 before giving you your change back they just stare at you until you ask whats wrong they say its $50 for tip. Over 30% tip fee they need to add that note when making an appointment.

I chose the full body massage service. The treatment was performed by someone with professional knowledge and by the time the treatment was over, my body felt surprisingly light.

This is the second time I came and I was pressured by the girl at the cashier to leave a tip after I paid for my massage. I normally tip but when I feel I didn’t get the level of massage I paid for especially when the massage therapist was barley just rubbing my back I don’t appreciate being put on the spot to tip! I will not return to this spot and I don’t recommend anyone else to come here.

I just want to warn people I went over the reviews and chose queenie does everybody bragged on her? I went in and I told her I wanted my full body, especially my legs the lady only from my top of my body. She rub my legs for like one minute apiece through the whole hour, and I was like I told you my whole body and I think she just didn’t understand and she expected me to leave a big tip and I was like you’re lucky you’re getting five at this point when you go get a massage and you want a full body that means rubbing my full body and not just my back it was just too much. Please don’t go here if you’re trying to get your full body massage.

I had a massage with summer today. I get massages quite often and i have to say shes one of the most skilled therapists i have had. She was also able to communicate clearly and was very skilled in her techniques. I am going to make this my regular go to spa.The place itself is clean and simple. The tables are basic. But that didnt bother me because i needed someone to help me fix my back and she was so good! Will 100% recommend!

Im from out of town and tried this establishment from finding what was closest to my hotel. Im so glad I did. When I first went in to the room I noticed two bars above the table, but wasnt sure what they were for. Now I know... deep tissue massage.Fay was my therapist and she was professional, polite, and did a fantastic job. I like extremely deep tissue massages and I have never had one like this before. She used the bars above to hang on to while she drove her feet into my back using her full weight. She is a pretty small person, but it was more than enough. It was painful, but in a good way, the way a deep tissue should be. Great work Fay, thank you!Next time Im in Dallas Ill be returning.

I have gotten a massage here about three times and each time was great. I had hot stone and back-walking on one of them which was a 90 min massage. The last time I went I did a 60 min massage and Selina did a great job. The pressure was precise and she made sure that any sore areas were worked on thoroughly. I will be back again.

Selina went above and beyond to make sure that I was relaxed and that the pressure was what I needed. The atmosphere was very calm and soothing. I visited Sherry and got the most amazing massage. She speaks good English so communicating what you are looking for is easy. Meaning deep tissue (hard), medium, walk on your back or acupressure. I had some bad spots and she really got the knots out. I can take pretty hard even though not the most comfortable massage, I always feel better later. I have requested her 3 times after having two others give me a massage there. Highly recommend you get an appointment with Sherry! Professional massage only!

Another gentlemen was walking out the same time as he had a different masseuse and we literally laughed at how relaxed we both were. Massage was ok. I took my mom here for her birthday weekend and she said hers was better. They asked her medium or hard but never asked me... They definitely chose hard on my behalf lol. I couldnt fully relax because of how rough my lady was. We just chose reguy massages no deep tissue and she never even massaged my feet. Ive definitely had better massages before. I think my lady was just following what the other lady was doing.Environment was clean and relaxing.However at the end, they didnt take my choice of card so my mom had to pay and she didnt have enough on her card to tip. The lady asked us very rudely multiple times No tip?? No tip??That was the rudest unprofessional thing ever. I would never ask someone for a tip like that.I did plan to tip even though I wasnt pleased with my massage, but their system didnt accept my card. I will not return or recommend them to anyone.

Ive been going to Bluebonnet on and off for over 5 years, and they have never disappointed. Every time it is a stellar experience, and they address my aching muscles and tense back issues very effectively.Today was no exception, and I walked away feeling a whole lot better than when I walked in ... if you have persistent stress at work, or just overdo it at the gym, I would highly recommend trying this place out to help you stave off your stress levels and keep you healthy.

However, the beds were uncomfortable and they didnt have a breast pillow ( mainly the. Breast pilow made my massage less affecfive). Would recommend

Apparently I was told later that she has formal training in Chinese acupressure therapy plus certified in the US.
